Daniel did my nails and did an amazing job. My nails look exactly like the picture I showed him. He really took his time and made them perfect! Not to mention there customer service was amazing and they really care about there clients. The manager Jessica was very helpful over the phone as well. A clean salon with nice employees!

This is a very cozy place.. excellent service and ambience. The staff is very friendly. The Pedicure and ear wax removal services are top notch. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Venetian since I was in high school and it has just gone downhill. The people that greet you at the front door are not very friendly or welcoming. They are also very scattered. They do not know what customer service is. The nail technicians need more training! They are always in such a rush to finish your nails and there is no luxury in the services any more. After today, I have made up my mind to go to a different nail place. I have been coming to Venetian since they first opened at Legacy West and its time to find a new place that has the skills, luxury, and can make you relax!

My first visit. I scheduled an appointment on my lunch break. When I got there they seated me on time. Lynn took care of me. I told her what time I needed to be done to get back to work and she worked diligently to make sure she was done in time for me to get back to work, and she did an awesome job. I would say the price shocked me but not surprised for Legacy West area. So Ill definitely be back to have Lynn do my nails again.

What an amazing experience at this salon. This is my first time at this salon and I am blown away. The decor is beautiful as well as relaxing. They are taking all COVID19 precautions which is on top of the cleanliness the salon. I came in for their advertised special of facial and pedicure. I was not expecting a full on salon experience in a nail salon for a facial, but that is exactly what I received and then some. Chloe did an amazing job and my skin felt amazing. I did not feel rushed at all during my services, I did wait because it was busy but that is completely understandable. I was offered a drink (dont mind if I do) while I waited. Worth the wait. Treat yourself to an amazing day of pampering here in this beautiful atmosphere and customer service focused crew. You wont be disappointed!

I never right reviews. I just had to write this because I want to save someone from going here. I had a pedicure and have extremely soft feet that are in good condition. The day after I left this salon, after my pedicure my feet started itching and peeling. I am 39 years old and my feet have never once peeled. I know that it was from this place. I went here because I was influenced by a friend and had the worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life. It was short and not enjoyable at all. I am very disappointed and will never go back to this salon again. They even charged me $5.00 extra for regular OPI nail polish. They said OPI was an upgrade, but did not tell me that until they were ready to paint my toe nails.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and i leave with a manicure better then i expected! i absolutely love the staff there, they are very accommodating and have hundreds of colors to choose from.

Wow wow wow!!! My husband booked us a pedicure appointment here on a Saturday for my birthday and I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon.We were early to our appointment time and immediately greeted and seated in our pedicure chairs, and presented with the spa menu. My husband chose the collagen pedicure and I got the seacret pedicure. Aaron and Jennifer were amazing!! I enjoyed some wine and relaxed with the hot stone massage.We both are very particular about cleanliness and quality, and I will say Venetian is amazing on all fronts. This is my new Plano pedicure spot!!!

Was more stressful than relaxing. They were in a hurry and tried to sell everything and tried to charge extra for everything. Cut my nails beds shorter than my skin. Would not recommend this place or come back to it. Especially for those charges ..service better be excellent ...

We had a great experience at the salon. They were able to accommodate a special request for us by opening early to allow us to bring in an elderly parent. Everyone was very kind and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Dont go there unless My is working! I got gel nails for the first time, and the experience was great! She did super on my nails, and the whole process was super comfortable. Also admittedly, this was my first time at this salon and wasnt sure what to expect. Came out very pleased!

Pedicure was fine. However the shellac fill was horrific looking. I’ve never had my nails look so lumpy, bumpy, uneven and thick! I’m from out of town and this place was suggested by a friend. Needless to say I cant get them fixed even if I wanted to, and will not ever be recommending this place. Too bad because for the price, you’d think a fill would be flawless.

The no chip manicure I received which should have lasted at least 3 weeks, did even last one week. One nail after another started chipping. I wanted to add pics to display how badly it looked after just one week, but was unable to. Being out of town I called to request some type of a refund. I was told by the manager “ no, we don’t do refunds” which I cannot understand. I did not ask for a full refund, but did expect some type of monetary restitution. None was offered. I will not be a return customer.

I took my daughter and treated her to manicure for her birthday and I got a pedicure, our first time there and I have to say it was great, she had Bupha and I had Daniel, they were excellent. The whole experience was wonderful. I will recommend this place and when Im back in town I will make sure to go there. A plus.

