Where do we begin on how amazing this service was?!! They responded right away (within two hours of our call on Sunday afternoon) and sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, prompt, courteous, and kind and took time to explain what he was doing. We were so impressed! After deciding to replace all three of our HVAC systems (due to various issues with each), Steve, a ‘Comfort Advisor’, was sent out within another hour and he was, again, prompt, courteous and professional. He went through our options and was respectful of looking out for budgets and personal needs from the equipment we were purchasing. After choosing the units, two of our three new units were installed the next morning (Monday at 8am) by another amazing team of workers- Tim, Wyatt and Zack. The three of them worked tirelessly and were very conscientious, explaining how to work the new thermostats and cleaning up after the installation. It was more clean afterward than it was originally! We are thrilled with the discovery of Atlas Butler and amazed at their service. This team of workers, Antonio, Steve, Tim, Wyatt and Zack, made them proud. I really liked the that Atlas Butler sent me a text with a picture of my service tech prior to his arrival. This is a wonderful safety feature so that you know who it is that will be showing up at your door. Im not sure Ive ever had a technician do such a thorough job of cleaning the furnace blower motor and other components.

Aaron was the technician that showed up. He was here at 8AM with the appointment scheduled from 8 to 10. He was very courteous and professional. Work was done by 10:30 and cost us less than expected! I made a call to the Atlas Butler customer service number and was pleasantly greeted by Deb who listened to the problem we had with storm water coming in around our water main entrance. She said she would get someone there today since we had some storms coming. She scheduled a tech for 4-6 PM. I got a call a few hours later from Calvin from customer service and he said someone could be between 12-2 and they would call beforehand. At about 11:00 AM Alex the plumbing tech called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Alex arrived and completed his work in a very timely and professional manner.

We had 2 guys out here, 1 in the house installing new furnace, a/c, vents, brand new system and another guy outside doing the a/c unit and lines, then he came in and did thermostat and carbon monoxide detector. Both of these gentlemen were super professional, very nice, excellent work on both ends. Kept my home in clean condition protecting my floors as well. Appointment time was for 8, they were here at least 20 minutes early and were out of here before 1pm. My husband and I chatted with them both the entire time. I couldnt be happier with the technicians they sent out. Would definitely recommend this company. Also, Brian the guy that set up the installation was incredible. He really worked with us to get what we needed and get us taken care of quickly. Great experience with this company from start to finish.

Nick did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Explained to me my options moving forward with my existing sump pump and installed a shut off valve that I’ve been putting off while he was here. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs you may have.

It was our first day in the house and the A/C stopped working. Bo got here almost three hours early and my house was cool by bedtime. I didnt even call until after six. It was a great experience and I would use them again.

I did not know what was really wrong with my system. They were able to find out what it was, get the part and get it fixed. Now my problem is a two part issue but he was able to get the system working enough so we could cool my house down. I would highly recommend them. Also my appointment was for 4 to 6 they came an hour early at 3 I was pleased that he was able to do so.

Antonio is extremely helpful and professional! Our AC wasn’t working and it is a hot day and we have a baby, so we were thrilled when he was able to come an hour earlier than we were scheduled to do our repair! He was thorough and explained our options and the costs. Atlas Butler is our go-to when anything goes wrong in our old house and today’s experience with Antonio was just another great reminder of why! They were able to come out on a Sunday after short notice and the technician, Kelton, called to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He arrived exactly on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was able to unclog our sink in just a few minutes and had everything cleaned up and was on his way out within 15 minutes. Definitely an experience that would make me use Atlas Butler again!

The associates were prompt and very efficient installing my new furnace and AC unit. They walked me through the process and updated me on progress throughout the day. It was determined that it would need to be replaced since it was 17 years old, we also decided to replace the furnace which was also 17 years old. To our pleasant surprise, they were able to come for the install the very next day, a Sunday! We were highly impressed with the responsiveness of the Service team from the moment of our call to this morning with installation of our furnace and air conditioner. I called around 6 PM on a Friday evening, the Service Tec arrived by 7:30 PM and diagnosed the problem. We agreed to install a new furnace and this morning Saturday the installers arrived at 7:00 AM. All staff have been courteous and very disciplined in their work efforts. While they are still working, thus far we have been highly impressed and appreciative of all of your support. Thank you.

