Very happy with my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure for $30, or a bunch of different fancy pedicures for $45.

My daughter and I love how they did our nails and how professional they were and were going to be back more often

Went on a Sunday at 12:30. Had the pineapple pedi and my friend hast the lemon lime. Water could have been hotter but that the only negative. The pedicurist did a get job and the massage was so firm and just relaxing. My friend was his first time and he thought it was amazing

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Piss poor service!!! They Do Not Listen!! I have gone there 3 times. I have had a different person each time, with hope that it will be better. Not a Chance! Just got a manicure this time she clipped my cuticle til I bled. I told her it hurt! She gave me an excuse why it needed to be done. Moved on to another finger then went back to my sore finger. 24hr after & $20 later these are my hands after manicure. My skin is peeling.

Kimmy did my pedicure and she was great! I had the pineapple pedi and I was relaxed the entire time. There was no wait either. Ill definitely be coming back again.

All of the staff is always extremely friendly, always greeting with smiles. CK is my go to guy for my nails if he’s available. Quick but efficient. My nails are always shaped perfect and he never leaves lumps in the polish and always wants to joke and laugh. By far my favorite place in town.

Tammy is the woMAN! She’s the best when it comes to getting my nails done. I always get something extra or Complicated and Tammy (the owner) goes above and beyond to get them done. I went to her for 6 years and she never disappoints.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom has marble tile from the floor up. Bathroom Is really nice. Pictures dont do it justice. Waiting times are pretty long even when they dont have many customers. Polite staff. Recommend if you have plenty of time to wait. Also, great location. If you want a quick turnaround, this isnt the place. But if you have the time and patience, then definitely come through. I was offered complimentary water/wine and my technician was professional and extremely respectful. I will definitely return, I just have to ensure that I plan ahead of time. This was my first time getting my nails done and we had gone to 4 different places to see if they could do the design they all said no but when I walked in here I immediately felt welcome and they said they could do it the turn out was amazing I will definitely keep going back there

I got charged more then the price listed and to get a fill she charged me to remove nail polish but she had to inorder to fill my nail stated its a policy nowhere was it listed or posted... not happy nickel and diming me last time I spent 280 for me and my girls. No third time. No way prices change ...

Very cold people, not welcoming or friendly ! Cut my finger and then both ladies laughed about cutting my finger. Did not clean area, finger or drill after blood.

I came here asking to get my nails redone, shaped from coffin to stiletto, and get a different color and some nail art. One of the nail techs informed me they had a specialist that could do my nails. I waited more than an hour for the specialist to get to me and he spent less than fifteen minutes on me. For the color that wasnt even done right, and the completely crooked reshaping of my existing acrylics, I was charged an insane $60! Never again. They completely messed up my nails and not just made me wait but overcharged me by a lot. Reshaping and color, especially poorly done, should never cost $60. If I could give this place no stars I would. Below are pictures of what I wanted... And then what I got. Absolutely terrible. SMH.

This is the best nail salon in Clarksville. As a military spouse I move a lot and am very picky about my nail salon (and hair stylist, but that’s another review...). As a working mom of 2 little ones, really good massage chairs is one of my top criteria, and theirs do not disappoint. They do get crowded for walk-ins on Saturdays but it’s worth waiting for and you don’t mind when you’re in a massage chair and in a kid-free zone! The staff is great, always the same friendly faces when I go. I have gotten pedicures, manicures, gel, regular polish, and sometimes just cut down and polish change — all by different people and every time I’ve been pleased. They now also have a rewards (points) program for their regulars.

Beautiful place thats well kept. Always get good treatment. The staff is a little obnoxious in that they talk (yell) across the place at each other. Prices are alright... I wish theyd offer something that was in between cheap and outrageous (in terms of pedicure packages). We continue to come back but mostly out of laziness of finding another joint.

I just moved here and I was in desperate need of a nail salon. I wasnt sure where to go and my poor nails where in need of attention so I was determined to find something. I wasnt planning on going into this nail spot, but after getting into a screaming match with my husband and mother in the car, I stumbled into the door and without assessing anything inside, I told the lady at the front I needed a full set, when she asked me what I wanted. She directed me to a chair and a lady named Tammy starts working on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and as soon as she brought out the sparkle blue powder for my nail tips, I knew I had found my new nail salon. Tammy did a wonderful job, the blue tips are the perfect size, the snowflakes she drew are beautiful, and my nail shape is gorgeous. I love this place! They even do a little loyalty program where you can collect points to redeem on future visits.

