The nail technicians do a great job but they take their time and you will sit forever. Once I got my nails and toes done and it took them over 2 hours from start to finish and it wasn’t that many people l. I also have come in and was told that it would only be a five minute wait but five minutes turned into 30 minutes and no one ever waited on me or apologized for the wait or gave a courteous update on why I still haven’t been waited on.

Wow Im so impressed! My tech was amazing, so gentle + kind, incredibly detail oriented and a perfectionist. She took her time while still being thoughtful! The receptionist was also very professional. Found my new nail place!

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon in town. By far the best salon Ive ever been to. The decor is adorable, its extremely cozy & doesnt smell chemically like typical nail salons do. I also LOVE that they can do nail art + designs SOO well! The nail tech (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely sweet and did such an amazing job on my nails. She had great recommendations and was very accommodating. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!

We were a last minute walk in. At the end of the day. And they still squeezed us in. We had gone to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday. And she was treated to a free foot soak after her manicure. I will definitely go back. They are also extremely affordable and detail oriented so you walk out looking flawless.

My friend and I went here today to give it a try because their pictures on their website look great but I feel like it’s definitely FALSE advertisement, the guy that did my nails sat at chair 1. They were busy when we got there, but the guy that did my nails RUSHED me to pick a color from the color palette with only seeing it for a minute, he rushed doing my nails, was trying to do my nails and take care of other customers at the same time. I wanted the ombré powder nails with pink tips instead of white. The ombré ended up with sparkles in it which I did NOT ask for. Looking at my nails from the top they don’t look that bad, but looking at my nails from the side, they’re uneven, the tips are THIN, they all dip in, and they’re crooked. I paid 65 dollars for these and doubt they will even last me a few days before they end up breaking. I asked to get them fixed by somebody else and was told no. I will NOT be coming back here.

Ill get SNS done every so often and have always had a great experience here. They have a huge selection and are helpful with picking colors.

I wanted to come in a second time before I wrote this review, so I can be able to give me honest opinion. The atmosphere of the salon is great. Its super clean! The staff made sure everything is sanitized and were constantly kindly reminding everyone to wear masks. I havent had any issues about waiting for my service. I mean it shouldnt kill anyone to wait 5-10 minutes it happens from time to time. They try really hard to make everyone happy. Love the salon and the staff!

My favorite nail artist is the owner. She is so talented, fast, punctual and friendly. When I give her any style, she does the exact same. All their staff is very talented, friendly and kind.

I came in wanting a simple short set of acrylics with gems on 2 fingers but left very unsatisfied. Some of the nails were crooked and he left dried acrylic under my nails after I pointed it out to him. And the gems of each finger were extremely crooked and fell off by the next day. If you are wanting to get high quality, lasting nails this is not the place to go. Hands down the worst set of nails I have ever gotten.

Excellent service and a great environment. The manage is friendly and attentive, and always takes care of me with a smile as soon as I walk in the door. They will even offer you a glass of wine! I had my nails done yesterday and they look fantastic. Love this place!

They have all the latest and greatest nail styles and when Im not able to go for two weeks, my nails dont come off even the third week and one time when I had to go for weeks before I came back in.

Best nail salon in town. I got ombre dip acrylics and the paradise pedicure. Ive lived here 5 years and these are the best nails Ive ever had. The technician Tom was amazing, very kind and very professional. You definitely get your money worth in the massage alone. Definitely my go to.

Went in today to get the gel powder dip on my nails and I absolutely love how they came out! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the manager even came by to make recommendations on which service would be best for my nails ( I have natural long nails, and some of them were broken). She put a few fake tips on the nails that were broken and they look so natural! I will for sure be back.

First time visiting this nail salon, it was right off the freeway and the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and exciting. They were able to get 3 of us in with a last minute appointment! I definitely recommend. The atmosphere is clean and bright with great music and vibes !

