Great customer service, timely, and clean space. Love that they only service 3 pedis at a time. I do wish they offered more color options/polish brands.

I have been a member at the Streeterville Ezza location for over a year now, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Not only has my manicure been perfect every time, but the customer service is awesome. I have the Boss membership (two gels per month), and when I want to take the occasional break and get a regular manicure instead, I’ve been able to split one of my gel credits into two regular credits, which I really appreciate. I also love that you can “gift” extra manicures on your account. I brought a friend with me to use one of my credits, and now she is a member too!I was originally drawn to Ezza because of the cashless, online-reservation business model. This was something really lacking in Chicago before Ezza came around. I never used to get manicures because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but Ezza has made it so easy.The community aspect of Ezza is great, too. I love the girl power theme. I love that I have multiple friends who are members too, and we can get our nails done together as a way to stay in touch despite our busy schedules. I love that the technicians are genuinely awesome people who are passionate about what they do.The only things I would change about Ezza are:1) More appointment slots!! It’s hard to get weekend appointments because they fill up quickly. Even better, if they were open on Sundays, that would be a dream come true. (Though I understand that Ezza employees need a weekend, too.)2) I wish you could use membership credits at both the Streeterville and Loop locations, instead of having to pick one. I live close to one location and work close to the other, so it would be cool if I could have the option of going to either.Those minor things aside, Ezza is the best!!

Went there out of a whim when I was looking for a nail place that wouldn’t use a drill on my nails. I’ve heard of this place for a while, but never met anyone who actually went there. I will say the price is a bit high for anyone without a membership compared to other nail salons in the area, however, it was worth it. I got a pedicure and gel polish manicure, both turned out well. The color selection was nicely displayed, and the service itself was satisfactory. My only issue for not giving it 5 stars was again cheaper pricing for the same service offered in the area. Otherwise would totally recommend if price isn’t an issue.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The place is clean, the service is great and they give such good attention to detail. Even still I go out of my way to go back here sometimes, which is really out of the way.To top it all off the prices are so so reasonable! I miss this place!

I was just visiting Chicago and looking for a nail salon near the Hyatt Regency. It was an EASY choice booking an appointment with Ezza! They have a beautiful salon and made the process so easy. My nails look fabulous. The salon was clean, empowering, rejuvenating, and budget friendly! I will definitely be booking an appointment here every time I am in town.

First time I visited Ezza I found the overall service satisfactory, nothing special stood out with my expensive pedicure and no-chip manicure. My nail tech was good conversation and did a satisfactory job. Still craving a different experience from traditional nail salons I decided to give this place 1 more chance and I was displeased with the experience on 6/11. My nail tech was a bit rushed and not really friendly. For the price and included gratuity Id expect better attention to detail and professionalism. She left scrub and lotion streaks on my legs and my toenail paint was peeling 2 days later. My history of getting my toenails done the paint literally last for months no matter who paint them. I also had to instruct her on cutting and filing my nails evenly. I Expressed my displeasure to someone at the front as I was leaving and it was basically a generic display of concern and me being sent on my way. So I wont be returning or recommending this place.

Completely obsessed with this place. Went for my second visit today, and both times my nails came out flawless. I won’t lie, I was a little intimidated at first to make an appointment here because the pictures of the space are so beautiful, it looks upscale, and I wondered if people would be snobby. Quite the opposite- everyone has been so welcoming and friendly both times I’ve visited. Today I had a great chat with the girl who did my nails. It’s obvious that this business values and respects their employees. They really do empower their people, and for that reason alone I’m an Ezza Nails fan for life!

WORTH THE PRICE!! Not your normal nail salon; their website says it all. If I wasnt just visiting Chicago, Id be a customer for life. I run a sterilization department for a medical clinic, and theyve got my seal of cleanliness approval ;) All the stuff smells great, staff is super friendly and I got a great Mani/pedi.

I love getting my manicures done at Ezza, they always come out flawless and the polishes last for so long! They somehow seem to last longer than when I get my nails done at other salons. The place is really clean and its super convenient to book appointments online.

Had a great experience here with my mom while visiting from out of town. Id never had a water-free manicure before. We both got gel nails. Mine lasted almost 3 weeks, hers lasted for over a month! I loved the lockers with named after famous women. Bonus points for the complimentary LaCroix!

AMAZING set up inside, so empowering to women and just gorgeous!! My manicure was absolutely wonderful. It looks perfect and so ready for a tropical beach vacation. Everyone was very nice and friendly as well.

Got my nails done here before Thank giving, and they still look great! The nail tech really took the time to make sure each nail was perfect :) Ill be coming back to get them done again soon.

Im in town for a conference and decided just to see if they could accommodate a walk in and no problem at all, just a short wait. I liked the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism. They actually used nail filers and foot scrubber just for you (they were disposable). Highly recommend.

I took my mom and sister for Mother’s Day and they were able to schedule all 3 of our services at the same time. The staff were super nice and the quality of service was fantastic! Will definitely be going back.

Such a convenient process. Booked online the night before, had a bright and early 8:30am appointment. Was greeted at the door by my stylist and my polishes were sitting there waiting for me. So clean, friendly, and just did a great job on my nails. The atmosphere and design is the cutest. And I walked right out after my appointment. No fumbling at the checkout counter or awkwardness of deciding what to tip. Just simple and stress free.

I recently moved to Chicago and I was looking for a regular nail salon. I found it! Ezza is clean and modern - the cashless concept is fantastic. Victoria has done my pedicure and manicure, and she did a great job. I do wish they offered more colors in gel polish, but thats personal preference. Overall, this is a top-notch salon and is my new nail home.

