My husband and I both have come here for our cuts and have had great experiences. Their online check in is quick and efficient, and they are on point with their haircuts and service! Definitely will be going back!

I sent my son in and asked for a fade on the sides from a one, and to leave the top long enough for him to comb back. That’s not what he got at all...I honestly didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home (pregnancy brain), or I would have sent him back in.

Sarah is AMAZING with Men & Boys haircuts! She treats the children so sweet and knows just how to talk to them to get a very nice, sharp looking cut! I recommend her to EVERYONE!

My regular Sports Clips was closed due to short staffing so I booked at this store. I was lucky enough to get am online spot before it was closed off for appointments. The staff were really busy and there was still a wait. I waited because showed up early and they saw me 20min before my appointment. The store was clean and the staff were still very courteous. My haircut was on point as usual.

Never follow the schedule, super long waits but when you show up at the time the website tells you they then tell you they’re an hour behind. Not worth the hassle. They were great before the past few months

Pretty standard experience of most Sports Clips locations. Theyre a decent place to get a haircut although not always that great. Make sure to sign in online in advance as sometimes their can be a bit if a wait.

I just got one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Rebecca was very nice and knowledgeable. I know they are dealing with a lot of Covid regulations. But they seem to be trying to do the very best they can.

My barber joe was great. He actually took the time needed for my hair to get it to blend right. I will definitely be going back and asking for him.

Ive been getting my hair done since it opened, by far it has definitely went down hill the respect for a persons time is out the window. I used there app booked a appointment it stated 64 minute wait cool went to Walmart took my kiddo to lunch approximately 55 minutes I show up they say you still have a 40 minute wait boycott this place it happens way to often.

The lady that cut my hair was very polite at the start. But as the session went on her attitude quickly changed.I asked for a mid fade. She rushed through the haircut getting it done in 10-15 min, and when she was done she didnt even show me the back of my head to see if I liked it. When I told her if she could fade the sides a little better she gave me a lecture on fades and an attitude. When I got home and looked at the back of my head I realized that I have a staircase pattern on my hair. This person clearly doesnt know how to do fades. In this industry Ive found hairstylist that are passionate about what they do and cut your hair as so, and then theres hairstylist that are just in it for the paycheck, this is one of those. Really unprofessional and inpatient.

Ask for a 2inch on side and 4 on top blend and she shaved my head

Super Busy Place! Call at 11 am to get on the waiting list as a typical wait for a walk-in is 1.5-2 hours and they dont do appointments. So, call at 11 am to get in sooner (about 1 hour wait give or take).

I have an autistic son who had never sat well for a haircut and was having a hard time just waiting for his appointment. They were extremely accommodating and he was taken care of like alittle prince. They knew just what to do and it was the most chill I have ever seen him. 10/10 coming here for all his haircuts

Dont go off times they tell you ... Called hours before and was told to be outside the building 15 mintues before 12:45 ... Been outside since 12:25 and it is now 12:50 and they tell me itll be 10-15 more minutes this is also not the first time this has happened ... Cool people and good cuts but their time framimg really needs to be accurate as I work at 2.

This was my sons first haircut and the lady literally spent three minutes cutting it, she didn’t talk to him one bit (remind you this was his first haircut ever). His hair was all different lengths. Nothing like what we asked for. Ended up having to go to cookie cutters for kids and the ladies did amazing job over there! Had to take way more off than wanted but it’s fixed. Don’t recommend sport clips for kids hair at all.

They require masks even if you medically cant wear a mask, and take your temperature. the woman who checked me in was rude, and unaccommodating. I miss this company pretty covid, when the staff was nicer, and more helpful.

Not gonna lie this was probably the best haircut and haircutting experience Ive ever had. The haircut itself was quick and to the point. I literally showed the hairdresser a picture of a previous haircut I had, and she nailed it. Seriously Ive been trying to replicate this haircut for a year and she did it in like 4 minutes. Also this was my first time here and I didnt realize the MVP thing meant you got a rinse and shampoo with a warm minty towel, so that was cool. Anyway Im definitely coming back next time I need a haircut. Thanks for doing a good job!

