Great experience from start to finish!We put in new hardwood flooring in our entire home, with the exception of the bathrooms and laundry room. It was quite a big project, and we worked closely with Kayla, the manager, to find the product we wanted at an affordable price.The flooring arrived well in advance of the install, with more than adequate time to acclimate to our home.The installer, Cory Pfaff, was great! He worked under less-than-ideal circumstances (it was the WEEK OF SMOKE 2020 in Central Oregon, if you were here, you know what I mean) and got the project done on time.We worked closely with Cory, as my wife and I did 100% of the demolition. He took the time to answer our myriad questions, letting us know what to expect with hardwood, how to care for it, and what to do if [fill in the blank] occurred. He also used less product than we had anticipated, so we were able to return some for a small refund.I wouldnt hesitate to work with Lumber Liquidators, Kayla, or Cory again.

We were able to lock in a great rate on high quality LVP from the Bend LL Flooring. Went with the full packaged deal of having LL Flooring contract the install as well through SW Contractors. They made it all pretty easy with providing the estimator, providing all the needed materials to our house, and coordinating the logistics. The flooring subcontractors were excellent and professional (Morgan and Joe). Note it was a very long process so plan 6-8 weeks from the time you pay for your floors to finally have your home finished (ours was 1700 Sq ft including stairs). Took 8 weeks and the longest delay was SW Contractors and LL Flooring having disputes about needed material and scheduling a crew. The actual Flooring install took about 2 weeks and those guys worked weekends. Pro tip: Make sure the estimator takes his time to measure the stairs and all the trim if you looking to get those areas done. Our stairs took about 4 days cause the estimator rushed so we had to do a lot of customizations. Remove all your furniture (we didnt have furniture). They told us it adds an extra week to the install. Have them start in the bedroom so you can save on hotel costs. All-in-all we are happy with our choice. Would recommend.

The people at the store are great, but when it comes to their contractors and customer service I feel they deserve no stars for how horrible of an experience Ive had. Damaged my floor and porch by tossing tools around and throwing scraps on a recently refinished soft wood porch. They didnt check for level before installing or install subflooring as needed even after I requested they do so. The installers response was with what wood am I supposed to raise flooring with. Not to mention my laundry and 2nd bathroom doors scrape to where they almost wont close. They have good prices in the store, but I very strongly urge you to use your own contractor for everything else. Sw contractors is by far the worst installers Ive ever come across. 3 months after horrible job Im still trying to get them to correct their many many mistakes.

This was a nightmare. October 29 - Ordered flooring. A month and a half later (Dec. 14) the flooring arrived. Almost 3 months after ordering flooring (Jan. 25) the contractors began installing the flooring. Jan. 29 (3 months to the day) the project was done. For full disclosure, we spoke with the LL corporate headquarters back east. They were understanding of our plight and refunded us 15% of the flooring price. Next time we will set our priorities on reputation rather than price. Also, the regional installation contractors had no fault in this fiasco. They showed up when directed by LL and did a fine job.

Second time In and they have yet to disappoint. I came in to get more flooring for my office and wanted it to match the existing floor we got 2 years ago. Brandon got me the match and let me know it has since improved and to be aware it won’t click into the existing flooring so be sure to have a transition strip. He even let me know there’s an upcoming sale and i can call to have them price match.I’ll definitely be back!

Brandon is so helpful and personable. He went out of his way to help and accommodate. So did Zach. They both were wonderful in providing assistance and ideas, and in speeding things up for me and really made my life easier. Thank you.

First time in an LL store. Great experience! Everything I pointed at, Brandon the manager said yes I have that in stock, he gave me no reason to go elsewhere.....one shot, one kill. The man knows his product AND his inventory. Hes a walking complete resource. Look no further!

Laminate was bought by my daughter on a Monday. Them was told it would be delivered in two weeks. Went in to the store and asked when I was to pickup. Was told on Wednesday December 4. Went in on date told it would not be in until Thursday. Went in on Thursday and was told would not be in till Friday. Went in on Friday was told in would be delivered until Saturday. Called on Saturday was told would not be in until Sunday. I no longer trust anybody in your organization. Tell the truth. I drove 60 miles to pickup and still dont have it. Why not be truthful upfront?

The installers that they work with in Central Oregon are great. They were super fast and did a phenomenal job with no imperfections that I can find.

Were really happy with our vinyl flooring. It has stood the test of time for durability, water-proofing, and resilience. Also, the staff and Jonathon the store manager in particular were really helpful and knowledgeable about the different flooring options and the pros/cons of each. I would definitely recommend this store as an option for affordable flooring options.

Salesman was very helpful and answered tons of questions for me.

Our company War Tribe in Sisters installed over 2000sf of vinyl plank in our warehouse Showroom. We could not be happier with the quality of the product, the service and the price. John the store manager answered all our questions and was always available to help. They are awesome.

We purchased flooring from lumber liquidators for our rental home and turned out to be bad flooring, it was advertised as scratch resistant well it was anything but, it started scratching like butter, a day after it was in, even with pads on the bottom of items, The rep called me back with a very rude tone to her voice, with a loophole with their definition of scratch resistant, it was nothing but a loophole answer. She even told me that and i quote(EVEN METAL AND STEELE AND BRICK Scratch.) So the bottom line is because of (their) definition of scratch resistant they are going to do nothing about the bad flooring they sold us, we were told basically to bad so sad. We will never buy from them again. I encourage all consumers to stand up against this kind of corporate power trip bullying and boycott this bad company. This may be the reason why they have been sued in the past. i would not recommend them to anybody.