Do not waste your time with the pedicures — worst nail spa experience I’ve ever had! The skin around my nails was left dry and rough, and the polish does not look like it was professionally done. All they do is slap lotion on your legs & paint your nails, and call it a pedicure. Would not recommend!

I understood the inflation in costs as relative to the income of the area, though I did expect my services to be a reflection of these costs. ON TO THE REVIEW!Jennifer and Tonya were amazing! My sister and I went in for a pedicure on Saturday, 9/26, and from the start we felt valued as clients. Having a stroller with us was not awkward or caused any issue with our appointment space-wise. I felt comforted by the use of new tools and files (in sterile packaging and removed from packaging in front of us), as well as the lengths they went to respect social distancing and comply with COVID policies.On top of that, both were great at communication and making you feel comfortable in their stations/chairs. Sometimes when getting a pedicure theres a lack of speaking not because theres a focus on relaxation or the work, but because the technician-client relationship is not personal (or made to be that way). Tonya and Jennifer were great, and again, made me feel valued!I spoke to the receptionist and the manager that day as well, commenting on my services, and they were also very attentive and personable! I cannot rave enough about what a great experience it was!!Would definitely be visiting again, and requesting either of these ladies for services!

My mom and I went for mani’s & pedi’s 2 weeks ago and for the price, we weren’t impressed. We made an appointment and still had to wait about 10 minutes before we were seated in the pedi chair. Took 2 hours to get both done. The store is beautiful which is why I went there but they charge a lot more for the same services I could get just about anywhere else. My nails were not that great. Seemed rushed, nails were shorter than I wanted. My moms were longer than she wanted and a nail chipped 2 days after getting them done. Just not impressed.

We scheduled appointments with them and they were amazing. They got us in right on time, helped me pick out pretty colors, and the girl that attended to me the whole time was super friendly and very detailed with my nails. Really good atmosphere; it was open and clean and really fancy.

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a special day on Sunday our plan was to relax get a pedicure and a manicure. We walked into Venetian and was seated in the spa chairs. The water was already in the foot tub and it was cold. We had to ask them to run hot water in the tub. When the techs made it to us they werent focus on us. They were looking all around talking to each other, just sloppy work. The jets one the chair my was sitting in wasnt working. I had to tell her to move my boyfriend to another one that was working. Long story short this was the worst service Ive ever gotten. We paid 167.00 for some crappie and horrible work. I wish could show you all pictures of my toes and hands. We are nice people but this nail spa needs to be made aware that this kind of service wont be tolerated.

I don’t know where to start. We used to love this place, my boyfriend and I always go for a mani and pedi, the few times we went before were better than this one, we used to get amazing foot massages and hand massages. We went in about two weeks ago and felt very rushed, once we got there, we were seated right away, I had no time to adjust my pedicure chair or start the massage option on, I’m almost 6 ft tall so it’s uncomfortable not adjusting the chair, I also didn’t have enough time to put my headphones in and play some music before the lady came to do my mani. No massages were performed, and my gel nail polish came off 3 days after. We paid $300 for very poor service. I am very disappointed, prices were ridiculously high for the type of job we received.

I came for a pedicure and was thrilled. Staff was not just polite but genuinely friendly. Ethan did a great job - great massage, very gentle on nails, asked how I wanted my nails cut, didn’t hurt once. The massage chair really felt like getting a mini massage. Everything felt amazing and I left feeling very relaxed with pretty toes. I highly recommend it. And the bathroom is very clean! Thank you!

Nice place but giving 3 stars because1. I was supposed to get 10 min foot massage and I got 8 mins massage. I know because I timed it.2. Too expensive, they do not have manicure pedicure combos.

Love this place. They are very professional with excellent customer service. The minute I entered I was asked to wash my hand “COVID purposes”. I have been to several nail spas after COVID and none of them asked me to wash my hands 😬.I was in and out in no time and the total experience was delightful.I highly recommend this place. 100 dollars for nothing. Got my nails done last weekend and barely even lasted 3 days on my hands and toes. Two of my nails already had peeled off and my hands look worse than what they started with. I came in from out of town and Im just writing for all those dallas people out there to never go to this place.

