I’m new to Dallas and have tried many nail salons but none that I’ve concluded to call home. But I love it here. Joe did my feet and it was hands down the best experience. Not only did he do my nails perfect but the leg and foot massage was literally everything.Moving forward I just want Joe doing my feet!!!

My first time coming here and I loved it!! The receptionist guy is so awesome and so considerate!! I showed him a nail inspiration and he genuinely cared and helped me pick my color. joe was my nail artist and he was great as well! I ended up changing my colors and we spent like 5-10 min looking for something different but he was so sweet about it. Joe noticed that my brother kept calling me and he reminded me that it was okay for me to answer, he even shared wifi for me because my phone was going slow and I needed to see my brothers location. Again, he was so very sincere. I was offered something to drink, asked to wash my hands and wear a mask as soon as I was greeted and I respect that ☺️ I will be back here thank you joe you did a great job !

I always get gel nails so that my nails can grow I walked in with nails my real nails and walked out with no nails because they decided to file them down I was disappointed they did a good job on my nails except that I do not wish to wear fake nails all my life I prefer my nails and I notice that I am eating and drinking they make sure to tell me to put my mask on but I seen two white guys walking around and getting services freely without mask for 30-45min and noticed that no one bothered them about a mask and that they did not receive the same harassment as I would about the mask other than that they were a nice people except those two things were a problem for me.

I was recommended here by my eyebrow lady and this place did not disappoint. I was with Jenny I got the detox pedicure. She did a great job with the shape of my nail and the color as well but she won me over with the massage. I’m a barber and I’m constantly on my feet so it was so refreshing to have someone actually rub my feet and legs the icing with the neck and shoulder massage. I will be back Jenny has a return costumer. I’ll be bringing my friend and family here too

Under new management and the decor is much more inviting. The staff have always been the best anywhere, especially all the Joes/Joey. Ive moved away but still willing to travel for these awesome services. Worth the drive.

As a Licensed Cosmetologist myself, for 6 years, in this neighborhood I was not satisfied. No one seem to care when I walked up. I got sat for around 30 minutes and my feet never got in the water or nothing so I put my sandals and left. Complimentary Drink was offered around 15 min after seated and it look like a shot instead of a drink cause half the drink was missing from the cup. I suspect the might have profiled someone from their industry without knowing so.

I have been a regular here for a little over a year and it is the best nail salon in Dallas. They remember you, always make you feel important, and Ive never had any problems with my nails. Ive recommended it to so many friends and they all rave about it!Their happy hour is amazing. 20% off M-Thursday from 10-3.Their color selection is amazing. Ive had almost everyone there do a service at least once and they all have been great! And Im picky when it comes to nails. I tried so many places in Dallas before I found this place ad I cant see myself going anywhere else!

Worse dipping French Ive ever had. They gave me Rene and she had no idea what she was doing... so then Joe tried, he first heard to remove everything she did...I offered to just get a dipping color done... However he assured me that he would do a good job with a dipping French. He had to start over 2 times on 2 different nails and the end result was horrible. The only bright side is that they did not charge me.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve tried out around 10 nail salons in Dallas over the years and this is by far my favorite. I keep going back time and time again because ALL OF THE TECS are great, not just a select few. My sister in law recommended it to me and I’ve been coming religiously for about 6 months now. I havent had a pedicure all year. everything is closed in California. So, I was nervous about going to spa services everywhere. This place was spacious, sanitized, and staff and patrons were following the rules. I felt no more at risk than visiting a Wholefoods or a high end shopping establishment. And, the margarita I got with my pedicure hit the spot. I will be going back before my 20 hour drive back to LA.

Ive been into the salon twice now and just love the service. I got the pleasure of meeting Ivy and Joey the first time I went in. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was fun and relaxing. Highly recommended

I am Hispanic but with money in the bag and I was recommended by another lady and since I arrived they treated me badly, they discriminated against me and charged me more and forced me to tip bad work and I did not like it they hurt my hands y se me cayeron

From the moment this place was taken over, it has been amazing!! The management is on top of things.I always feel welcomed, valued and respected. Setting an appointment makes the experience so much better than hearing, “sure we can fit you in” and then waiting for 30-45 minutes. Being courteous to the guest currently being serviced is just as important as the next one walking in the door. Such a class act place of business and I will for sure be making all of my appointments with this team!!

Ive been going to this salon for over two years and I am quite disappointed at the new management. I went in on Thursday and unfortunately broke a nail . I requested an appointment online and never heard back so I decided to go in on Sunday. Once I told him I was only there to get a nail fixed, he immediately said they were too busy and to come back later. I expressed to him I was attending an important even in a couple of hours and needed to get it fixed ASAP.( I even mentioned I was fine with being charged since it was my fault) At no point did he even look to see if it was a quick fix nor attempt to find a solution. I will definitely not be going back; customer service is key!

