At my apartment complex, the air intake vent was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. So I raised my concerns to the apartment manager and they had Planet Duct come out. John O. and Bryan were the technicians who came out to assist with cleaning out the air ducts. These two gentleman were professional and efficient. They took their time to make sure that everything was done correctly and vacuumed through each air duct in my apartment. They also sprayed solution into the ducts to keep them clean. Brian and Ryan from Planet Duct were very professional and thorough in cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in our new house. We just moved into a new house and noticed that the air ducts appeared to have never been cleaned. This is not a fake post. I live in Miami, however I owned a Condo on Fountain Blvd in Colorado Springs, zip 80910. Your company provided a bill with superfluous negative information, designed to have us replace the furnace, where your company would have benefited. You stated that the unit was 25 years old. We later found out it was installed in 2006, do the math. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! I used them when we purchased our new home to have the ducts and vents cleaned. The did such a great job! It was evident from the before and after photos that our ducts were likely not cleaned since the home was built in the 70s. They were thorough, professional, on time, and gave great advice on maintenance. I purchased the duct cleaning with disinfectant, dryer blowout and a vent cleaning for a bathroom vent. They ended up doing both bathroom vents for free and even patched a rusty spot in my furnace free of charge. The owner also waived the disinfectant charge and the tech tried to help me fix my laundry bi-fold door that had come off the track previously. These guys are great and I highly recommend! I am thinking of bringing them in to service my AC as well :)

I wanted to share an incredible experience that I’ve had with planet duct over the past several months. I first called them in back in November 2020 to take care of a bad dead animal smell that was in the heating system of a second home that we own. They found a dead mouse which was the source of the bad smell and removed it. We were relieved that they were able to find the source of the bad smell.The guys who came out from planet duct did a great job, but the owner Brandon, who has very high standards wanted them to come out a second time to make sure they got everything out of our system because a small amount of debris was left behind after the first cleaning. There was no charge for that second visit which really impressed me.After a few months we still had a bad smell that was coming out of our heating system and the guys from planet duct said that we probably had some leaks in our system because of a lack of pressure they were able to build up with their vacuum when they came out to clean it.I reached out to Brandon to see if he could put a camera scope down our system to try and find any major disconnects or holes in the ducting so we could get them repaired. Not only was he willing to do that, he came out to our house, on a Saturday, an hour away from his office, and spent hours with me re-inspecting the system and using all of his expensive professional equipment to scope the ducts until he found the source of the low pressure and the bad smell.I was so relieved that Brandon found these two major holes and were able to have them repaired on the spot which solved our major problems! If it wasn’t for Brandon taking the time, and the pride he has in doing the job to completion, we would’ve never found the source of the main problem!!I am so impressed with the professionalism and the graciousness that Brandon and his team showed to solve the problem without continually charging us for every little thing. I could *see* the difference in my vents after they were done. Interestingly, I went into my laundry room after they left and there was $.26 in small coins on my dryer that they must have found while cleaning out the vents. I never would have missed those coins, but the fact that they put the coins on top of the dryer speaks to the integrity of this company. I will hire them again.
