Got both mani & pedi & medium satisfied in the end. like its good enough but I don’t feel like there was good attention to detail. I had to point out when all of my previous nail polish wasn’t removed. & the tech didn’t check in if I was okay with the shape or cut. The technician was a bit rough with my feet and hands. Shoulder massage was a good bonus though.

Was a repeat customer until today. My absolute biggest pet peeve with nail salons in Chicago happened here so now Im done. I called this morning and scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm based on THEIR availability. I said, when is your next available appointment and she said 2:30pm. Ok booked. Arrive at 2:18pm with 3 employees working and two ladies sitting in pedi chairs soaking their feet yet to be seen. At this point I know Im not going to be seen on time. At 2:40pm the husband of one of the employees preps a pedi chair for me and calls me over. Now I know Im going to soaking my feet for most likely 30 minutes before actually being seen by a technician so I say, what time am I actually getting a pedicure because I have to be somewhere at 4pm and one tech is like uhhhhhh and then the other is like uhhhhhhhhh. Sorry, sorry, sorry. Customer service 101 people!! On time appointments are the key to success!! Just like the Seinfeld episode---- you know how to take the appointment, you just dont know how to keep the appointment. So unfortunate because Im one for supporting local but I guess Ill have to find somewhere else to go!

I had a more expensive powder over black gel manicure, in a gorgeous holographic blue/purple sparkle with a bit of green in certain lightings. It lasted an entire month without chipping before it grew out too much, and then I had to peel it off. I need to come back and get this done again because I loved it!

This was my first time and I will definitely be back! Great pedicure, comfortable massage chair, and very kind employees. I especially enjoyed the shoulder massage while my nails were drying.

10/10 recommend! They stayed 17 minutes late just so they could finish my nail. Love this place! Definitely going again!

Honestly one of the best pedicures and price in my opinion for the service received. It’s a great place to relax and it’s a great addition to self care Sunday. As a guy who likes to rock sandals in the summer having gnarly looking toes is not an option once you’re an adult. The fine ladies at Pinky keep my feet looking fresh and the reflexology is superb. Highly recommend this spot 🤙

I love the service here. They do a great job and it is very relaxing...especially with the short shoulder rub when the nails are drying.

Rose is my girl!! She is a staple at Pinky Nail and I can easily go elsewhere if she is unavailable. She’s thorough and goes above and beyond. My nails always look perfect and last longer when I go to Rose. She even spends extra time on my knots when it comes to the back massage!

Rose did a great job. I was in and out in 30 minutes during my lunch break. She corrected small details without me even having to ask and got the no-chip paint close to my cuticle (which is important to me since I don’t go often). She spend a good amount of time cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails to the shape I showed her a picture of, perfectly. Will certainly be returning!

Friendly and efficient. They give a shoulder massage with manicures and a pretty long foot rub with pedicures. I also like that they offer a punch card for free services when you reach a certain point

Love Pinkys on Grand! They give you the most luxury arm or leg rubs and top off your visit with a shoulder rub at the nail drying station. My nails always look great and the staff are wonderful. Tip them well!

They were fast, the pedicure was good and they were very friendly. They even offered a shoulder massage while my feet were under the dryer. Those little extras left a favorable impression of them in my mind. I will go back.

Generally a good place to get your nails done. However they have a few girls that don’t do the best job.

This is a wonderful shop to get nails done they take there time and are fully staff. They only do your nails and gel on manicure.

I am little late in posting this review, but I am reminded every time I look down at the scab/scar on my toe. I went to this place for the first time in at the end of June and had a decent experience decided to give them a try again late last month because I was in the area. I asked the nail tech to pumice a callous that was forming on my toe from running and she proceeded to do so, but began scrubbing so fast and sloppily that she actually pumiced off a piece of non-calloused skin and I was bleeding...the white of my flesh was showing (gross). Anywho, they put liquid bandaid on in and quickly apologized. When it came time to pay, they charged me full price and when I asked for the manager and asked her do people who leave bleeding usually pay full price? She replied that they do and smugly asked me how much did I think I should pay after I replied with a you tell me and she copped a nasty attitude and shooed me out of the shop. Her loss! I never intended on not paying, but I do believe some concession should have been made since I left the shop bleeding. A month later I have an ugly dark scar on my toe as a result :( I do not appreciate the treatment I received nor the tone of the managers response. I would DEFINITELY never go back here, no matter how desperate I may be for a manicure or pedicure.

Horrible Service, Came in asking about a fill in which they stated they did not do (Ok Fine).Then I asked about receiving a pedicure for which the front desk person starts looking at her screen while saying nothing, another lady comes in and she says to her how may I help you still not acknowledging what I came in for .The lady let’s her know she would like a polish change and she immediately tells me they have no time, It’s 630 and they don’t close until 8 she didn’t recommend a time to come back or even how long it would be before they could take me.Will NEVER RETURN ....
