Pedicure was very nice! My Nails have left me extremely disappointed..... this is what they looked like the next day!!! Ive never had gel not last 24 hours... & also the scabs under my nails in the third picture are due to rough nail filing..... So basically Im currently left with bleeding fingers, chipped finger polish, but at least my feet look good......

What couldn’t go wrong, went wrong. Wanted gel soaked off but they couldn’t understand what No Drill meant. Dropped the drill box into my soaking water. Endured that. No cuticle care whatsoever, not even remover/softener. Lotion massage was subpar at best. Stayed long enough to get fingernails soaked off and again they tried the drill. after someone else coming to his rescue, I was given a bowl with acetone and left to sit on my own and scrap my gel off. Paid full price for the services but I can promise this poor unfortunate soul will not return.

I am so impressed by the service I received here! I spent a lot of time researching where to get my nails done since I’m new to the area. They have many excellent technicians and Tommy is the one who did my nails and he did AMAZING! He took his time and asked me during the whole process if I was pleased by how it was going so far with my nails. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I was also offered beverages to drink (soda or water). Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!

I got a pedicure and they didn’t even shape my toe nails correctly, I’m not the kind of person to be picky but the way my nail shapes were left was awful. I only went here bc my usual nail salon is closed for remodeling until the 15th. I’ll never return here again

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I made an appointment days in advance for a special occasion. My acrylic nails were so rushed, even after waiting 45 min past my appt time to be seen. They were thick and lumpy with globs of polish left underneath my nail. I paid 60 dollars for these to be so embarrassed of them I went home and re did them myself. My pedicure was decent but lasted all of 7 min. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat to myself turned into a 90 dollar disappointment.

Went in no wait. Very friendly and polite. Will definitely be going back! $45 gel acrylic. Clean shop! Ocean did my nails and a nice lady polished them. I dont know how steady the nails will hold up.

After going through 5 different places and never liking my nails. I have finally found my nail place. I will be coming back. The guy that took care me was very helpful and explained the deference between the gel and the dip.

Usually I love this place, but yesterday was a bit rough. I have gone here twice to get acrylics, and I loved them. Jimmy did my first set with a coffin shape, and the owner did my second in almost square shaped. After having acrylics on so long my nails grew out to a nice length. I went today just to get gel put on and to put a tip on a nail I had broken. The nail tech, did not get his name, asked me my shape and I said square. My nails were already near that shape so I figure hed just buff them up a bit. Well, he kept filing them crooked and I kept pointing it out until a whole centimeter had come off of my length! I was next to tears and gave up and let him finish. I went to a different tech and asked for him to fixed the acrylic. The owner took very good care of me. He straightened out my nails, and unfortunately had to take off more length. And he fixed the botched acrylic. My nails do look good now, HOWEVER I will not go to that tech again in dealing with my real nails. It has been a struggle growing them out, and ALL I wanted was them to painted in the first place. If they had been acrylics I would not be so frustrated, but they were my real nails.

This was my second time visiting. The first time I went it was amazing. I forgot the name of the man who helped me but he was super helpful and he did a great job. The second time I came in I asked for a very natural acrylic fill. One of my nails fell off and he asked if he could file the rest of my nails to the size of my natural nail. I said yes, but he ended up filing way lower than my natural nails. I was almost to tears as I had spent almost two months growing my nails out under the acrylic so I could eventually just do a gel polish. He did ask if it was okay, but at that point it was too late as my natural nail had already been filed. The second time was not as good as the first and I definitely wish I would have scheduled with the first one I had originally been with. But they are super friendly.

I won’t waste my time on a long review. There was no one in there but my service was still rushed and end product looks horrible. Dip was $35 last time I came now it’s $40. This wasn’t even worth $25. I will never recommend this salon to anyone again and this will be my LAST time coming back. How do you take pride in this type of work?! My nails were all the same length when I came into the store but now my left side is shorter than all on the right & I never asked for them to be cut. Ridiculous.

Macy is superb! This nail shop is excellent in customer service and satisfaction. I was visiting from out of state, it was a Sunday about 3pm and I needed an appointment to get a mani & pedi due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Anyhow, I was scheduled for a 5pm appointment, but they close at 5p. That seems impossible I thought, so, I show up 30 minutes early. Macy was my nail tech. I would highly recommend this place.

They were nice, but seemed really overpriced. A regular French tip set - without the pink. And a plain set with a gel color. Both were $90. $40 for the French tip set and $50 for the plain set with a gel color.

Pedicure was nice they used old polish and was messed up in 1 hour wife was not happy

The prices are high for low quality nails. The tech that did my feet did amazing, reason for 3 stars actually. The tech that did my nails *sigh* where to begin. I went with 3 other ladies, a moms get out day, you know us bad when we all complained about our nails. The nail tech deserves 0 starts for his work. They are the only place I know that still serves wine so thats a good thing.

The workmanship is okay, the place definitely could be cleaner, and the people could be friendlier. It was too cluttered to relax and enjoy anything. I was so over the flies that i didnt get my hands polished. I just wanted to get out. Im so over these over priced fake nail shops! Geeze!

Im usually a walk in and rarely need to wait longer than a few minutes before someone gets me into a chair. Super friendly service. I have enjoyed the process of having my feet pampered, although I havent gotten used to it tickling me to laughter each time I visit. Tips here would be great. First time here. Was a great experience until the lady that did my feet pulled a “hang nail” and my toe bled a tiny bit. I’ve never had anyone make my toe bleed for any matter. Even pulling hang nails. I asked for the #2 and I don’t even think I got the full package. Asked for the #2 mainly for the white callus remover tool they use. The one callus product they used on me was the purple pumice stone. So I basically paid $33 for polish, a pumice stone, polish, leg and foot massage and a hot towel. Other than that I enjoyed my time. Not sure I’m gonna return.