I was told to be there by 4 o’clock for my name to be on the wait list. And then say that I can’t get a haircut and they wanted to make me leave my 2 & 4 year old. I’m a single parent. I called ahead of time to get treated like this. And not just that took me off the waitlist by telling me because I wasn’t there on time when I was there when I was told. This is the most disrespectful thing that has happened. But that was uncalled for and I will not return back I will continue my business with a local barber shop who have more respect with there customers especially during this covid 9.

I had a great experience here. I got a coupon for a free haircut during grand opening. I figured I didnt have much to lose, so I went, and Im glad I did. The experience was really very relaxing and I felt very well taken care of. I generally shy away from corporate or chain haircut shops, but this was really great. The hot towel and scalp massage is totally worth the little extra cost, and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Im sorry to see that the reviews are generally poor, but thats seems to be the way these things go. Unhappy customers will generally leave a poor review, while perfectly happy ones just dont bother sometimes. Im guilty of this myself, and felt that it was only fair to post my experience. Places are going to be busy from time to time, and your not always going to have the best haircut of your life. You can always leave and return when they are less busy, and ultimately its just hair, and it will grow back. If you get a bad cut, or your experience isnt what you hoped for, let them know. Poor reviews always seem a little passive aggressive, as most people dont give the staff a chance to fix things before they write a poor review.

Sport Clips is a great place to get mens haircuts! Watch sports on a large screen TV while you wait or call ahead to get an appointment right away. Then watch TV up close while getting your haircut. They did such a good job on my hair. Then afterward, you get hair washed and a hot towel on your face and neck! Trim ups are free 2 to 3 weeks following the haircut!!!!

They always slide me in if theres noone there.

Staff is friendly but does not have consistent results. You have to carefully choose who will cut your hair or else you will most likely be disappointed with the final result. Last time I was there I was very disappointed with the outcome. She made the fade too short and didn’t ask any questions until it was too late. Then, I usually ask for an inch off the top, and just to make sure we were on the same page, she showed me three times what an inch would look like. She showed me how long and inch was with her fingers, then how long it was on a comb, then I asked her to show me how long it would be on my hair. After I said it looked good, she said she would start with just taking 1/2 and inch off and go from there. I agreed. Then I watched 1 1/4 inch chunks falling on to my lap. Not happy. Trying to remember that it’s just hair and it’ll grow back.

Friendly staff, first haircut was free a massage chair while they shampoo and a hot towel finish make Sports clips a unique experience for men getting their cut. I felt like they cared about my haircut from start to finish. I would definitley go back.

I checked in online as I have for the past couple years coming to this place it said I have a wait of 23 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early and saw myself on their TV showing the waitlist I was first in line after about 15 mins and then somehow it jumped me to number six and said I had an additional 30 minute wait time. I patiently waited the extra 30 minutes without saying anything got to number one and then they called somebody who was below me on the list and my name disappeared completely. I asked him what happened and they said they never checked in and at the wait would be about another 30 minutes. After being there for almost an hour and being first in line twice and their system messing up they didn’t even give me the courtesy of trying to get me in. Done coming here.

Was very very unhappy with the service. They had just opened and two employees were eating breakfast while making everyone wait longer. I would understand if they had been open for a while but they had just opened and had no reason to make us all wait while they decided to eat their breakfast.

The woman who cut my boyfriends hair was kind but she had no idea what she was doing. I asked for an undercut with the lower bit faded. She said undercuts couldn’t have fades and I insisted we have one. She did a poor job of it only faded before the ears and left the back of his head all the same length. The fade doesn’t really “fade” at all, it’s just a harsh line. I don’t know what she did but it was not what I asked for. I even showed her pictures. Now my boyfriends hair looks horrible. I feel so awful I convinced him to go to sports clips because his barber was closed and he needed a haircut before Monday. I don’t recommend going to sports clips if you’re specific about your hair or want anything but a simple buzz cut.

