Courtney is the reason I go to sport clips. She has a sweet disposition, always attentive to my needs and clearly values me as a customer. Always such a pleasant experience. She always does a fantastic job cutting my hair and has always asked if I’m satisfied with the cut. She should be recognized for her representation of what sport clips should be. There are tons of places I could get my hair cut but again Courtney is the very reason I am loyal to sport clips.

Quick service and the online app makes getting in and out easy. The MVP is a nice touch for not much more money.

Came in for a haircut. Older woman, Karen, left multiple razor burns on the back of neck to the point they bled. If you would like to see pictures please see my Yelp review. I couldn’t see it at the time though it hurt as they were hidden under my collar. She never made me aware this happened even after I paid and left a tip. when I got home and noticed it on my neck and some blood on the back of my collar. I called to make them aware. I was given a free haircut for next time and told if I would like a refund I would have to come back in. Came back in got my refund. No sense of sympathy or empathy from the manger. Not rude at all, just transactional.First time I would say someone should be truly fired. Not only did Karen leave multiple razor burns/blood on my neck. But she failed to disclose this to me after we were done and let me pay and leave her a tip. Complete disregard for customer service.

Wait time was long but get to the store early! Great service and good things to watch on the TVs. Creepo peepo outside, but he was cool.

Sport Clips in Hilliard has some of the most talented stylists around. They are knowledgeable, great communicators, and energetic. I always look my best leaving their store.

They cut my 10 year old sons hair and it was horrid. He walked out into the waiting area (I couldn’t go back to the chair due to covid) and I could instantly see that the hair was cut crooked and choppy. There was zero blending and hair was sporadically cut around his ears. Some parts were trimmed from his ears and some parts still covering his ears. I requested the stylist address the identified issues and she only trimmed his bangs straight with scissors.Bluntly, this was the worst hair cut I have ever witnessed and I will never go back. I highly advise anyone with kids to avoid this location.

Worst store ever!!!! I dropped my younger brother, who is special needs and can’t communicate, for a face and hair trim after confirming on the phone (whether they are doing it) then at sign in asked the salon person to do a beard trim and hair trim. When I went back to pick him up he came out with only a hair trim!! I called the store and lady was polite yet said they are not doing beards and she must’ve misunderstood my (often repeated!) request!? He was charged full price too! Sad that my one and only experience was so bad 😢

Courtney is the only one I use there. She does an excellent job everytime. Shes the only one Ive used so I cant say anything about the others

My stylist was friendly and did a great job. My only complaint is that I got a message telling me they would be ready for me in 15 minutes. From that message until the time I was seated was about 35 minutes.

I asked for a 2 and a 3 fad on the side and a half inch cut off the top. she thined my hair out without my permission. she layerd my hair without permission. and on top of that she took 2 inches off my hair length. and she did everything i asked her not to do. the stylists name was karen. my worst experience at sports clips. i do not recommend karen.

Checked in and waited for an hour while the stylists talked and waited on everyone that checked in after me. Worst service that I’ve had at sports clip. They should focus more on who is in the store rather than waiting on people to walk in and bsing about cartoons.

I have been here twice with two different stylists both times I have left covered in my own hair I was not bruahed off and little care was taken when they removed the apron thing. Also the stylists put very little effort into styling my hair when putting product in it. Im very dissapointed with this sports clips as the last one I went to in NC was wonderful.

My husband went there a couple days ago came home with a cut across bottom neck ! I have a picture to prove it! He shouldnt have paid at all, it will be a scar for life that is not professional! I dont know how to upload the pic on this, tell me how so I can show u! He is in pain & hurting! Dont give me BS about the blade being new cuz thats the reason that person told my husband, ur supposed to be good at ur job not to hurt people! Obviously that person needs more experience for sure they need to go back to school! I would put zero stars but in order to post u have to do something.

Waited a hour for a haircut with no one saying anything....finally my turn and they can’t provide the cut requested...simple...cut to skin on sides a back top finger length and blended in.I’ve been many of places where tools weren’t in question. Far to inconsistent on what girls can preform the cut and who cannot especially to wait a hour...a sign should be posted or I should have been addressed way sooner.

Year old review but... Used to visit Sports Clips regularly, and now Ill never go back. The staff they hired got younger and younger, and the haircuts became worse and worse. The last time I visited this location it looked like three teenagers were waiting at the front desk and none of them greeted me. I asked, How long is your wait time? Then, they literally stared at me for awhile and then started staring off to my right. I asked, What are you staring at? *No response.* Then I turned my head to notice they got a brand new display mounted on the wall with online check-in, and an estimated wait time. It was literally brand new because they didnt have it the last time I went. I couldnt believe these three brats didnt even utter a word the entire time I was there. I said, Forget it, loudly to express my irritation at their terrible attitudes and left. Pro tip: Hire staff that know how to use their mouths for more than just chewing gum.

My son got his haircut and they did an ok job. Not what you would get from a barber shop but much better than the places like great clips. Staff friendly and place was clean but pretty expensive for a kids haircut.

I hate complaining but I want to make sure people know. I’ve been going to Sportclips for around 8 years. I just got my haircut at this location for only the second time. The first time was decent but this time a lady named Leann cut my hair. She completely messed it up. She left patches of hair around my ears and neck line and didn’t know how to fade at all. I just spent a half hour fixing it at home (the best I could ).

My family has been going here for about 4 years now and weve used the same stylist each time. We had a couple bad experiences with other stylists so i played it safe. At our last visit we found out our regular stylist was no longer there. I was devastated. I didnt want to go through another mishap nor did we have the time for one. I had been watching a stylist in the back and noticed the fade she was doing was on point! So when my son was called by her i was excited. Miss Jae is not only a wonderful person but her abilities are out of this world! Thank you Miss Jae for saving the day! As for my teenage sons hair... NAILED IT!

Had never been here before.Used online check-in. Got there on time as my name was at the top of the list on the screen. Had approximately 7 minutes to wait.When I came in, nobody greeted me at all. I stood at the front desk for a minute or two but realized my name was on the board and I was up next so I took a seat. There was no indication of anything I had to do.I sat there for 40 minutes and noted that someone got to go ahead of me for some reason. Then when my name came off the board I asked the girl what was happening. Apparently you need to sign in even after doing online check-in. So I left since I would have had to wait another 30 minutes.Someone should have greeted me and told me what I should do.Never visiting a Sport Clips again.

Get an excellent haircut here. The barbers are so friendly the whole time theyll just be talking to you. This is where I always get my haircut, sometimes a relaxing massage to.

I love the way they treat customers every time you walk. Staff is very friendly and they get you and in out fast, I dont like that they dont take coupons

Husband went in for a haircut and was told He’d get an MVP for the price of a variety, and he ended up paying for the Varsity. Wasn’t a big issue at first. After I left the store, I noticed that his hair was messed up. Took a couple more visits to fix, but his hair is now just fine.

I had a horrible time trying to log in online prior to our arrival. I called the store nowto make sure the coupon I had was valid at that specific location. Stylists werent very polite on the phone or in person because when we arrived no one greeted us or said a single word. Haircut was decent but nothing great. This is the 3rd and last sport clips location Ive taken my kids to. Ive never had a satisfactory experience.

Not a good place, they call your name the stylist said how do you want your hair after that not a word. I felt that we didnt belong here. For us this is our first and last time here. I didnt spent 25.00 here not to feel welcome. They dont realize we are their paycheck

One of the worst haircuts I ever got. Had to recut my hair when I got home. The stylist only wanted to talk about Pokemon. When I didnt, she gave me a poopy haircut.
