This is my favorite nail salon in Clarksville! I just go for pedicures but the Sams Special is the best! Alex always does an awesome job!

I left the salon with bleeding cuticles and barely got an apology. Beyond the fact that it’s unprofessional to leave someone bleeding from a nail appointment, it’s a very dangerous position to be in during a pandemic. I received no discount for what should have been a free manicure. To make matters worse, the gel polish was uneven and not at a level I would expect from a nail technician. Very unprofessional service, I won’t be back.

As a diabetic foot care is extremely important to my health and as such I have to be very picky about where I get a pedicure. I will not go anywhere but Sams. I normally see Sam but I would trust my feet with anyone there. They really listen to what you need and take their time with you. And talk about clean! Sam is really OCD about cleaning and all of her employees are the same way.I dont get manicures often but when I do Im never disappointed.If youre looking for a new place to become your go to for all you mani and pedi needs Sams is the place for you.

Seriously the best pedicure ever. We got the Sams Special and while it was a bit pricer than what Id normally pay it was 2 hours of them constantly working and massaging my feet and legs. It was amazing! They have more affordable pedicures, but if you need a relaxing refreshment make an appointment for the Sams Special. You will not regret it!

I moved to Clarksville in December and needed to find a good nail salon, and Sams is actually the closest one to my apartment so I decided to give it a try. I dont get my nails done often so Ive only been twice, but the two times I have been has had me sold. I love going there. They have really good prices and the people are so nice. Everyone speaks English and dont make me feel that nail salon intimidation I tend to feel at other places. Dee is great, so sweet and takes her time to do a great job. Monique is also so sweet and does a wonderful job as well. I do recommend making an appointment it makes the whole process a lot easier; I love how I can book online. I recommend everyone to go to Sams

I booked an appointment with my sister, Monique Zamudio, to support her and also get my nails and toes done for my beach trip. I can honestly say from the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed by everyone, employees and customers. It was a clean environment and I felt very comfortable. The prices are good too. I was unsure about what colors to get, and Monique was very professional and had great customer service regardless of our relation. Monique did an amazing job. My nails came out better than I imagined, and I gladly went out of my color comfort zone and am not disappointed. I love them! My younger sister had acrylics by Sammy and she did wonderful as well. I had a wonderful experience and great conversations! Definitely will be going back, and I highly recommend.

I had to have my nails polished twice in 3 days and 4 days later gels is peeling. Expensive cost me 45.00 for an acrylic fill and gel polish. The girls were nice but I will never go back to young and not enough experience.

This is the CLEANEST nail salon I have ever been to. Sam and her staff do a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great pedicure, manicure, eyebrow waxing, etc.

Great customer service except when I was rushed out of the door at end of the day and fast dry was sprayed on my nails. It messed them up and they technically had thirty more minutes untill closing

I just moved to Clarksville a month ago. I have been looking for a nice salon. I felt welcomed when I came in. Everyone greeted me and was very nice, including the owner Sam. Natasia did my nails. She took her time. She was very gentle and attentive. I absolutely love them. Please make an appointment before you go. They are very busy and don’t accept walk ins over appointments that are booked before hand. I will definitely be going back!

This is the best nail salon in Clarksville! I’ve been to several different technicians and they are all friendly and talented. The place is very clean and straightforward

My SIL and I wanted a quick pampering together to get Manicures. We both wanted gel polish per usual and it has never taken more than 45 minutes including the spa treatment anywhere we go. It took an hour and a half per each of us! So 3 hours later we walked away with a mediocre manicure. Our cuticles were not taken care of properly and we were left with dead skin all around our nails and the polish was left uneven all around the nail. The polish was not applied to cover our entire nail so we have nail showing all around the sides and towards the cuticle. There was no difference between the $20 gel and the $30 spa gel and we paid the higher price. Im guessing she was new, but regardless Im paying the same price and definitely got a service nowhere near as good as other places.

I got my first set of acrylic nails here. Brandy did a really fantastic job of walking me through the process and helping me with what would and wouldnt work for my short, bitten nails. The process was relatively painless and easy. The environment was relaxed, cozy, and warm. You can tell that Sam and her employees really care about their customers. The only reason I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the drilling to my natural nails. Two fingers were drilled too thin and are causing me quite a lot of pain.

Just walked in. Staff was very unprofessional and acted as if they couldn’t accommodate a walk in. The girl was clicking around on the computer for 5 minutes while asking others if they could do my nails. and before she even got the question fully out they would say no And come up with an excuse-all though they were just sitting there in a circle talking to each other. I was on lunch break and wasted valuable time. I eventually just walked out. This is the second time I tried I tried to come here and experienced the same thing.

Have been a client at Sams since moving to Clarksville last year. They do great work every time, are easy to make an appointment with, and are very accommodating. Last appointment I booked I left a comment that I was pregnant and would need a mask, Sam had a mask waiting for me when I got there and was very careful with my nails. Overall a great experience every time.

Very clean, excellent service with very fair prices! They stay booked, as they should with the quality of service provided, so if possible try to schedule in advance. They will take walk ins if they can. I will not go anywhere else in Clarksville! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! I get a gel mani/pedi usually monthly or every other month and since I moved here, I have had terrible luck trying to find even a decent place. Sams exceeded my expectations. Their salon is clean, cozy and the staff is amazing. The prices are awesome and they have a great selection of colors and options. This is my set place!

I have my nails done by Natisha Eli and she is the best nail tech that I have ever used. I have been to many over the years. She always does a great job and she uses her judgement and picks something that I always like. She is great at nail art. The spa is kept very clean and the pedicures are good also.

Jackie did the best American gel manicure, she removed my previous gel polish with a nail file instead of a drill, I have definitely found my place to get my nails done from now on.

Ok experience, but I won’t be going back. I just wanted to get my nails done, so I called in multiple times, maybe 4-5 times with no answer. It was towards the end of the day, so I figured they wouldn’t be too busy and could take me - if not, fine. I went in and people were just standing around at the counter (near the phone) but not asking me if I needed help. Someone finally helped me, and she was very nice, but they all spent their time gossiping and talking about sugar daddy sites they wanted to sign up for. At the end, I went to pay and thanked them for taking me so late, and the woman said they actually only work by appointment, but when I told her I had called in multiple times with no answer, she made it seem like my fault that I still ended up coming in and wanting my nails done when there were plenty of people not actively working that could help me. Very disappointing and strange, so I’ll take my business elsewhere. Also, my nails were very patchy and weren’t evenly coated.

The pedicure was great but they are not good with timing. I made an appointment for 1:15pm. I showed up 30 mins early and still waited an additional 30 mins after my appointment time until she started doing my feet. They are very busy so it is basically appointment only. However she said she tried to squeeze someone in before me causing my appointment to be late. Yet, as stated, the pedicure was fantastic, aside from the topcoat not being properly applied to avoid shrinkage. I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. As if I wanted to wait another week to get my nails done. Now I have to go elsewhere.

Ive tried multiple nail salons in Clarksville and just when I was about to give up, I found Sam. I got a gel manicure and it was perfect, just as I expected, shes took her time, shes so attentive to detail, making sure that every nail its perfect and that I was happy w it before leaving. Worth it every penny! Definitely recommended

Its sad when nail salons want to RIP people off!! Im new to the are and have been trying to find a salon to go to. I only have One hand, thats 5 finger to do! Call this place and they want to give me a $5 discount! Im not paying full price of a two hand set when your doing less the work. Just sad how places are now!!