We like this place. They do a good job cutting hair and my sons actually enjoy the experience. They always fight us on getting hair cuts but when they know they are getting the MVP they fight a little less. If I had to find a criticism it would be that they dont allow appointments so you must either walk-in or call ahead to get your name on the list then come in. Overall a good hair cutting experience.

Been here a couple times, first time was awesome but after that everytime Ive left disappointed. Every person whos cut my hair since the first hasnt been very friendly and always seems like there in a rush to cut my hair and its never come out the way I wanted or described since. Im not coming back here again.

I will never go back. Took my son to get his hair cut and she did NOT do what I asked. I simply asked for a FADE! She shaveed it all of the way up to where it was just longer on top. I didnt say anything because I didnt want to upset my son.

Consistently good haircuts for me and my 11yo boy, no matter wh ok you get! The atmosphere is way better than Super Cuts and the like. Service is friendly and the staff are fun.

Its a place to get a haircut that caters to guys without making you feel geriatric or like youve joined a gang or a cult. The MVP treatment is pretty relaxing and actually makes me look forward to getting a haircut. The staff is friendly and attentive.

A majority of the staff doesnt were name tags so its a guessing game who is or has cut your hair.

Could not contact anyone by phone, could not make reservation through internet. Had to drive there to check it out. That isnt right.

Great place and facility and ok cuts. But service on our last two experiences has left so much to be desired. Incredibly poor tact and service has made us choose elsewhere for my family. A tip was only given to say goodbye and in no way deserved.

Have been to a few Sport Clips locations for a cut over the years. Yesterday I received one of the worst haircuts I have ever paid for at this location. When you get home only to spend 30 minutes trimming all the missed patches of long hair and correctly trimming and fading your neckline you wonder what $20 just got you. Will not return after such a poor experience.

Went to get a haircut today and was utterly let down, possibly one of the worst haircuts Ive ever received although the MVP massage was nice. Went into it with low expectations and came out with extreme disdain for wasting my time and hair there. Disregard all of the reviews if you actually want to get a good haircut I urge you to go anywhere else.

As a frequent visitor to this sports clip in medford. I have a great experience however not on my last visit. This wasnt caused by the hair cut. The woman cutting my hair did an outstanding job. Great fade, attention to detail and cutting the straggled hairs. As being horrible with names I did forget hers but she didnt have a part in the complaint ahead. This experience was causes by the other services members to a guy that was repairing a network issue of some sort. Seemed to be a communication error between employer and employee relating. This caused card readers and wifi to be down for some unspecified amount of time. While I waited my 4th spot in line, the computer stated 18min wait. Between that time they proceeded to let one guy go free of charge relating to their error but made it feel like an inconvenience to the guy working on network. This proceeded the onslaught of is it done yet the gentleman responded several times with just a few more minutes. Even when we tried to turn the wifi back on. several members asking him repeatedly when the computer would be up. Again the guy responded just a few more minutes then there of the designated staff stared at this guy on his knees under the desk or pc working. One of the employees proceeded to call the manager with what Id say was an ugly tone and ask if she was aware. After she ser the phone down and the guy asked her to try she proceeded to ask again if it was up after testing the system and realized it wasnt. The guy after being asked as least 7 times if the system was functioning stated ill let you know when it will be up This could be precieved as rude to the staff however I justify this relating to the harassment this guy dealt with. I proceeded to get my hair cut from the woman described in the beginning and had my wife grab cash. I was their for a majority of the time and he left prior to me finishing my hair cut but unsure of what happened between staff and him prior to me arriving. However I know staff made the manager aware on there side of the story but this is how I seen it.

Worst experience ever... I will never ever recommend tbis establishment to anyone... worst customer service ive ever experienced... waiting room full of up to 12 people with one haircut being done and 3 employees standing around... the manager Angel not only did nothing for customer service but only did one cut in the hour and thirty minutes we waited.. yet continually acted put out by customer coming in wanting a cut... she talked to a salesmen for 20 minutes and explained to him this is just how it is with walk in service but this was a normal day..... I am in customer service and pride myself on talking care of my clientel... in an hour and a half there was 6 haircuts done pathetic.... horrible management, horrible and service... horrible experience
