Best pedicure in Clarksville! I love everything about this salon: the decor, the way you can book online (FB), the cleanliness, the staff. They are professionals and I walk out happy every time. Definitely pricey but for the quality of service you receive its worth treating yourself. I get a pedicure every time I go. Ive had both a French tip dip manicure and a gel manicure and they both lasted weeks. Ive taken multiple friends, recommended multiple people and EVEN convinced my husband who loved it and gave 5/5 stars LOL. I wont go anywhere else!

I just love St Nail spa! I recently moved to Clarksville from IL and tried several nail salons before finding the perfect one! St Nails is terrific! Everyone is so nice and makes me feel so comfortable. They are very accommodating! I highly recommend it!

Couldn’t rate lower than 3 stars because my wife and I absolutely love this place but while I was receiving a manicure yesterday, I was cut 3 different times on 3 different fingers and my fingernails wasn’t smooth at all.... the manicure was only about 20 minutes which is super fast in my opinion... please more attention to detail.Update: Their first response before editing their initial comment was for me to basically call them. An employee answered the phone and said the boss was out and that she would text or call me back upon return. It has been over 24 hours since this disaster and I have yet to receive a phone call. Plus they changed the comment to basically saying “sorry”. The skin on my fingers are starting to peel now and my wife’s nails are looking as if they’re dying now. Definitely 1 star and don’t recommend no one going there..

My friends and I have been going here for the past couple of months to get dip nails. Originally we have all been doing simple color and no design. Well yesterday we decided to get simple designs. My friend wanted yellow stripes. The person doing her nails could not draw a straight line, so opted to put on gold tape. We got our nails done at 5:30 not even an hour later the gold tape was coming off. My friend called and was told they did not have any availability to fix her 2 nails. She told them she needed them done that day as she had work on Monday and can not come in. She waited over an hour in the lobby for them to fix her nail. They were very rude and when she asked questions would not respond to her. They “attempted” to fix the nails with daisy’s that do not look like a professional did them. Would not recommend them any longer.

On 6/24/2021..I have just gotten off work.. I walked to the nail salon to get my nails done just a treat for myself. As soon as I walked through the door I asked for a full set. The lady turned and looked at the other lady and said we full. We cant help you.. I was hurt and embarrassed.. I guess me being black with a purple afro was a turn off.. They really should be ashamed but they are not.. Anybody that knows I spend 150.00 or more plus tip on my nails every two weeks. Oh well there loss not mine..

First time back since COVID, just as great as always! Friendly and efficient, online appt system and sign in options work perfectly!

He cut my nail off without asking me if I had tips on. I didn’t. They still charged me quite a bit including putting a tip on because he cut off more length than I wanted. And here it is post two weeks the top coat is peeling. My other salon whom he criticized the work done each dip manicure and pedicures last one month. This pedicure is already looking bad. I won’t drive back even if they take appts and are closer. No one explained the bill. They acted like his cutting my real nail off didn’t matter. I don’t know if they charged me for the tip they had to put on because of their error.

Sarah was warm, welcoming, and did a great job! The shaping and cleaning of my feet was very professional. The the scrub, foot massage, and warm rock massage was awesome. Overall, I’m happy with the services provided. I will be returning!

Tried this salon for the first time. It was super clean, the people seemed nice enough....I came in for dipping powder. My nails seemed ok when I left, although not perfect. Unfortunately, one nail cracked right away and broke clear off within two days. Today, another mail has cracked completely through the middle of my nail and hurts like crazy. It seems as though this will cut my nail in the middle of my nail bed. So...I not only am out the 50 bucks...but, Im not even a week out and have a broken nail, a nail thats cracked the middle, and will have to spend time taking these off and having them redone somewhere else. 😖☹️👎👎

Everyone is great here. My go to is usually Amy. I can show her a picture of anything and usually she can recreate flawlessly. I always get compliments on my nails and get asked where I get them done. Great atmosphere and very hygienic.

Wonderful experience Amy was very pleasant and professional and very delicate on my feet as I’m very ticklish. Beautiful salon definitely a spot like environment looking forward to my next visit.

Terrible, I was visiting my sister, in town for her sons funeral, and wanted to treat myself. The gel peeled off the next day. So very disappointed and a total waste of 60 bucks. Wish I had the time to go back and complain in person.

