Linda just knew since day one without me even telling her whats wrong with my ingrown toe nail. I trust her with removing the ingrown toe nail without pain. I wear tennis shoes a lot so my big toes gets aggravated if nails get too long but I go and make sure I ask for Linda. One time she wasnt there so i took a chance on someone new and Chi i believe her name was did a good job as well.

Tried to give this place several chances but it’s not worth the time or money. Be prepared to get whatever they feel like giving you. You can ask for one thing but they will still do whatever they want and have an attitude if you correct them. I asked for gel toe polish 4 times only for her to still use regular polish. Rushed me out the chair and didn’t even have the decency to let it dry. Also I got cut one time. Don’t waste your time/money here.

I used to come here about 10years ago and in that time Ive tried other spots and NO ONE DOES ME THE WAY Q-NAILS DOES!!! I LOVE THEM!!! I WONT BE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I have been taking my 2 daughters and myself to this salon 4 a yr. The people that work yhere are rude and predjudi4. I came and got a full set with designes..but on the second day they started to lift and come off..the first 2 nails they fixed. I went back and the lady got rude and said she did not speak english. The second lady said after ne standing there 4 7 min. I spent over 259 a month at this establishment and have never been more disrespected. I . my nails have a fungus Ive been fighting since I started there. Im done.

Tina is my normal go to nail tech ALWAYS!!! She was off today so nicki did them and i love them. They cleaned and trimmed my 2 year olds nails for free and let him sit in the massage chair and provided him some candy to entertain him while i got my nails dont. I love this place.

Normally I love the place decent prices but I kept telling her to soak my nails she insisted. On taking them if which ended up hurting me and causing me to bleed and 1and half later there soaking my nails

Ive visited 4 times, with 4 different techs. Of all 4 MARY has been the best hands down . Ive had my lashes did twice, MARY did them Best. She had my eyes poppin. The other lady work was sloppy. Needs better nail techs and work on TIME MANAGEMENT. Every time that Ive went there, I was there at least 2 1/2 hours for a manicure and pedicure. The pictures that you see when you Google Q-1 nails will be how your nails look when done if you dont let MARY do your nails. No lie . Ive been asking for her she out on vacation right now

If u could give negative 5 stars I would. They didn’t do anything I asked I even showed a photo for reference because I know they can’t do identical and no it was horrible nothing I asked for

The workers here seem very nice but the lady in the front who calls the shots is very rude made an appointment the day before for the morning for me and my daughter was told she didnt remember got there at 10:30 a.m. didnt get seen until i said we was leaving then she rushed that was almost 12:30 had to go work at 5p.m wanted to treat myself wanted to unwind but no didnt get everything i wanted done if youre used to get your money worth this place isnt worth it that women would ruin your whole experience .

Technician that worked on my feet had very poor customer service. The technician the did my nails was a sweetheart. Everyone else was pleasant. If I return the one that did my toes can never get my service!

I only recommend them for eyebrows. They EXTREMELY RUDE, they are always messing up someones nails.

Oh, what is it not to say about Q1 Nails. I been coming to Ms.Tammys establishment since I was 16, and Im 36 now. You do the math. I am a fan! Im more than a customer and theyre more than nail techs. We are family. Im treated as family as well. I love this place, and I wouldnt trade it for and other place. I go every 2 weeks, and Im never disappointed.

They do decent nails, but they’re always busy af!!! It’s other places around that’s less crowded and do a good job

Awful, ridiculously rude nail techs. two different nail techs told my son to go away and to shut up. and, no he was NOT being disruptive. i was horrified by how rude they were. later addressed this with the owner... no response, not even an apology. never again!

They took me without an appointment, the woman was great. I got a manicure and dip and she did a wonderful job! I do believe I may have found my new nail shop.

Manicurist were nice I just felt like my pedicure service was being rushed. I understand your busy but Im a paying customer and I would appreciate it more if I could actually soak my feet and enjoy the service but no my feet were never soaked they immediately went straight into the whole pedicure from the time I sat down. (Callus needs to be softened inorder to remove)

Will never come here again. Proper sanitation of things are iffy. For instance, they dont put a bag in the pedicure bowl and look at you like you are requesting the moon when you ask them. They claim that they sanitize the bowl well and so do not need the bag. The lady that did my pedicure and the guy that did my ombre were both going to use nail cutters that were not newly opened. Just picked it out of the stuff and both claimed they had sanitized it from the night before. They both ended up using the new ones but I shouldnt have to argue to get sanitized tools. Now to the guy that does nails on the first table on the left, he chats with people on the laptop while doing your nails! Who does that? What kind of customer service is that? I observed him do it with someone else and he did it with me too. He takes his swell time and just smiles to you as if that makes up for his stupidity. They are not cheaper than other stores and I would rather pay more for a better service even if they were cheaper. Please take yourself else where.

