Dale has become a trusted contractor and a close friend.As with all review sites there are going to be those who are less than satisfied with someones work, but take note of what all the positive reviews have to say... to paraphrase; Great people, great service, great value

I called 3 different companies that specialize exclusively in air duct cleaning services. For multiple reasons, we decided to go with Dale, owner of Complete Air Duct. Yesterday morning, Dale and his employee came over promptly as scheduled (10 minutes early!) to clean out our ducts.The house just feels and smells incredibly cleaner! Not only were they a considerable amount less expensive than the other two price quotes I received, they included dryer vent cleaning FREE along with the anti-microbial duct treatment at no additional cost!!Furthermore, Dale was the only person to take the time over the phone to discuss in detail the process, how long it will take, and everything that is included. He also answered any additional questions my husband and I had without hesitation. The other two companies? They gave me prices after a couple questions about my home, and that was it! (The other two companies were $5 off from one another.)Dale returned our voicemail, personally came out, and stomped the competition!! I have already recommended to my mother, sister, and sister-in-law. I will definitely be using him again in the future after more renovations... don’t waste your time or money on the competition!!

This is one of the friendliest companies I have ever worked with. When issues arose that they could not handle (because of the previous homeowner), they had great recommendations for me. They have fair pricing and wonderful business practices. I will certainly use them again.

Two words that describe my experience with Dale and Complete Air Duct...Above & Beyond.They were thorough, professional and tidy when they cleaned our air ducts.Dale (the owner) is an entirely personable guy. He calls back all of his customers personally, so even if it takes a bit longer to hear back as a result, you still get that personal, caring touch and service.Dales a total crackup too, I love how he brings such a positive, can-do attitude (and maybe even a few outrageous Dad jokes) every time.We had an issue that I initially thought was related to my dryer duct not being thoroughly cleaned on their visit. Dale and his partner had empathy on me and my wife (knowing we couldnt do laundry for a week), came out on the double and cleaned our dryer vent, and went above and beyond to retrieve an embarrassing contraption I made when I thought I could do their job myself. Not even close...lol. Only to discover that my dryer was the issue, not my vent. They were complete in their work as promised, but went above and beyond anyway. What a great Christmas present!You can trust these guys to be complete in providing amazing service/results and especially something that seems all but forgotten nowadays in the service enterprise...personality, genuine care Complete with a positively memorable experience.

We have had Complete Air Duct Cleaning out to our house for the last several years to do our air duct cleaning. They came again today. Dale and Jeff were friendly and professional as always. A joy to have them in my home.

We moved into our home in Woodland Park in January and it was extremely dusty. We called them to get a quote because the reviews were excellent and their service backed up the great review. Great service, very careful and attentive with vents and the furnace, and you can already smell the difference in the house. Would recommend them to anyone looking for air duct service

Dale and Jeff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of the questions we had and gave us feedback based on their findings. We had a nest build up in our dryer vent line going to the outside of the house that is now very clean. Ten years ago my son was diagnosed with some pretty terrible allergies. He was only 2 years old then so we tried to do everything we could to make him feel better. Bought a new vacuum cleaner, purchased a very expensive air purifier and even a humidifier for his room in hopes to make him breath a little better. Were pretty clean people, but after those items didnt work we even hired a cleaning team to come in every couple of weeks on top of our cleaning as well. I was already lifting the registers out of the floor to vacuum in them as far as I could. Nothing was working! I had a friend recommend Dale with Complete Air Duct, so I figured it was worth a try. Oh my gosh - the amount of junk he pulled from my ducts and cold air returns! I was blown away at the amount of just awful dust bunnies and crud in there. He was SO incredibly kind. Took pictures and showed me everything he could while walking me through the process. It made a night and day difference for my kiddo. Weve owned 3 homes in the past 10 years and Dale and his team have cleaned every one of them since! Look no further if youre wondering if its worth it - it is!

Dale and his team were great. Dale explained the process he would be going through. This helped tremendously as I needed to corral 3 dogs during the duct cleaning process. Everything was done in a very efficient manner and cleaned up in no time. I would highly recommend Complete Air Duct Cleaning. Fast and friendly service!

I had them out last week and they did a very thorough job. In addition to all of my air ducts, return air vents and main trunk line they cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. They even cleaned the vent that goes from my cat litter box room to the outside. I was very satisfied with the job and the price. I highly recommend this company.

