Always a great time with Nikki and the staff. I actually drive from Nashville to get my nails done here. I am obsessed with Nikkis work. She always does a phenomenal job on my nails. Its also many different pedis to choose from and worth the price. Cant go wrong here. Not sure about everyone else but I am very particular when it comes to my nails. They are all super talented. 😍

I went in on on Monday to get a refill and I told her there was a gap in the fill. She left i the there and yesterday I notice that I have fungus in my nail. Now remember I told her it was a gap. These is not the first time that I went there and paid my money and end up.with a fungus in my nail. They said its my fault, I should not wait so long in between refill. I let her know that I just got a fresh full overlay a week and half before. Now who is really at fault?

Worst salon ever. Every time I come here, they do whatever they want to your nails and send you on your way. Before I sat down, I asked for a specific service and she said she could do it. She proceeded to prep my nails by shaving off my top coat then said she couldn’t do what I wanted. She charged me $10 for her mistake. If they don’t understand you, they do whatever they want and still expect you to pay. This is the third time this has happened to me in this shop. Even after multiple people told me not to chose this shop, I still did because it was the most convenient due to distance. I will never go here again.

Followed Kelsi here to this shop, her work was usually pretty good. Not sure what happened, started with her never being on time for appointments, then the pricing started fluctuating, and finally ending with unprofessionalism. That was it for me… can’t comment on any other nail artists but I would definitely stay away from Kelsi!

There’s usually always a long wait at nail salons unless you have an appointment. However that wasn’t the case here. I waited maybe 10 minutes before getting a full set. The lady who did my nails was courteous and listened to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be back!

Appointment means nothing at this nail salon. My first time trying out this nail salon originally was 2 weeks ago. Nikki did my nails & she did do a great job! I called to get a fill & made an appointment for 6:30pm. Of course they did not follow thru with my appt & told me it would be a 15-20mins wait. If you’ve been here in Clarksville for a while you know it’s difficult to find a decent, consistent, & good quality nail salon around here. I thought this salon would be a winner but please do not say you take appointments if you do not. That is frustrating.

I’ll start by saying as soon as I sat down another customer next to me was very displeased and had to leave because the staff wouldn’t listen to her. My pedicure was okay but once the guy started on my nails, he didn’t realize somehow that they were acrylics and I told him I needed them taken off and a new set put on because they kept breaking, so he starts yelling at an other worker there and he then puts my entire hands in a bowl of acetone and leaves me there to do someone else’s 60 minute pedicure. (Clearly didn’t know what he was doing) Then another lady realized he did that starts yelling at him then she starts doing my nails. She did an ok job but she didn’t make them look like a natural American manicure they were reflective for some reason and when I brought it up she wouldn’t fix it just told me that’s an American manicure and rang me up. Definitely won’t go here again and would not recommend this place.

Clean, organized, and professional. They have the most color options Ive seen around. I chose #139. I am a nail bitter with extremely short nails and they made them look so beautiful.I didnt realize my steering wheel was that dirty.. yuck. Dont judge please lol!

Once you find someone to do a fantastic job on your feet u never leave… I LOVE THE OWNERS JOHNNY AND NIKKY always deliver excellent service and love it every time I damn near get out to sleep by Johnny and his pedicure massages HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 🥰🥰

This was my second time coming to this salon and the second time was on complete accident. I’m not familiar with the area and my friend recommended this salon and I didn’t realize which salon it was until we got there. Against my better judgment, I gave this salon another chance. Firstly, when we entered the establishment, there was an individual ahead of us paying for her services. After she was finished, I approached the front desk, ready to tell the employee what I wanted done. She abruptly walked away and refused to come back to the desk. Instead, she asked an employee - who was in the middle of servicing a client - to see what service I required. I informed her that I wanted a pedicure and my eyebrows done. She directed me to the pedicure section. I sat in this pedicure chair for roughly 20 minutes before an employee noticed I was getting up to leave before putting water in my tub. Once this occurred, I waited for another 40 minutes before I began to be serviced. The female that serviced me, although a sweetheart, made several mistakes, including providing the wrong jelly for the pedicure, cutting my toe to the point that blood was drawn, and tried to convince me out of getting a service I asked for. Furthermore, two of my friends experienced the same issues in regards to timeliness. For instance, my friend waited in the pedicure chair - similar to me - and she began getting her services surpassed to individuals who came in well after us. When she then declined the pedicure service, an employee told her to get out of the chair and move to the front so real customers could be serviced. It was absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone at all!

