The business is nice and clean the nails were beautiful. The guy who provided pedicure was very nice. The lady who did my nails at first I thought would be nice as well especially from her interaction with another customer and the way she interacted with her. But when it came to me her tone and demeanor completely changed she was rude in tone and short with me. If it wasnt for the above average nails and the guy that did the pedicure it would be 2 stars. Glad her work speaks for itself because her attitude would make you have second thoughts when youre a new customer.

Cindy is amazing on my pedicures every time, she even does my 5 year olds pedicures and gel polish on her hands. Cindy also waxes my eyebrows & I’ll never go to anyone else. Kelly does amazing on my nails, I just recently tried dip powder with a design. I couldn’t decide exactly what I wanted but each time she does my nails I’m never disappointed. She remembered that purple is my favorite color, from previous conversations and reflected that in my design. I love Lux!

The salon and employees are very nice. It is clean and beautiful inside. I got a spa pedicure (1 step up from the basic pedicure). The steps are appropriate for a spa pedicure, but the execution by my technician was lacking. My nails are uneven (lengths and filing technique), the technician didnt seem to like feet and the massage was mostly two fingers moving around, there is polish on the skin on each toe, and my toes were missing polish by night fall. I think the missing polish was due to lotion on my nails because they were not chipped, but the polish was just peeling off. I spent 10 minutes filing and putting top coat on my nails the next morning.Like I said in the beginning, the salon is pretty and employees are nice, but my pedicure is not pretty.

Was there for more than 3 hours for a pedicure and dip nails. Pedicure was great but my dip was rushed and poor quality. My dip chipped within 3 days. When I returned to have 4 of my nails repaired, I had to wait another hour, they patched my chipped dip, and they were rude about fixing their poor quality work.

The owner is very rude!!! The waist is extremely long to get your nails done. They have four people to do pedicures and only two people that do nails… I waited a hour and a half to get my nails done after my pedicure was done

This place is the bomb.com. if I could give 10 stars I would. The pedicure I received here was the best pedicure Ive had in ages I can not state enough how relaxing it was and how well relaxed I was leaving!they made me feel absolutely pampered and I left feeling the price was not more than fair for the excellent experience I had. I am recommending all my friends and family to this salon!

Have been here three times and I’m still not sure how i feel about them. I have got 2 full sets and a pedicure. The first set was great and lasted. Second time it was ok. Coffin shape wasn’t the greatest and lengths didn’t match. The pedicure was ok, i came in about an 1hr and a half before they closed. The Massage was a light rub and I had to come back the next morning because the gel polish chipped off 2 of my toes. So I don’t if I will return for another pedicure.

I absolutely love this place! My mom and I come here and every time, we leave completely satisfied! Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. And the quality of work they do is excellent. By far the best nail salon ever.

I liked this place. I made an appointment because I had the time. I did witness people without appointments having to wait for ....less than I would have been willing to. I will return.

I loved this salon when Teresa owned it. Stayed as a loyal customer because of the employees who stayed. I will not return again however. I’ve been in 3 days back to back to get my nails fixed from where they’re breaking and things are falling off. I’ve dealt with the owner, who was pleasant at first and then became mildly rude. I’ve dealt with another nail tech who just slapped something on my nails to say they were done. This is the ONE thing in life I do for myself and y’all took what is supposed to be something peaceful and relaxing and made it ugly. I’m literally blind and I can see my nails are not shaped the same. They’re not the same length. Some are thin and some are bulky.

The place was very kind and clean! I got a nice set of gel nails!

I just left and when I say this is the BEST nail shop I have ever gone to...I was served wine...I had a picture of the nails that I wanted and asked if they could do them...the owner (which I didnt know was the owner at the time) said yes! I was hesitant because of previous experiences...when I say my nails are better than the picture...I also got a pedicure and my eye brows waxed. Best experience and HIGHLY Satisfied! I will never go anywhere else!

Went here for a pedi and no chip mani. They were just ok. I wouldn’t recommend but I wouldn’t say they’re horrible. The no chip has some smears that I didn’t see until I got home. And the pedi has smearing as well. Looks like they were running out of the color and was trying to make it stretch. I also had to tell the nail tech to do the heel of my feet because she totally missed them. I wouldn’t go back.

I recommended this place to my sons girlfriend because she was needing a fill and color. Her fill didn’t last 1.5 Werk that all of her nails lifted and popped off and the polish started to chip off prior to that. I am very disappointed. I have been there twice although my first time there the nail tech cut me with the nail clippers I was overall happy but my second time some of my corners are still sharp and jagged.

I got a basic pedicure and the lady managed to make me bleed but they’re a decent enough job.

Came in for my first visit and it will also be my last. I came in on a weekday to get a new dip nail set, it wasnt busy at all and took two hours. The nail technician repeatedly cut me with the nail drill, even running it over the sides of my nails multiple times. He cut my nails so short to the point where he kept pinching the skin under my nails. My nail shape isnt consistent, some have rounded corners, others dont. I also have bumps throughout the dip powder, making my nails bumpy.

The best nail salon in Clarksville hands down !!!I will be back they did an excellent job and made sure to cover every need I had more than that they make you feel like family ❤️

Went to get a pedicures with my sister . We were told it would be a 10 minute wait. While waiting two other women walked in. They took them before us and when we inquired about it. We were told they had an appointment and we needed to wait another 10 minutes. They should have told us we were going to be worked in around there scheduled appointments... Not Good Business.