The place to get your nails done! Excellent customer service, great staff, no rush, minimal wait time, solid gel removal method, great colors without feeling overwhelmed, clean work stations, instruments are one-time use disposables or sterile..the list goes on.I checked out a few nail salons nearby for gel manicures, but nothing compares to this one. Its a great place and worth it to relax and get your nails/cuticles taken care of. Ill be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Ezza! Its a convenient location where you are greeted by a friendly staff in a bright and welcoming space. They have lockers for all your stuff, which is especially helpful in winter! My nail polish choices (which I chose when booking my appointment) were at my station and ready to go. The stations all have outlets to charge your phone. My nail technician Tammy was very sweet and did a great job on my nails and they were dry right away which made my commute home easier!

When I first came across Ezza nails - I literally felt like this place was marketing directly to me. As someone who works downtown, having a place that is open after work hours and easy to get to - is amazing. So few places are open after 6pm during the week, but Ezzas extended hours has made getting my nails done during the work week possible. I love being able to schedule appointments online and set up reoccurring appointments as needed. On top of that, I was very happy with my experience in the salon. Its extremely clean and spacious and and has the cutest decor. Everyone was friendly and both of my manicures were flawless. After just two appointments, I decided to purchase a monthly membership since this will now become part of my routine! Bonus - youre able to look at swatches of all of their colors on their site so you dont have to spend too much time doing that on site. They have checked all the boxes for me: pricing transparency, user-friendly online appointments, efficient checkout service, early/late hours. Cant recommend them enough!

The first time I went to this salon I thought it was a bit pricey. Then I learned about their membership packages and I am hooked. The packages are extremely flexible and make the cost on par with other salons AND they are at a much higher level of service. I have some back issues so they have noted in my record that I dont want to sit too long. In my record it states how to modify the no-chip manicure so that can be done in 45 minutes. I dont have to explain it each time and no matter who does my nails I get the same exact experience and beautiful nails. They completely get customer service and I plan on doing my nails here for a very long time:)

Ive been to sooooooo many salons in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and have gotten somewhat decent manicures done over the years. I decided to check this place out because I walk past it everyday walking to the train. I booked my appointment online which was a breeze. You also got to pick your polishes online to which was really nice. Ive gone twice to this location and I will never return to any other Salon but this one. The place is very clean and professional. There are lockers to store your jacket and purse. The technicians I had were wonderful and my first manicure was great without chipping. Ezza rocks!!😍

Convenience of online appointments coming to fruition with the appointment actually starting on time! Also, more than just a manicure, the ezza nails concept aims to protect your nail health through their gel removal process or the polishes they carry or don’t carry. After a week, my traditional manicure from here looks fantastic - minimal chipping - where any other time half the nail polish would have likely already chipped away.

My nails look fantastic! The only reason I gave 4/5 is because I dont like that the gratitude amount is already included in the final price. It kind of defeats the purpose of a tip that way. This should change but everything else was 5 star service!

Fantastic experience at Ezza! I got a no-chip manicure that still looks flawless and outlasted most I have received at other salons. I especially like the cashless and reservation system. No awkward money exchange and I was seated as soon as I walked in! So many places you book in advance and they end up taking walk-ins ahead of you and make you wait. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I will definitely be coming again!!

So excited about ezza nails!!! I moved to Chicago about 4 months ago and have been on the hunt to find a quality manicure that didnt ruin my nails and a salon that I didnt have to question the cleanliness. This place is so clean!!! Overall this was a fantastic experience, my no chip manicure looks fabulous, the technician was so nice, great conversation and really knew what she was doing (it really makes a difference!).From the online appointment booking to the lockers for my personal items (no lugging around my purse, coat, hat, gloves, etc), picking my colors out online, handing me a lacroix on arrival (such a nice touch) and having phone chargers if needed it really feels like ezza was created just for me. Most importantly, my manicure has lasted and the technician took such care when removing my no chip, for once since moving here I didnt feel like my nails would be ruined!! I will be back!!

Nail polish lasted an extremely long time. Great service, very professional and quality nails.One thing I would recommend - add a “no chip removal only” option on the website. I wanted to book a removal only, but could only book the basic or no chip manicure, so had to call them instead.

Loved my experience at ezza! Its so different than other salons- it felt super homey and the design inside is beautiful! As for the manicure, the technician was very friendly and my no chip lasted two weeks. My favorite parts were the free la croix, warm mits for gel removal (aaaaah) and the keratin treatment on my cuticles. Overall, definitely recommend trying it out!

Ezza is awesome. Im not someone who gets my nails done all the time, but when I do I want it to count. I was so inspired by the brand from the moment I walked in. Everything is very thoughtful, from the ease of check-in, to the closets that lock for my big puffy coat and purse, to the portraits of badass women on the walls, to GETTING UP AND WALKING OUT WITHOUT HAVING TO WHIP OUT MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY!!!! Ill definitely be back, especially knowing that my nail preferences and favorite polish colors are saved in my personal profile!Shoutout to my mani specialist (cant remember her name!) -- hope you won big in Vegas girl! Although, not if it means youd leave ezza :)

Best mani/pedi Ive had in years. I got a regular mani/pedi (not no-chip) and the polish lasted until I took it off close to two weeks later. That never happens! Cold La Croix waters waiting for their guests. Very personable and well-trained staff. Amazing atmosphere and an experience with every detail thought through. Hard not to feel like a lady boss after leaving their salon!

What a wonderful experience! When I walked into Ezza from the Chicago cold, I was welcomed with warm smiles. I was offered a locker (I chose the Ruth Bader Ginsburg locker!) to put all my layers, mittens, and bags from my earlier shopping expedition. My nail tech helped me pick the perfect polish. The Chinchilly polish from Essie was fresh and fun! As I was getting my manicure, I was sipping the complimentary LaCroix and enjoying their perfectly curated playlist. Cant wait for my next trip to Ezza!
