Mitch and Spencer took great care of us. They were professional, friendly, and did a tremendous job cleaning our ducts & A/C unit. Our intake vent was in dire need of a deep-clean after the renovations we incurred in our condo. Mitch, Spencer, and Paramount saved the day.

I dont love long reviews, so Ill keep this short. Paramount has been one of the best HVAC companies Ive done business with. I have worked with a handful. The technicians, salespeople, and installers are all very knowledgeable, fair, and are not pushing up-sells. Youll be a happy customer, too, if you use them. For us, theyve done PM, repairs, and most recently, we bought a new system from them. A++
Great service experience! Matt gave me a courtesy call in advance, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed our main HVAC issue. Additionally, he was able to accommodate my request to do a hearing tune up same day on both systems. Afterward, he showed me what had caused the issue and what he did to fix it. Our a/c was not working; it was the middle of August. Making an appointment was simple. The tech was prompt and professional. Our issue was that the tech did not have a ladder or a shop-vac - the only two supplies needed to repair the furnace problem in the attic. We provided the items stated, yet we were seemingly charged as if the tech had used company supplies. The tech even admitted he did not give us a price quote prior to completing the work. I am grateful our a/c was repaired promptly. We paid without argument, but the tech/company should use some discretion when writing up charges. If you used your own supplies, then yes, please charge us. We suppose we saved money because the tech did not have to drive back to the shop to retrieve said supplies. We should have paid the diagnostic fee, but cleaned/repaired the problem ourselves. Overall, we will use this company again, if needed in the future. However, we will be more diligent about requesting price quotes.
Highly recommended. We had a new furnace installed along with having duct work sealed, two booster fans installed, and a couple areas in a bedroom insulated by Paramount. Everyone was very knowledgeable, good communicators, and polite. These guys really know what they are doing. I have been through 3-4 other companies and they are a bar above their competition.
I would highly recommend using Paramount and they will definitely be my first call in the future. For the last 5 years, we have had reoccurring issues with our furnace and the home warranty company has sent 4 different companies out to correct the issue to no avail. At last they sent out Paramount and Tony immediately determined the issue that lurked for the past 5 years. It was determined that a new furnace was required and Paramount promptly ordered, scheduled, and installed the new furnace. The technicians who installed the furnace did a great job, were very polite, and I was completely impressed with the overall experience.
My unit was 20 years old, quit blowing cold air after a leak in the system and I knew going into the service call that I was looking for a replacement furnace and a/c. Nate responded to the service call, he offered us multiple solutions with different prices, everything from a sealant/refrigerant fix, to a new coil/heat pump, to multiple levels of replacement. We wanted the replacement, cost was on par with consumer index (although we had to rent a crane making a tad more expensive). They were able to do the install next day, it did take another visit a few days later to finish up loose ends with the heat, but I was fine with that since it is 80 degrees out. I would recommend this company, as they did try to give me other options other than full replacement (but I didnt want to dump the money into a 20 year old system), installation crew was respectful, clean, and prompt. Paramount scheduled to come to my house at my convenience and they were right on time! The tech was professional and efficient. He installed a new programmable thermostat and taught me how to use it! The most interesting surprise was the follow up report that was emailed to me. All the information I ever need to know about the heating and cooling equipment in my house is included. I will feel confident when I call them that they will know exactly how to service my house because they have all the information in pictures! Thank you!

Highly recommend Paramount Heating & Air. We knew we needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system. Our system was only 12 years old however we wanted to convert to gas and our AC was not compatible with the newer systems. That being said we called company after company getting quotes and being really unsure who to go with or who to trust. I got a flyer in the mail and googled the company. I was amazed at the number of good reviews I saw. From the initial visit to the install we have been so pleased with Paramount. Their technicians are very professional and provide superior service. Paramount was exceptional in installing my new furnace and AC system. The components were matched to meet the needs of my homes size and are very efficient, saving me money. In addition, they installed a whole-house humidifier, which brought up the comfort level considerably during the winter months. I was surprised how much of a different more humid air has on comfort level. I could keep my thermostat a few degrees lower, but the higher humidity made it feel warmer.I can recommend Paramount and their owner, Bill Brown, without reservation. Great service, fair pricing, honest answers, and excellent recommendations.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They did work for me 90 days ago that I paid $875 for. I also paid for a 90 day warranty. I still had a leak so I called to have my warranty fix it. The receptionist hung up on me twice and said the owner will not honor the warranty. I STRONGLY suggest you hire another company and DO NOT pay for any work from them. They dont stand behind their work or warranty. The owner doesnt even care.
Wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars. Great service, great price, early part of summer and Im sitting in super cold air. I could not be happier ... dont waste time calling anyone else. Great experience and will be recommending to family/friends who need heating and cooling service.