It was really rushed and the services are very basic. Normally during a manicure they push back your cuticles and take care of your hands at least but this service was the most basic Ive ever had. She didnt touch my cuticles or do anything to my hands, only just filed my nails and put on the color. Then immediately left to go do someone elses nails. I paid 60$ including tip for that 🙄. I was excited to go but the service was honestly the worst Ive had and I regret going a lot.

My wife, daughter and I went to the salon and they did not do a good job on my wife’s nails.She showed them a design and the design was different than what she showed.She said she wanted a color like the picture and she got hot pink instead when in the picture it is a pale pink.My daughter got her eyebrows done and one of her eyebrows are thinner and the natural arch her brow had is gone. Our check was almost 300 dollars and when we called about the color they said that they would have to recharge us for the design and everything.This place is super expensive and they don’t really care for customer satisfaction.

The staff was nice and the place was clean. However, 3 days after my gel mani/pedi they started fading. Not enough coats done.

My GO TO place for nails. No one else comes close to the perfection that Venetian does so effortlessly. The staff is so nice, the atmosphere is lovely. The wait time is low, they always have enough staff to cover the amount of clients that come through. I highly recommend this spa

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Since the closures due to COVID-19 i have been unable to get my nails done like normal. I started effectively communicating with Jessica, when i tell you that she answered every question, let me know procedures and reopening dates and even got me in for a same day appointment, i couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Not only that but i get there and i get Lynn, she was quick, precise, and skilled. My nexgen dipped nails came out stunning. I will definitely be back and book with Lynn. Thank you Jessica and Lynn for your help with everything!

Staff is not following the recommend guidelines for spread of Covid.. Some staff are only wearing face shields. The Manager particularly, the mouth and nose covering is highly recommend to stop the spread of the versions.. face shield is not the proper protection. My nail tech Tera was very nice I showed her the info on the web site. and she reported it to the manager. However when I checked out she had a bad attitude during my check out. Jessica the manager I don’t know if I will be returning due to this pandemic and the lack of possible spread. If I could and I will report this to the cdc. I have to say after reading other reviews I would agree with the water issues I had to keep asking to make the water hot! I’ve been to a location in San Antonio and the service is amazing! The staff there value there jobs. I actually felt bad when they were closed and when they reopened they were not getting paid. This location in Dallas at the legacy West needs a walk up call and I was there first customer of the day and it was 3 o’clock!!! This was my time here and not sure if I’ll be back and I love waking abs shopping at the legacy west location I understand that the manager is in the New York area and has not visit this location since the covid... You need to take pride in customer service during this time ppl like myself is trying to help keep the doors open. Thank you!

Very very poor customer service! The manager was unprofessional, she whispered something to the nail specialists and then they act very rudely to me and to my mom!!! They were rushing, talking to each other and looking around. They never ask if we were interested to drink something like other nail spas! The manager charged me extra, even though my nail polish was horrible!A friend advise me to come back and ask them to fix it, but I did NOT because I did not want to deal with them neither facing poor customer service again!

This is the worst pedicure Ive had. First time customer on a Sat am.Rushed through it because I got the basic package, plus wanted 5 extra bucks to use a callus remover (which I declined) which is supposed to be part of a pedicure to start with. Left with a cut on my cuticle, rough places on the soles of my feet and a bad taste in my mouth. I wont ever go back here.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. Henry is so pristine when he does my dip and I schedule with him every time. If I want something specific or changed after he’s already done it, he has no issue doing it with a smile. I chipped a nail and went in to have it repaired and they did not charge me for taking the time to fix my mistake. Love these guys! They make you feel relaxed and at home.

I can only say how great this place is to have your nails and pedicures done.Cindy is my favorite, she is very sweet and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy with your nails and pedicures. I was services by MY on yesterday, and it was the worst experience. She was very rude and rushed my pedicure. I asked for long lasting polish, and I was told my toes were dry but they weren’t. Toe nail polish was all over my toes and they had locked the doors by then.

I agree with everyone who says they rushed through everything. I went yesterday with my friend James to get manicures and pedicures. The place was empty.... so we both had two techs at the same time. Which is fine, I didn’t mind that. But they were all in a hurry, as if they couldn’t wait for us to leave. Made my visit really uncomfortable. Don’t go here if you want to relax!