My daughters and I have been going to see Tammy for over a year and I am very pleased with her work. She listens and does everything you ask! Her customer service is great and she interacts with my girls the entire time!!

Ask for KIM ( short hair, skinny ) for pedicure. She takes her time and ensure you can enjoy the pampering process. Tammy is an amazing nail tech!

My girlfriend and I went and they were absolutely wonderful! They took their time and were very patient with us as we had a 2 year old with us. They all had wonderful attitudes and a smile the entire 3 hours we were there! Pretty sure this is my new favorite nail spot!!

Nice atmosphere and clean, buy some of the staff have no sense of what customer service actually is. I mean come on, can you at least acknowledge a customers, or human beings presence that isnt a co-worker. Got a pedicure today and the nail specialist spend the entire time distracted by having a conversation with the other staff. No effort towards detail was made, e.g. shortcuts made on cuticle trimming and using the pumice stone. I literally could have done this all myself. Literally no massage, just rubbing lotion in. The worst thing is that this person didnt even look in my general direction, when I got the pedicure or when I even paid. No thank you for your business, friendly smile, nothing.

Got sat instantly, then waited 30 minutes for water to be put into my soaker. Only one person was doing pedicures today, but there were at least 6 women doing nails. Unprofessional. The one guy did my moms pedicure and at that point i had been there over an hour, my water was cold and i left without getting any services done. Was not going to make my mother wait 30-45 minutes for my pedicure to be done.

Somebody recommended this place but I was not impressed. Got a simple gel manicure and all my nails have bubbles and scratches in the paint.

Enjoyed the girl time here. Got my toes and fingernails done. The polish has stayed on for way too long. I will be returning here again. Very friendly staff.

I have been going to this nail spa for about 5 months. I usually have a decent visit. This last visit really irritated me and they lost a customer. I get a pedicure and fill with gel every two weeks which is $78 after a tip. I always go on Monday because I work 12 hours shifts Tues- Friday so unfortunately If is not done right on Monday I can’t fix it until Saturday. Last Monday which was Columbus Day I went in for my regular appointment. Once I came in they started my pedicure, after my pedicure was done I sat to get my nails done. I was sitting for 10 minutes while all the manicurist were in the back eating and talking. Once the lady came to do my nails all I could smell was her food luckily she did wash her hands. She started doing my nails and and yelling at another lady. Apparently the previous person to do my nails did something wrong because she came and made her look at them. Around 5 they locked the doors and all of the workers left except 2 even though it said they closed at 7:30. I was inside getting my nails painted and people started knocking on the door and calling the store phone. The lady that was doing my nails said Sorry we are closed sarcastically and rushed through my nails. I get shellac so it is already a pretty quick process. When I left and went home I was looking at my nails and noticed bubbles in 3 of my nails. I brushed it off but by wed the bubble in my nail cracked and the pAint had come off and you could see that the polish was too thick. I went to talk to someone Saturday and the lady was very nice and said I’ll fix it ...She drilled off the color and then realized my middle nail was lifting. Granted I just got these done Monday evening my nails haven’t grown at all. She then takes the nail off does it over and fixed the others. I told her thank you and didn’t even look at my nail. When I was leaving she said NEXT TIME YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THAT ! I looked at her and smiled and said What! She said next time you are going to pay because it’s been 5days. Well guess what there won’t be a next time ma’am because what I will not do it pay for a mistake you all made. I paid you all to do a service and you all messed up and unfortunately I have a full time job and can’t rush to the the nail shop everytime something goes wrong with my nails. My nails are technically supposed to last 2-3 weeks but these barely made it 5days. I was going to brush it off but then I thought about all the little things I overlooked from this establishment and when I seen the work she did when she supposedly fixed it and I decided I will never return back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, DO NOT GO HERE. They fed up my nails twice in 1 day. Save your money and frustration go to Bella nails its 100% worth the wait!

My daughter got me hooked on this place one day when we had a father daughter day. That was also the first day I met Kimmy now if she is not there to do my mani/pedi then I dont go.

