COIT removed caulking tracked on the carpet in 3 bed rooms by our replacement window installers, and did additional general cleaning of the carpet in 3 other rooms. Carpets look great, dried fast, with no crunchiness. COIT returned and re-worked caulk stains in two rooms that remained visible. Looks fine now.

I hired COIT to clean the ducts in my home before moving in at the home inspector’s recommendations. The employee that came did not cover all ducts properly, and literally had a dust plume coming out of the first vent he did. Thankfully I was there and asked him to stop. He did, and kindly kept full payment and left (must pay ahead)You literally could write your name in the dust he blew out of one vent in the living room floor. The only blessing was I hadn’t moved anything in yet. I couldn’t imagine cleaning their mess if there was furniture.I first talked to local, then the Denver offices, then corporate. They all were no help, no apologies, just “this is rare! It may have been a problem with the way your ducts are set up”I paid $900 to have to deep clean my living room myself after they trashed it

Nolan with COIT cleaning was the tech that came out to our house today for an estimate/service. I was SO IMPRESSED by him. He was right on time, courteous, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about him and the service. If it’s possible to request someone specific in the future, I suggest Nolan. (We’ll be requesting him from now on.)Well certainly be using COIT in the future because of the positive experience we had with Nolan. Thanks Nolan!

Run there hoses across sidewalks with no cones or signs . poor attitude

First they advertise 30% off of their services then when they get here they tell me that is if you spend $400 or more and the service is only costing $380, I still actually had them come out the technician was very friendly but he had to come back The second time to clean the vents as he did not do that, I also asked the camera so I could see the inside of my HVAC system they assured me that the technician will be out there with his camera. The technician said he only uses his phone camera, I could use my phone camera for reaching that, I actually had a lot of dust flying in the air after words coming from my vents when he came back the second time he did see that and he did tell me that he will come back to do the job over again if he has to to make me satisfied it’s not about making me satisfied about doing the job right the first time I will never use their services again, And when I asked the technician for a receipt he said that the estimate is the receipt, I paid $380 in cash no I had to ask him for a receipt, and I had to ask him again to put down that I paid $380 cash I don’t understand this company in the way they work but I will not work with them again and if you do be aware, In my opinion I did not have a good experience with this company

They “cleaned” our tile and grout in the master bedroom and left a layer of Vaseline like substance all over the tile that was so slippery we had to put towels down to walk so we would not fall. That substance then got All over the carpet... not one of the stains came out of the carpet. Nobody has responded to my calls. Please do not use this service. It’s very expensive. Will dispute charges.

2nd time we’ve used them to clean our living room/dining room and hallway floor. They do a fantastic job! They showed up when they said, and completed the job in a an hour. Tech 284 was very smart and offered some good tips. Will definitely use the next time it’s needed.

When you pay somebody $380 to clean 6 vents, and they came back the second time to clean it and still didn’t get it right I still got dirt and debris one gentleman called so let me come clean them? Really if you guys couldn’t get it done in two times the third time he would clean it no thank you!!! I wish they would’ve done the job right the first time I definitely do not recommend using COIT! After two times I still got dirt in vents, I really feel like I got ripped off ! What a waste of $380 I even still have recent photo of the vents

A few months ago, we hired Coit to clean our Lazy Boy chairs. Not only did the employee not get them clean, he damaged a chair. We waited for the invoice so that we could point out the damage. We never received the bill, so at least our damaged chair didnt cost an additional $100.A further comment regarding Coits response. I provided my contact information to them. They didnt respond. So dont be deceived thinking that I ignored them.

To heck with what they could or couldnt clean, they (coit of c/s) failed to schedule the cleaning in the first place!So Poor!

We were supposed to have someone come by between 11-1 PM for an estimate on cleaning our air ducts. That time frame came and went, but I waited until 1:30 PM to call and see what was going on because I like to give people benefit of the doubt. They called me back around 1:45 PM to let me know due to an error I was accidentally taken off the route list, but that they would come by my house in a couple hours to give me an estimate. Its now 5:30 PM and I havent heard from anyone since they returned my phone call. I really doubt anyone is coming at this point. I understand mistakes happen, but Ive wasted my entire day waiting for them to show up and cant afford to do so again.

I recommend you hire this company to clean your upholstered furniture. They got my 21-year-old upholstered furniture (that had never been cleaned) looking great - got some stains out that I assumed were indelible.Absolutely superb customer service. Bravo.

We had our carpets and dryer vent cleaned. Zach and Camden did an outstanding job. They were very professional and personable. We were comfortable having them in our house. At the end of the jobs, they cleaned up after themselves.

