You guys are plenty nice enough. I also have no doubt each one of you are capable of producing high quality nails. I and my daughter both left disappointed. Our nails were not filed evenly, acrylic was left both under our nails and on top of our cuticles, the acrylic does not cover some of the nails and you can clearly see where it was applied unevenly. Some nails looked ok, others are sloppy. Sloppy comes from the fact that you do not take pride in your work or care about the quality; you only care about the quantity of people you can get in and out the door. Like I said I have no doubt your company is capable of doing a good job because the first time my girls went to your nail salon, their nails looked fabulous. My experience was disappointing. Also if you are going to make a big deal about having drinks for clients; your techs should probably offer a drink to their client.

I got dip on my nails at this salon. The lady that did them were nice. Service was good. But the process is not what I’m used to. After she was done with my nails, she put a clear coat over my nails and had me sit in front of a fan. My friend got the exact same thing just different color and she did not have to put her nails under a fan. My nails took forever to dry. That’s why I get dip so that I don’t have to wait for them to dry. My friend and I were confused as to why we got the same thing but had a different process for the dip/drying. Oh! And when they were filing my nails with the tool that they have to plug in, she filed my nails down so much that I literally had no nail. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I got my nails done last week and they look so bad now just a week later. Usually when I get dip, they will last at least two weeks without chipping! My thumb nail broke the next day (I wasn’t doing any heavy lifting/etc) so I went back to fix it. She did an entirely different process on my thumb that day than she did the day before. And! My thumbnail was a different shade. Ugh. The day after I had to go back to get my thumbnail fixed my pointer fingernail broke. I swear it was because they filed my nails down so much. 5 days later, my middle fingernail broke. I am so done with this place. I’ve never had my nails do this, especially days after getting them done! I don’t get my nails done often either. Just for special occasions. My nails WERE thick and strong before I went here and they filed them all away! I’ll never go here again.

Super beautiful establishment. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ivy was my nails tech and she did a wonderful job. I literally got two compliments on my nails from the time I walked from her station and to the counter to pay out. 💖

This place is a fricken joke. Ive been going for months, it was great. The last, and I mean LAST time I went and will ever go in, I guess it was experiment on me day. Nope. My hands looked better before she did my nails. I had them removed and did not get charged one penny.

My daughter and I got pedicures there and they were great, thats the only reason I have 3 stars, so we went back the next day and got manicures. I got shellac and my daughter got acrylics. My polish started coming off of 4 nails within 2 days and my daughter had one of hers break and rip her nail bed in two spots. Hers were way too thick as well. I will never go back for manicures again

Worst experience ever. The lady kept apologizing because she didn’t know what she was doing. The tools were not cleaned after the lady before me. They ask that you wear masks but don’t even clean or sanitize between each client. I sat down and the nails from the last lady before me we’re still others. Nail dust everywhere. Wait for 30 minutes for nothing because the French tip that I got (stayed on the safe side with French tip since she looked new) was horrible. When I asked to take them off she got upset and walked off. Came back put my hand inside a dirty bowl and added acetone and walked off. Please do not waste your money this place should be closed due to how unsanitary it is.

Would give a 5 star if the atmosphere was livelier and happier. Its always so serious as if no one is allowed to laugh.

Very disappointed. Bubbly, uneven, and SHARP. Did not smooth out and make them even. Major rush job. Didnt touch my cuticles or file the sides of the nails. The sides of my nails were not only touching but glued to my fingers. Will not be back. My nail tech was Angel.

If you want good nails I definitely don’t recommend this place. Lady cut multiple fingers. Messed up and I questioned them about it so then the lady was extremely rude when told to fix it to make the nail Longer. Then instead of fully taking the nail off that was too short she just glued another one on top of it. Then when i ask for a refund because I wouldn’t pay for this bad of a job i was told sorry we can’t. Extremely disappointed with this establishment and how rude their staff is.

This was my first time using this place and I will not return they are overpriced and it’s too crowded with workers and customers, tight space . Anyway the nail shop I went to in Spring was much better and reasonably priced never in myLife have I payed 40 dollars just to get my nails filled in . Wonder how much it cost to get a overlay that price is just ridiculous.. I’m sorry I will not be returning !

