I was referred to this company when looking for a carpet cleaner to complete a move out cleaning. Do I wish we had found them when we first moved to CO! Communication was great and respectful and the technician, Mike, arrived at the expected time. I recently lost my husband to Covid and have never been in charge of carpet cleanings, so the time that Mike took to explain the process, (without knowing I had NO idea what would take place), was much appreciated. Mike even went above and beyond in my mind and cautioned me about walking from carpet to tile for the next several hours. He was very respectful of our home, exuded professionalism, and worked quickly, yet thoroughly. He is very personable and friendly. I knew what to expect expense wise prior to him beginning and there were no hidden additional charges such as I’ve read with other companies. I can only hope there will be comparable companies in the state I move to! Thank you, SPECIALIZED, for the wonderful service and experience.

We have used Specialized several times for carpet cleaning, and they have always done a fantastic job. We recommended them to my parents as well, who have recommended him to their realtor. Billy and his team are friendly and do a wonderful job. They cleaned our carpets and air ducts very thoroughly. When I pulled the vacuum out for the first time after they cleaned, it was amazing- no dust or dirt in the vacuum (just dog hair that our two Goldens managed to shed in the passing days). This was the first time we had them do our ducts, and they did amazing work. It had been a while since our ducts were cleaned, and Im pretty sure they werent done well last time. The air smelled cleaner after they were finished and there isnt as much dust in the air. We wont go back to another company!

I hired Specialized to clean a very large wool area rug in my living room. It had not been cleaned since I had purchased it about three years prior, and it sits under my toddlers main play area. Needless to say it needed some love. Billy from Specialized came to pick it up, and was extremely friendly and courteous. When he returned it a week later it looked like a new rug! Im very happy with the service, and they charged a price that was far, far more reasonable than the others in town I contacted. Highly recommended!

I don’t think I’ve met anyone more kind and more professional in this industry as long as I’ve been around! Billy was exactly on time and even gave me a heads up call. They take extremely gentle care of the house putting up carpets and stops on the corners to make sure they don’t cause any damage and the floors are just absolutely incredible. It really almost looks like we got new carpet. I’ll be listing my house for sale shortly and if you’re doing the same I don’t think you can make a better choice.

I worked directly with Billy the owner and his son Mike, this is a family owned business and I feel lucky to have had the pleasure to work with them. I was moving from a rental and needed the carpets cleaned, Mike showed up on time and was extremely polite, he did an excellent job and left the carpets looking new! In a separate home Billy helped me remove a pet odor from the basement, he was also extremely polite and generous and has left our basement looking new! I will be coming back to Specialized for any and all future services and would recommend their business to anyone!

Billy is wonderful to deal with. When I moved out of my apartment, I was terrified that I would have to pay for the carpet in my apartment due to the puppy have anxiety accidents. The pet treatment that Mike did on my carpet was AMAZING. It passed the inspection from the Property Managers and they couldnt stop complimenting on how pretty the carpets were.

I’ve literally never written a review before for anyone’s services but that’s how pleased I am with my experience with Billy and his son in law.Our property management company called them out for us to clean out a duct that was full of a newly abandoned nest. Turns out the birds got around the duct and made a massive nest in the wall surrounding it. It was hot, smelly work but they stayed super friendly throughout the whole ordeal! Having strangers in your home can be a bit awkward but not once did I feel like that with them which is a huge plus. They removed EVERYTHING in there and left the place spotless which is impressive because it was a tight space! No wonder their rating on here is so great. Thank you both again!

Very professional service! I had my ducts cleaned about 4 years ago and used a deal off of groupon and the lack of quality was imedidatle apparently. Specialized was a much better service and actually cleaned everything thoroughly. Billy was professional and demonstrated his knowledge and commitment to providing an excellent service. I had the WORST smells in my home from a prior owner (animal urine). I didn’t think they were that bad until the sun began to hit certain areas of the carpet. Whatever the prior user used to cover it started to wear off. I called up these gentlemen based off their online reviews, and they definitely delivered. They were able to get me within the week, and my house smells amazing now. Perhaps that’s just the complete absence of urine oder, but I’m convinced it’s a combination of everything. The smell was so bad I thought I was going to have to get new floors, however these men were able to save me that money. Extremely professional, knew what they were doing, knew what to suggest, and were absolutely efficient in every essence of the word. I am super grateful!Thank you so much SPECIALiZED! They are the best! I spoke with Billy about my carpet peeling back off the tack board near my front door. Id had Uriah out a couple years ago to stretch the carpet back in the same place and I figured the tack board was worn out or my excessive vacuuming with my Dyson had ruined it. Billy was able to come out quickly and he showed up on time with a call saying he was on his way. Billy and Charlie came out and assessed the issue, agreed the tack board was broken AND they had an exact match on their truck to replace it! I was shocked! They also said since it was the same section of carpet that theyd worked on before, it was under warranty! They were super kind, fast, and professional.