Dale and Jeff were fantastic! Very comical, but you can tell they enjoy what they do. We could immediately tell the difference in the home air and smell. Worth every penny!

Dale and his assistant Jeff did a great job. Schedule was flexible, they were able to get me in same week. We hadnt run the air in quite a while and new there was a lot of dust/stuff up in the ducting. Their setup is pretty neat, they just hook it to the furnace, and then suck everything out to their van. They didnt goof around or take too long, were in and out and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys.

I had Dale and Jeff out recently to clean the vents in my home. Over then phone, Dale did a great job explaining the process to me and went over any questions I had. Once they got here, they did an incredible job on the vents. There is fine dust that comes out when they are working, but Dale cleaned it all up with a vacuum they bring with them. Very glad I chose this company!

Dale and another employee came out to clean our ducts - and they did a fantastic job! Dale was courteous, professional, and really kind. I cant recommend these guys enough!

I am responding to the negative reviews left by others regarding Complete Air Duct Cleaning. There is a separate business posing that they are the same as Dale and creating confusion. Complete Air Duct Cleaning has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2013 and has as an A+ rating. I recommend anyone that has had an issue to reach out to the BBB and let us know.

We even talked about this “other company” that is impersonating you at the time of my service. I’m just reporting my experience. Mistakes happen. Own up and don’t pass blame.Original review:I’m revising my review. I had complete air duct cleaning out at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately they talk better than they work. The “pictures” to show the before and after was zoomed in on a clean section of the duct about the size of a frisbee.... the hoses they used were all ratty and had duct tape holding them together. Lastly they left a bunch of junk and debris that they blew out of the ducts into the furnace which caused the hoses to clog and water not drain properly and over flow everywhere. I’m paying for it now to be fixed 6 months later. Not worth the money. Go with another company.

I am very pleased with my experience with Complete Air Duct Cleaning! He explained things very well and did the job in a timely manner. He found that our old non working humidifier was hazardous and removed and sealed it at no additional cost. Highly recommend!

Nightmare experience with this companyDale is the ultimate sales person, very convincing, he sold me.Dale and one of his employees came to my home to clean my air ducts and vents. While using their high pressure and rushing through, they damaged/ broke the air conditioner (a new system)Dale initially tried to brush it off, but finally admitted that he knew this could happen. He then told me he had the best heat and air company on hand for this and would call them to come out and “fix” it.Dale did send this company. They “squeezed me in”They showed up with attitude, were totally rude, made a total mess, tore everything apart, realized it wasn’t an easy fix and admittedly did a patch job rather than full part replacement (which would have required a lot more work not to mention expense)I then called a reputable heat and air company, in the Springs, to come out and assess the situationThey verified that the other company had taken a short cut and told me that they would insist on having the previous co. come back to fix the system properly and restore it to it’s original condition. Needless to say that never happened. When I reached out to Dale, he said it was fixed.I am taking the time to write this because I found Dale/ Complete Air Duct on line and wish I had known.I would not use this company in a million years.

I had the WORST experience. Their owner - Dale - gives quite the good sales pitch on the phone. I was very impressed and booked his company. He was NOT the cheapest but was emphatic that his process was different and way better than any other companies.His employees showed up and their equipment was all duct taped together in a thousand places. That should have been my first clue. Then his employee explained that they use a 200 psi air hose in each vent to blow out the vent and a powerful (can suck a picture off the wall was his description) vacuum connected to the furnace to suck it all up. Well what happens when you BLOW DUST??? It goes all over the place.My place was left a filthy mess. The night before I had vacuumed the entire upstairs and after they were done I vacuumed up quite a mess. They had put the vacuum hose through my basement bathroom window and I saw a cover underneath it. But when they left there was crap all over my towels that were hanging below the window. The return vent in the living room and entry left a big mess too after he blew them out. Ugh.They also cleaned my dryer vent and left a MESS in my garden under the vent.Find someone else to clean your air ducts.

Complete Air Duct did an excellent job at my house. Was very impressed with the process and equipment they used. Didnt realize how dirty my air ducts were until they completed the job!

I had my air ducts cleaned about 9 months ago. Then we had a flood in our home where they needed to clean our air ducts. These guys pulled out 12 inches of lent from the dryer area. The other guys failed. These guys probably saved us from a fire.