The nail tech I had was very rough, Kind of rude. I kept telling her what she was doing hurt and she still kept doing what was hurting. She also filed one of my nails into a complete different shape then the others ! The old man working front counter was very nice. Other than than that other workers did not say excuse me or anything, Just kept bumping into my friends as well as me. This place is not one i recommend!

All I can say is WOW after visiting this place today!!! Never seen a salon with such high end decor and so much bling. Definitely a step-up to most nails salons in this area. They have complimentary bar & cocktails menu. Everyone is so friendly & tries to make each customer feel special. John did phenomenal job on my nails, exactly what I wanted. Im definitely coming back!!!Update: My first 2 visits were amazing but then 3 after were just TERRIBLE (each one with new person). I need to find a new place.

Man working the front desk was very nice and helpful, however the nail tech I had was very rude and preformed poorly. Everything was good untill I noticed my thumb was a bit off. So I brought it up and she just argued with me, when the service was finished my hands were still covered in dust from fieling and she just rubbed in the oil.

Wife went to this salon today (5-14-21). Like others said. Super over priced. Have to ask for the drink. Her pedicure looks like a 2 yr old did it with what seems like a chunk missing. We should have read the reviews first!! She gets her nails done regularly at another salon and said these people at Premier dont know what service is. Will never return and will warn all friends to avoid.

Went to this salon twice.. the first time, my ombré nails came out big/lumpy. Still decided to give them a second chance but with a different nail technician. The second nail technician was in a rush and it was kind of rude honestly. My daughter also got her fingernails and toenails painted and not kidding, it looked like she painted them herself. $130 down the drain. Overall not professional, the inside of the salon is really cramped and just... odd.

Made a pedicure appointment for 4 ladies here because drinks! Hello! 😊We all showed up at the same time, sat at the same time and they started working on 3 of us. They didnt get to me, the 4th person until 30 minutes after they started the others in our group. We only got offered a drink towards the very end of our service. I had to have them not do anything other than my toes just so we could leave at the same time. Very irritating....wont be coming back here.

I’ve been wanting to try this salon for a while. I finally decided last Sunday I needed some pampering and a glass of wine. Absolute worst experience. I was assigned a new girl - Tiffany. Very disappointed!!!’ Not friendly at all. Wine was never offers and my nails!!’ Omg ladies. Don’t waste your money. She wouldn’t cut them shorter. They are all crooked and thick and choppy and uneven and after a week - 3 broken! Waste of my time and money

They do wonderful nails. Look great. Only thing is that some techs rush to get you done and the quality shows. After 2 1/2 weeks my nails started popping off when I expect them to last around 3 1/2-4 weeks.

Busy on the weekends but we came in fairly early so there wasnt too much of a wait. I always leave here feeling pampered and relaxed! Definitely recommend the jello shot pedicure and premier manicure. My daughter got powder dipped nails instead of the manicure and they turned out great!

Beyond disappointed. My first time in this place, it smelt terrible and was very dirty. The lady cut me multiple times. it was a simple shellac change on my toes and I felt like a kid was doing them. Theres polish all over my toes around my toe nails. She was beyond sloppy and did not take her time

I got my nails done and noticed a large dark hair in my nail and the color/shape was very uneven. I told the girl at the front desk about the hair and my disappointment of the shape/ color. She kept on insisting it was the color I chose but I asked them nicely to try an fix it. After waiting a while for them to come fix it the man finally came out of the back. He walked up aggressively and I told him about the hair but he started yelling saying I was white privileged and entitled. I did not feel comfortable being here so I tried to leave the store and a girl came to take a picture of my plate. I said we can have a cop come up and and explain the situation. When I mentioned having a cop come up she said I was ok to leave.

The moment I got in, I was rushed to pick a color. There are a lot of colors, however very cheap products. I got powder dip. Very nice color and the service was fine other than being rushed but the powder started chipping within 24 hours. I have not had this happen except at 1 other place that also used cheap dipping products. I won’t be going back here nor would I recommend this place if you are looking for quality.

Went and had my nails done this morning and the lady besides being extremely rude cut myself 3 times and made me feel like it was my fault because I decided to have my nails short. She cut me once with a nail file and then she jabbed the nail filing instrument Drill that she uses under the nail. She was very annoyed at me for getting upset that she cut me twice. I will never go back to this establishment ever very rude the lady was the very first one on the left do not use very unclean unsanitary and I pray I don’t get an infection.