This salon is truly great. We were seen right away and checked in to a very techy iPad. The place is huge with lots of staff so not many people had a long wait..which was great! Our manicurists were knowledgeable and familiar (if you know what I mean). They know how to give GOOD pedicures. They also have paraffin wax for my husband manicure, so that was a plus :) The owner was very courteous and asked everyone if their service was going well.

Love this place. We live in the area and its hard finding the perfect nail salon. We decided to give this place a try. They are super attentive. The manager did my pedicure and she actually took his time to massage the right spots. This is definitely our new to go spot!

I received a full Dip set. Sat soaking long enough to get product all over my fingers, which did not come off easily. Had 3 different people touch my hands and was not satisfied with the outcome. I sat in chair 6 and will try this location again but will request chair 7, or the last chair or ask for the female owner.

I was excited to try this place out and I was very pleased!! First, the place is SO chic... how could you not enjoy it. I always get dip and the options were limitless. They have so many color options including matte- which I loved! The pedicure was lovely! So many pedicure options too. They did my dip and my nails turned out amazing. Only thing I was expecting that didnt happen was to have my cuticles cut but Ill be sure to ask next time!

Visited paradise nail salon for full set and pedicure. Staff is extremely rude and they don’t care about quality or satisfying their customer. They are not opened to corrections and will refuse to provide service. This establishment simply cares about making money and not the quality of their work. Lastly, they treat customer of color and terrible compared to other customers.

I have been here twice. Once for Mother’s Day and another time just to wait for a friend. My Mothers Day nails were completely lumpy. Went somewhere else to get them fixed. Went with a friend today and the owner was very rude. Had an attitude bc I wanted to wait with my friend and my nails were already done. When customers came in the owner told me to “LEAVE”, “MOVE OUT THE WAY”. I didnt have a problem getting up from the pedicure chair bc they were paying customers but the guy was very rude and loud and unprofessional. My friend that I was waiting for, one of her toes were lumpy as well. When she asked to have it fixed, again they were unprofessional, argumentative & it took 5 nail techs to understand what she was wanting. Every time we would say something they would ignore us & talk about us in their native language & from their body language I could tell they were upset. We now go to serenity nails. Very clean and very nice & very professional. & they also make you wash your hands when entering. This place doesn’t wash hands & we are in the middle of a pandemic!! PARADISE NAILS IS VERY GHETTO!!

The service I experienced today was ridiculous, I last minute came here, my usual place is (Posh Nails) who take appointments. I sat in there for 15mins. Was asked what I wanted and that’s it. Prior to 15 minutes of waiting, 5 white women came in, one of the staff stopped what she was doing, walked up to the front to ask them what they wanted and sat them in a chair immediately! Two other customers saw this and notified one of the staff I was waiting and I told one of the staff myself I was here first, I don’t understand how they are sitting in a chair before me. I was completely ignored, so I left. This is outrageous, considering the fact that black women are Predominantly the highest paying customers within the beauty industry, especially with nail salons. I will never forget this tasteless service nor would I recommend this place.

Im new in town and decided to try this place which i found online. I asked to see there price and services offered list. They had none and instead wanted me to tell them what i wanted. The nail tech didn’t do anything close to what i wanted but she did a good job with what she did. Why im only giving this place 2 stars is because surprise they only take cash. And if you dont have cash they direct you to an atm machine inside their space which will charge you a fee for taking out money. I’m not a fan of surprises like that.

Have been here a few times so far and have been happy with my service. Each time I have gotten different technicians and they all have been great. They have a few techs that do well on nail art so if youre looking for something more creative they do well. Recently, I went in for gel and small designs. Its been a couple days and I have gotten lots of compliments!

Horrible service. Went there over 10 years ago and still horrible service. Not willing to make customers happy if they don’t feel like it. They will also tell you to shut up if they’re aggravated. They threatened to call the police because I repeatedly asked them to fixed a minor detail on my NAIL. I will never return.

