I have always had professional trustworthy service from the only technician I have used for many many years. Jaime Thompson is the BEST ! I called this morning with a system fault issue and he was able to come out the same afternoon. I feel very lucky to have Columbus Worthington Air and Jaime for all my air and heating needs !

Have been a customer of theirs for 6 years and pay for their annual service plan for cleaning and inspecting of my furnace and a/c each season. I recently had an issue with my a/c, they came out the same day and fixed it and within 3 days I will be having a new furnace and a/c installed.Everyone from the service rep who answers the phone to the service rep who repaired my a/c unit and the sales rep who sold me my new furnace and a/c are ALL professional and make you feel important with their outstanding customer service!

Steven and Joe were professional, informed us of their planned installation and went over operation after it was installed. They followed COVID protocols. The pricing was fair and actually lower than other bids. The analysis of replacement A/C needs was expert. There was follow up to see if the installation went well. I highly recommend dealing with this company.

The installation was great. However when ask about the humidifier my wife and I agreed to have it installed and thought it was included in the quote. Only to find out that it was not, and was told we would have to play out right or call the bank and have 450 dollars added to the quote that was given....shm. not happy

Columbus Worthington Air installed our furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional, but most importantly very friendly, caring and compassionate from selling us the equipment to installing it. Ba & Branson did an amazing job on the install and Ryan was an amazing salesman. Everything was done in a very timely manner. We got their 10 year warranty also. That was a no-brainer. I would highly recommend them!

In October 2020 we purchased a new system from Worthington Air. Not only did the have great online reviews but a great reputation via word of mouth.In January of 2021 with a brand new furnace and AC unit (entire new system) the furnace went out. It took over 4 visits from techs and over 3 weeks before we were assured the issue was resolved.Now in August 2021 the A/C is out. After hours tech can’t get to us so we are suffering though an 83 degree house for a night.Technician came out next day for the A/C issue. Solution was relatively easy and painless and air is back on. However the issue seemed to stem from the original furnace issue from January and took a while to cause a problem. Customer service was much better than the overnight/after hours tech who got a little snippy with a frustrated customerA brand new system (not cheap) has completely gone out more than once in less than 12 months. Customer service has been mostly positive through the process. Updating to 3 stars because my level of confidence in their work is very low at this point.

Emily did an exceptional job. We got a call at 2:30 that we would see someone between 3-6 and she arrived promptly at 3. The issue was with the coolant and she didn’t try to upsell us. She warned us that the AC may need replaced in the next couple years as well and suggested being proactive in saving for a new one.

Update #2: it’s been several months since they repaired the issue of the hot air flowing into the furnace room. Since they fixed it, my gas bill has decreased substantially.Update: we were contacted the day after making this review and scheduled for someone to come and fix the issue— I have attached images of their craftsmanship. They built a transition to connect the furnace to the plenum and used copious amounts of sealant to try and fill the holes... it functions.Original post: We had them install a furnace last year, all was well. Then we had them come and replace our 20 year old AC unit. The man who installed left a two-three inch gap between the furnace and the plenum and taped it poorly (which is not to code and the tape soon blew off, allowing heat to escape and fill the furnace room). I called and had someone come out from the service department, he said he would need to send some install guys and left. I waited several days, no call. So I called, explained the situation, was redirected to a managers voicemail, left a voice message. A week goes by, I call again, I am once again asked to talk to someone on the install side and directed to another voice mail. It has now been three weeks with no call back. You installed something incorrectly and now will not even respond to several attempts to contact someone to fix this issue. We spent 4 grand alone on the furnace and several more on the AC... this is not acceptable.

Called on a Sunday to have AC problem diagnosed. Tech arrived within 2 hours of call for the standard trip fee (no additional Sunday/emergency fee). Tech quickly diagnosed problem, explained and presented options, and ordered parts. Parts arrived on Tuesday, installation scheduled for Thursday. 2 techs on Thursday arrived and completed work, explaining the process along the way. Techs answered follow up questions, and pointed out additional areas of concern for future maintenance.

Top to bottom, our experience with this company was stellar. From the initial meeting with the project manager, Michelle, through getting our unit installed. The crew that came out to install the unit were very friendly and you could tell they cared about their work. They even made suggestions for the install to ensure that everything was the least intrusive as possible for our home as it pertained to where lines would be ran or where we placed the equipment. Even if it meant more work for them. They worked an entire day to get the unit installed and ran into a snag with the electrical that they said they would have to schedule a return visit to fix (not their fault). I received a call the very next morning around 8am letting me know they were on their way out and they had the unit up and running within minutes after one small adjustment to the circuit breaker. This company has provided one of the most professional experiences I can recall and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Yesterday the service technician provided maintenance on my air conditioner and replaced a rusty part. He was prepared and had the right part on his truck which was really nice. Today I could tell the different. My air conditioner is cooling my condo so well that I adjusted the thermostat to a higher temperature. That’s the kind of service I appreciate. Our HVAC unit suddenly stopped working so we called Worthington to get a tech out. Trevor and another technician came to our home the same day and knew what the problem in less than a minute. Not only did they repair the issue the completed a thorough maintenance and explained the system in detail as well as the various setting in the digital thermostat. They also explained the various methods to operate the system efficiently. It was VERY obvious they knew what they were doing. Excellent service!