We had three cream-colored chairs and an ottoman cleaned. They had years-worth of soil on them. Donavan did a wonderful job! We are very pleased with this service, and will use them again.

Had our carpets cleaned. Along with that we had 7 oriental rugs cleaned as well. Some of the rugs are over 50 years old and we were assured that they would take good care of them. They were returned still dirty. I took them to a actual oriental rug cleaner here in the springs, and was told that they were not even cleaned the first time. So not only did I pay Coit to clean the rugs I had to pay even more to have them actually cleaned. I would not recommend Coit to anyone, and if I had a way of getting the word out to everyone about this service I would. Do Not use this service it is a rip off.

I have used COIT in the past. Am disappointed that they are charging almost $100 more to clean an 8x10 rug that they cleaned last year. They are charging $360 to clean the same rug they cleaned for $280 one year ago. When I called to dispute the charge, they came up with all kinds of answers and finally settled on an increase in sq. ft cost of cleaning... Quite an increase in price in one year. Feeling ripped off.

Let me start by saying that the staff was incredibly friendly every step of the way.The issue with Coit is their garbage bait and switch business model that makes me not only never ever want to work with them but also make me want to hop online and give them the review their despicable business practice deserves.I called them after seeing an ad for carpet cleaning online. When I reached their very friendly operator I was told I had called at the perfect time and qualified for a 35% discount! Well holy smokes! I couldnt believe it. Thats a huge savings. They were very prompt in sending over someone (also very friendly but reeking of cigarettes) to come by and measure my home to get me a quote.I had one medium sized couch, 2 5x7 area rugs, 13 stairs, and 500sqft of carpet that needed cleaning. Their quote came in at $520! That is with my supposed 35% discount! Am I to believe that this service would normally cost $800 (800x.65=520)?! There was absolutely no discount here, all they had done was taken the cost of a normal carpet cleaning, market it up by 3times and then discounted it by 35% which still leaves paying double. They know that this is a bad deal which is why the refuse to give you a quote over the phone, and instead send a high pressure sales person over to have you sign on the dotted line once theyre in your home.I refused to sign with their sales person, asked them to leave and promptly made one more phone call to CCC Carpet cleaning; who was able to get me a quote over the phone, and able to do the work just 2 days later for $280.This is America, and one of the perks to operating a business here is that you can charge what ever you want for your service, and then its up to you as a consumer to do your research to identify the fair market value for that good and or service. But, dont do business under the guise of bait discounts knowing full well that their is no discount there just so you can Trojan Horse a closer into my home to pressure sell me into paying double.

An ugly sounding girl with a screeching voice literally read down a list of services to keep selling me. No brain at all, simply robotic. And conveniently, this was after having me repeat my address twice. Apparently the neighborhood was an indication that translated to her as $$. I had to request a manager to my appointment this uneducated girl set up for any service possible.SCAM!

Builder didnt clean the tile floor properly, called COIT. They came out twice to make sure the job was done right.

Not very happy with the service. Ive never used Coit and so far the experience has been challenging. The estimate went well and today was the day to get everything done. I had 3 phone calls from 3 different Coit people this morning with 3 different times to show up for their portion of the work. UGH! This is difficult to fit in my schedule but I made it work - thanks to family! So, first guy shows up and does his thing then wants payment for his part. This created a nightmare. Essentially, each Coit service would be paid as they come and do the work so thats 3 separate credit charges or 3 separate checks. Really?! This is absurd! The sales rep said we wouldnt pay until everything was done but that isnt true. I called Coit and they transferred me to the accounting department so I could pay up front for everything. The accounting gal said that I should have paid up front and not after the job was done. She said the salesman was just being polite when he told me I could pay when the job was completed. Really? Is this how Coit runs its business? I assume since it is a big company that it would have policies and procedures to follow. Another UGH! So, I gave the account rep my credit card number over the phone and told her that Coit guy #1 did an additional service which was $60 more than the first bid -- she thanked me because that wasnt updated in their system yet. So I paid $845. Next, i get another call, from another Coit person telling me that my drape sheers didnt make it through the cleaning process so I should have a credit for $101. Really? And he says hell call his accounting department so I should receive a credit of $101. I havent got the credit yet and may need to call the accounting department myself but Im waiting until the end of the day to see how everything pans out before I hunt down my credit. Now, I would THINK that it would be so much easier to pay when ALL the work id done so if there are additions or credits, they would be accounted for before the final billing. Oh no, I have to go through this run around and ridiculous money chasing between the sales rep, the crew and the accounting department. What a mess!! Yes, they do a good job but because of this I probably will not recommend them or be a repeat customer. This has been nothing but a headache for me.