I went in for an acrylic refill and wanted a cute design. I show the nail tech what I wanted she didnt even acknowledge it and I showed it to her again. The first color I wanted apparently they didnt have and I asked her if she had something similar to it and she was very rudely replying we dont have it. Once my nails are done, I explained how I wanted them, straight and coffin. She complained that it was too late to do that. All my nails were uneven and some were put on crooked. She was so rude about wanting to fix them. The center was so dirty and unclean, when I sat down the towels they used looked dirty and had other products from other services, I told her it was dirty and grabbed another clean(dirty looking) towel. I will never go back and Do Not Recommend It.

Unfortunately I dont remember the name of my nail tech. I asked if she could do an ombre nail with two tones, and showed her a picture, she said she could. Half way Into doing my nails, she went and took a lunch break. Two hours into sitting in her chair, my nails looked horrible. A solid line between the two colors, not faded at all like a normal ombre look. She ended up having to do just a solid color. And charged me 65 for that. I was at the salon for 3 hours, I was overcharged, and did not get the nails I wanted at all. Very disappointed. On top of that, I can tell they are very flimsy and will pop off soon. :(

Beautiful bar and setting! They offer unlimited mixed drinks and are very nice people. The only con is that they are expensive. I was charged $70 (not including tip) for basic acrylic nails with some glitter at the bottom! Besides that Thomas (my nail tech) did an amazing job and was considerate about how I wanted them to look. If you can afford to splurge then this nail salon is recommended!!!

My new favorite place. For sure coming back. I highly recommend the $75 pedicure (I forgot what it was called, i think organic) it was so worth it. Very clean, good customer service and very comfortable chair. With everything going on, they care about your safety so if you dont have a mask they will provide one for a $1.

It was my first time visiting here and I am very impressed! They quickly got me seated even though they were really busy. I heard several regulars say they are always that busy, which is a great sign! I showed them a picture of a design I wanted and they did a great job! It was a bit pricey but for good, quick and professional service you get what you pay for!

Never have I EVER experienced such unprofessionalism. My daughters nails were so uneven and crooked, and my pedicure was TERRIBLE. Polish didn’t even cover my full nails and it was lumpy. Then instead of accepting their screw up they try to put blame on the client. Definitely do not recommend. Find another place to go!

This is the worst shop in Conroe, I saw a review for Ethan and thought it was my old tech but it definitely was not, my nail are way too short they chipped the next morning and they are not smooth on top I had to refile just to get dressed this am . They want you to get a warranty on their work. Why, I paid for a service expecting a really great job but alas I was fooled don’t waste your time or money, find another place they are a negative 10

Immediately walking in the door the receptionist had an attitude.. they were out of the color i picked, so the lady handed me a few things to choose from. i picked one and then she said oh sorry that’s not dip that’s shelac (i asked for dip) so i had to pick for a 3rd time. i asked for dip on my real nails since they are very long, and the lady made them so thick i had to repeatedly ask her to thin them out. they are clumpy and not even. not to mention she took a lot of length off my nails from having to file down the dip. then the receptionist comes over and asks “are you done?” does it look like she’s done? i was rushed through, and never offered a drink? 50$ for dip on my natural nails and the ticket just says “ upgrade nail service” but nothing was an upgrade so now i’m just out 50$. thanks.Update. I went back in to get them fixed. i asked for a different lady, and was ignored. so the same lady came to fix my nails. big surprise, she rushed through it. scoffed at me when i said i wanted them to be thinner on the cutical. and then put a shellac top coat on. now they are even more lumpy and have white spots from her shaving job :) never going back. the lady’s name is Mari.

Went for my first time and service was very nice and quick. Everything was good comparing the nails to my normal tech not so good matte finish faded got dirty easy and gold lines peeled the first day off the edges of my nail.

Nails look like my 3 year old did them.Highly disappointed didn’t feel pampered felt like he was rushing didn’t shape them right.Not a happy camper will not be coming back.