I used plumbing services. Mike the technician was great-nice, professional and on-time. But to pay 330+ dollars for replacement of the innards of a faucet and replace ring on flushing apparatus of toilet (I supplied the parts for toilet) is I think outrageous. The total time of work was about 30 min--not counting the time taken to go to hardware store for faucet parts (in spite of fact when I made appointment I told scheduler exactly what was needed ) I will not use nor recommend any service again from this provider.

Recommended. Available, timely, and efficient when we needed our AC unit replaced.Our previous company missed an obvious issue and our unit died. Atlas butler sent a tech over same day, and coordinated a sales person the same day as well when we decided to replace rather than repair. The sales experience was thorough and not high-pressure at all. The install team was very courteous and knowledgeable finishing ahead of schedule.Although not cheap, you do get the quality you pay for. Our new system is now correctly sized for our house, energy efficient, and comfortable.

We had a water leak from our second floor to our first floor ceiling. We had another company come earlier in the week and felt like the pricing was too high from them and werent impressed. I called Atlas Butler on a Sunday morning around 9 AM and they had someone there by 10, diagnosed, and completed by about 10:45. We had to cut a piece of the ceiling out and he was able to complete the fix/repair the issue quickly with a minimal hole. The price was also half the price of the other guys. Very responsive, very quick and realistic pricing. Was very pleased with our experience.

Our AC went out yesterday, Friday. Called one of their competitors who offer 24/7 no extra charge service and earliest I could get was Wednesday. Called Atlas this morning and they were on site within 4 hours and got my AC up and running. We also signed up for their maintenance plan which is a savings in itself. Sump pump discharge line was separated and caused water in the basement. Noel came out, provided detail explanation of the cause and solution. Chris and Zack completed the repair next day, again very professional and explained what they were going to do, tested the line for other issues and explained some things I could do to make sure the line is working properly. Our Atlas Butler technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He checked out our inoperable A/C and narrowed it down to the capacitor or the compressor, once he replaced the capacitor it started right up! The A/C unit quit around 5 pm and he had it going at 8:15 pm, I was thrilled with the same day evening service! So thankful for Atlas Butler, we joined the service club and I saved significantly on the repair.

Got a free quote to assess how my system was setup so they knew what they’d need to do on service date. Took 3 hours to clean 7 ducts including return. The tech Mike explained what he was doing any why, and showed me pictures of before and after. I will use them again the next time I need this done.

I called because our air was not working. They gave me time frame for 2-4 hours. The Technician Andy was out here within an hour. He was very professional and nice. Alex came out to repair a a leaking seal in the shower. He was very professional, respectful & had the job done in under 30 min. I had Atlas Butler install a tankless hot water tank & they did an exceptional job then & thats why I didnt hesitate use them again. Always on their game & polite. Today was my regularly scheduled air conditioner check up and when I took the technician downstairs to the furnace we noticed a small flood under my old hot water heater. So the A/C tech called the office and they sent out personnel to install a new water heater.The installer arrived well under an hour. It was the same a couple years ago when we needed a new furnace. The tech checked out our furnace in the afternoon and found serious problems and a crew was there at 8:00 the next morning to install a new one.So today I had a great tech cleaning up my A/C and another great tech installing a new water heater. We’ve been regular customers of Atlas Butler for around 30+ years. The technicians are always on time, professional and always congenial and ready to answer all questions. I’ve recommended Atlas Butler to both friends and family.

Robert Myers was very polite and informative. He had us up and running quickly. The call center was very nice. My only complaint is that Atlas is expensive. $89 for diagnostic and $299 to fix the capacitor which is a part under $50 that was covered under the warranty. We were desperate going into a 90 degree day though. So what can you do?

Aaron repaired our bath tub handle and faucet in about a half hour and had the water turned back on to our house! Really great!!

Used the plumbing side of the business. Was told an arrival time of 2-4pm, service tech called earlier asking if he could come earlier I said YES!! Once he arrived we discussed everything that needed done he went over options and recommendations and once he offered a very fair quote he started work. Very efficient, cleaned up after he was done, we discussed another project and he worked up a quote for that. Thumbs up to Robert Willis! Definitely earned five stars!!