My experience over all was ok. The best part of the whole experience was the pedicure. The pedicure is the only reason I would ever return. My mani could have been done a lot better. I didn’t throw a fit and went ahead and paid. I doubt I would ever return here. Personally I think the cleanliness is questionable. I always look at my surroundings nd pay attention to the steps that are taken when being serviced. I am not pleased with the cleanliness that was shown in my presence.

BY FAR, the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. Its getting close to spring time so I went in to get my toes done after MONTHS of not doing them. I was lucky enough to get Ms. Mara or Nara (she wrote her name on the card but idk if its an M or an N. Either way, she is amazing. She took her time doing my nail care, the massage, and painting them. She was so kind too. I just couldnt even believe how great of a pedicure i was getting. And put the same amount of effort into my manicure. I will 100% be back again.

I got the 30 minutes with choice of scent pedicure with gel polish ($15 for gel), & dip on natural nails with design. Total was $105 which I found to be very reasonable! I do want to brag on the staff at 4 seasons you all are very friendly, talented & fun! I really enjoyed my experience, & I’m INLOVE with my nails! @nikky is the shiiiiiiii 😉

Went for a pedicure and the lady Maria who did my pedicure was amazing. She went the extra mile with massaging me and wrapping my legs in hot towels and I left feeling refreshed and my nails looked awesome. They absolutely earned my business from now on . However my sister went at the same time and had the man who cut her toe badly and then tried to “fix it” but it wasn’t helping and only caused her pain for the rest of the day which is why this is 4 stars . Maria deserved 10 stars.

I use to come here regularly and over time the quality is not what it use to be. I’m rather disappointed, I feel the owner is the only one who is able to do proper nails anymore..I received a manicure from a different nail tech and I was shocked on the outcome. I spoke up for the nails to be fixed, but she simply went over it with a clear coat. The end results were not good quality nails. The paint was uneven and clumped over onto my skin. I won’t be returning anymore..

I’m fairly new to the area and this nail salon was recommended to me by a friend. The first time I came here I got the ombre set and they turned out great... but the second time I went I came for a regular pedicure.. the lady tried to convince me out of it a few times for some fancy-ish one. I ended up paying $70 for the pedi when it really should’ve been $30 or so I was told🙄 Safe to say it’s time to explore other places

I was told my wait would be 15 mins. I signed in at 2:11 and was finally called back @3:26. I signed in with my sis so I asked about the next availability and the wait time. I was told only, “ I DONT KNOW” from a tech that seemed irritated by my question. This was my first and last visit. The customer service is poor and the waiting is even sadder. I give this place ZERO stars

I had gone in to have an acrylic set removed. Ive been getting nails for several years now and Ive never expected such a poor job of having them removed. The woman that did it actually took the file and filed my skin not just the nails!. I left with cuts on both hands. She then filed my real nail so thin they were all purple. I couldnt even use warm water to wash my hands because it was so painful on the nail and raw skin on my fingers. Now TWO weeks after having them removed my nails are peeling and breaking so far down I dont even know what to do to try and repair them! Save yourself the time, money, and pain/disappointment and find a nail salon worth it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! She was also very rude the entire time. Im so upset with the entire experience. I dont usually leave reviews and I just let things go but I keep losing more and more of my nails and Im constantly furiated with what this lady did. What a waste.

I just left this nail salon. Don’t even bother making an appointment because they don’t follow it. Then again, I’m pregnant, so waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time may be ok for others, but it’s too long of a wait for me.

