My first time in and was very impressed. My nail tech did a wonderful job and even picked the hot pink for me! Soo nice!!! I think I have found my favorite salon!

Man who did my nails was very unprofessional. Did not clean them properly and answered the phone twice to talk to someone and then proceeded to look over something on his phone the entire time. I wished I’d said something because he didn’t even trim my nails correctly.Despite all that I wouldn’t have posted a review had not it been for the fact that it’s only been a day and the gel nail on my thumb has peeled half off. Very upsetting. Would recommended trying somewhere else.

I went to this place 2 days ago. First, they are not kind or nice. Second, the person who did my nails did it as he was in a hurry. He hurt my nails and they charge me $25 dollars when at first they told me they will charge me $20.00. The second day my nails where ruined they didnt last even two days.

This was one of the worse nail salons I have been to in a long time out of the 8+ years that I have been getting my nails done. The woman who did my pedicure rushed, did a horrible hack job getting my in grown toe nails out, that I was better off doing myself at home. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down, I said yes and she brought big toe nails down so low the skin hurts. I have cuts around where they get the dead skin and they are currently scabbed over. As for my gel manicure the guy was just as bad. I also have scabs on my fingers from where they trimmed dead skin, i have gel polish stuck to my skin even on my toes and cuts that burn on my fingers. I asked for my nails to be cut down due to needing to take contacts out and had to tell him at least 3 times. Overall I will never go here again due to them clearly they just want the money and to get it done and over with and I will be passing on to people what a bad experience it was.

Worst manicure I’ve ever received. I showed them the picture of what I wanted, and they did not deliver. I wanted a set of gel, acrylic nails. The acrylic was the worst set I’ve ever seen. The nail shape was off from what I requested, my acrylic was too thick, and they didn’t clean any of the glue from under my fingernails. Then, once the gel polish was put on, the technician sent me on my way before it was even fully dried. I went home and had to completely redo the nails myself.

She was patient with me and tried out one nail first and checked several times to make sure I liked shape. Great first visit. I will be back!!

The older lady who did my pedicure was EXTREMELY rude. Now Im not picky, so for me to give this review should say alot. She did not care how she did anything in my pedicure. Very aggressive hands and rushed the entire process. She did not speak once to me during the entire pedicure. She simply did not care about how she went about doing anything. Bent my legs to the point of hurting, along with my toes. I will not EVER return. Please please please reconsider. I would recommend going to the other nail salon in the mall by great American cookie.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I recommend getting a facial by Leah. Makes your skin feel wonderful and she explains to you how each product works and what is needed for your type of skin. I also recommend getting your hair done by Andrea she listens to your needs, gives advice freely, and she is highly skilled at her trade. Also, the coffee is very good. My girlfriend and her 2 friends went in for a girls day to get their nails done. The quality of the work was nice for the most part and the people were nice but they asked multiple times to have the acrylic nails filed shorter but either do to language barrier or idk what they refused to file them shorter.

I usually go there alot but today was my fav did my Autism nails i was very pleased i loved them

Worst service Ive ever experienced. They didnt listen tome about the length or shape of my nails, plus tried to turn my fingers in a way they do not turn nor bend. They are rude and very unprofessional.

!!!!!DONT COME HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!!If I was anybody In the clarksville area I would steer clear of eating at any restaurants in the food court at Governor’s Square Mall. When visiting the nail salon Elite spa inside of the mall today I was taken by surprise of the 3 roaches I saw crawling around including when the nail tech watching my nail tech do my nails proceeded to SMACK a roach right next to me with his BARE hands no gloves then whipped the roach off his hand into the floor. These are screenshots off a video I took of the roach crawling around on the ground around me and another women’s feet.

This was my second time there and my experience was good both times. My biggest thing is customer service and acknowledging your customer when they walk up, that’s a big factor for me! I tried the other nail place in the front entrance of the mall and me and my son sit in the chairs on the outside to wait like sign said and no one ever came to acknowledge the fact that we were sitting and waiting for service but took people who just walked up in front of us so I just walked off and went to this nail place. They did a great job and got me, my son, and my wife in just like that... no wait either. I didn’t appreciate how we were treated at the other one and I won’t ever try it don’t care how good they are period!!

Owner asked me to wear a mask when she and no one else in the establishment had one on. She said she didnt have to because she owned the place. Also ruined my nails. Got a Gel French Mani done and it was peeling off in two days (my previous mani had been done in FL and had lasted almost a month and only grown out, never peeled off) as well as my nails were severely damaged. Something they used was very hard on my nails, even though Im not sure how this could be different from any other salon. I had been in once about year ago and decided to give them one more try, but both experiences were sadly lacking. Plenty of other local options to choose from. Between the rude service, 2-day gel mani, and damaged nails I wont be returning.

Everyone in there is super friendly and make you feel comfortable!This nail salon is very clean and organized!! . They each take their time to make sure your nails are perfect in shape and color!!!