After several attempts with other companies (no availability/response) — I got through quickly to an operator who took my number and said a tech would call. Very quick response time. They came out next day for service call. Installed all new AC and Furnace the day after that. They were on time, called 30 mins before arrival, did the job quick, and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I were very pleased. I did have a mirror broken, which was unfortunate. I had it affixed to the old furnace unit, in the basement, by our laundry area. I do not actually know what happened as I was not down there. I was only told not to put another mirror up? Not really any kind of apology, or anything. Not quite sure how to feel about that. However, everything else was excellent and I feel the price we paid was fair too. I will still use this company again, just based on expediency and timeliness. I have had prior experiences with contractors who were pretty bad. This company seems top notch, overall.

Columbus Worthington Air has been our HVAC provider of choice since moving to the Columbus area 7 years ago. They repaired our old furnace for as long as possible, and then installed a full replacement furnace, A/C, and humidifier when the old unit aged beyond repair. We have had an annual service CDW e agreement ever since and it provides great peace of mind in addition to our bi-annual service. The technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. He literally pulled into my driveway 29 minutes later, put on boot covers, a mask, and got to work. Mr. Ford was funny, knowledgeable, and took extra time to explain to me what he was doing and why. Earlier this month we had an issue with our AC unit which stopped cooling unexpectedly on a very humid day. I had seen a Worthington Air truck at my neighbors house just a week before, so its the first place I thought to call. Im glad I did. I called and got someone on the line immediately which was after hours, around 6 or 7pm Friday evening. She was very pleasant and promised to have a service tech phone me soon.Within an hour I got a call from a service technician (Bryce Whaley), who was on another job but said he could be at my house within a few hours. Once he finished his current job he reached out to let me know hed be at our home ~10pm. He was right on time. Bryce was professional, friendly, and quickly found our issue. He explained it thoroughly, had the part on the truck and replaced it. Twenty minutes later we were set with AC working again, and made for a comfortable evening and weekend.I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and timeliness demonstrated by Worthington Air, and Bryce Whaley. He said what hed do, and did what he said. Ive dealt with too many other companies where I cant say the same.Keep up the great work. Called due to a rattle in our furnace. They were awesome in that they had a cancellation and were able to come out that morning. No sooner did the rep take the panel off, he said that our inducer was bad, the furnace was at the end of its life being 12 years old. He did not really check the furnace thoroughly and said he would get a sales rep out that day to go over buying a brand new furnace since a new inducer would cost $1900. He also mentioned our AC unit was at the end of its life despite us not having any issues with it. We cancelled the sales rep appointment and sought out a second opinion from another company. Turns out a sticker had blown in to the fan and then blown out causing the rattle. Since then, no rattle and furnace has been going for 30+ minutes at 78* with fan on high. Additionally, we were charged for a maintenance agreement that I nor my husband agreed too at a whopping $230ish dollars. I told the rep over the phone it’s something we would discuss with the repairman once he arrived and found the issue. Instead, we were charged and nothing was explained to us. We thought it was a same-day charge until I started connecting the dots. Supposedly they were going to reverse it but haven’t seen confirmation of it. So disappointed in this experience.

I purchased a new furnace from CWA in 2013 and when my AC finally kicked the bucket in 2019 I bought a new system from them for that as well. Things were pretty straightforward and everything was explained well. The furnace has been awesome for the last 8 years with virtually no issues. Things didnt start the same with the AC -- but CWA honored all their commitments and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new system. I truly value the service they provided and am very impressed. They have further cemented that I will be a customer for life and that I will maintain my service plan with them. After getting a diagnosis from another HVAC company, we called Worthington Air for a confirmation of the original diagnosis. Kenny, our repair technician from Columbus Worthington Air, did an excellent job! He was very courteous and knowledgeable and dealt with our many questions in a very professional way. After running through his tests, Kenny provided a detailed evaluation of the issue and several options for resolution. After the problem was diagnosed and a path forward determined, he IMMEDIATELY (within an hour) set up a follow-up appointment with our sales professional Brian to provide an estimate for resolution of our issue. Throughout the process, Kenny kept us in the loop on the what he was doing and why. Oh yes, we are still waiting for an estimate from the original HVAC company.