Way tooooo expensive for services. I can get the same luxurious pedi & mani for a cheaper price. Spent over 3hrs at this place and it was not busy. They are slow when it comes to services. 😒

Hannah is my go to nail tech!!! She is awesome & very detailed!!! She knows all the latest nail designs and listens to exactly what you want. She offers great ideas if you are having a hard time trying to decide on designs or colors. She did my ombre’ nails FABULOUS!! I will be bk. This is my favorite nail salon & spa now.

I give this place 4 stars becuase my boyfriend went in for a pedicure (as most men go in mayne twice a year) and the lady treated him like he was just another woman going in for her bi-weekly pedicure. I sat beside him as I too was getting my nails done and had to, on several occasions point out the obvious junk which was still left under his toes. Even when I pointed it out, she still was quick with it. Other than this, my nails came out perfect with a young Male as my manicurist/pedicurist. Love the ambience. Manager is amazing and super great

My first time experience was not as great for me, but the Salon Managers went out of their way to provide the best service I was hoping to get and to get their customer back. I gave it another shot and was very satisfied with service, communication and approach. Definitely try the pedicures!

Horrible experience, I got there to get my nails done at 5:20pm and the close at 6. They should have not started my nails if they felt I had come too close to the closing time. The nail tech Aaron, did the nails in a hurry, and did not file my nails enough resulting in bulky nails. Also since his friends were leaving, he commented 2-3 times that everyone left him and he has to stay because of me. This is very unprofessional.

Don’t bother booking an appointment here. I had to wait 27 minutes after my appointment and ended up having to leave because it took so long. Former loyal customer lost.

DO NOT go here!! 😡 I saw that this place had good reviews, so I tried it out. The nail tech Johnny did a nexgen/dip set and they literally broke the very NEXT DAY! MULTIPLE nails not just one. I’ve gotten my nails done many times at other salons and this has never ever happened. Also he flat out told me no when I asked for a certain nail shape. I went back in and they fixed the broken ones, but only to have literally 5 more nails broken again! I went back in, the manager apologized, and had the same tech redo them completely. The tech was visibly upset that he had to redo my nails even though it wasn’t my fault and was so rude to me the entire time! I almost got up to leave at one point. Guess what: Multiple nails broke the next day AGAIN. Keep in mind I was not doing any type of strenuous activity or using my hands excessively at the time these nails broke off. I went back 2 days later to just get them removed completely and when they said they would charge me I just left. I’m so taken aback by this experience and I will never give them my business again! Do not be fooled by the nice location in legacy west. Their service is cheap. I went to Aqua Lily Nail Spa immediately after leaving and they did a spectacular job! They’re also very sweet and personable.

No complaints with Nexgen.. however the pedicure seemed rushed and not what I was expecting. Also the pedicure station was unsanitary.. pedicure bowl was filled with toe nails GROSS. And instead of properly cleaning the pedicure bowl out they just slapped a plastic bag on top of it. Also the nail tech was unsanitary, picking his nose and then attempted to touch my hand with the very same finger he just picked his nose with. Please re-educate your staff on proper sanitation & cleanliness.

There is nothing too special about this nail salon. Its a typical kind of place, despite being in the Shops at Legacy West. Usual kinds of price tom-foolery. They say confusing things about what services cost in order to increase the total bill. I suppose, as long as you can make clear what the actual charges are it would be like any other nail salon... nickel and diming good customers away...

Needed a pedicure during my lunch break, got the basic pedicure and was with Diana. She was fast and did a great job! Place is super clean, love that hgtv was on. Could make this a monthly stop during my break (work at legacy west). Very pleased

The nail tech did a good job at my nails. However, they overcharge for everything. In the middle of shaping my nails, I was told getting the coffin shape would be an extra charge. I’ve never been to any other salon that doesn’t include shaping the nails in the manicure price.

Worst nail salon ever!!!! Receptionist and manager are unprofessional and rude!!!Edited in response to the owner: Addressed at the salon? Your receptionist loudly gossiped and complained about me being a few minutes late to other customers, and then you fired your nail tech on the spot for disagreeing with you about the amount of time it takes to perform a gel fill. As a result, you said I would have to come back another day, and for the inconvenience you REFUSED to offer any kind of accommodation. These issues were not addressed in the very least, and in reading other reviews, it seems that this is standard for your salon. Disgusting salon and poor customer service.

