I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Star. My thermostat went out, and I panicked (being a first-time, single homeowner with a 40 year old unit). I originally was going to use an HSA contractor, but opted to do some searching. Jason came out the same day and explained everything, was super pleasant and professional, and I fully intend on replacing my entire system with them when the time comes. I got exactly the kind of service you would want and expect from a small locally owned business. Jason looked over my old furnace and AC system, listened to my wants/needs for full system replacement, discussed options and gave me a very fair quote on the spot. He returned a few days later with the install crew who despite inclement weather knocked out the install quickly. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication, and job site cleanup compared to some of the other HVAC companies in town. When I was looking for a contractor, I noticed that Star had a lot of reviews and also very high scores. Since I dont replace my air conditioner often, this was a big decision. I am now one of those promoters. I contacted Star Heating & Air at the same time I contacted three other contractors for the replacement of my whole house air conditioner. Jason was one of the first to respond and came to see the job and give me a clear written quote. Before I selected a brand and contractor, he answered several follow up questions as I was learning all of the options and comparisons between companies and products. Jason and his team removed the old air conditioner and installed the new system as scheduled and on time. Even though the weather was bad that day, they made sure to keep the house clean and watched for any mud and such in the house. I appreciated that. The system was replaced in the winter time, so he also scheduled a follow up visit in early spring just to make sure all pressures and settings were correct with the warmer weather. All was correct and I am pleased with the system. It was installed to an existing furnace which was a bit tricky, but they did a great job. I dont write many reviews, but I recommend Jasons work and would definitely refer others to him.

Jason and his team are fantastic! I recently texted him late one evening because our AC was no longer cooling and the house was extremely warm. He arrived first thing the next morning and had our AC repaired in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and very affordable pricing. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and AC needs.

Came same day on initial repair. When my AC went out altogether, came same day again for new estimate, and replaced the next morning. Couldnt have done a better job. Highly recommended!

Had the guys from Star HVAC out to clean our ducts, and they did a fantastic job. They were very thorough, very clean. They dealt with our 3 cats and 1 dog super well. Jason (not the owner, but the other Jason) and Clayton also walked me through everything they were doing as they were doing it (I like to learn). Very knowledgeable.Would highly recommend.

My furnace quit unexpectedly in mid-February. After a long story of outrageous prices, I was referred to Star Heating and Air. I called the company after normal business hours, and spoke to Jason, who came to my home late in the evening. Jason was highly professional, and quoted me a price right there. I agreed to it, and he was at my door the following morning- earlier than I anticipated. In the end, Jason and his helper installed, my newly purchased furnace within 18 hours of contacting them, and at a price that was significantly less then the other vendors. I could not recommend Star Heating and Air more strongly to anyone needing HVAC services!!!!

I called with AC issue on Saturday. Jason said he was busy all day but would be available at 9am Sunday. He showed up on time on Sunday, diangnosed the issue in the first 10 minutes, and fixed it in the next 20. I am very satisfied with the service, and highly recommend.

Referred them to help my Uncle out in a pinch. They had his furnace running within 2 hours of calling them. I know I really appreciated having my family being taken care of, and my Uncle really appreciated his heat working.

Working with Jason was a great experience. He was actually supporting my contractor to put in HVAC for a badement remodel. He identified an issue with air conditioner, discussed it with me and even helped troubleshoot the issue in case I wanted to fix it myself (this really sold me on his trustworthiness). I was impressed with his quality of work and look forward to continuing to use him for my inspections moving forwards!

Had a second opinion on outdoor ac unit getting replaced and fixing downstairs furnace got quoted 3,400$ called a recommendation of my dads that owns his own ac business for 25 years and beat it by 2000$ plus also was not happy with the 15 min he spent at my house and charged me 80$ kinda leaves a bad taste my recommendation came tried everything he could even using matieral such as coolant recharge and hard start kit and charged me nothing so I will go to him for any of my needs it’s bad when you try to rip someone’s head off that knows a lot of people in town !