This is a nice Salon. I like how it is decorated and the atmosphere. The thing I love the most, is that I DONT FEEL RUSHED. They are quick with their work, but dont make you feel rushed so they can get someone else in your seat. Le is who waited on me. She is fantastic.

My husbands toe became infected after receiving a pedicure here last week, so bad he had to be seen at the ER. Paid a pretty penny to get infected. We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this place.

This salon gives the best service in the area, in my experience. You are greeted at the door each visit and every person takes their time to give you the best experience.The salon is super clean and the atmosphere is calming.

After searching for 4 years here in Clarksville, I refuse to go anywhere else. I have been coming every two weeks for several months now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. I always see Sarah who is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. I have gotten everything from acrylic, dip powder and gel to the pedicures here and Sarah (also amy) kills it every time!!

Ive gone many times but when one lady near the sinks did my mani/pedi it was horribly done especially my dip powder nails with tips and when I brought it to her attention she kept saying she would fix it and wait until the end. I spoke with Sara and she offered to do them over. Sara is amazing with nails!! My pedicure today was also great

AWFUL. Just awful. I went there for a gel manicure and the girl that did my nails did them so sloppy and when I complained she told me to just wait until she was done. When she finished, they still looked terrible and she ripped the skin away from the top of my nail trying to get off the polish she got on my skin. It was so painful. THEN, just two days later, the polish peeled off completely. I called and asked for a refund as gel manicures are supposed to last for weeks. I was told that they do not allow refunds and that I had to come back and have my nails redone. When I went in for them to redo my nails I asked to use a different color since the polish came off after just two days. I was told no and that I could only use the same color and brand. I knew that I would be writing this review because sure enough, two days later, I have no polish on my nails because it peeled off already. This place is awful. How dare they refuse refunds and make people expose themselves to Covid more than necessary.

Had a jelly pedicure by Amy it was amazing! Will be going back again and again. They served wine and unlike most places that serve wine it was a nice pinot grigio that was an added plus!

Worst pedicure that Ive ever had in my life barely scrubbed my feet at all not to mention the poor polish job that was done on my feet. So its very safe to say that this was a first and last visit for me. Everyone was nice and polite but they dont seem to care about their work.

My best friend and I both had our nails done for the first time here. By far the best nail spa ever! We had to wait for a little bit, but it was well worth it. Jason did an amazing job with the powder dip on my natural nails. He did such a good job, the 2 ladies sitting beside me changed their minds on what the wanted done. I will definitely tell everyone I know to visit this nail spa. The atmosphere is amazing as well! Thank you, Jason, for a great job! You are the best nail tech!

I had my nails done on Saturday and one nail broke (today) Monday morning so Im not very pleased. I believe kim was the one who worked on my nails and she made sure I liked the design but after paying $60+ I expected them to last at least 3-4 weeks like normal. Overall my nails look good but she had trouble with one ( pinky on my right hand) and thats the one that broke. After paying for ombre dipping I just wanted a better quality. She also hurt my fingers during the process of prepping to do my nails so this isnt a place I would recommend or return to. On a plus for the store it was clean and looked nice. ( 2 stars)Update: After my first nail breaking Monday I did have another break on Wednesday. As you could imagine I was very upset with it only being a few days afterwards and called to have it fixed. On Friday they did fix both nails ( free of charge) which I expected but she put on a different nail for my pinky and the nail did not match my other hand. I did voice this and she continued with out fixing the error. She got up promptly after fixing both and never came back so I left. Its now been 4.5 weeks and the nails are coming off as I expected. I did not rate higher than 2 stars because I wasnt treated very kindly when returning to fix the nails after less than a week and they wanted to book me way out because I was not a paying customer. I demanded a sooner time slot due to the poor quality and me already paying so she did call back several times to work me in. The manager did attempt to fix the problem knowing I was angry.