July 4th weekend our home became very warm and upon checking our AC unit outside, saw that the fan was not moving even thous our thermostat showed that it was on. I called Atlas Butler to come out to look at the unit. Totally thought that we’d be waiting for a while before anyone would come out. Within less than 30 minutes we had someone knocking on our door. Talk about awesome! He found the issues, had the part in his van and we had cooler air within 20 min. We were so pleased! We are so very grateful to Atlas Butler!!!

We realized we had a leak coming from our shower / tub late in the afternoon on a Friday. I called and thankfully a plumber was available to come check it out within the hour. Trevor was just simply wonderful. He assessed the situation and gave us solutions to the issue. He answered all our questions and we had some good laughs through the process. I know Atlas Butler isn’t the cheapest in town, but I will always use them because their service is top notch and the availability and response time is outstanding.

Wow. We are so glad we called Atlas Butler. Our AC crashed yesterday after 6PM. Atlas immediately dispatched technician Spencer (and sent a gps link to show where he was on route which allowed us to grab dinner first). He arrived within the hour. Unfortunately our unit needed replaced and he also identified a significant safety issue in the furnace. We elected to replace both units, which required a visit from the technical rep Chad who showed up before 9 PM. We walked through options and signed a work order for the installation…for the NEXT MORNING! Phillip our installer arrived early and had our new system completely installed by 2PM - less than 24 hours after failure. We were blown away by this team. Thanks, Atlas.

Most recently, I had plumbing services performed by two very competent, friendly, polite, professionals. They did an awesome job in a remarkably short period of time, A+++++. In November of last year I had a new furnace installed also by two very competent professionals. I have also had AC and Furnace maintenance performed in prior years. EVERY Atlas Butler technician that has come to our home has been professional, polite, friendly, competent and most of all ALWAYS RIGHT ON TIME. It might be important to note I had a city inspector out to check the gas furnace installation (a permit thing) and he even gave Atlas Butler a great plug or review. The come highly recommended from this party! A+++++

I noticed water coming out from under my new furnace. Responded within hours. Right on time. Fixed a problem another company said was a cracked compressor. It was a clogged drain tube! Repaired in and out in 30 minutes. No charge other than a trip charge w my membership. I was relieved.

These gentlemen are wonderful! All were professional and easy going explaining my options and didn’t pressure me. They provided me the necessary information and the results of various options and then allowed me to make my own decision without adding additional pressure. As a single older lady I appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and respect for me and my home they exhibited.

They installed the heating-cooling system in my house for the previous owner. It had a 10 year warranty so naturally it gives out in 11 years. I called them to find and fix the issue. They were pushy trying to get me to buy there monthly service contract. I told them I think I have a leak and am low on refrigerant. They said it would cost $90 for a tech to come out and check it out. So he comes and says that I have a leak some where and am low on refrigerant. Then pushes to sell me the service contract. After trying to find out the cost of the repair he says they have to come back and do a $300 leak check to find it. I thought then coming out the initial time they would find it and l and me know the cost of the repair but no.. then proceeds to tell me it can cost over $3k to fix.I tell him Ill think about it.So I call the next day to try to find out more about the repair and the guy on the phone says it will probably cost about $9000, mind you the system cost $6700 for the new system when installed.. I told him of the cost and that seemed high but he says those are their prices.Definitely wont do any more business with them

Had the best (and quickest) experience with Atlas Butler this weekend. Around 7p Saturday night we noticed our air was blowing, but it was room temp (we keep our house at 69-70 degrees year round.) Called Atlas Butler the next morning and said they can have a tech out in 4-6 hrs. That was fine and expected being a Sunday morning in 90+ degree weather. I then get a call 20 minutes later saying they had a tech in the area that could be at our house in 10-15 mins. Between the time we called and the tech driving away after fixing the issue was seriously less than 2 hours. I would absolutely recommend Atlas Butler to anyone- Scott was fantastic; he was professional, friendly, and diagnosed the issue and fixed it super quickly. Thank you, Scott!