My nails look horrible. My ring finger nail is like an inch thick with gel polish and looks ridiculous. She was rushing and cutting corners the entire time and kept complaining about how my nail shape was “not natural.” Yet somehow it took over 90 minutes. I’m here on business so I won’t have time to get it fixed and I have to live with it for a week. Manager gave me a discount but this was just unacceptable.

There is now new owners and tons of upgrades! I felt incredibly safe, they asked if I would wash my hands immediately upon arrival. They ask that you sign a waiver. All the employees are wearing masks and gloves and the place is so clean, it’s amazing!Joe has an incredible memory!! He gave me a pedicure a year ago and still remembered my name and details about my life. He has the best hands and is very detail oriented. He really has a passion for making you feel relaxed and pampered! Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time!Rose is so detail oriented and perfect. I have several gift certificates to other nail salons but I always give them away so I can come back here. Chow’s foot massage is like heaven on earth. She really gets in there and gets all the dead skin off and finishes it with a perfect massage. Truly great place!

Just visited The Salon for my first time on Tuesday and probably got THE BEST dip powder manicure I have ever received. Honestly, I was nervous to be set up with Joe because hes received a few bad reviews here. Now, I feel pretty lucky. Joe was kind, knowledgeable and paid crazy attention to detail crafting my gorgeous black manicure. They look so frickin natural. (Will add photos later.) The entire staff was super sweet and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I only took off one star because I wasnt offered a second glass of wine and I didnt receive a receipt. I think I found my new regular nail place. LOVE!

If I could give zero stars I would. They opened at 10 got there at 10:30 for an hour wait. They tried to talk me into dipped and when I said no it went down hill from there. Im not from Dallas and picked this place due to ratings and their website saying 20% on single purchase of 35 or more Monday - Thursday. To be told at checkout that it does not include acrylic and when I mentioned online he says well we go by what I have on the window. Technician cut tips way to short then instead of taking them off and starting over she says oh I make longer and now almost all my nails look like they are pointing up instead of out of which she couldnt fix. Everyone just plan rude!

I have been to nail salons many many times and never have I experienced such an awful service. One of the male workers was doing my nails and was complaining about how my hands were sweaty. My hands sweat all the time and there is nothing to do about it. He was very rude and kept saying how sweaty they were. I had gotten coffin shaped dipped nails. I realize that coffin is difficult to do sometimes, but these were the worst I’ve ever gotten. The powder was layered on so thick it looked like I had 1/2 and inch of growth on all my nails. Also, all my nails fell off within 5 days. I’ve never had such bad service or quality. I will definitely not be coming here ever again and I advise others not to as well.

I love this place. My friend takes me to this salon everytime i come to Dallas and i absolutely love the services. The complimentary drinks are A+ and of the atmosphere is just divine. I would recommend to anyone anytime. Savannah and Richard are the best.

I visited this salon for the first time on my lunch break today. Nee put on a new set of the Nexgen dipping powder nails in a BEAUTIFUL powder pink (#006) and I absolutely loved my experience. She was very detail oriented and took the time to make sure every nail was perfect (and I still made it back to the office in time!). They have definitely earned another customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive tried many nail salons because Im never satisfied enough to go back a second time. I will most definitely be back here. So attentive and kind. The staff was talkative and polite. My boyfriend and I was visiting the city. I have to say this is the best nail salon I have ever been too. The stuff was really nice and they took their time to meet all our needs! This is the perfect place to relax and get everything you want!

Ive been to this salon four times so far for the Nexgen dip manicure. Ive absolutely loved it every time. The owners are so hospitable and helpful. So far Ive seen Sam, Richard, Philip and Roxie; they were all excellent. My manicures have all lasted over two weeks and were beautiful. Even though its kind of far from my house, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had not done my nails in over ten years and today I went to this location with my sister. We enjoyed ourselves they made us feel comfortable and even though it was busy they made sure that we got taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny who was my nail technician and she did a great job. My sister who was assisted by Rosie did a great job too.

Their customer service is amazing. Everyone is so nice & they made sure we had everything to make us comfortable from drinks to pillows. They only want the best for their customers. I had Kay doing my manicure & pedicure, she was absolutely amazing & I will be returning anytime I’m in Dallas. I highly recommend this amazing place for anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Personally I like the younger nail techs at this nail salon! They. Are faster and more versitile. The hosts are a little dingy but I come here often and always want a stiletto or coffin shape and some extra jewels or design. Oh and they do charge $5 for long nails. I always leave happy tho.

My nail tech Mai was super friendly and sweet. The gentleman in the front was rude. When I asked for the price as he hands me the credit card machine he was rude as hell, just because I asked for a price breakdown. ( in a loud aggressive tone) Not to mentioned their ac was not working. This was my first and last time here.