Honestly, they’re friendly and do nails well, but if a person doesn’t know how to do eyebrows right then they shouldn’t be doing it at all, I literally feel bad about myself, my eyebrows are thick and I explained I wanted it thick and with an arch and I come out with it thin and literally cut off on the end, she said it wasn’t no hair there but there was, I don’t make big deals so I just paid and walked out, Im really upset about my eyebrows, eyebrows should be taken seriously im sad.

I went in to get a full set and it was awful. He didn’t even line up the sizes of the nails before starting, he just cut them and left it. And he rushed the entire experience, it wasn’t relaxing at all. A set that takes an hour took less than 30 min. My nail chipped the next day and he purposefully created a gap between the nail and my cuticle at the end … it looks awful, I would never go back

The lady doing my nails was no nice she listened and was patient with me I was nervous about it since it’s my first time getting acrylics and she made me feel very comfortable I’ll definitely be going back!!

I went in for a fill and pedicure. The man doing my pedicure cut the side of my toe (actually a chunk of skin was gauged out) and all he said was “ooh!” I was worried it would get infected, and it actually did. While getting a fill, a young lady came in screaming at them about her nails that were done a week ago and were already lifting (I haven’t had that issue and mine are 3 weeks old) and another man and the lady doing mine sat and talked about her the entire time. Rude, unprofessional and over priced. I will never go back.

From Hawaii looking for a new place to get my nails done went back a total of four times within a week to get my nails fixed the first time diamonds were falling off within two days, second time my nails were literally peeling with no ship polish, third time the owner Nikki apologized and said she will do them over for me she only did the polish over and told me to come back the next day for the diamonds because they were busy we discussed a time and everything, went back today she wasnt there they called her and she stated that someone else would put the diamonds on the woman took the polish off she did the day before rushed doing it my nails are now lumpy with clear polish and not even the color that I told them to put on it.. Definitely lost a customer and will be telling everyone I know not to go there Im so upset

The girl call Nikki is very unprofessional, I booked an appointment for me and my girls for 1:30 pm . And was told when I arrive for the appointment that she booked someone else and have the nerves to tell me I should try somewhere else . The last time I was there I waited more than 2 hours . The pedicure I got was great, but my nails, not so much. The acrylic is thick and not even a week later my nail is popping off like the glue wasn’t placed properly. Very disappointed, and I paid $90 🥴 not worth the money whatsoever.

Pedicure was was exhilarating. The Technician took his time and removed all toe jam and callouses! He thoroughly massaged my legs and feet. My feet look pretty and feel so smooth:-D p.s. great job on eyebrow waxing!

Very sloppy work. Did not even drill to blend with my natural nail but made sure to drill dips on my nails to make them lumpy looking! I have fuzz dried into my gel top coat. Very sloppy and careless work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was my first time visiting. I had my acrylic nail soak off, manicure, and pedicure. My technician was wonderful. She took her time and was very thorough. During my manicure, she was very gentle with my nails realizing that they were weak and bottle from the years of acrylic application. Ill be back.

Nice place in town

I decided to try to place since it is brand new. I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding this weekend and asked for light pink polish with a little diamond stone. I told the nail tech that the bride has asked that our nails be light pink or white. The color of polish was turning out uneven and I asked if there was something wrong with it. She said no and ended up applying 5 coats saying more is better with a light color. The little stone on both my fingers was crooked and she insisted on painting those nails with powder and painting over with the polish. It distorted the color and the stone nails are now a purple color. $42 for a thick uneven shellac manicure with 2 little stones that are crooked for a nice event this weekend. I kept telling the tech in charge how unhappy I was and she kept saying it would look better when she was done. I told her I would never come back.