I called to have my nails done being my first time with you all. Asking the young lady on the phone to please set me up with someone who has been there the longest. As I am very particular with my nails. I wear long coffin shape. Leaving there with a short square shape, that the lady who had been there THREE DAYS -with no other choice. I had to request having dinner plans & being simple to do, I wouldn’t recommend Diana for any future clients who want coffin shape, but more importantly I think the one to blame is the young lady at the front who put me with someone who had been there only THREE DAYS when I asked for someone who had been there the longest. She smirked when I was checking out & mentioned this/complained, not even attempting to fix or more so apologize. Needless to say, I won’t be returning! Great presentation but not experienced nail technicians who can do coffin shape & horrible customer service at the door where it matters!

After a long day at work one would think you’d want to unwind and treat yourself but I made a mistake choosing this establishment. I felt as if my tech was rushed due to them closing at 7:30pm and a hovering manager. I arrived at 6:32pm which isn’t an excuse for a rushed pedi and massage job when it comes to customer service, waste of $65.00. I will not be returning or recommending this place to my friends.

Came here on my lunch hour because my nails were just Ungodly and i haven’t had time to go to my regular nail tech. I was realllly pressed for time but Jenny was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes !i will definitely be back.

Since something happened to the business page on Yelp, Im having to resort to reviewing this place here...First 100 people got their choice of a free manicure or pedicure! The grand opening was commemorated with a festive Chinese lion dance, lots of confetti, and friendly staff members handing out little bottles of water. However, this was the end of my positive experience with Venetian. My sister and I waited over an hour in line while it was pouring rain - granted there was covering but the wind didnt help.One of the employees came around to update everyone about their wait time and even told us that being one of the first 100 customers with a card guaranteed us the mani/pedi and we could come back at any time but would have to wait at the end of the line. This seemed like a very reasonable offer given the weather and how slow the line seemed to be moving despite having 25 nail techs. I soon discovered that he was telling certain customers in line and some who werent even in line that an exception would be made for them. One of these customers was dressed completely in designer brands and very obviously had money, which just makes this company seem very profit driven - also evident by their low quality manicures discussed later. This happened with so soo many people that many customers in line began taking notice and were visibly upset. I know I was definitely upset because I trusted that my wait time was going to be 20 minutes and ended up missing an appointment that I thought I would have enough time to get to.The actual manicure was very rushed and low quality overall - I think I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. My nail tech piled on layers of nail polish without allowing the previous layer any time to dry. There are little fans built into the tables, which she never turned on for me. I only discovered them after getting my nails redone by a different tech after asking if the manicure I had received was indicative of a full-service manicure I would receive if I were paying for it normally; what I got was what I was told I should expect to get if I came in any other time. My original tech only buffed the tops of my nails and only applied to the tops of my nails. When I asked her if she was going to paint the sides as well, she replied that she didnt see that she missed those parts. The shade of light blue I picked out was very light and definitely needed 3 coats, which she only did after I requested another layer after the second one. You could very visibly see at the edges of the polish where one layer started and one ended because it was such an inconsistent job. I had the same issue even after the second nail tech redid my nails. The polish on the tips and cuticle of my nails were a bit jagged and overall just not a professional job.The staff was still very kind though and have a customer is always right mentality, so they were very willing to redo my nails. However, I think the company should have spent more money training their nail techs instead of putting all of their funds into decorating.

I live in the Shops so I was excited to see a new salon going in. I went in for nexgen a few weeks ago. It was fine, but it was thin and ended up cracking on 3 nails. I thought that was weird but I figured it would be fine if I asked for it to be thicker next time. So I went in today and asked multiple times for plain white nails. The technician ended up doing the first nail and started doing French tip. So I explained again what I wanted. It took over an hour and she was extremely rough with the drill. I was cut 3 times along the cuticle line and she kept drilling and filing for over 30 mins. I’ve been getting nexgen for over a year and have tried out a few salons in the area and have never had this issue! It ended up being $40 for me to sit in the chair for over an hour and get multiple cuts and burning sensations all over my nail beds from the drill. Overall I do not recommend getting nexgen and will not be coming back unless some form of compensation is provided.

I came here for the first time and got a manicure and Nexgen. The nail tech rushed through the whole process, nicking the skin around my nails multiple times. Its the first time Ive ever left a nail salon bleeding. He kept apologizing but kept rushing and getting my skin. The whole process was very tense.