I am new to town and I saw this nail shop on Google and was extremely please with the service. My manicurest was skillful extremely kind and gentle. I like the use of technology when you enter the shop . This speeds up the process and it also streamline the process. They had many people ready to help you and eager to answer any questions you had. My daughter got green hombre nails and she said her technician was excellent as well. Her nails look fabulous. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended! My first visit to Paradise Nails was a wonderful experience, especially after having such a horrible experience at another nail salon in the area. As soon as I walked in the door the staff was pleasant and helpful. I forgot to get the girls name that did my nails, but she was amazing. She cut my nails to the perfect length on the first cut and never argued with me about what I asked for (like the last nail salon). This will be my go to nail salon from now on.

I have been to this place on several occasions and I must say that I have always enjoyed the friendly and professional service. They offer water or wine for your enjoyment. In addition, they are hygienic when performing pedicures using not only plastic bowl liners but a new packet of pedicure tools and sterilized ones as well. Their techs very sweet, kind, and professional. I am picky about my salons, I have tried several around town, but this one is by far my most favorite.

Usually this is my favorite place to go but this past time I went sort of rubbed me the wrong way. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure with regular polish. Someone new was doing my feet and was struggling to paint my toes (he was trying his best so I didn’t complain or say anything!) some toes were really thick and clumpy and then some other were barely painted and he also filed them really short, which again is completely fine, as I said before he was trying his best. It took a turn when the lady that did my manicure came over and saw my toes and said something to him in their native language which turned into a full blown argument between the two of them right in front of me. They were poking my feet and she was twisting my toes to show him what he did, after that she sat down and began to repaint them which I really appreciated! But then for whatever reason she decided to try to cut my toenails again (as I said previously they were already filed really short) and cut off about half of one of my toenails and caused me to bleed. I obviously pulled my foot back because it hurt and she didn’t really seem to react, it was as if nothing happened and I was still charged full price after the whole ordeal. This is my favorite place so this experience was really disappointing ):

This place is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, very chic and modern. Their music isnt too loud that it still provides a relaxing space for those seeking relaxation. Their employees are very professional. I can tell that they take pride in not only their work but also cleanliness and organization. I didnt feel overwhelmed looking at the wall of colors because they were organized.

Everyone there was very attentive. I got a free drink while I was getting a pedicure! She did a great job considering I have really tiny toes and tinier toe nails! It wasnt the awkward silence that you sometimes get with services like this. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with her from the get-go!

Went by Paradise nails to get a routine french-tip manicure.. unfortunately the woman who assisted me didnt speak English so what I thought was reassurance, she was pretty much doing her own thing.. my french tip was 3cm thick & I wanted them thin to match my nail type. My paint job started to chip after literally 3days. I still tipped the woman, but that will be my last time at paradise nails. The quote You get what you pay for.. really resonates here.. smh. The manicure was $20 + tip.

If you value professionalism, courtesy, good customer service treatment save yourself the stress and DO NOT receive services from this establishment. I entered the spa and was greeted by the owner/nail tech using an unpleasant tone as he asked me, what would you like? I informed him I would like a gel manicure and he stated, okay then a young man said, I will take your temperature and walked up to me very closely. NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING AT 6 FT and proceeded to placed device too close to my forehead to obtain a reading. He clearly does not know how to social distance and take safety precautions. Then, this young man tells me to go wash my hands in a less than delightful tone and resumes sitting in the corner on his phone with no further instruction. After washing my hands, I return to the front to sit down and the nail tech tells me to sit at station 4 in a rude tone. As I sit down, I look to my right and two ladies nails are soaking their hands and visibly tired of waiting while all attendants are busy with customers. After being there 10 minutes, receiving POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and noticing I would not be serviced for a while, I left the shop since not one tech informed me how long it would take for me to be serviced- UNPROFESSIONAL! As I exited the spa, no one seemed to care about losing business as a result of their rude attitudes. Lastly, it was very hot inside, THEIR A/C MUST BE BROKEN WHICH MADE IT UNBEARABLE BREATHING WITH MASK ON.