I tried this place out a few years ago when they first opened, and the lady waxed off half of my left brow. So I decided to give them another try this week. I was very specific about the shape I like, both are very different naturally and that is OKAY, so I asked her to not try to make them match.She did exactly what I asked her not to, and did not clean up around them at all afterwards.So I now have awful brows and will have to fix them myself.She also handed me a disgustingly filthy mirror to look at her awful work.I will not make this mistake again

We were 15 minutes late for our appointment and the second we walked through the door our greeter had a bad attitude. Even made a remark like, oh, I can see that when I apologized and stated that we were running little behind. Of course when I said excuse me she choose NOT to repeat herself and stated only two of us could be seated since we were late, which was not a problem. My nail tech was amazing, however the other two women I came with did not have the same experience. We ended up paying $180 for a refill and two full sets with no alcohol as promised on there website. On top of that another woman actually walked out the second she sat down for her nails. I couldnt hear the issue but I have no doubt it was due to the bad energy in that place. I wanted to try a new shop but after so many dissatisfied customers in such a short time span Ill just stick to my normal nail salon.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure a day ahead of time, they sat me down and did my pedicure and when i asked about the manicure after my toes were done the manager (Im assuming) got mad at me for not reminding him that i had an appointment for both bc they couldve done them at the same time. They were super slow so I got set up to get my nails done immediately after and Annie was super sweet but its barely been a week and my nails are lifting. This place is always a hit or miss but I probably wont be coming back.

Nice facility and they do a great job! Theyre especially great at dip nails. I love the wide selection they have in polishes! Friendly employees and nice atmosphere too. And the complimentary cocktails are a plus!

I’ve never had a good experience here. The past times I’ve gone I’ve always felt like they try to rush your manicure and they never offer a drink. I just went a week ago with some friends to give them another shot and this experience was no different. The ladies at the cashier counter/bar are rude and dont provide customer service. They just tell you to sign in with an attitude and have you stand awkwardly till someone is assigned to you. The whole time you feel like an inconvenience.During my manicure, I got Tina who who was frustrated that my thumb nail wasn’t drying properly. She redid it a few times and even cut my finger because she was rushing. I finally just told her that was fine, I can live with how it dried.The next day, my manicure was chipped so I came back to get it fixed and they looked like they were frustrated with me. You’d think they’d try to satisfy and work with an unsatisfied customer, but hospitality doesn’t exist at this establishment.The manicure chipped on me a second time! So I went back and asked if I could get acrylic instead of shellac nails because I’ve spent too much time on fixing my nails. They told me it would be an extra charge if I were to switch to acrylic. I agreed on trying shellac once more with more time under the UV light because Tina was rushing my manicure. During my manicure I felt very uncomfortable as they were hovering and speaking in a different language. You could just tell they were saying negative things about be coming in a 3rd time to fix my nails. I was charged $50 for my refill, I needed to get it fixed.I rarely complain about services I receive. In fact, this is my first bad review I’ve written ever. I just don’t understand how this place is still in business with the attitude the people who work there have + the lack of customer service.

A year ago I would have rated this salon 4/5... however, over the past few months the quality has gone down drastically. I am not one who would typically write a bad review but while I was there this past week some new customers came in for a pedicure and were talking about how they had found it on Google and because of the ratings decided they wanted to try it. When this shop first opened it was wonderful! Now, its like herding cattle into a small, tight, already overfilled space and trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible... which is why I believe the quality has spiraled down. As I type this Im looking at my french dipped nails that I had done less than a week ago... and already 5 1/2 are missing. My daughter had her nails done the same way the same night and the top coat on all 10 is already gone. Again, like I said in the beginning, a year ago I would have rated it differently... so, I wonder, what has changed?

The best in town. Great prices and great service. They even give u a 7 day warranty on their nails. If u break one its replaced free of charge.

The lash tech did a horrible job on my lashes. All I got was strips and they werent on right and one even started lifting soon as I left.

Never fails I find a great nail tech then they move shops. This was my second in a row with a new tech and fair work. When you have a picture and they assure you they can do it but you leave with nothing close .I can get same results for less cash and drive

Very crowded, small space, staff hurried. Told me they could do a design before hand but could not. Chairs not massage, hard to get in and out of, and very unkempt. Cut my nails too short, did not smooth the edges after file so left lots of parts that snag my clothing.... when I checked out I had to repeatedly tell the cashier I wanted to zero out my receipt she avoided this so I strongly recommend people watch their charges. Will not be returning!