I liked them the first time I went there the second she messed up my matte black nails they also broke at the tip the shop had said it was my fault even though I literally got them done 4-5 days prior to them breaking they had a bad Attitude and wanted me to pay to get them fixed which I wasnt okay with cause they broke because of what they didnt do. She finally told me I didnt have to pay and they do good work but seem to be about the money 💰💰💰

I went yesterday and got the spa pedicure and gel manicure package. This was my first visit and its definitely the best nail salon Ive been to in Clarksville. Best customer service Ive experienced from a nail salon, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, everything was clean, and the service was incredible. Im 8 months pregnant and the pedicure consisted of a hot stone massage and hot towels. The massage was heaven on my aching feet and legs & they did an amazing job on my nails. I would highly recommend this place!

Son aka Jason walked me through all my options, because it has been years since Ive done anything to my nails. He was patient and kind when I asked questions. We talked and we laughed. He made it such an amazing experience for me. I will definitely be coming back to see him! The business was sparkling clean with beautiful soothing music playing and even a little waterfall. I saw that they have options for even more luxury manicures and pedicures offering wine with your pampering you are already getting. It was a wonderful experience and I cant wait to go back!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Beautiful atmosphere with calm music, greenery and water. Lots of nail color choices. Excellent exfoliation. But the best part was the massage, longer than any other, great pressure on the right spots, hot towels, hot stones, just awesome! Will totally be back.

I just got my nails done today 10/20/19 and this was my first time going to the ST Nail Spa. I had a great experience!! I got to pick who did my nails and the type of nails I wanted and the color. Once I did that the lady I picked told me it was my turn. We went back and she washed her hands and grabbed my gel color. She was super friendly!! We had a great conversation and I saw that she was extremely focused and wanted to make sure I had the best experience. If your ever in Clarksville, TN you should go to the ST Nail Spa. It’s amazing and I will definitely be going back

I frequent this nail salon because they are the best to be found ! Even this statement isn’t enough to describe the comfort and relaxation I receive each time I come in. The staff is so very friendly. I have a wonderful experience every time. I stopped in while waiting on my prescription next door. I was a bit hesitant when the price was more than the normal 25 but I was pleasantly surprised.I had Tammy and my feet are so soft. She did an amazing job and I believe that was the best massage ever! The hot rocks were awesome.I just moved here in March and have been looking for a really good place and I think I found it.

Got a full set I now have crooked nails, they didnt prep my nails or do my cuticles so now my cuticles are under the acrylic and hurt, they didnt grind the acrylic even so my nails are bumpy and uneven and not proportional to one another some look like stilettos (what I asked for ) some look like almonds, they obviously didnt take their time and I played 55$ for nails I want taken off, Im very disappointed and Im not sure why they have 5 stars on google. genuinely upset.

Hands down amazing service. I’ve gone to 3 nail salons since I’ve moved here and I have finally found a place that I feel comfortable, has amazing customer service, clean, and attention to detail. Jason has done ombré nails with dip my pass 3 visits and they always turn out great. It’s good to make an appointment because they do get very busy. But will always for you in.

Excellent atmosphere, very relaxing. I got the basic pedicure and felt like I got the best foot and calf massage as well. Maybe next time I will go the next tier up!! They got me in quick, even though I was a walk in on a Saturday. I will be going back!

Just a tad bit disappointing to spend $50 and have nails that look a month old in less than 4 days. Anytime I’ve done gel, they usually last for a decent amount of time but I’m already going to have to return (somewhere else) to have the polish done again. It’s wearing so thin and has caused a black streak look across all my nails. I stay at home with my daughter so I’m not physically working with anything to make this happen. The experience was amazing and everyone was so nice. It’s just disappointing to turn around and have to spend the money again after less than a week.

Such a great place! This was my 3rd visit. It’s a little pricier than other places for a pedicure, but the time and care they take with you is worth it and it shows. I especially love the hot oil & hot stone massage during the pedicure. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and doesn’t have that strong acetone smell. I even got a coupon for my bday. I will return again and again!

This place is amazing!! Very modern and clean!! Staff is super friendly and atmosphere is sooo relaxing!! They have several different scents to choose from for the pedicure and they smell wonderful! I got the jasmine. And many colors too. From different neutral colors to various bright colors. They also have gel do gel nails for toes too. As well as gel nails and the powder dip for your manicure. Pricing is very reasonable . Pedicures start at $35 and go up to $60. So glad to have this place in the Sango area!! Best pedicure ever!!! Must check it out!!

As for services, I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails and I havent had any issues so far. I cant comment on dip or artificial nails but the ones I see being done, look very nice!
