The stylists are knowledgeable of current trends and classic styles! I was very impressed with the quality of my cut for the cost. Definitely will be seeing these ladies again!

Mai messed my hair up so bad I had to go to another location and have it fixed. I did not trust her to fix it. She gave me the choppiest haircut and all I wanted was a trim. I have never felt so awful leaving a salon before. I have had other stylists at this location who have done great work but I will not get a haircut from her again.

Wonderful experience, first haircut at a salon since the pandemic and the service was fast (there wasnt a wait) and the stylist VJ (I hope Im correct on the name, Im going off of the mirror at the station) was able to work magic despite me not being very descriptive of what I wanted done. I left feeling happy and confident. On top of that she gave me styling tips regarding products and I ended up with a very nice forming cream. Overall, I really couldnt ask for more from a salon experience.

It’s been almost five years since I got my hair chopped🤦🏼‍♀️😂! I’ve received so many compliments on this haircut and color! I’ll prob go to this place again because I was more that what I expected and I strongly recommend this place. Lenora knows what’s up alongside with Kelvin! Thank you so much guys 😅 I am so happy 😁!

I got the best haircut here, I had not been able to get a haircut since per covid 19 and my stylist Lenora was amazing. She told me about my hair and she listened to me. I love love love my haircut. I thank you so very much. I look in the mirror and see what I saw in my head. Thank you so very much and I will come back. She also rescued my hair from all the bleached mess I had in it. I will always love my colors and will go back for treatments when I can. Thank you Lenora your amazing. :)

I was warned not to get my hair done here, glad i never got the chance...called in for a haircut lady was very short with me on the phone. Went in for my scheduled appointment at 2. Lady at counter said i scheduled my apointment at 10:45? I said no i made my appointment at 2. Ignored me and started talking to to the 2 guys behind me. Didnt ask if i wanted to reschedule or nothing? Walked out totally embarrassed.

Horrible experience. No shampoo/conditioning/blow drying/styling. Hair was cut dry. My hair is long, elbow length, I wanted a short above shoulder length bob cut with layers. The whole thing took less than 10 mins, no lie. Their salon service states that it includes shampoo, blowdry finish-nope none of that. Honestly was shocked that she straight up cut my hair dry and for the amount of hair I had, the whole thing took less than 10 mins, Ive never seen a cut so fast. No sprays to wet it down. Basically cut it straight across my neck. And I had to tell her at the end, it was not even, she proceeds to fix it and made the short side shorter and didnt even fix the correct side that was longer.NEVER again going back here.

Second time, TERRIBLE UNEVEN Haircut. I really didnt notice before I left because she didnt dry my hair. I Came home and my 17 year old said OMG mom your hair is choppy & super uneven. I will be returning monday to get this cut fixed. Its sad the lady I had was literally rushing. My shampoo/ Condition was done in 90 seconds. Yes, I timed it cuz they jip you. $30 later I have a half washed head and horrible haircut. Id post a photo but im too embarrassed!!!

I really have this negative image engrained in my mind about fantastic sams. It was more expensive then I was expecting based on the image in my mind. But I went because I needed a haircut and it worked well with my situation.I got booked with kallie for a same day appointment. Walked in and was welcomed and told to wait. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast everything was. I felt like I was in and out in a half hour.Bias only are a thing until you get over it. So give kallie a call and schedule for your cut. I have fine straight hair and from my experience I would go back.

Worst haircut ever stylist didnt listen to what I wanted and cut what she wanted to cut

I needed a hair cut and every place was booked because of the virus and I ended up going to this Fantastic Sams. Worst hair cut I ever got in my life. This fat Asian woman did my hair. They also charged me $24. I believe that this place does mostly womens hair because I was the only guy in there. Ill never go there again. They should definitely fire this woman. I wish I could sue her for the $24 and the $30 that I spent on my next hair cut that I had to get two weeks latter.

