The tech was very good and professional. I was called the day of the appointment when the service tech would be at my house. He put on shoe covers and I showed him where the thermostat was and he started to work. When he was finished he explained everything that was done. 5 star service and amazing prices.

Great communications, prompt arrival for assessment & quoting job, also for system installation. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Respectful to us & our home & covid-19 with masks & social distancing. Asked questions when necessary. Explained everything after installation and assured us they were only a phone call away if we had any questions and if necessary would come back to our home to help. The system is so quiet. I have looked at these before and feel the cost was quite reasonable in that whole retrospect. Thank you

Pillar Heating and Cooling was awesome for our AC servicing this weekend. Tim took his time to explain every part of the system and what things we can do to ourselves for upkeep. He didnt charge us for a diagnostic service after figuring out that our main problem was a clogged condensation pipe, and he said clearing that is part of the routine servicing anyway, so I really appreciated that. We will definitely call again in the fall to get our heating checked on as well.

The technician from Pillar Heating and Cooling arrived ahead of schedule, was exceedingly professional, and outlined everything needed in the repair process for my air conditioner. He walked me through the process of repairing our unit, and he even took the time to clean the unit and install a new filter. This is my second experience with this business (the first was for heating) and both times have been fast and professional with high quality results.

I had an exceptional experience with the Pillar Heating and Cooling Team. First tech performed a Air diagnostics with my current AC unit and determined it was not working to its capacity. It needed updated. He scheduled me in 2 days to have the new unit installed. A team of installers worked together removing and replacing the AC in a matter of hours without a glitch. I was really impressed how these two worked together as a team. Both the tech obviously take pride in their work.

The technician came to my house to do a thorough review of our new home installation. His experience proved invaluable in identifying numerous items that the builders a/c installers either missed or improperly installed. Pillar Heating and Cooling came out right away after y call and diagnosed the problem with my furnace which was a bad capacitor. They fixed the problem immediately and my furnace was working again in no time. I highly recommend Pillar Heating and Cooling for all heating and AC needs. They are the best.
