When my day finally arrived the employee was very polite, knowledge, and hardworking. He did an excellent job listening to all my needs and answered all my questions. We are going to replace the carpets because the previous owners had cats and my boys are allergic, however, now were thinking of keeping it a little longer so long as my boys feel better with their allergies. My comment is going to be mainly based on my experience with Andrew, because when I first saw him I thought he might be pretty young to be doing this job on his own, but for a 19-year-old kid his work looked more like a 50-year-old man who’s been doing this for ages! He was extremely professional, And did such a great job and knew a lot about what he was doing and was able to answer any of my questions. I asked to see how dirty the water was because I was doing a move out of my condo and when he was done, I was amazed at what he was able to extract out of my carpet.Whatever they are paying him, I think he deserves a raise. He cleaned my carpet as though he was representing his own company. I don’t have any carpet in my new place, but should I need carpet cleaning in the future I will definitely be using Bee Clean again.I highly recommend the company and Andrew specifically. On the scheduling and business side of things, it was also very easy and professionally done.

How wonderful to deal with a business that communicates so well and does such a good job. Cisco arrived early (getting an okay before doing so), took care and respect with our furniture and did a beautiful job cleaning our two favorite chairs in the house. They look like new again. Had two different teams come in, one in the morning and one closer to the afternoon. Got before and after pictures of the vents, cool to see! The duct tech was super nice, i think his name was Scott super tall guy. The carpet guys were also super sweet. The main carpet kid was Cisco and they knocked out the carpet fast and even found animal urine stains that needed to be treated. Went over the carpet the next day with my new Shark vacuum and didnt pull up anything! 10/10 will use them again!

Scott came out today to clean my dryer vent and was fantastic!!! I had watched videos about the potential dangers of not cleaning your vents and set up a time to have them done. I received text messages throughout the process and one that let me know Scott was on his way this morning. Once he got there we talked about the process and then he began. They did a fantastic job! We could not be more pleased. We had a lot of sticky adhesive residue from carpet protector film that was left down for too long on brand new cream colored carpet during renovations. That residue attracted every particle of dirt and we thought it was a lost cause. Bee Kleen got it all up and the carpet looks good as new. We are thrilled with the results and our tech could not have been nicer.

Cleaned whole house prior to move. Removed a few stains and carpet looks good. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

We called at night and they were very responsive. Fair priced. The gentlemen came out and worked all day on cleaning our ducts. We had a lot of ducts. They seem to have done a good job as I saw a lot of the stuff they cleaned out of the ducts.The only thing that I didnt like was that my bill for this was over one thousand dollars ( I was paying with a card) and when I was handed the phone to sign there was a screen where I was supposed to tip. Seriously? Wow! I did tip but felt that this was pretty excessive. Do they not pay these guys enough to live on? I know we tip wait staff because they make less but is that also true of duct cleaners? I am not happy tipping for any service where their wage is rolled up in my price. TIP - To Insure Proper service. Should I not have expected good service at paying a thousand dollars for my service? Doesnt make sense to me.Furthermore, the google local says women lead. Why does that matter? Is this a selling point? Do women lead better? Why does their genitals make a difference on their skill set or how they take care of the customer? I dont get that. I would use a company because they take care of their customer, not because of their genitals or skin color or any other or any other reason other than they do a good job. These two things make no sense to me. However, we were pretty happy with the overall service.

