For context, I come here for gel manicures and signature pedicures.Snow is the technician to ask for - shes simply the best. She knows what shes doing and provides great suggestions / ideas for nail designs. High quality nail products, nail service, customer service (offers wine, soft drinks water) and they are thorough (no rushing to get you out the door). Prices are reasonable in my opinion and are viewable on the website.

Obsessed with this place. They’re so kind & funny! Snow is my girl. She kills it with the designs. These are my real nails with gel. Sarah is great too! They also pour me a glass of wine and make sure I’m comfortable.

Ive been coming to this nail salon since the early months of 2019. I have never had a bad experience. I love the atmosphere. Superb customer service! Nikki is my go-to nail technician. She does an amazing job on the dip powder!! I prefer to make an appointment, and if Nikki is finishing up with a customer when I arrive, they will have someone else to start the process to remove or soak my nails.

I visited Bliss today and got a gel manicure and pedicure. I must say that Helen and her husband did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Helen for pedicures and her husband for manicures. They did exactly as I asked and they can both polish very well.

Well I got a nail fungus after going to them twice so... theres that. Nails were beautiful but the trade off is not worth it. After 9 years of getting acrylics, this is my first time ever getting nail fungus so I wont ever be back.

Mi did an incredible job with my pedicure. The attention to detail and care she took made it one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had; she somehow made my super short / fairly beat up nails look really good. Definitely recommend!

Love this place! Have been multiple times and have been satisfied each time. All nail techs are great! I always get dip powder w/ tips and they last a few weeks every time with no chipping or breakage.

I loved that you could relax with a complimentary drink. I had a lovely mimosa at the end of a stressful day. I appreciate that they dont charge extra for more than one color or to have French look in colors because the price was not expensive but I have paid less for the same good quality. The ambiance and service helped bring the stars up.The callous remover did not remove my callouses. The pedicurist was likely tired. Im always running and dancing. So they really require attention to detail. It was late though and I was grateful enough to get in. I would hope they would want me to leave with smooth feet, if ever I return. Cost for pedicure, callous remover included and gel manicure only (I never get tips put on) was around $57 I gave a little something extra for their time so it was $61. Love this place! I’ve been getting acrylics for 6 years and just recently discovered this nail salon. They did a great job. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how my nails held up. It’s been 2 weeks now and none of my nails have lifted, chipped, or fallen off. As a beauty professional myself, I can tell the salon is very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and the salon is beautiful. Their services are very reasonably priced. I will be coming back!

I have been coming here for a while but the new guy with tattoos at the front desk was rude with an attitude he didn’t explain the pricing in a nice way when I had a question. If I’m paying my money I should get the service I’m paying for without an attitude. Save your time and go somewhere you’ll be appreciated.

My initial treatment was fine with my technician. However now I’m so unhappy with this service. I got dip and 3 days later this happened. I had to wait until Friday after work to get it fixed (they have a 10 day policy) I called ahead and told them when I was coming several days before. After driving 20 minutes in traffic they told me they wouldn’t be able to service me for another 30 minutes. For two nails. That timing Wouldn’t be feasibly with my schedule this evening. Won’t be coming back.

Came for a pedicure.. was surprised to know it cost $10 to remove the gel polish on my toes or if i got gel again as the new application it would be $20!! On top of the price for pedicure... My boyfriends mom suprised us BOTH with spa pedicures on a Saturday and we had NO wait. The three of us chose complimentary Mimosas as our drinks and were treated like royalty! Sanitary, CLEAN, calm & soothing atmosphere, and the staff were professional and attentive. Sure wish we had a location nearer to our home, but to say this salon was well worth the drive from Ennis is a vast understatement! If you havent been, have you truly even had a spa salon experience??? 😍

I have been coming here since moving to Dallas. I has an acrylic fill yesterday and it looks like I need one today! The tech rushed, didn’t evenly push my cuticals down so it literally looks lije its been 2 weeks since my last fill. I couldn’t tell until the polish was on and had no time to stay and have someone fix them. SOO disappointed!

I have been coming to this salon since their opening. I had been satisfied with them until this evening. I had called to make an appointment yesterday and was informed there was no power but to please call back tomorrow. I call back this morning and book an appointment with my favorite person, Golden. I show up for my appointment on time and have to wait 20 minutes. They gave priority to other customers without appointments, while at the same time ignoring me and asking me to wait 45 minutes. It is unfortunate for the (what I think was) the manager to be so rude to me about it not mattering that I had an appointment. I decided to leave after they continued to ignore me. It is unfortunate, but I will not be back after this treatment. Beware.