Thanks a whole bunch Mary. First-time going in to get individual eyelashes done. They were quite busy, as I was patient about a thirty minute wait. However, she let me know to call ahead of time in the future. This is my 2nd week going on 3rd. Plus, the total price was under $30. Awesome sauce!

Always great getting my nails done here ! I absolutely prefer them over a few other places Ive had to go to get my nails done since my move here, with the exception of like one or two places, but theyre definitely in the top 3 ! Great service and we loved our nails.

This place is terrible! I had them redo my shellac nails. Oh hell no never again. Do not go here!!! I do a french tip shellac so my nails can grow out for the 2 or 3 weeks and not look terrible. Well after the second coat I knew she was not a good painter. So I stopped and said something. I was met by the response oh after the 3 coats it will look better. So I let her. She put on 3 too many coats and my nails look like crap! I shouldnt have paid them. There are bubbles of paint on the sides where it flowed from too much being put on, & the sides are not even painted! The french lines are all messed up and you can see the different layers she put on. On top of it all there are wish I could put a pic on here to show you. They wont give me my money back. The girl blamed it on the paint but after having shellac done for the last 3 years I know better. I have to go pay again to get my nails done or walk around looking like a 5 year old did my nails for the next 2 weeks. Dont waste your time or money. These people suck really bad. My friend just came out and her nails are all messed up too. Dont do it.

I went here to get my nails fixed from Excel Nails in Garland, I absolutely loved my nails just the way I wanted them....There was a bit of drama from the customer side but it was great going back tomorrow my nails have lasted three weeks! :) And if you go Mon-Weds the fills are 12.00 cant get any better.

Took my daughter for a mani pedi and she waited with her feet in cold water for quite awhile until they started and then only had one person doing the mani pedi! Took forever and came out horrible.

The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I didnt give this place a 5 star because its not in a good area and there are a lot of loitering in the area.

They are the worst ever. They dont sterilize anything, theyre extremely rude, AND they are horrible at nails. I tried on several occasions to give them a chance but its always a waste of time and I leave out pissed off and the furthest away from being satisfied.

I went to get a eyebrow wax and the lady told me I had to wait 30 minutes. When she finished doing the lady eyebrows that she was working on she turned around and started doing a full set. It do not take that long to wax eyebrows. I guess something was just telling me that I needed to go back to my regular nail shop. I was not about to wait that long when I had been at work since 5am.

The service was terrible. I literally just went on sunday to get my nails done. I wanted to do MATTE ombré. The guy told me he could do it. I suggested two colors that were almost similar in color (navy blue and black).... he tell me no to the navy blue and suggest I get a lighter blue because I wouldn’t show. On top of that, he freaking sliced the skin under my cuticle like 50x’s UGH. Anyways I try it..... LITERALLY THE WORST .... not because of the blue because it was NOT ombré .. he just painted two colors in my nails .. then had the nerve to charge me almost $50 for it. Not to mention the nail on my left hand ring finger was COMING OFF .... I went again today to get it done and they redid it, just one simple color for $20. I’m never coming back... I would rather go somewhere else than to ever comeback..... I wish I could post pictures so you could see the HORRIBLE work that was done... never again SERIOUSLY.My rating is being NICE

I have been going there for awhile and trying to give them a chance but the last time i went they did a horrible job the powder was too thick he cut me with the emery board my nails look like they were done by my 4 and 5 year old grandkids.i had to pay30 dollars to get them fixed and when i showed the manager the picture she said that doesnt show anything and wouldnt refund me.please dont waste your time going there they dont know how to do any styles you show them a picture and they cant do it.worst mistake ever i am going to city nails they fixed their mess.

This place is a mess ...THEY DO NOT USE DISINFECTANT!!!!! ....I ask if she could sanitize the spa bowl and she said NO...so I turned my ass around and walked out...TDLR WILL NOTIFIED!!!!!

Stopped there today, horrible people. Had a full set, nails too thick, uneven, and the paint job is horrible. There are dents on the acrylic that show through the nail polish.