Our water heater stopped working and I had a great experience from the moment I called. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with this so I wasn’t sure what I needed to do. The person who answered the phone was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Robert came out on Saturday to check things out and was able to get an installation set up for today. I really want to thank Trevor & JD for coming out to install the new water tank on a holiday. They did an amazing job and were fun to have around! I am very happy with the service and signed up for the company’s membership so I can use them for all future plumbing & HVAC needs.

Nathan our Repairman was extremely polite and professional. He Explained problem & solution along with cost and future maint that would be necessary! Only negative was I did not receive a receipt either online or on sight! Atlas should make certain a paper receipt is made available!

I had a technician out to check my ac unit. I was told I needed a new capacitor, contractor, and a hard start for the compressor. The cost for repair would be $1500-$1900. I purchased a capacitor for $15 and the unit is back up and running. Took me 5 minutes to change the capacitor. This place is a total rip off, I would give them Zero stars if possible.

I think a lot depends on the service technician. Ive used Atlas Butler for regular HVAC checkups. The first few guys theyve sent over were great.The last guy that came said my AC capacitor is out of range and at risk of failure. He then started fast talking different specs and quoted me $400 to replace it.I did a quick search: the part in question is no more than $15 and takes about 20 minutes to replace.When I asked him about it he said, Well Atlas Butler has a lot of overhead so it is what it is.I asked him about the service/repair discounts that come with my membership and again asked what the driver of the cost was since I could order the part on Amazon for a few bucks. Was it parts? Labor?He replied with Good luck with Amazon and turned around and left without another word.Overall it was just a pretty crummy experience. I understand its a business and they need to make money. Weve all gotta eat. But this last dude was rude and the quote was ridiculous.

5 stars for the 5 appointments I have had with Atlas Butler this year. From the original AC tune up with Andy through the ordering process with Mike Driscoll to replace our damaged AC unit from a home contractor and final installation process, every contractor was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Also their notification process via text (which includes a photo of the technician) is one of the best out of any contractor I have worked with!

The technician was very courteous and professional, and efficient. As for the cost of the repair, I feel it was quite high, but they came out on a holiday and late in the evening on the hottest day of the year thus far. So I really cant complain about the cost.

Be careful using this company. I had an air condition unit replaced and the technicians cause damage to my main circuit board and then had me replace it for $700 after I spent over $4000, plus one of their technicians gave my old parts to someone without my permission and my unit is only 6 years old and Im having issues already. I just dont trust this company and will never use their service again.

I live in Cincinnati and had a small amount of time to drive to Columbus for a repair to my daughter’s heater. I called 5 companies and not one company could meet me until the next day. Atlas scheduled the time, the only company willing to help. Julio was exactly on time, he was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. Julio was fantastic. Thanks for the assist with my daughters home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called and tech was on site within 90 minutes. Thats the good. The bad, I diagnosed the problem before they arrived, but being unable to obtain the part, I figured that if pay the $90 service fee, $40 for the capacitor maybe a bit more with markup, and an hour of labor for a part, that takes 5 minutes to install, Id be all in for about $200, and it was worth it with a sick child and 90 plus degrees forecast tomorrow. My quote was $500 PLUS the cost of the service charge...but If spent $300 for a maintenance plan there was a discount on the service to $300. I get that this is a business and they need to make money, but paying more than double for what the service should cost (and still make money) is greed at its finest. Im sure there are other more expensive companies out there, but theyd be tough to find. Do not recommend and get a competitive quote for any service they offer.

Antonio Kristler was the tech who inspected the ac unit. He was professional, on time (early!) and communicated well. The sales rep, Steve McCloud, was also so easy to work with, professional and on time. I continue to use Steve and Atlas Butler because of their staff. I trust them and they do with they say they will do. They are honest, knowledgeable, do a great job, neat and thoroughly explain all options without any hard sales pitches.

This was the 1st time we used Atlas Butler for a plumbing repair. Due to a family event, we wanted to have kitchen sink access for Sunday night. Called and talked to Josh to make appointment for Sunday afternoon Michael came and quickly identified the issue, which was a leaky flex pipe. However, he did not have one on the truck, so he went to Home Depot. They did not carry that part either. So we decided to buy a new faucet. Aaron came early Monday morning to hook up new faucet. Within an hour, we were up and running.Overall, was pleased with responsiveness and quality of Atlas. When we went to buy a new faucet, we discovered that there were few options for our pull-out hose, which was probably why the faulty part was hard to find

Prompt, above average service from making the appointment to doing the annual service. Adding in the name and picture of the service person was a plus. Then he comes to the door wearing a mask. As my wbc is very low this is important.