Very clean with a modern but relaxing environment. Both Nikki and Natalie worked on my nails. They were a seamless pair, catering to a rather challenging design I wanted. The prices were fair -- for removal of dip polish, reshape, dip design, and then gel design on top --- $60. Couldnt be more pleased

I came here for a full set, and to their credit..it was reasonably priced. HOWEVER..within 2 days..my nails began falling off while doing CASUAL things like brushing my teeth or scratching my leg. 😒Irritated and very disappointed because I talked to quite a few people and did my research before coming here. I scheduled the appt on my only day off so I don’t have any time currently to talk to them about this. But losing 5 nails within 4 days of having them is unacceptable.

I had gotten my nails done a week ago today and within two days two nails had broken off and i was literally doing nothing. i called and got them fixed for free but then yesterday two more broke off and i was again doing nothing! i’m so mad and upset. i honestly just think it was the lady i got and unfortunately i don’t remember her name but i definitely want my money back and tip that i left.

They have a 15% off promotion on their website which they are not honoring due to COVID 🙄 it’s been 10 months, I would suggest you remove the promotion of it isn’t valid anymore. This is poor customer service/public relations at its finest.

Today was my first time at Bliss Nail Spa, and i would say that they beat the competition. The place is clean, and the staffs are amazing, fast service with good results. I got a pedicure with Alisa and she killed it with the best foot massage i’ve ever had, Mint was also meticulous with my dip nails. Strongly recommend 👍🏼.

Do not go for mani/pedi. I just got both and they did a terrible job. I had to keep asking them to fix everything and they scrubbed my feet for all of 20 seconds. Can’t even tell I got a pedicure. Bad bad bad. Will not be going back.

Aime did my nails. She had an instant attitude because I asked her to use a new file on my nails because of Covid. Her towels looked unclean.She was also not happy because I just wanted a simple acrylic fill and a fix not a dip,gel design or any upcharged service.She was not doing my nails the way I requested which is the most natural and basic look so I told her how I wanted them in a calm way.At this time she pushed my hands away in offense and got up from the table and started putting her things away.Then she started yelling over my head in anger in a foreign language to another tech about me.I was confused because her response was over the top and out of control. I should be able to tell you my preference without it escalating to this level.She treated me as if she watches too much RHOA and has a prejudice, preconcieved opinión about how black women are and should be treated.I was very unhappy with the treatment so I paid full price( no apology or discount offered) for a botched job and I left without my nails being completed. Horrible experience. I will never go back there. Aime is awful.

First visit here yesterday and I will return! Lots of care and attention to detail...I was not rushed in and out like at other nail salons. The technicians listened to what I wanted and asked for my approval before starting to cut or polish. My nails have never looked so pretty or even before! Very happy with the services I received!

I tried it the first time because it was a convenient location while running errands and found that my gel manicure lasted far longer that others Ive had.I went back a second time and so far, same thing!They also wrote at the top of my receipt the number of the gel nail polish I got and the name of the guy who did them - she said I had a week guarantee, if anything happens that messes them up, bring that receipt back and theyll fix it for free! 😊Ill definitely be back!

When they charge my card the total amount. Of 60$ they added $12 and then the next day refunded the$12 and this was the second time they did it their service was good but I think its something scammy about when they charge cards so if I was you I wouldnt let them charge cards I would use cash

New favorite place! Very affordable even with the 15% of they gave me. I would have only paid $45 with 3 different colors. The staff is amazing. The first time I went the tech I had messed my nails up and cut me, but 4 other techs swarmed my table and immediately fixed my nails. The atmosphere is amazing it is beautiful and the nail techs make you feel welcome. Tommy is the manager he does amazing nails himself on top of he always checks everyones job to make sure it is on point. So many color options for dip nails.

I went here to get a acrylic full set with gel, and a minimal design and for the price and service I don’t think it was worth it. From a distance the nails look good but up close you can see how they start looking cheap .

Bliss Nail Spa is the only establishment that I trust with the treatment and care of my nails. Not only are they gentle, they are very informative about the health of your nails. That in itself is important to me. Keep up the excellent service, I definitely appreciate that.

I was at Target and saw this new place. Wonderful! Everyone was friendly and professional. I did dip powder hombre and a signature pedi and paid $80 which is about average for me. I am very picky and have zero complaints about the work they did. My only complaint is that the massage on the pedicure chairs was not very good but overall that didn’t take away from the experience.

Customer service is abysmal and craftsmanship is not much better I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

They arent too keen on people who only want acrylic nails. The manager of the spa, misled and said that she had an appointment in 20 minutes once she found out I didnt want gel, or dip. I sat there for an hour and a half watching as she just played around without this mysterious client ever showing up. She kept cutting her eyes at me, and I just chuckled. The tech that did my pedicure was AMAZING and I gave her a $20 tip for being extremely nice and professional. The nail techs could take some pointers from her for sure, because the one I ended up with also caught a quick attitude once I let her know that I didnt want gel or dip either, so she missed out on a good tip as well. Dont be so quick to judge, you never know who you are servicing. Huge disappointment after all of the great reviews.