From out of town and broke a nail,so I went to World Nail Spa.i do not have tips my Nails are long I just get an acrylic overlay.So the lady DOES NOT soak the acrylic off instead she cuts a hunk out of my nail and SLIDES IT (the tip)UNDER THE ACRYLIC AND POPS IT OFF.I GET MY NAILS DONE VERY REGULAR AND KNOW THIS IS NOT CORRECT OR SAFE!!!! NOT TO MENTION SHE CUT A BIG PIECE OF SKIN OUT OF THE SIDE OF MY FINGER. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO ANYONE.BAD BAD BAD VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! NEVER GO THERE!!! I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THIS PLACE AS A ONE ONLY DID TO GIVE MY REVIEW OF THIS CRAPPY PLACE.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!! OR MOST IMPORTANT YOU NAIL HEALTH!!!

I went for a visit for a mani and pedi.. The pedicure was amazing and the girl who did it really took her time. I wish that the manicure was the same... When we got to that part she seemed like she was in a rush, I decided to get gel polish because it lasts longer ( IF done right) and wasted my money on it. The very NEXT DAY one of my nails polish peeled right off, because she was in a hurry to finish this she never sealed the nails properly. I went back this after at 7:15pm and found two men standing out front, when i tried to enter the door they said they were closed. I asked what time they closed, looked at the door that said 7:30pm and was then told We close 15 min early. As I proceeded to tell him about my nail and how I was in there the day before all he told me was Come back tomorrow. Would NOT give me a refund or fix my nails at all. If you want good service and good products I HIGHLY suggest never stepping foot in here for manicures, this is not the only time Ive been disappointed there.

New to this place, stopped in for the new tri color full set with the hologram top coat. Unfortunately, I ended up with like a blue gel color I didnt want, and a half done silver chrome top with every worker in the shop taking a before and after of my hand like they never did a chrome before.... I wonder why. Then she had the never to charge me $55 dollars in total, I gave her 100 dollars and she cheated me in change my giving me a 20 dollar bill back and a 5 dollar bill. I felt so bad after I talked to a neighbor about my World Nail Spa experience only to learn from my neighbor that this is one of the top 10 worst places to go in Clarksville. It’s so hard to find the perfect nail tech, but when you find one you like and they REFUSE you service...that’s the worst! I get there at 9am bc google said they open at 9. Sign on door says the open at 9:30 (no biggie) but nobody shows up until 9:50! I walk in and tell the guy I want a polish change on my toes and and a fill. He says the girls who do acrylic aren’t here yet. DUH! Halfway through painting my toes he comes and says they hv appointments for 10 and 10:30 so they won’t he here until then. Ok, so what time can I get my nails filled? Come bk at 1:30. Excuse me? So no walkins until 1 30? I begin to tell him the last tech that did my fill didn’t do a good job. I just want to mk sure they get done right today at 1:30 🙄 when my toes are done he says he thinks I should go somewhere else bc nobody feels comfortable doing my nails since I “complained so much” ok! Now it’s 11:15 my toes are dry-not one single soul has walked through that door besides the 2 ladies that were waiting in the parking lot with me. I hope a big scary black woman beats them up and takes all their polish.

I wouldnt even give this company a one star review. My first visit, I waited a hour in a pedicure seat before someone came to do my pedicure. I paid $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure for a vacation. Within 2 days, I had to return to have them fix them. Within the next 2-3 days, the gel chipped on almost every nail (my nails did not break, the polish lifted). Now this company is saying there is nothing they will do for me. Needless to say, complete rip off.Also, every single worker in this location was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Possibly the worst experience Ive ever had in a salon.

They ripped off half my eyebrows and then argued with me, saying it was like that before (the three of them that came to the front didnt see me before and the girl that did it hid in the back). Still denied fault even when I showed them a pic of me the week prior. They finally agreed to not make me pay, but then said I wasnt allowed back. I would never go back now regardless!

I called ahead to make an appointment for my friend and I and they did not get to us until 15 min after our appointment. I got shellac polish and the man painting my nails got it all over my cuticle... Which means it will not last 2 weeks as they say it will. He was not attentive and let me several times to go to the back. I dont recommend this nail salon.