The language barrier made it very difficult too get what i wanted done. My daughter and I went together and i tried too make it clear I did not want thick nails. I was told $45 each set and 10 minutes into my set i get told its going too cost more because i wanted my nails left longer, then when the color was not what i expected and tried too explain i wanted a neutral color at the beginning of service I get another $15 added on. The young girl that started my nails did a bad job, the man jumped in and did a halfway job at fixing her mistakes. A total of 2 hours and $115 later i will not return. I told them my daughter and i was looking for a regular nail salon and they did not seem too care. Very disappointing. Communication is key in this business and their lack of English definitely a serious issue. The nails are uneven, left hand does not match right.

Great experience today at paradise nails. My nails look great and my eyebrows look awesome. The lady that did my eyebrows also gave me one of the best head massages of all time with essential oils. It was AMAZING. Definitely recommend. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming.

Read about this salon on Google and decided to try it out. Everyone in the salon was very nice, the owner did my nails and she was nice, gave me and my boyfriend who waited for me, a bottle of water. Overall, great place and experience! I will be back soon!!

I received a manicure and pedicure at this salon on April 4. The manicurist cut deep into the side of my right ring finger claiming I had an ingrown fingernail. I didnt. My finger is now infected. I now require antibiotics. They will never see me again.

Great service! I went 15 mins before closing, even though they had more people, yet they took me for a full set and pedicure which they had to stay an hour over their time of closing! Amazing ambience and friendly people! The young lady who did my pedicure was so gentle it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had.

We had to wait an hour before we were even acknowledged . Once my nails got started it was nice. The girl was nice but my nails look awful so do my daughters. They are thick and chunky and very lumpy. My nails were suppose to be natural ombre but they just look pink. Ver th short, j didnt want long nails but I wanted them to have length. They have no.shine to them. So not happy and will never go back. It would be one thing if it was just my nails but zits mine and my daughters as well. I get it it was busy but you still need to take your time and do a good job

Less than a week ago I went with some friends, they made rude comments about my friends nails that had been done at another place and bragged about how theirs were better. They cut one of my friends nails and made her bleed, and my nail tech kept getting up while doing my nails. Here I am not even a week later and my nails started popping off!! I loved how my nails turned out, just wish they didn’t pop off so fast and that the service was a little bit better...

My husband and I went here yesterday for a pedicure and I can honestly say that they did amazing! It was his first and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff were super friendly! When I told them what I wanted, they said okay! and didnt try and harass me into a more expensive pedicure. I WILL be returning!

The most important part (paint) was done poorly on my toenails once again I get to go home and do them myself after paying 40$. With the highest rating this is sad. Thought I would give it another chance.. still haven’t found a good place around here.

This place is great! We called ahead and they were happy to fit in an appointment for us right before close. Very clean shop and nice technicians who did a great job. They were especially helpful to my mother who has a syndrome in one of her hands that makes it impossible to straighten her fingers. She said her technician was the nicest shes had and didnt make a deal about it at all. Also very affordable for the great quality work. Will definitely be going back when we are back in the area.

Unprofessional what they didn’t know was that me, my wife, and cousin speak and understand Vietnamese and yet unknowingly decided to say some of the most offensive things in Vietnamese. Very rude and have more then three people working on one person. Attitudes when they don’t listen to what service you ask for and when they got upset went back to speaking Vietnamese to say the offensive things about us and the other clients they had in the shop. Also it was not little remarks they where saying like this client doesn’t know what they want blah blah blah it was very rude judgmental things they said about the way people looked and race.

Very professional . There work is excellent!! Prices are arent to high and there work is worth it . Paradise Nails and spa is soothing calm environment. Staff are kind and welcoming. Also they do eye brows and she is very thorough. Better than any other place Ive gone .