Service was VERY rushed, cuticles were not cleaned and cut properly, there was left over acrylic on skin, nail shape was not correct, cucle was left nicked.

We tried a different spa first that said they accepted walk ins. But in spite of several empty chairs they had no openings. So we came to this place. They were friendly! They had immediate openings. Then the actual pedicure and manicure! They were efficient, clean, and thorough! Felt amazing! We did just the basic which was much nicer and more in depth than some other places weve been to. Id come back!

These people told me the was close after me sitting waiting for 15 minutes. It was 7:23 when the guy came to the desk, I asked him was anyone going to get me. He asked what I wanted and told me they were close.. and he was sorry nobody was there to check me in but I checked myself in on the iPad ..they close at 9

I was really hoping to leave a 5 star review, but I’m sadly disappointed.I picked Elite Nails because they literally only had 5 star reviews. When I went in, I was seen immediately, which was wonderful. The man who helped me was very detail oriented, but I’m sorry to say he was very rough with my hands... He was very nice, so I won’t put his name. We had a small language barrier, which was no problem to work past, but once he got to working, my nails were in pain almost the whole time and still are on fire. During the experience, he used three different used files and a dremel tool on my nails. I’m not sure why any nail salon needs dremel tools considering nail files work perfectly well to take the shine off. Their cuticle cutters are also not sharp. He’d clamp down on my skin and then forcefully press into my nailbed and then rip the skin away. I had to force myself to not pull my hands away because I wanted to see exactly what their practices were so I could leave an honest review (and my nails will be fine again in a few months). When it came to putting the nail polish on, I absolutely knew he had ground my nails down too far because when I put my hands in the UV lights to harden the polish, my nailbeds actually felt like they were burning.I’d like to say I’ll go back in the future, but I’m honestly not sure. If I ever do go back, I’m going to have to be as specific as possible about how I want my hands treated because it is not normal to be in this much pain during and after a nail appointment.I think their management needs to take a serious look at their practices and reconsider some of their methods, like removing any need for using a dremel tool directly on a nail or using one-use nail files to ensure cleanliness.Oh, and speaking of cleanliness, they took the liquid I soaked my hands in and squeezed it up into two other bottles to reuse on another patron, so that’s something they do regularly...

AMAZING. I dont even live here and i was skeptical about finding a new nail tech but this salon got me in last minute, has a wide range of nail colors in gel and regular polish, and has very attentive workers. If i lived here this would definitely be my go to salon!!

Super clean and friendly staff the lady is the best at polishing and giving you thee best designs!She is a master at shaping and is so gentle but quick. Love going here, been coming for years and pretty affordable prices! she does a great job of my nails every time I go. No complaints and she's really friendly. Was in need of nail salon and was referred here by a friend. Called to make an apt and a very friendly girl was able to schedule me next day. First impressions of the salon were that clean, and welcoming. My manicurist was quick but thorough and did a beautiful job on my nails. I was in and out within an hr for a gel mani/pedi. Will be returning in 2 weeks for my next apt!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come here. I went with my mother and law. The lady doing my MIL pedicure was VERY rude to her. Did not say a word. And when it came time to put the towels on us the lady didn’t even ask my MIL if it was too hot or not she just plopped it down on her. And when done paying my MIL was going to tip both of the ladies who did our nails. The lady who did my MIL pedicure SNATCHED THE MONEY OUT OF MY MOTHER IN LAWS HAND!!! Here right now. Have French Mani n Pedi. Girl do my feet, great massage n not rude. Just not best at painting nails. I am returned to get feet fixed. Older lady fixed the feet. Now onto, finger nails. Guy did them. He was polite, but had a guy watching him do my nails n that guy got so close...kinda creepy. Paint job on nails great! When he massaged my arms, he was a bit brutish. Rough. I am quite older. I will not be surprised to see bruises tomorrow. The older lady has her stuff together. Chose her if you get a choice!

I went there with a friend and got a regular manicure. The person who did my nails cut my skin to the point that it bled. And he didn’t even apologize for it. Will not be going back nor will I recommend this place to nobody. Just terrible.

I had never been to such a fun and lively nail salon until now! The people are so friendly and approachable. Its like yourem getting your nails done at home with a bunch of your best friends talking about boys and the newest gossip. They did such an amazing job with my nails. They even stayed after closing time to finish me up and were not rushing either. Amazing quality, amazing service, amazing price. It was super busy there and I can imagine that since its so popular, its busy most of the time so make sure you make an appointment and leave time out. Its definitely worth it !

My friend and I came here to get a pedicure done, and the lady that did mine was very rude, and seemed like she didn’t care and didn’t wanna do any of it. The pedicure was very rushed and my nails and the polish are extremely uneven. They made comments about her physical appearance and the guy did exactly what she told him not to do. We were also very rushed to pay and get out even with our nails still drying. Will not be coming back or talking highly of.

