I went for the first time today and was very impressed! I got a dip manicure and it looks great and I felt like the service was faster than i had anticipated. They make you wash your hands upon arrival and space customers out which I appreciated. My nail tech listened very attentive. I will be returning!

I have been going here since 2018 and I absolutely love the work they do here. I usually get my nails done by one young woman, Jenny, and she is very efficient and talented. The workers are very sweet and everything is continually cleaned. Highly recommend.

Jenny gave me an awesome regular manicure that is holding up 2 days later (I work with my hands, and my @ home nail jobs never last). The reason I gave only 4 stars is the atmosphere doesn’t feel as posh as it used to, I know it is covid times but the shop could use a little jazz-ing up. That’s all!

Beautiful nails salon. I love the environment here, people are friendly and the staffs are professional. I got a pedicure and noticed that they did a good job. My toe nails were so clean and pretty, no cuticle left. The color was shiny and strong, it stayed for a long time.

This is the best nail spa Ive ever been to. The prices are reasonable for the service that I get. My manicure and pedicure are always perfect and lasts beyond 3 weeks, thats how good they are! They serve you drinks and the atmosphere is relaxing. Ask for Melinda and Michael if you want quality dip and pedicure. The owner Ling always remembers who you are and has a pleasant smile. The service was excellent. Beside that, I love the way they make the salon so clean and beautiful. The salon is so large, busy but quiet that makes me feel relax while sitting on the massage chair. I got a spa pedicure today and satisfied wish their service. The technician did my feet carefully and professionally. By looking at the way she cut my toe nails and my cuticles, I can tell this lady has many years experience in nails. She was also very friendly and talked with me a lot. I recommend this salon.

Nail tech is very rude

This is a very nice salon. They treated customers so good from friendly attitude to professional services. They made it a luxury salon with good free cookies and fruits and juices. I like the way they decorate the salon, so neat and beautiful. The price is not so high and very worth for the services.

Great salon, good service, good price, staffs are friendly and professional. I got acrylic nails here with pink color and design, they did it quick less than an hour and I couldn’t find anything to complain about my nails. The salon is decorated very beautiful.

Came here as I found this place on Yelp. They got wonderful services with good prices. The salon is large and luxury with modern furniture. I got gel color and satisfied with it. Worth my visit.

This nail shop is hit or miss in my opinion. Because I have had some great work and some other bad experiences but today was definitely a miss and last chance I will take. I went back to get my nails repolished from a dip they had messed up and they make you feel like its such an inconvenience for them, with no apology from the same nail tech. She took over 30 min to fix the top polish and it was still smudged in the end and let me leave like that! She never told me we were done, nor she did acknowledge me or talk to me. She just turned to her coworker and started talking to her right in front of me. So I just got up and left. It was so awkward and unprofessional. I honestly would expect that maybe anywhere else but for the prices they charge, you just expect better customer service. When I would ask, why are having to redo the polish again, she would not communicate to me. So I think its a language barrier, also. She just kept removing and applying top coat. I left so frustrated and feeling like they didnt care. I dont like how now they make you pay before a dip powder polish because in this instance I wish I wouldnt have tipped had I known this would turn out such a bad experience for me.

DO NOT go here. I was a regular customer and went in for a gel manicure. The technician cut my finger very badly and told me to come in the next day to get my nails painted with no charge. I came back the next day, even though it was an inconvenience, and the manager made me pay for the service. I explained exactly what happened and the nail tech was even there and they still made me pay. Dishonest buisness and poor customer service.

The manicure tech sliced into the skin on one of my fingers with a new but sharp nail filer and pretended nothing happened until I saw that I was bleeding and notifed her. She did not apologize or tried to do anything about it until I asked her if she had anything to stop the bleeding. The reviews on here are very positive so I am shocked at how unprofessionally she handled the situation. Even as she was wrapping up the manicure and checked me out at the till no apology whatsoever. I suspect she may be part owner of the salon. Very disappointed with Hillcrest Nails. Beware of which tech you get.

I love the decor and atmosphere here. I feel like they try their best to give you and upscale and reasonable price for the location. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because last time I went one their nail people cut me with the nail filer really bad on my pinky. She was talking and not paying attention and so I havent been back since.