I actually have a contract with Atlas Butler for maintenance of my Heating and Cooling systems. I scheduled an appointment a month out and today, no one showed up. When I called to inquire they said they were overbooked and had called to reschedule 4 days ago. When I checked my phone log I saw that someone did indeed call, but left no voice mail. And they did not call back to follow up. They just decided not to show up without contacting anyone of leaving any sort of message. Ill be canceling my contract. Id recommend you find another vendor.

Technician was polite, yet pointed out past repairs that have been of no issue...... I was basically called a liar to my face and slapped in the face!!!!Okay, I paid and disputed an amount I felt reasonable to the disrespect of a functional a/c system for years.The Technicians are good, but can be disrespectful in a way to insult a person.I would recommend Atlas Butler, but put on ear muffs of what they say or be insulted.

Blower motor burned out on our 30 year old furnace. They came out and confirmed with in about 3 hours of calling. The had the comfort advisor come back to quote a replacement system on Sunday. Installed and cleaned up by lunchtime Monday morning. Great team of guys, prompt and courteous.

Started as a repair on Saturday. Tech came out and identified multiple issues. The system was at its end of life so we met with Nick Trostle (great individual). Ordered the new system and they were on site at 8 AM Monday (as promised). Professional, friendly crew (led by Larry). Great experience would definitely work with them again.

I can always count on them to come ASAP to check my AC/Furnace and water heater. Thanks so much for all the help!

Our technician was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable of our central air unit and conveyed the mechanics of the problem in a way that was easy to comprehend. In addition to his professionalism, he was very pleasant and courteous. We felt very comfortable with him and confident in his work. He had everything that he needed with him to resolve our problem on the spot. I received prompt same day service and had everything taken care of within the hour. Call made for service on a Sunday hoping to get a plumbing appointment for Monday. They actually showed up 1 1/2 hours later. The technician Brian was very professional and finished the work in a timely fashion. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it to me thoroughly. He took time and showed me how the valve he was installing worked. Excellent service! Thank you!

Chris did a very thorough job of both assessing and cleaning our ductwork. After identifying a problem with the dryer vent, he took the time to creatively repair a gap that had not previously been diagnosed. Great job. Highly recommend both Chris and Atlas Butler.

I am a decades-long customer of Atlas Butler (heat pump, 2 furnaces, air conditioner, air purifier, duct cleaning). I purchased their service contract, called the Comfort Club, which includes annual service on my heating and air conditioning systems. It supposedly gives me priority service.From their website:Guaranteed Appointment TimesComfort Club Members receive priority status. Even if it’s the hottest day of summer or the first cold morning of winter, our technicians service Comfort Club members first.When I called to schedule a/c service on May 12, the earliest appointment was June 9th. This morning I got a call cancelling my “guaranteed” appointment. I am now scheduled on July 6th. So, it will take nearly 2 months to get a guaranteed, priority appointment to service my a/c unit.They told me that they cancelled my appointment to give priority to customers, including new customers, who have a/c problems, no doubt to sell them new a/c units. They made a business decision to prioritize new customers over loyal customers who paid for a service contract with the expectation of guaranteed appointments and priority service.When my service contract expires later this year, I am planning to look for a more reliable service company. Perhaps one who honors their guarantees.

I contacted Atlas Butler to provide a diagnostic for my air conditioning unit which had stopped working. They were extremely courteous and professional. A technician arrived within the hour. The Technician, Nick, was on time, courteous, and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with repair options in writing. I would recommend Atlas Butler to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Had them come out to check on a hot water tank venting issue. He had our problem fixed within minutes! The expert also gave great feedback and advice on our home install. I’m glad I called!

Toilet was loose and wobbly. Problem was diagnosed quickly at a fair price. Same day service. Only problem was the bathroom waste can must have been used to drain water and I was left with a soggy pile of paper. Attention to detail.