Our A/C went out last night, we called this morning and they had Charles and Tyler out to our house at the 1 hour window as promised. They were friendly, polite and quick. They inspected the unit, identified a failed capacitor (thank goodness that was all), replaced it, recorded the temperature drop in the home after service and away they went. From our initial visit to our installation, Paramount was professional, courteous, and fast. The information we received allowed us to make an informed decision about the type of furnace we were purchasing and we feel confident that we made the right choice for our home.On install day, the installers thought that there might be damage to new the unit that occurred in transit. Rather than bringing it in, installing it and trying to hide the damage, the installers went all the way back to the warehouse and got a new unit.

The capacitor needs to be replaced on our furnace, but we were not pressured into making a decision or purchasing a replacement. I really appreciate the non-pressured approach.

Paramount was great. They came out right away and when they couldnt fix our existing AC Unit they got us a great deal on a totally upgraded unit. Their entire team was great from sales to install. They even stayed late on a holiday weekend to get the Unit in and running.

I have worked with other HVAC companies who used scare tactics to try to get me to purchased items/equipment. I felt Paramount treated me with respect and provided extraordinary service. I know I can trust their assessments and will continue to use them for both heating and cooling.
Dave came out to do my yearly furnace inspection and did a great job. He was very friendly, professional, and did a great job of explaining things to me. He also found that a safety mechanism in my furnace had been disabled, which could have caused serious problems. After having another company check my furnace for the last three years and saying nothing about this, Im very happy that it was discovered. Dave went out of his way to find the part, as it wasnt easy since I have an older furnace, and stayed in touch with me until he had the part and was able to schedule a time to come out and do the repair. Very reasonably priced, and on top of everything else, Dave was very kind to my dogs...which goes a long way with me.
Bill always answers my calls and gives service without pressure or hype. Today while completing a routine maintenance call, he balanced the ducts output to make all our rooms comfortable. He provided an estimate on a new Carrier furnace since our furnace is from 1989, and told us timing and financing tips to get the best deal. And he gave a detailed account of the status of our HVAC system.What Bill doesnt offer is the high pressure sales, messy practices, and overstaying his welcome that you find with most service contractors. If you want an engineers knowledge and the best service, I recommend Paramount to all my friends and neighbors. My peace of mind and care of my family is that important!

My aunt used this company in September of this year. She paid over $800 for furnace repair. She called them back in November to repair their original work. She was told that they do not guarantee their work. Flabbergasted, she had to call another company to make the repairs and corrective work.

Extremely rude on the phone. Wouldnt even schedule an appointment, told us to go through the home warranty company. I informed them that we already have an approval in hand from the home warranty company and were free to schedule wiyh whomever. Their response? We are not interested in working with you. Bottom line: this place does not want your business, take it elsewhere.

The customer service and professionalism Bill Brown provides for his company are exemplary. When my early 80s A/C unit went down and I had to replace my mid-70s furnace with it, Paramount was the 2nd HVAC company I brought in. He gave me 4 great unbiased options to replace both units (the previous company gave me only one option). He explained each option in great detail with his IPad and with great leave-behinds during our meeting. Bill also diagnosed two legitimate problems with my furnace that both the other HVAC company and my home inspector had missed (the previous owner had jerry-rigged it to work so they wouldnt have to replace the entire unit, despite it needing to be replaced). I was sold on the product, but most of all, I was sold on Bill Brown and his company to do the job right and take care of me as a customer.Paramount started installing a new A/C and furnace at my house within 5 days of me accepting the proposal on one of the options. His crew was professional, friendly, prompt, and hard-working. I did not have to be there the entire time they were installing, which was very important to me being a business owner myself, so I did not have to take a day off of work to oversee the job. At the end of the day when they had to leave before I got home, they locked-up the house for me, which was very thoughtful of them. Upon completion, the areas they worked in were as clean as they were when they arrived. Bill spent a little over two hours with me after work hours to present and test the new units, program the new digital thermostat and teach me how to use it, did some last minute little details with the furnace to make sure it was perfect, and to finish the paperwork. They went above and beyond any expectations I had to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy.I absolutely LOVE my new Carrier A/C unit and furnace. The A/C unit is whisper quiet, even when going full-throttle... it is shockingly quiet. When the fan is on in the house, you cannot hear it at all, even when standing right next to the furnace. I am looking forward to seeing how much I save per month on my electric bills. Both came installed with a 10-year warranty. Will be signing a maintenance agreement with them to protect my investment for a long time to come. I cannot be more impressed with Paramount and their fantastic owner. They do things the right way and put their customers first. This buying experience has likely made me a lifelong customer of theirs. My advice is to call Paramount before you call anyone else, because you likely will not need to call anyone else.