They don’t sterilize their tools. They don’t listen to what you want. I went to get a quick regular manicure. The lady was persistent on hassling me to get gel nails because it would last longer. I kept telling her no thanks just regular and she gave me attitude the whole time she did my nails. Then she took out old tools to clip my cuticles. I should have walked out right then and there. I asked for white, she only did two coats and it was very streaky. She was going to add the clear coat and be done. I had to tell her to add another white coat first, clearly it looked awful. She didn’t even attempt to clean it up afterwards. Do not recommend this place at all!

Been to this nail salon 3 times since moving to clarksville and I wont be back. The first two times, the man who did my nails used colored acrylic powder, which is fine. Today, when I went for a fill in, the guy wasnt there...Dien is who did them today. She berated me and fussed almost the entire time telling me not to get colored acrylic...even though I told her that I got them at her shop. She treated me roughly and I felt like she rushed through the job. I will definitely not be back to this salon. (For the record, I did leave a tip, but only because of who I am...not because of good service)

Came here for basic mani and pedi. Pedicure came out well for me personally but my friend had A LOT of nail polish on the skin surrounding her nails after she was finished. For my manicure, my skin was cut so much on multiple fingers that they started bleeding. He did give me a small discount for the cuts and I think that overall the manicure came out well.

The last two times Ive gone there they have been extremely rough and made my nail beds bleed from not paying attention when filing my nails. And there are no exact prices, for a full set of acrylics its days 30$ and up, I got the same thing both times but had to pay 10 more dollars than last time for no reason.

I went to this nail salon with my husband for some much needed R&R. The nail tech pulled skin from the sides of each big toe. I didnt know that it would cause my toes to hurt for months afterward. I am still in pain. I do not plan to return for any future services, do not recommend them, and would give a lower rating if possible.

I went here for the first time and it was also my first time getting acrylics. When the woman finished, the acrylics looked awful. They were all lumpy and thick. I asked the woman before I paid why they were so thick and she said it’s supposed to be like that or else they’ll break easy. I left and then returned a few minutes later so they could redo them because they looked bad. They agreed to redo my nails and they looked a little better but still not great. I won’t be going back there again.

John slaaaaayed my nails. I asked for French Gel nails. And I had naturally healthy nails. And he made them look so good !! I will be coming back.

I will never, ever go back. The nail tech was nice enough, at first. I got my nails dipped. When she was finishing, she put the clear top coat, laid my hand flat and told me to wait 5 mins then I could go. I asked about the gel set, she told me no, I didnt need it. Ive been getting my nails dipped for a year, I know that I need a top gel coat set. After about 2min, the polish started to peel. When I asked why it was peeling, she said it was because she put 2 coats on. (?) She removed the clear coat, began speaking Vietnamese to the other employees and making faces. It was VERY obvious she was bad mouthing me for a mistake she made. She then grabbed the setting light, slammed it down and said we would try my way. She applied one coat, after I placed my hand inside, she forced it in farther, smudging the polish from one of the nails. When I pointed it out, she said she would fix it later. She only applied one top coat of setting gel, that subsequently peeled off about 6hrs later. I have never been treated so rudely. I was there paying for a service, I sure as heck wasnt going to pay for polish as it was peeling before I even left the salon! I will NEVER go back!

The experience started spiraling when I first called to make an appointment, me and friends were visiting Clarksville to go shopping for one of their birthdays. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. When we got there they didn’t say one word to us but looked at us like they expected us to know what to do. Then when someone finally came to us to tell us what to do they where short with us. I was the first to get my nails done. I sat down at this mans seat. He didn’t really say anything to me but to ask what I wanted, and that’s fine he wasn’t rude or anything. I pretty much got what I wanted but the ending results where terrible. My nails are all different shapes, they are already chipped in places, the paint is uneven, and they are very jagged at the ends. One of my friends had the same dude and she said he was rough and he even cut her at one point. Which I know sometimes happens but not often if the person is careful and is accurate with what they are doing. My other friend had this older lady who she reported was rude. While I was getting my nails done she had not properly filled this girls (which I didn’t know her) nails. The mom was telling her to fix it and the worker was rude and i couldn’t understand her second laungege but she was talking to my guy and it seemed like they where making the mother and trash talking her. Overall experience was horrible and I am having to get my nails almost completely redone at my usual place to have them fixed.

The best experience ever!

I walked into the salon and asked for black tips. Like the white French tips but black. He finished the white tips and said okay done and I said no.. I want black. He argued with me and then finally did the black. Its been two days and the gel is chipped and messed up. I am not happy with the sloppy job

They were okay, I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in a long time and they did great on getting the dead skin off, painting however ....I got gels they should last longer however the older lady painted over my skin and so a today which is a day after I got them the gap between the skin and polish became so big that I snagged while putting my sandals one and tore it right off...

Every time I come here, I receive a welcome greeting. The manager and staff are all really nice. The foot massages are great and theyre very neat with the polish. I dont get anything fancy, just a pedicure. I brought my kids once, too, and they were very patient with them. Overall, its consistently a solid choice for a pedicure.