I received a mani and pedi from Joe and he was great. Very attentive and detail oriented. Not rough at all. Those bad reviews are almost a year old. He’s clearly much better now. If I lived locally I’d see him regularly.

I love my Nail Artiste - Richard. He pays attention to detail, is friendly and sings a tune hear and there...LOL Ive been a customer for the past 3 years and will not go any other place. Its challenging to find a good nail tech, hair stylist, dry cleaners, etc., when you relocate, so Im a customer for as long as Im in the Dallas area. It was very nice and the staff was friendly. I attended as part of a bachelorette party and the only thing I got done was a polish change and manicure. It was good. However while I was waiting on the rest of the girls to finish I accidentally nicked one of my nails and messed up the polish. I politely asked them to fix it if they had a chance and they set me up with the lady who works the front desk. Just assuming she was capable because its just regular nail polish I didnt question and went with her to sit down. She proceeded to take off the polish from my messed up nail and immediately start applying the new polish without even drying it, much less letting me wash off the acetone first. She then did two more layers and top coat. She was laying it on so think it looked like I had a fake nail almost. It was sticky and she kept pulling fuzz from the cotton ball (which was still on my nail because like I said, she jumped right in to applying the new polish) out of the polish which in turn kept messing up the new polish. I was so confused that someone working in a nail salon didnt know how to apply simple nail polish so I couldnt think of anything to say. I just looked at her and at my nail and she told me she was done and asked me to pay. It didnt completely dry for at least 7 hours. Nail technicians are great, receptionists are not.

Richard did an AMAZING job on my nails! He made them look exactly like the Pinterest photo I showed him. The salon was also very clean and modern! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I went today because its in my daughters apt complex parking lot. BEST PEDICURE EVER! Only $36 (for the delux) and fantastic! Michelle was awesome and my feet feel incredible! The massage chair got rid of all my moving pains. Will be coming to visit when I need a pedi. Thanks.

I had the dip nails done. The ambiance is nice and they did a great job. 4 days later I chipped a nail of course, and when I came back in for 1 nail repair they took care of it right away and didnt even charge me. Very nice!

I’ve been here twice. First time was great. Second time I came for powder dip and pedi. Both girls talked on their phones the entire time. I talked to the girl next to me and her nail techs. I was not happy with the second experience. I may give them another chance but I’m looking around for a new place.

I’m extremely disappointed in this nail salon, I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months and will NOT be coming back. I’ve always had June do my nails and no one else she’s always been amazing. The other lady that I did not schedule with ruined my nails so much to the point that I could bend them in half (my natural nails were very long). She was soaking my nails off while putting on another set (not even making sure they were the same length or anything) I got a snappy response from the manager saying it was my fault to not say anything. I asked for June when I arrived at my appointment, so this was false. Will never return here again

I came and got the worst experience that I have ever gotten from a nail salon the nail tech was pushy I came for a white polish change for my toes the polish was so thick it took hours to dry and I had polish all over my toes and I got a next gen set my nails are all uneven and have a different shape and its thick and lumpy I got it yesterday and my thumb is already chipping when I asked to speak with a manager they all looked at me like I was a angry black woman although I wasnt disrespectful loud or rude I just refused to pay full price for less than quality service I have the lady $30 and walked out I really wish the manager was in

This place is new and I love it! Ive walked in several times after work and someone always helps me right away. Appointments on the weekend might be a good idea though, they are usually super busy.

In town visit and my sister told me about “the salon and spa” the biggest plus would be the price. I am used to higher prices in Oregon and friendly staff.

Paul is amazing. He is patient and has amazing attention to detail. I got a acrylic refill and deluxe pedicure. The Salon Spa typically makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. They never rush me and have great service). The interior is beautiful, the bar is well equipped, and drinks are complimentary with services. I have found my official new Dallas nail salon.(Peter also does an amazing stiletto nail shape.)Update: that never rushed experiance is not a standard upheld by all staff...so Im shopping around for a new place. Ill write about my past 2 experiences after my (potiential 3rd strike) visit today. *Wish me luck*

This salon is managed by the former manager of the nail spa on cedar springs. Many of the best nail techs have moved to this location! They serve great complimentary drinks, and they are so friendly! Well-managed and so nice and clean.

Love this salon, most of the ladies(and guys) are very nice and skilled at what they do. I only had one bad experience with this one nail tech. She was very rough with my nails. I was finally getting them to a healthy state using dip powder on them religiously, but she ended up filing them down way to far towards the skin, I barely had any nail left! And my manicure barely lasted 2 days before I had to go back because it was falling apart, the nails were chipping terribly when they usually last up to 3 weeks just fine. I stopped going for a while, but I dropped in today and the ladies won me over today. The service was great, they did an amazing job on my nails. Glad I gave them another chance.