The stylist took on to much at once & rushed my color half way through, because she had other clients waiting for her. Then I was passed on to another stylist. The foils were not blended at all and very chunky. The toner didn’t work as well as she thought, the said I can come back for a toner but the toner wouldn’t have been able to fix the mess of the foils.....

A great place to get a fresh cut!This place is miles ahead of the competition! I highly highly recommend trying the shampoo its free! Ask for Hannah!Hannah has done my hair a few times and she always gets it exactly right, whether I want something new or the same old cut she nails it every time. I always feel like I get the personal attention I want at a salon when I come here, I never feel rushed and I always have genuine conversations with her. Easily the best place Ive ever gone! I cant say enough good stuff about her! Oh! And she convinced me to try a wax and it turned out fantastic. I really appreciate her and this salon!

Love this salon. Its a very friendly place. I especially like Amanda. She has given me a great cut and color every time I have gone there, and I have found her to be just as good as the stylists at the much more expensive salons! I love that I can get in and see her whenever I want instead of waiting weeks for an appointment. Just be sure to get there early and get on her waiting list because she has a lot of people requesting her. I have been having her do my hair for years (even followed her from a different salon), and I have never been disappointed. If you want someone you can trust with your hair, go see her....and if there is a wait, know shes worth it!

Went above and beyond excellent haircut and even styled it free afterwards. Looks bad because I shouldnt have asked for this type haircut with my type head, not there fault.

I got my haircut done today by Lenora! Very friendly, understanding, and positive to interact with at this location. I needed to find a hairstyling product for my short, wavy hair and Lenora was super helpful with finding the right one for my hair. Definitely will come back here again!

It is absolutely wonderful to have a great hairstylist. This Fantastic Sams is out of my neighborhood, but it is well worth it. Amanda knows exactly what Im looking for when I tell her what I want done. You can tell that everyone who works there, wants to work there.

No pictures as of this time I was too busy playing on my phone while my daughter is getting her haircut normally the wife brings the kids in to get it cut but father and daughter date and they did a great job with her hair hey its a 8 out of 10 barbers in this place are really good at what they do I have a good product you know how women love their hair product AKA teenagers to so I give him a thumbs up I hope other people enjoyed this place

I had color and highlights by another place and they made my hair look like I escaped the zoo. Kallie did an amazing job fixing the catastrophe that was my hair at the time, she is awesome at what she does!!! I would highly recommend her. The other stylists we so nice and friendly as well!

I had my hair cut today by Honda (yes like the car, both reliable -her words lol) She was fun and bubbly and my cut came out PERFECT!

The ladies there really know their stuff! First time visit and Hannah was very patient and informative while we decided what color and cut was best for my hair.

I dont know why I continue to go here, because Ive been disappointed the last few times. I have a hard time making appointments at higher end salons, and I like that this one is walk in. I assume any stylist should be able to handle a simple trim. My hair never looks bad here, but they cant do simple layers. They dont understand curly hair. They are terrible at eyebrows. Ive never had a stylist ask my why I have baby hairs, until today.

I came in with a very damaged mom bun and I had permed my hair ... Vj was working with some dry and damaged hair the shampoo and condition was very thorough... She understood what look I was going for... When she started cutting it went very fast and precise. I asked for Betty bangs which is a little bit shorter of bangs up front and I had no bangs currently BJ asked one of the more senior staff to assist with cutting my bangs and it worked out fine...the only reason I am not keeping five stars is because he left a little edge on one side of my bangs making them longer on one side but it was an easy fix for me to just clip off the edges. what I really like about the salon is the professionalism and the spirit of the people that work there and really felt comfortable and they were so efficient and friendly I will definitely be going back.

Amanda is an excellent stylist! And her knowledge of coloring techniques is amazing. She is always upbeat, smiling and singing a song.

The lady I had listened to me describing how I wanted my hair cut and took her time. The only thing I wished she wouldve done was give me the mini head massage when she washed my hair. I think they are suppose to give a mini head massage when you get ur hair cut. Correct me if Im wrong. All in all, I definitely have gone back since.

