The owner does a great job on acrylic nails and is super friendly and sometimes funny.. the cost is low.. I love his work and have been coming here for 3 years.. 💕 Ive had other nail techs at this place but their work is meh! If you get a pedicure bring your own pomice stone or cheese grater foot thing otherwise you may get athletes foot🤣 but for real bring your own foot scrubber...

Hate to rate it 1 star because I was a regular customer. The owner, Jenny, even knew my mom and sister because we always came for our eyebrows and nails of course. However, it’s service changed. The last three times I came in for either eyebrows or nails, I was waiting for at least an hour and people who would come in after me were still attended first than I was. At first I didn’t mind maybe different service, but this literally happened again where I come in for a pedi, waited an hour, just for someone who came in 30mins after me gets the pedi chair first. I waited another 30mins to see if they would notice. Not one, but twice, someone else came in for a pedi and still were attended. I literally gave it another chance and didn’t want to switch salons, yet they still did the same thing. Sad to say I will not be coming back anymore.

This was the first time trying this place, and the man was rude and the nail technician called me over to get my nails done, but never came back, then called the next person and started attending her. I waited about 20 minutes. They had more than enough people as well, so I don’t know what the issue was. Not coming back and not recommending to anyone.

I went pretty early in the morning to get a polish change. I go in at 11 and its already pretty busy. I asked them how much it was for a change. I didnt get a response for the price. I asked for a specific color and design. They told me they couldnt provide that service. I asked how long the wait was, again I got no response. Mind you its a small place and theres 3 people ahead of me. They had a girl waiting for 45 mins just to be told they cant do what she wanted. When its finally my turn I told the technician I wanted a sheer pink. She gives me a baby pink and goes on to say, the shape I have was no good. I didnt come to get judged and not get the service I requested. I wont be returning to say the least.

The nail tech flat out refused to do any design whatsoever. She simply said I dont do that and I have no time. Im busy had high hope since a close friend suggested it...

Been going to this place for almost 7 years now. Jenny is such an awesome person! She always leaves my eyebrows looking amazing and is so nice and patient. Aside from the eyebrows, from time to time I get my feet and hands done. They do a good job and they’re super friendly (whoever I get). It is a small place so be ready to be amongst a lot of people since they are super busy. But overall, a nice place with great people and good prices!

Came in from Texas and needed to get my nails done in a bad way. I am so happy with how they turned out. I could not be more pleased with my coffin nails with gel polish for only 30$. They were busy but I waited and they still saw me despite it being close to closing. I wish i could get nails this amazing and inexpensive where I live.

My only complaint is that every different person performs a different service when EVERYONE should do the same thing especially with pedicures. Every time I go, I get a different lady and each lady does her own thing. Some don’t use exfoliating or skin filing and some do.... it’s annoying. Every single person should perform a general pedicure the same way which is to properly rub the foot and calf muscle and to properly file dry skin and to properly apply lotion. Tell your workers to Stop skipping steps because this should be standard. Price is decent but depends which lady you get. Not all are good. Some skipping quality service just to rush!

I go here for my nails and my toes and my lashes and my eyebrows super affordable I usually spend about a hundred bucks every two weeks

Went in to get gel nails they were way to busy so I settled for a no chip manicure and pedicure I paid $70 and it hasn’t even been a week and their already chipping so much for that service

QNails is a neighborhood salon where I go every other week for quality services such as I would get at a 4Star Spa. My nails are often a subject of conversation (no chip nail polish really works). I have my eyebrow and upper lip done as well. When I leave I feel like I just left a Spa and believe when I say, I have been to many spas all around the world. The staff is cordial and attentive. Try it for yourself and feel the joy of pampering.

Ive been going to Q Nails before the owner now bought it from his relatives of 35 years Ive been going to this establishment and getting my nails done very nice people and they do a very good job basically all day pedicures are great there also

Amazing mani and pedi experience! Not to mention Jenny has my eyebrows snatched! I never let anyone touch my eyebrows in fear of them looking thin, but Jenny told me to relax and wow my eyebrows are bomb!

Ive been coming to this place for YEARS FAITHFULLY for Jenny to wax my eyebrows. She does a fantastic job waxing and lots of people come to see her specifically. She is the eyebrow queen. I came by Saturday to get my eyebrows done as usual, and she was giving a little boy a pedicure, as she finished she cleaned the foot tub and came to me to wax my brows. (Mind you i have been watching her since she was working on the little boy) I asked her to wash her hands because I only seen her rinse out the foot tub and she got offended and told me she washed her hands at the foot sink.. after she finished her rant, she went to the bathroom quickly rinsed her hands with water and came back to do my eyebrows.. I immediately walked out and havent looked back since.. now as i look back on the many times Ive gotten my brows done, they use the SAME wooden stick on everyone to apply the wax and she does not wash her hands between eyebrow clients either. She goes from face to face with the same wax stick, and same dirty hands. Every time i leave I always got a rash that lasts 1-2 days and i thought it was because of my sensitive skin but its their lack of hygiene.. currently in search of a new eyebrow queen🤷‍♀️

TERRIBLE. This place is only interested in quantity and not QUALITY. I do not get my nails done there because I asked to get my acrylic nails removed, and the nail tech tried lifting them off my nail with a fake nail. That to me means they are LAZY and do not want to do their job correctly and professionally. LADIES IF THEY TRY DOING THIS WALK OUT IMMEDIATELY.