Love this hidden gem!! Its across from the side. Its beautiful, quiet, and clean. My nail tech was a fabulous tech and did everything I asked for. She even showed and explained their infection control. I was never pressured or felt intimidated. The staff spoke good English and gave helpful suggestions, especially my tech. Both my daughter and I came here for the first time to get pedicures. I already had an unpleasant experience at another nail salon so I came in with little expectation. I can honestly say that this is one of the most warm, welcoming, and professional nail salons I have ever been to. Helen was my nail tech and she was amazing. We both laughed and talked about great food and things to do in Nashville. She offered some great recommendations since we are fairly new to Clarksville. The female with a mask that did my pedicure was extremely rude. Used very little salt and didn’t really try to scrub my feet. She didn’t even asked which flavor I wanted she just assumed I wanted pineapple. And when it was time to put nail polish she did not even use clear at the end. And she also failed to show me where to dry my nails giving the fact it was my first time there. WORST NAIL SPA I have been to. DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE. There is nothing paradise about this place.

I do not come too regularly since Im horrible at keeping up with my nails but they somehow still remember me. Prices are what I would expect to pay, love it!

I’ve been coming to the this nail salon for a year. Tommie use to do my nails, and I LOVED them each and every single time. When he stopped working at the salon, Tina started to do my nails. My experience since getting my nails done by Tina made me choose to NEVER go to this salon again! She was extremely rude to me today at the counter (when it was time for me to pay) even though she wasn’t even the one that did my nails today! Other than tonight, she never listened to what I wanted done to my nails. She has only done my nails how she saw fit. She has disrespected me on several occasions and constantly charged me different prices each and every single time! Because it’s of her I will never go to this salon again. She should be fired because her “skill” does not make up for her lack of professionalism.

There is little to no wait time, (depending on what day time you come), but they work fast to get you in and out. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. And last but not least, they offer you wine while youre getting pampered.

Today I had the best experience getting my pedicure done!! I They did such a great job on my toes. They were very welcoming and I felt really relaxed. It was such a great place! Its my new favorite nail salon! Im so glad I dont have to keep looking now. Ive found my fave spot.

Ive been going here for over a year now and its AMAZING. They will do anything to make sure youre comfortable, Ive even had the owner stay open late just to finish doing my pedicure!! I always get the deluxe pedicure and it is good!

The BEST nail shop in Town in my opinion. Ive been coming here about 3 years, and the owner is awesome! Hes very personable and remembers me every time I come. Any nail tech Ive had always does an AMAZING job. Reasonable pricing, complimentary beverages and quick yet thorough service is what keeps me coming back. Love it!

The service overall was good. I got exactly what I asked for, and enjoyed the hot towel massage that was included with getting my nails done. The only issue I had was the guy who was going my nails was very rough at first and caused my finger to bleed with the file. After that he slowed down some and the rest was fine.

I went here for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! Its Wednesday and I came in at about 1pm, no appointment needed, I was able to walk right in and sit in a massage chair within 5 minutes after choosing my polish colors. For a little extra I got the exfoliating pedicure and the leg scrub felt and smelt amazing! The shoulder massage is something Ive never done before but it was definitely icing on the cake, and very affordable imo :) Everyone was very kind, professional and attentive. Massage chairs are in great condition and everything looked clean and inviting. Ill definitely be a regular from now on!

This is one of my favorite nail salons in town. Theyre very professional, each nail tech works hard, and they make sure to deliver exactly what the client wants. They provide complimentary water, have a huge selection of colors for gel, Nexgen, and acrylic. Also theyre very good about cleaning and keeping their tools and seats sanitized. I recommend this nail salon to anyone.

We just moved here several months ago and we had to find a nail salon. We went to at least three salons and no one could help us. We walked in to Paradise and they assisted us right a way. Excellent service and awesome customer service. We have never went anywhere else.