Not a good experience last time I went. Never again. Showed the stylist the cut I wanted and she had no clue how to do it. The woman next to her pretty much did the cut for her.That and if you call any time after 7pm, they’ll always tell you the wait is 45min to 1hr even if no one is waiting for a cut. I get you want to go home at closing but don’t lie to make this happen.

Visit this Fantastic Sam location regularly. I recommend VJ or Tenzin as my favorite stylists. My haircut is simple, but the blow out & style is always fantasticCheaper to go in for haircut & blowout style, than to be charged twice as much for a blowout alone, doesnt make sense.My last visit I have to comment on the cleanliness of salon. Very apparent shelves & stations arent cleaned well. Certainly hair on floor to be expected, this was dirty glass surfaces, shelves, corners of floor, restroom very dirty.... place needs a good scrubbing.

I like the older employees here. Quick and experienced. The younger women are nice but not as experienced I think.

Went to get a hair color and cut. After my cut, the lady didnt want to do my color cuz my 8mth old started crying. They asked me to reschedule...instead of waiting for me to take a few mins to settle my daughter. On top of that, she was making excuses that she was probably not going to be able to color my hair a dark brown (when my hair was already dark brown), but I just basically wanted a touch up over it. Went to the same (salon name) but different location that same day...and I had no problem at all with getting the color. And the ladys there were patient about my 8mth old. Its hard being a full time mom who has no babysitter, (to squeeze in time for yourself) to feel and look a little beautiful! But thankfully to those who understand that it can be hard to do so (are considerately genuine and understanding) dont just shoo u away, and instead, they take the time to make sure ur visit was beautiful, anyways! Would definitely never go to this location again. Ever!! As soon as I walked in too, in this place, the lady who did my hair...was the same one who checked me in and just sounded and looked so negative. Shouldve took that as my first sign, and took my money elsewhere...

The two women who were working kind professional courteous. They knew what they were doing! I had highlights and lowlights. Turned out beautiful. My daughter wanted three tones of color, just simply beautiful.

My wife liked the hair cut but shes very dissatisfied with the color. She told Mia that the top of her head looked very very light red and that it was suppose to be a medium warm brown, she told my wife it was just the lighting in the store...it wasnt poor lighting.

I would give it half a star. I took my son there to get a cut and it was really bad hair cut, the cut was uneven didnt blend very well, one side was longer then the other. I Wouldnt come back or recommend going there for a cut

Cali cuts my hair perfectly once she cuts your hair once or twice she knows you inside and out and gets it done and get it done fantastic always a pleasure. And the other stylist there just fine so Im never disappointed.

When I walked in I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. I ended up waiting over an hour. As I waited I heard them give the same 15 minute estimate to other customers showing up. I think theyre trained to say 15 minutes as a way to prevent you from leaving.

I went to Kalli, she gave me awesome new color and a trim. Exactly what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. It was cheaper than I expected, apparently they have a % off color service on Thursdays!

There is only good things I can say about this place. All the staff has been great and I have a favorite stylist that does a perfect job every time.

I would not ever go to this one stylist Kevin is the biggest jerk he says he has been doing this for 35 yrs and has the right to treat customers the way he wants to. I have gone there a couple of times and both times heard him talk to his customers like they dont know they want their hair cut. Do not go to him. Worst service ever

Walked in on a Saturday and was greeting by a very attentive and kind staff. I had many questions and recieved helpful advice. Again, I must say that the staff consisted of a group of wonderful and friendly individuals. I will be returning again!

Went in for a haircut at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was going to be a 45 minute wait. I decided to wait even though they close at 5pm skeptical that they would take me in so late. They did a fantastic job and even though they were past their closing time!

I got an ombré from a stylist named Tenzin and she did such an amazing job. She exceeded every expectation that I had. I am so happy with the results! I will be coming back to see her.

Probably my 2nd worst haircut ever. Didnt ask how I parted it and parted on the opposite side. Performed face framing when specifically asked not to. Thank God for hair ties because Ive got to hide it somehow.
