I mean, the stylist ESL, not conversational. I felt like a number. MVP experience was subpar. I should have waited for a different stylist. Never offered to show back of head I had to ask. Even so. I will never return to this location. The dead inside stylist ruined my experience and I was uncomfortable 75% of this haircut experience.

Had Kim cut my hair. I wanted her to cut 1 off and she cuts 2. Not horrible but its not what I asked for. Came out needing to wear my hat. IIll try someone else next time though.

Fantastic experience. Seems like theres mostly new staff since my last visit, which was admittedly many months ago. One of the best cuts Ive had in awhile. Im so sorry but I cant remember your name Eliza? Ezira? Ezerina? Cant remember but Ill remember when I see it and Ill definitely be requesting her for all future cuts. (I know youre probably seeing this Im sorry!! 🙈)

I had the worst haircut of my life from here. A lady that was nice enough turned out to be disabled. I dont have anything against disabled people working if they can do their job adequately. In this case, it was a very uncomfortable experience and the end result was atrocious. I just paid and got the hell out of there before I said something mean. As long as shes still working there, I cant recommend anyone risk their hair here.

Worst service ever. Even after the reservation and one time, the stylist vanishes and makes you wait for 30mins. Dig into hair with trimmer even though I say I prefer scissor cut and done in less than 5 mins and charges for services that are not performed

Waited for the app check-in time (11:05 am) to properly check-in per current guidelines. Once 11:05 came i opened the app and it said its a 41 minute wait. Looked up at the store and saw that 2 walk-ins were allowed inside with out using the app. Is there any actual point to having the check-in protocols in place if they are so easily disregarded?

Kim did not listen when I said what kind of haircut I wanted and Ive been getting it for long enough that I know what needs to be done she told me I was wrong and didnt remember ended up cutting it too short after she cut it too long because of not listening did not give me the MVP or even the triple play still tried to charge me for the triple Play Even though I had asked for an MVP clearly Crystal the lady at the desk when I walked in did not want to be there a very disappointing experience from a company that I do like to go to its clear why there is longer wait times at other locations

I came in with longer hair and asked for an inch or 2 to be taken off so it came to my shoulders. 20 minutes later I had a bowl cut look about 3 inches above my shoulders.... with all the hair layered to be the same length so it looked like it puffed out at the bottom. not sure how they messed up so badly or thought that it was even remotely close to what I asked for. Ended up going to a different business and they had to spend another 45 minutes trying to fix it to at least look normal, and now Ive lost about 1 year of growth.

I am not sure why they take low review stars, most if it are for the waiting, I didn’t have issue with that even during Covid, I did the online check in then waited the exact time was indicatedHair stylest did exactly what she has been told, I always have concerns with other places for some details to my haircut and they never do what I want! but here I found everything was smooth, easy and stylist did a great job

Love the employees and their work but the last few times I have tried to go in they have closed early. Its Monday at 5pm and they are closed. Im not sure how I am supposed to get a haircut without leaving work early or waiting an hour during the weekend to get a hair cut.

Great haircuts. Every time great. The hours could be better. The posted times do not match the Google info.Lines are long. Multiple time they have schedule issues or someone calling in. Had to wait 3 hrs so I left came back and my name was removed from the list.Also, they make assumptions that everyone wants to use an app to get a haircut.Keep it simple.

Very rude. I had placed a hair cut appointment online. Arrived early. So far no problems. I was not informed I had to sign in to say i have arrived. The hair stylist immediately took the person after me. She never even asked if I had arrived. Said I had to wait. Nope. You lost a loyal customer. Never again bye.Rude and simply ignorant. No common decency

Favorite place for a haircut. Staff is great! Atmosphere is open, waiting room is comfortable, so dont mind waiting when theyre busy. Highly suggest online check-in. Always greeted with a smile. :-)

Mostly good barbers... Excuse me, stylists. I get sheared here every once in a while but usually receive a decent hair cut. They have a good system across the chain and produce a consistent outcome. Would recommend.

Staff picks favorites with picking whos hair they cut. I had two people behind me with no reservations and they were both picked in front of me. Then Asian lady that cut my hair overcharged me for my tip. I requested $10 on the card and she put $15. They put the tip in for you if you charge by card and then quickly hit the confirmation button.

I went here today and was annoyed by their billing. I am sick really sick of companies that just charge my card whatever they want and the debit cards that allow this. As I state in my response to them, I often need that $5 and thankfully didnt today, but if I had a bill due and it was $3 short would I be charged a $30 late fee because sportclips took an unauthorized $5.20????? Here is my feedback to them:I visited this store today and while I have no complaints about the treatment, services or haircuts I do wish to comment on your billing practices.I received an MVP haircut for $24 and I tipped $2 for a transaction total of $26.00. This is reflected on my reciept which i can provide. When I looked at the charge on my account it was in the amount of $31.20.There is no justifiable reason for added charges of $5.20 to my bill. I would like an explanation. While I didnt need that $5.20 today there are many times when I do. I am not rich and that could very well have been money needed to get home by bus or money for lunches or any number of things.I didnt authorize a charge of $31.20 so how is it that you can just charge anything you want?I would like an explanation why you think youre entitled to funds in my account I didnt authorize.Thank you,Kevin

Too much chatter and non haircutting activities. Overpriced. Theyve overdone all the computer stuff, and they try too hard to be friendly. I went for a haircut, not a counseling session. Still, the haircut was good, I have to say. My suggestion is, to go in pretending not to have a word of English, and I think youll be all right.