We are new to the area. We bought a 16 year old home. After moving in to the house, we developed allergies which we had not had prior. We noticed that dusting was needed almost daily. Neighbors told us that was probably because of the dry air at this elevation. Our 20 year old dryer was no longer drying clothes the way it had prior to the move.At the suggestion of our furnace company, Reliable Heating and Air, we called Steve at Bee-Kleen. Steve explained the process and added that the dryer vent may also need servicing. We scheduled the cleaning for the first available slot.Scott arrived as scheduled. He once again explained the process and what we should expect from the service. He got all the equipment into the house and started work. He was very efficient from the ground floor to the basement. He showed us the octopus like attachment that went on the end of the air hose and the vacuum he attached to both the supply and return plenums of the furnace. Then the fun began.Apparently the ducts had never been cleaned in 16 years. The previous owners had dogs, cats, and lots of kids. That octopus stirred up a lot of dirt, dust (including sheetrock dust from the original build), dog and cat hair, carpet fiber, and more.After completing the cleaning of the ductwork, Scott tackled the dryer vent. It is vented vertically and exits through the roof 17 feet above the laundry room. The vent was plugged just below that 17 foot mark. Pictures are better than words in this case. Take a look at the pile of damp, moldy lint that came out of the vent.Its now been a few days plus a furnace filter change since the cleaning. I am now sleeping through the night and the tissue box is no longer my constant companion.We moved from another state and had that $89 complete ductwork cleaning process done there. It never worked so we were skeptical in having it done again. Our experience with Reliable Heating was so good that we asked Afton and Nick for a referral.We highly recommend Bee-Kleen for ductwork and dryer vent cleaning. Very dissatisfied with our carpets. They show a special tool that was supposed to be used on puppy pee stains but that was never used. Carpet guy used his shoe to scrub in the special spray in a few spots, needless to say the smell came back. We had our carpets cleaned again 2 months later, went back to Steamatic and now we are very satisfied - carpet has no smell, more stains were lifted, very professional in performance! I wouldnt recommend Bee-Kleen to anyone. I would HIGHLY recommend Steamatic.

Set up appointment on Saturday online. Scott and Cisco came in Monday right in time. Extremely responsive and willing to work with me in the area I needed done. Large pet urine area. The service representative went above and beyond a standard service call. He cleaned the vents and piping from the dryers to the outside. We’ve lived in house 20 years so it needed to be done. Very pleased.

Bee Kleen cleaning is run the by the owner- Steve, and he does all the work. He arrives in a spotless van and his equipment is new and sparkling clean. He uses a soap free cleaning system that leaves no residue. Steve is passionate about doing a great job for his customers and getting the best result possible. My family room carpet had wear marks, dirt and and stains. He also took care of some pee stains from the dog, and added an enzyme treatment. After he cleaned it it looked like new even though its more than 10 years old. This is by far the best carpet service I have ever received. I highly recommend Bee Kleen. His prices are very reasonable- less than I have paid others.

Highly recommend them! I just moved into a new house and my dog peed on the brand new carpet. (Less than a week old carpet!) The pee was not found until it had dried on the carpet. It smelled awful even after I cleaned it. I called Bee Kleen to see if they could help. They came out the very next day and removed the pee smell. They were also carful bringing in the hoses into the home and made sure not to leave any water on the floor. They also wore mask. Later on that day, the owner called me to see if the smell was still gone. It was and I was very impressed with not only their ability to clean the carpet so well but also I was impressed with how nice they were! I’m so happy with their service!

We live in the Broadmoor and sometimes, when we get estimates, we get what I call the Broadmoor bump..which means we get charged more. They are my new carpet cleaning company without a doubt!!!Also, I didn’t pay for the extra rotary cleaning, because I figured what was the point (the carpet was trash anyways) but after seeing their results, I now think had I spent the little extra those couple little remaining spots would be gone. Steve was great from start to finish. He provided an estimate, patiently agreed to me changing the cleaning date to allow for office renovations, then showed up in time-window promised. Ryan was on time and professional. At the last hour I decided I wanted my tile cleaned too, but he didnt have the equipment with him for that. An hour after he left he called me saying he got the equipment and could come back if I wanted. Needless to say my entry way looks brand new. I didnt even know the grout was white.Great lob and I will definitely be using this company throughout the years to keep my flooring clean.

Bee-Kleen is a great company. My husband and I were very happy with the work that was done; we had all our ducts cleaned. Scott showed up on time. We mentioned we have three cats and we wanted to make sure they did not get outside during the process of cleaning, and Scott was very understanding and was willing to work with us to make sure our kitdos were safe at all times. He did a great job and was a pleasure to talk to. Very nice, professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the great and thorough work! :)

This is hands down the best carpet cleaning service Ive had in 20 yrs living in the Springs. Absolutely amazing results with attention to detail and very professional. The price was also very reasonable and I would say a good deal based on the level of clean and amount of time Ryan worked on the job!

Steve and his team do a phenomenal job. I requested cleaning on my house same day and he promptly showed up to make sure it was done, but more importantly done well. He inspected our home to see if there were any other areas of concern. He quickly noticed by using a black light that some of our animals had urinated on our carpet and we never knew this without his help. We expected it to be a lot more for this service, but his price was very reasonable for the level of cleaning his company provides. I will recommend them to my friends and family!
