My 19yr old Marine active duty son and I have visited here 4 times now on our bi-weekly cancer appts. These ladies here are all great 👍 We have had had almost each of the ladies cut his hair and he is very picky and they do a phenomenal job. quaint place and the set up is cozy. All the ladies are very kind, professional and again they do a great job. We found this place on Google and we tried it. We highly recommend. They do walk ins which was a very important for us.

Beautiful open floor concept. The cut and experience felt professional, but without the price tag. Came in around 10a on a Friday and waited 20 minutes. Not too bad! Cathy did a great job with my hair! Highly recommend her services.

Great barbershop, convenient location downtown

I moved here in March 2020 and have stayed here since. I have used every lady here to get my hair cut and all of them have provided great skin fades. That’s hard to cut and and for everyone to be able to do that is awesome.

Overall great experience. Like my haircut.

Definitely recommend this place. I live on Daniel Island and make the trip out here for their quality and friendliness. I used to go to Jeffs Barber in Mt. Pleasant but after a couple bad experience a coworker recommended this place and never went back to Jeffs and stuck with this place!

Unfortunately, never had the chance to get a haircut. Waited 50 minutes with only 3 barbers and 3 people before me (still had the same 3 people before me when I left). If the other 3 cuts also took 50 mins, that would almost be a two hour wait.

Ive been coming here for 4 years. My last haircut I asked for a 3 in length and she completely buzzcut my hair. When I asked about it she tried to tell me I was wrong and that a full BUZZ CUT was a 3. They have lost my business and while some of their employees are diligent some frankly dont care about their profession.

I came from out of town and needed a haircut they got me in really quick and did an AMAZIMGNG job better than my barber back home.

Our whole family visits here, with requests ranging from cute little boy cuts to edgy teen styles to a classic bob for Mom. Dad gets a beard trim, great cut, neck massage, and a few minutes of peace, and Mom enjoys some CindyTherapy and a cup of coffee. Great service in a peaceful atmosphere. And you can even choose a lollipop if you behave yourself.

Nice place. good system, incoming customers sign a list. Nice location, nice open space, clean. My barber (sorry I cant remember her name) listened attentively when I told her what I wanted.

Have been here few times now and always get a great haircut. Please visit this place and ask for Chelsea!! And also being in DT you might think parking will be a issue but not here they have plenty of parking spots behind the building.

Came to get my beard trimmed, and it seemed as though the lady had never done it before. I had to keep asking her to correct the fade, and I still had to fix it myself when I got home.

Outstanding cut and service. Cyndi has been cutting my hair and my sons for seven years and while it is a bit of a drive from our house, the results are well worth it!

I’ve been coming here for 9 years and over the last 18 months the quality of service has drastically dropped. This would not be as noticeable if they hadn’t raised prices over that time. I feel as though as soon as some of their barbers enter work they want to leave. They make comments about how long the day is taking and certain barbers have gotten to a point where they rush through their cuts like it’s an assembly line. One person after the next doing the job as fast as possible without lying attention to the little details. My last cut included a beard trim and all that was done was running a #2 guard over my face as fast as possible. In the past they have straightened the lines of the beard, dropped the headrest to have your head tilted back while the lines are straighten properly on the neck line. None of this was done yet I walked out with a $34 bill for that level of service. I would ask not to deal with those barbers, but I would rather change the place I’ve gotten a haircut for 9 years than have to avoid them every time I come. I would’ve loved to provide this feedback through their website, and directly to them, but they have no link to provide feedback or to contact them beyond a phone number that is just somebody in the store that picks up.

Im not sure what ChasMan13 is talking about, Im a heterosexual male and I LOVE this place. Ive been twice and both women who cut my hair were very friendly and did a terrific job. I especially like the classic warm-cream, straight razor shave for my neck. A haircut is affordable, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and they have free coffee too! Best haircut Ive had in a long time.

I started going 3 years ago and havent stopped. Theyre constant, friendly and fairly priced. May take some time to find a barber/stylist youre satisfied with.

Great haircut with a great staff. Ive been looking for a go to barber in charleston for a while now, and I think Ive found it. I walk-in whenever I want a haircut and within about 10 minutes, Im in a chair get a fresh, professional haircut. Lowcountry is the best.

By far one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I was rushed in and out. It was more of an experience one would expect at a Great Clips. Oh, and the hot towel was tragically bad. It was as if they heated a cheap rough towel found on the bottom shelf of an auto part store then proceeded to massage my neck to point it was so red when I walked out it looked as if I had a rash. The hot shave was equally as bad. I suppose it is to much to ask for a Barber in Barber Shop rather than a washed up hair stylist. At least at a Great Clips, you get what you pay for. It really is a shame because the building and atmosphere are beautiful.

Genuinely bad haircut. I was very specific and polite. I asked her to be careful around the ears and that I specifically did not want whitewalls. She managed to pull that off with one ear, but not the other. She also carved a line into my head. Feathered the front so there are really short hairs sticking out when I style it. 4 on the sides scissor cut the top has never looked so bad. Thank you for messing up my vacation lady. I would go back and demand she fix it if I had time. She wouldnt even let me watch her cut my hair. You do this for a living and youre not very good at it. I hope you read this and feel bad. This place is really hit or miss. I went there today for a beard trim and was butchered. A trained barber would have at least trimmed in strait lines. The so called barber didn’t even trim the top of my beard.

Terriable straight razor shave. When I got home I had to re-shave all over. On top of a terriable shave i was charged 46$ for the shave and my neck trimmed. I will never go there again.

My husband came home today with a terrible cut. You can literally see his scalp all over, and apparently he told whoever he saw to trim it. To top it off, he now looks like he has a bald spot because of the multi length cuts on top. The lady he used to see for years is now gone and he will not be coming back!