Normally I enjoy going here, even with the constant small children roaming around. But I stopped by on Monday, October 15 at 5:15 and they were closed with no notice on the door or anything. I needed a filling before leaving on vacation the next day...so I found another salon that was open to serve me during their posted business hours.

First time and it was cool. Price reasonable. Ocean did a good job. Was real nice and explain the process of various types of nails to me so I could make sure I knew about them all and which I wanted to try.

I’ve been going here fora few years now. Tommy always does a great job. My nails are in great shape, thanks to him. My toenails were in horrible shape because of wearing steel toed shoes. I went to get acrylic french tips, and I only had a short wait even though they were fairly busy. The manicurist Henry did a wonderful job on my nails. He was talkative, efficient, and nice. I definitely recommend this salon.

After reading the reviews for local nail salons, I opted to try this one and ask for the owners. First impression: the salon was very dirty and not busy. Even though I asked for the owners, they tried to sit us down with someone else. I got a bit of an attitude from one of the employees after I repeated what I wanted. The owner eventually came over to speak to me but I opted to stick with gut on this one and left without service. I know this place gets good reviews but yesterday must have been their off day.

Finally!!!! I finally found a nail salon that I will return to. I have been very disappointed in nail salons, but not Emilys. It is not fancy, but that is OK. They take their time, pay attention to detail and there are no surprises when its time to pay your bill. I have been three times and I will keep going back. Love, love, love Emilys.

It was the day before the 4th of July and my regular salon was packed, so I decided to try this one. My first impression was that the salon looked a little dirty and it needed a facelift. I stayed because everyone seemed nice and I really didn’t feel like driving anywhere else. I don’t remember the guys name, but I would recognize his face if I saw him again. I had a terrible experience! I was in so much pain with both my manicure and pedicure. I was cut several times on both my feet and hands. When I say every finger was bleeding, I mean EVERY finger was bleeding. I never in my life been to a nail salon where I didn’t feel relaxed, and I was so tense due to the pain. I didn’t know when I was going to be cut again.It was so bad, the owner had to step in to finish the job. However, at this point I was already in so much pain. My hands were hurting for 3 days straight. To make matters worst the technician I had was not using sterilized equipment. I did not notice this at first, but when I looked down I saw the same tools he used on me he put them back in the same plastic peel pack. I thought maybe he would sterilized the tools later, but from looking at the pack you can tell that the same pack was resealed several times. I am a nurse and also worked in sterile processing a few years ago, so I know when I see re-used equipment. After all this, I was still charged the full price. This is my last time at Emily’s nails.

BEST manicure I’ve had in Clarksville. Maybe ever.I always get gel nails done because I clean houses and they don’t last otherwise. Even With gel, a manicure never lasts over a week for me before they start coming off.I have been going to Venus nails because they’re close and a friend recommended them. They’re super pricey there and the quality is iffy.Got a full set of gel at Emily’s, and I had the Same Nails for a little over 3 weeks!!! I actually ended up taking them off because my nails had grown so much and I didn’t want to get them filled. Unbelievable!! I’m not going Anywhere else!

I LOVE this shop. I have found this is the best nail shop in town after trying most shops in Clarksville. They do an excellent job consistently and are very talented. They listen to what you want or need and they follow through every time. I have been at several places and Emilys is the best place I have been. My nails stay on for three to four weeks at a time. I like William to do my nails .

Had acrylic nails done and painted. I thought they looked horrible, chunky and super square. The sides were sharp, and I filed them down when I got home. The Polish selection was ok, but 90% pinks and red. I really hated the color I chose after they were done, so I changed it after I got home too. All of my natural nails were ruined after they came off, dented thin and discolored which has only ever happened on one nail before.

Ive lived in Clarksville for a year & have been to several nail salons. For some reason my acrylics etc. lift within 2 weeks everywhere Ive tried in this town.Today I went to Emily Nails & got SNS powder dip nails. My nail techs were Tommy & Lily. They did a great job!My Halloween color looks gorgeous. And, I was very happy to discover Tommy was actually my nail tech about 5 years ago at a nail salon when I lived in Nashville, TN. Tommy & Lily do amazing work. Ive FINALLY found my Clarksville nail salon.Thank you Tommy & Lily!

Most every time that I went I would always get tom sometimes Macy and they always did an amazing job but the last three times I went I had a different technician do them and he was rough with my hands every time and made my cuticles bleed every time I had him.

This is the last straw with this place. The first time i came in for a pedicure everything was awesome but the last two times ive gone it has been TERRIBLE. My toe nails are squared and i leave with oval toe nails, not to mention her cutting my toenail so short they cant even be filed and to top it all off the paint job was awful. Its unacceptable. I came to treat myself and relax and left mad, just to go home and redo it all myself (the best i could considering the damage already done). WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I wont be coming back here ever again.

When I got there they were finishing up on a few other customers, all I wanted was a Mani. Two women came in behind me wanting a Mani/peti. They got their peti before I was even started.

Oh my!!! Wow!!!! I will never go back to this place ever again. Talk about customer service. I have been coming to this place since i first got stationed at Fort Campbell. And today will be my last time there. Went in after a long day of work and walked out 2 hours later with nothing done. Yes my 5 year old got her nails painted. Great, but the gentlemen that did it was obviously tired and having a long day so he was very rude and rough with my daughter. I should of said something then. Then the owner said, so what when i brought it up. I am extremely upset. Not for the fact of the rude nail technician but for the way the owner acted, as if i wasnt a a regular customer. He obviously didnt care about his customers satisfaction as well.