Definitly a busier location but you can reserve your spot online. I did that and got a massage before I went in.Some really cool people work here. Never a bad experience. Even when I dont feel like talking they ussually have an awesome story to tell me. Super friendly and will always leave you walking out with a good cut.I ussually get the MVP. But I highly reccomend the triple play at a minimum (scalp massage and a hot towel). Also the pre paid cards are an awesome deal.

Granted I dont like being one of those people that come close to close but today had no option. Tried to make it before work but a 20 minute wait was to long. Walk over at 7:45 and televisions are off and open sign isnt on. To me that says not open even though door says open till 8:00 pm.

Let me say first that I’m actually impressed by most of how sport clips handles their business. They give solid haircuts most time you go in and they specialize in a niche market for men which is hard to find in the hair business.Checking in is quick and easy. Their point of sale software is simple and robust. All you do is, put your phone number in, choose the first available appointment or stylist you want and click go. Very simple robust process. They are the iPhone of men’s haircuts.Now that the good is out-of-the-way let’s talk about areas for improvement and a lesson for sports clips corporste: management. I’ve spent the better part of today (in fact the last week) putting off getting a haircut as I’m sure many of you can understand. I’m a young professional and sometimes finding the motivation to get a haircut or time between traveling is tough.I looked up the hours of my closet sports clips shop and I though it said 6 o’clock. Well today is Saturday and fter spending most of the day trying to get my haircut I finally ended up going to sport clips at 4:50 .After checking in like I usually do and sitting down to watch the latest Little League game on the television I was promptly informed by the receptionist that they close in 10 minutes and she asked me if I could come back again tomorrow informing me that two other customers were in front of me.No attempt understand my situation was made and quite frankly I think it’s bad customer service especially in a customer service based business to treat customers that way when they come into the store.If you’re going to be open until 5 o’clock then you take customers until 5 o’clock. When 5 o’clock comes, shut the doors and make sure everyone that has already checked in gets their haircut. That is common sense to me.Many good companies run their business this way. From Cosco Wholesale to Verizon, T-Mobile or Sprint to many grocery stores and restaurants specializing in understanding they’re in a customer service-based business.I won’t come back here tomorrow in fact I may not come back to sport clips again now at all.My question to their management: Is it really worth it to turn paying customers away just to get employees out of your store on time?You can’t buy customer good will and once it’s gone customer loyalty is extremely difficult to get back.The hair cutting business is a competitive industry and I’m pretty sure Supercuts is open this late. While I’m only one person It makes me sad that you run your business this way.Looks like your store managers and receptionists need some leadership and customer service training.I may not come back to sport clips again now. Sport clips, you’re better than this.

My son got a haircut this morning and it turned out terrible! The length is not even, the left and the right sides are not the same. It is the worst ever haircut he has gotten! When I called back about this issue, they were quick to throw the blame on my child and his grandparents who took him. Eventually, she agreed to do a reservice to repair the mess. I went back in right away with my son. Reached in about 10 minutes, and I was told that the particular hairdresser left for the day, and that there are people ahead of us and they could not do it today. Then, they said Id have to wait to get attention. This place deserves less than 1 star for a review for the terrible job, arrogance and the horrible customer service!

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for after having to quit for it being an uncomfortable place to work I first caught someone touching themselves under the apron and nothing was done about it and realizing stylist were doing drugs while on the clock I was not whiling to put my license on the line I then was charged for clippers out of my paycheck then they were given to another stylist because I had quit I was then told I would not be reimbursed for them right away that I would have to wait 2 weeks when he would issue the stylist checks even though I payed for my merchandise he is now holding my w2s after multiple attempts to get ahold of him and leaving my new contact info with him and with corporate and multiple stylist he finally text me back not even a phone call saying he sent my w2 to the address on file after being told I do not live at that address and after multiple people have taken down my new address I would absolutely not recommend this establishment to anyone they are unprofessional and do not know how to properly run a business

Google says they close at 8pm. Their website says they close at 7pm. The website also says they are still accepting walk-ins, but apparently they stopped before 6:20pm when I walked in. So I went down the parking lot to HairMasters.

My over all experience with this salon is okay. I had haircut there twice. Once, they gave me a terrible haircut. I asked them to give me look from the hairstyle book they had, and the end result didnt look like as it appeared in the book.The second time I just told how short I wanted on each sides and it was okay.