I read all the negative reviews but decided to try anyways.....I left feeling neutral..... Perhaps Ill try again to see if Ill recommend and if Ill continue to return and become a regular customer. Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve received at a nail salon so far. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all. A small child came in to use the restroom and the woman at the front desk said she couldn’t use the bathroom unless she was getting a service done. Very disrespectful in my opinion. My toenails are uneven and my pinky toe is missing half of the polish. My manicure i feel like I could have saved myself money and did it myself. The woman who did my nails didn’t use any type of cuticle cream on my nails. Only water. She also didn’t cut my cuticles all the way down. Complete waste of money. Trying to figure out how to post a picture to this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used to go to this place all the time when they 1st open after months I decided to go back to get my nails done for a trip coming up. I walked in to a Room full of brand new faces that Ive never seen before the vibe in the shop was way different and the techs were very rude. My tech struggled on my nails the entire time I had so keep telling him to fix little small issues and he fixed them with an attitude after I paid he painted them the paint job was horrible every single nail look different some were longer than the others some were slanted and some were very thick and some a very thin Every time I asked him to fixed a small issue he got An attitude by the end I was over it and I told him I didnt even want my money Back. My nails came out horrible all different sizes and Length. After the 3rd time I asked the tech to fix the nail he just kept saying thats it. i didnt cause any scene because thats not me. really bad experience and will never go back.

I went to the nail shop asking for a long set of acrylics the girl told me to wait about 10 mins....30 minuets has passed and i’m now loosing my patience because they had no one else in there but me. the lady called me to the back room and i had my color picked out and she had the nerve to tell me that the color is ugly and she is gonna pick it out. i wanted french tips but the white tip on the end isn’t even white it’s burgundy. i told her i didn’t like it and she said no refunds and just ignored me. she charged me 70$ for a full set and then harassed me for a tip. never go here

Absolutely terrible service. I did eyelash extension which all came off the next day and when I went to ask her to fix it she told me I had to pay full price because it wasnt her fault. She did my nails uneven and my toenails were chipped in 4 days. I would never go back and waste my money there!

Do NOT go here..!! I just got my nails refilled gel..ans I am so not happy about them. 1 of the ladies totally changed the shape of my nails and they are now all mishapen. I hate them literally and she would not listen to me to fix them and instead told me wait til I get another fill... so I have to walk around with my nails ugly as hell til THEY feel like fixing them. And I paid 38$ still. And another female was unhappy about her nails too while I was there. They gave her the managers number and she said it seemed like he didnt care and still made her pay to fix her nails she got done yesterday. Today is June 18th. I walked in with pretty shaped nails from the lady they got rid of..for ugly ones by the short pretty 1 there. She would not fix. Dont go here. They dont even need 1 star. Totally unprofessional. Some need to have a business or need new nail techs that actually care.

Horrible service .Stoped by because my normal tech wasn’t at her shop . Asked for lashes, eyebrow and lip wax . Was escorted to the wax room where I waited over 30mins after I was told it would be no wait . When the tech finnaly came in she walked out twice while in the middle of doing my lashes to assist with another customer who was making a complaint for her pedicure was too rough . They wanted her to pay when she didn’t even receive a full service . No polish no nothing . Just Pay and leave . When she finally came to finish my service she rushed through. Also Waxing my chin when I did not ask to have my chin waxed . When it was time to Pay she said I owed $60 . I asked how when lashes are $35 & lip and eyebrow are $15. Should’ve been a total of $50 . She waved me off I gave her $60 and asked for my change . She handed me a $5 I asked for the rest of the change and another woman asked “ you’re not leaving a $5 tip ?” Like who takes a tip out of your money without askin . Overall horrible service.

There are so many different reasons why I DO NOT LIKE AND NEVER WILL GO BACK TO THIS SALON! 1. I made an appointment for 3:30pm, the lady didnt start until after 4pm. My nails are uneven especially my thumb nail and asked her to fix it and she didnt. I had my eyelashes done (cluster) and less than a week later they were falling off. A total waste of my money and time.

Very unpleasant personnel, pushy and do not listen to your wishes.The technician burned my face with the wax, so I had to get ointment and vitamin e to heal my skin and its been 5 days since the incident. I would not recommend this place.

The manager or owner, whoever she is...