The handsome guy doing my nails was bothered and quickly responded I did already when I mentioned my nail was still feeling uncomfortable (mind you I am soft spoken). He tried but was already being too negative towards me and my nail didnt feel much different. My whole cheap pedicure experience was not great at all. I came home to find myself ruining my toe nail because it still hurt which is why I went to begin with!!!! I now have a toe that is red from one side waiting to heal and all because I was to afraid to SPEAK UP!!!!!!!! This place is so pretty but the young kids behind the idea still need practice to stay booming long term. I didnt take a picture of my toes but if needed I will. Good luck Bliss Salon!

The service was terrible. The man that did my nail watches the food network above my head the entire time. Didn’t ask me how I liked anything -shape of nail, how I liked the color, etc. he did an awful job of paying attention to detail and barely got any of my cuticle. I will NOT go back!

I went there for a full acrylic nail set on January 3rd or 4th, the nails came off the same day but the base has stayed on my nails for three months now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I really like this Salon/Spa. Ive been going a few months. I get Nextgen and pedicures. ONE PROBLEM - if I am the customer and I say that something hurts, like the nail drill is TOO high and my nail feels HOT, and i feel it should be turned down. I am the customer, paying for a service. I should not be made to feel like I am WRONG! And have to argue with the technician. Then sit there the rest of the time while she has an attitude. Why are Vietnamese so testiee! This has happen to me many times when I voice a complaint in one of these many salons. If I am being hurt I will speak up that is what we do in America. Doing nails is not rocket science but it can hurt and your techs should be made aware that everyone is different and has a different response to the drilling etc.

I had Mia and another very nice lady today for my mani/pedi. Then, someone else did my eyebrow wax. It was my 1st time there. I was immediately greeted and only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was at the pedicure spa. I liked that they do the mani/pedi at the same time using 2 techs. Its a VERY clean place and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be back. The mani/pedi & wax were done to perfection. Also very reasonably priced.

I typically never leave reviews but my nails didn’t even last a whole week without one breaking. Total of 4 nails broke. I went back they fixed them and what happens the next day?! THEY BREAK. The whole top part.

Today I stopped into Bliss for a mani-pedi. The young lady at the desk asked me what I wanted and I told her that more than anything I was really interested in massage. She then directed me to their most expensive pedicure. I was taken aback with the price but she explained to me that it came with a 30 minute massage along with 8 or 9 steps(masks/scrubs) so I said okay. I was expecting it to be a real show stopper pedicure, sadly it was not. I also asked for a manicure and she asked me if I had ever had my nails dipped before to which I said no. She explained that with my work life it might be a good option for me so I asked how much is the price of a dipped manicure and she pointed to a $25 manicure on the book. I thought, well what a great deal, so I said yes. I asked if I could please have the manicure and pedicure separate because I dont feel comfortable having my hands and feet worked on at the same time. She said its easier and more time efficient to do it at the same time. I should have demanded it but I didnt and just went with it.When I sat down for the pedicure I can say that at least five steps that I read were supposed to be involved were left out. (They actually let me take home the products that were supposed to be used on me at the end because I asked why they were still sitting there.) When the man set the timer for the 30-minute massage I asked him no leg rub, just focus on my feet he just looked at me like I was crazy, laughed and rubbed my legs for 20 minutes and got up twice to get other products while the timer was going. I actually have bruises on the tops of my feet from him rubbing so hard and I did ask him to soften his touch, instead he just rubbed the bottom of my feet really really hard.The girl who did my nails actually did the dip part first. Before the manicure part. From what I can tell some of those steps were left out as well. The nails did come out pretty cute and Im very pleased with the dip technique. Im just astounded at how many steps were left out especially with the price I had to pay.So I finally get up to pay and she hits me with $128. And Im like for what? And she explained that its the price of the pedicure, extra massage time she didnt mention I had to pay for, the price of a manicure and the price of the dip. At the beginning I asked three different times if the dip was extra with the price of the manicure and the answer was no. UHHHHH! She then offered to give me 15% off like she was doing me a favor when that was already the deal of the day.Im a mom that works really, really hard and rarely gets to treat myself to something like this. So to walk out feeling taken advantage of and more tense than before I went in was really upsetting.

Im so upset. I got my nails done last Thursday by Saturday 2 nails came off. Monday went back and got them fix. Today one more nail came came. This doesnt make since that I have to keep going back to get them fix.