Never review but these nails are the best. everyone compliments them and Im taking my co worker to get a set because she loves them. Its been 3 weeks and theyre still looking great, most importantly I have not lost one nail, even working at a restaurant. I live an hour away and I dont hesitate to drive out there to get my nails done.

You wouldnt readily think this place is top notch for nail services, but having been to several other salons that did a lackluster job, Q Nail is by far my favorite place to get my tips and toes done.If you go after school/work hours, expect to wait awhile. They dont accept appointments, so your best bet is to try to get there in the morning or early afternoon when its not so busy.Fantastic selection of no-chip colors, and their acrylic services are the longest lasting Ive ever had. Despite the unassuming appearance of this place, I have always left very pleased.

I wouldn’t come back to this place again!!! I got there at 3:30pm and didn’t leave until 7:00pm... All because some older ladies walked in with there granddaughters and they took them before anyone else who was there before us!!! And they left before us... SMH 😡😡😡 very unprofessional and expensive

Went there to get my nails done. First, when she placed the nail extension and I asked her to fix it because it was crooked, she did but then was complaining to me that I’m too picky and it wasn’t crooked. Next, when I specifically told her I only wanted acrylic (I don’t like gel bc the UV lights hurt my nail beds) she puts on gel. When I asked her if it was gel and she said yes I explained again I didn’t want gel and she goes, “no you just don’t want to spend money”.So if I hadn’t called her out when I would’ve been paying for something I said I didn’t want?? This is the 3rd time I’ve gone and all experiences have been similar with the rudeness of the staff. I will not be returning

I thought this was going to be a good place because it always has people, but its not. I got a basic no chip manicure & it looks all bumpy. The other 3 people i came with had a bad experience too. They just try to hurry you out the way. Wont be returning. FYI it wasnt even a busy day either.

Horrible place...been waiting for over 40 minutes because they only have 2 people doing nails. So after the waiting 40 minutes I asked them to just give me a polish change, because I have somewhere to be... and they responded with “so why you put your feet in the water”? And I said cuz I got somewhere to be, and that I didn’t know it was gonna take this long, and they got an attitude.

They are such liars with their operating hours. I read that they closed at 8pm monday, i arrived at 7:10pm and they were already close. Not only that but if they dont like you they talk about you with their coworkers in their own language knowing that you are not able to understand them.

Theirs a lady their jen, she does the best eye brows 👌👌. Nails are great too and nice staff.

This place is so awesome they have great service. You have to wait a long time LIKE 15 min to get your nails done and the weekends because its pack I recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday but they do nails amazing and they do eyebrows so nice and I love it all together and I recommend going there. I would like to express how much I like you nails the people there are very caring wonderful people if a person has a bad experience once in a while they sure don’t have to be posted a thousand times on Facebook, everybody makes mistakes once in a while and I cannot believe ever in my life that Richie would let anybody go out of there looking like that, those people writing negativism, i can’t believe you never make any mistakes in your life.

Horrible. The younger man that does nails MOVES TOO DAMN FAST. he rushed my nails and pedicure and kept staring at me like he had never seen a plus size woman and Ive been in here before. He needs to be retrained. Never going back.

I love this nail salon my nails have been on since August 3rd without falling off #1 in all aspects would refer anyone.

My Nails came out nice and so did my sisters nails. However, I think the customer service needs improvement.

Dirty, smelly, and crowded with no ventilation. Smells like chemicals. My gel manicure was not good. Edges werent even and underneath my finger nails are a mess. The nail tech also accidentally got polish on the knuckles of two of my fingers (not sure how). I would not go back.

The usually do good nails but horrible service. I called ahead of time to ask if there busy and if I can make an appointment, the guy tells me no, just come in. I ask him how long would I have to wait? and that I need a manicure n he asks me what time Ill be there by and says oh just come in. I get there 30 mins later, like I said I would. The place is packed to where there no where to even sit, to where Im literally standing waiting by the door. I told him I called and made an appointment for my nails n he looks like ok let me see. Does nothing to try to acknowledge that I called for an appointment, does nothing to assist or at least give me a waiting time, doesnt apologize or make me feel welcome.. Or at least have the decency to find some where for me to sit while I wait. After 10 minutes of standing there like I was the crazy person I just left. Now tell me if Im over exaggerating. Im sure I could of made a big deal or a seen about it, but thats just not in my nature 🙄

Used to be my favorite place to go to. However, I believe they added new staff and it has been horrible customer service from everybody. Long wait time and they dont go in order, they just pick and choose who can go first. Their utensils are not clean. My mother received an infection from a pedicure. Im currently searching for a new place.

I went in to get oval nails and I specifically wanted them on the shorter side. When she began cutting them I told her I wanted them shorter than she had cut them, and she said they were already short and idk what. Im paying for them and if I want them shorter thats what I should get, but she left them how she had done them. The shape of the nails over all just seemed really crappy, one was even obviously crooked. I told the lady and showed her, and I asked her if she would fix it. Her response? Its too late why didnt I say it before. I mean if shes the nail tech shouldnt she be able to see it being crooked, I shouldnt be the one to tell her when I see the end result. So I was like really you cant fix it and she said not its too late and she even insisted that I wouldnt be able to notice after the nails dry. So now the drying process magically reshapes my nail? NO. Either way she did nothing to fix it and she was smart enough to charge me before she even finished so I had paid before most of this occured. Its okay though cause I called my bank to decline the transaction. ;)**Disregard the messed up nail polish. Thats was the only thing they actually did nocely. But I was so mad I didnt care to wait and let it dry since im going to have to refix them myself. But as you can see my nail is slanted as heck.