I have been to Premier Nail Bar a few times now and the service is always excellent. I have only gotten pedicures here. The ladies and gents do a fantastic job, and the nail polish lasts a long time. I would highly recommend it!

Update; 7/31:This salon has unfortunately been disappointing me for awhile now. I didnt come super often due to my busy schedule, but the times I did drop in, the front desk was not super friendly towards me, it was always busy and felt very rushed, but most notably, Ive had more than one occasion where my shellac and/or dipping powder chipped within days. Even though their services are guaranteed for 7 days, I dont have time to make a second trip for a fix. I was always kind, patient, and tipped well, but I was never offered an alcoholic beverage not once during my several visits here. Why have a bar if you arent going to offer a drink to returning customers? Or maybe I was not a regular enough customer to receive such services? Whatever the case may be, this nail salon could use some serious upgrades in customer service. I honestly wont be returning either way as I feel I have given them more than their fair share of chances.Tina is amazing! For about a year, I have been hopping around nail salons in Conroe trying to find one that meets my standards, and have been disappointed by three - I ended up pretty much settling for the best out of the three because they typically did a good job and had great prices. But on my last visit my shellac chipped within a week (which was very upsetting) and I decided to search for a new place and discovered Premier Nail Bar. Every nail lover has different things they want in a nail salon, mine is a technician who is 1. Gentle with my sensitive nails; 2. Has excellent attention to detail; and 3. takes their time. Tina was all three and I only spent about 1 hr. (including wait time) on what appears to be a very busy Sunday for them. An additional great and unexpected part was I received a warranty card guaranteeing my shellac for 7 days - never heard of a nail salon doing this. I will be a forever customer!💙

I really dont know how this place has so many stars. Ive never said ouch so many times while having my nails done. And the paint job is terrible. I wouldnt recommend if your wanting nice nails.

I’m rather upset. I’ve never really had my nails done before and now that I’m able to do it, I was very excited to have them done. I went in and showed them a photo of what I wanted done and also told them I had never had my nails done before.I didn’t know what to look for or what happened but I absolutely hate them. Other workers kept circling around questioning what she was doing, which should’ve been my first hint that they were not being done correctly. I feel like she was forcing me into liking them. And of course I felt like I was being rude.But $45 and an hour later- a complete waste of time and I will never be back. I was extremely excited.I’m headed somewhere else to undo and fix what was done.

I will never be coming back again. The front desk lady asked me what I could get help with & then turn around and tells me that they close at 6pm and they arent taking any more customers, let me remind you it is 5:24 PM and refusing my service. So for that terrible customer service I will never be coming back to this unprofessional nail salon ever again. I also walked in after they refused me to mention, you have Terrible customer service & I will never come back again. They told me theres plenty of people in front of me and that by time they will get to me it will be 6pm. If I was you I would not waste ur time coming here.

Went in on 8/10 and got a full set acrylic nails. On 8/13 I had a nail break doing a simple task, causing it to bleed and expose the quick. Went in wanting to get the nails removed and then come Id come back at a later date when my nail was healed and get them redone. Brought my 7 day warranty card, only to be told after that I had to pay for my shotty nail removal job, since it was not covered by the warranty card. Left with dried stuff all over my fingers and color spots still on my nail.

Amazing place!! My mom and I went. We had the Jello Shot Pedicures and eyebrows done.. Strawberry mimosas and Strawberry margarita!! Everyone was friendly and thankful we came... We will definitely be back with our friends!!

Amazing place, really good service

Best place to get a pedicure. They even have a full stocked liquor bar. Havent taken advantage of that yet. But they dont use razors on your heals. They use a file that makes your heals smooth.

Nancy gave me the most amazing pedicure!! The massage was best I’ve ever had!! Can’t wait to book with her again!!! They were also able to fill my nails at the same time, which really helped on a time crunch!! This is my second time here and I’m hooked!!!

John does a great job on my nails. If he is busy Ive had great experience with everyone else there. Everyone is friendly and hard working. Never been dissatisfied.

My friends and I absolutely loved our pedicures and it was definitely worth the $40 we each paid. I will definitely be coming back again. My nail tech (Tommy) was really good
