BBU nails was fantastic. Two of my friends and my nails both came out perfectly. They were super efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The place itself was clean and comfy. The people were friendly and took me in right away. I got a no chip but unfortunately it only lasted one week....quite disappointed because my no chip before this at another salon lasted me about 3 weeks.

I called this place for amani- pedi. I got an appointment that same day and had a wonderful young girl give me the best mani pedi I had had in a long time. The only problem was she didnt quite understand English and I gave her what I thought was my top coat, but it turned out to be my bottom coat and she used it as top coat and I couldnt get her to understand the problem. So the next day I decided to stop by around 11:15 in the morning and the sign said it opened up at 10:00, but they werent open. Even though their sign said it was open. So I called and talked to the woman who always answers the phone and she said she wasnt going to be there until noon. So I had a little shopping to do and when I returned around 12:10. They never showed up and I waited for 20 minutes and gave up. That is just not a way to run a business and one person doing the work is not enough especially during the week.

This was my first visit to this salon and I will definitely be back! All the salons in the area were pretty busy but they were very willing to fit me in for a manicure and pedicure. I really enjoyed the service I recieved at an affordable price. They staff was also nice and accommodating when I was not sure about the color I chose. Very satisfied with my experience.

I felt very comfortable at this salon. The inside is beautiful, quiet and relaxing with a wonderful lavender smell. The service was excellent. The people there are so kind and want to make you feel at home. I recommend this salon to all. I cant wait for my next manicure!

I’m picky with nail spas especially when it comes to customer service! By far the best nail spa I’ve been to in town (and I’ve been to a lot of nail spots)! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and cozy! I like the fact that it’s hidden too! The employees have a good vibe / energy - it’s nice and refreshing. :)

Michelle did beautiful, meticulous work on my dip manicure! Took her time to prepare and shape my nails, very careful to be gentle too. Highly recommend.

I should have looked at the reviews more carefully because the review below about worst waxing experience of a customers life is correct. I never leave in the middle of treatments, but the girl waxing me seemed so inexperienced that I couldnt handle it. The wax was not hot enough, nor high quality enough for the price, the girl applied the wax in tiny pieces, and took several times to actually pull them off. At one point I had to help pull one of the strips because she could not get it. It was extremely painful (Ive waxed my legs hundreds of times) and took so extremely long. 2 girls were working on my legs at the same time and were still taking forever. I was in there for almost an hour, and they did not finish my legs as I walked out. This place is not experienced in waxing, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, the wax papers kept blowing all over the room, and the fan was on and the papers were a mess. The woman waxing my legs also had her hair down so her hair kept getting caught in my waxy legs. Last thing, they wiped off the wax at the end with COTTON, which meant my legs were full of sticky cotton when I got him. Despite their best efforts and kindness when I said I wasnt happy, it did not compensate for a good service. I hope thsi place can take this review and learn from it, because I dont want their business to fail, but customers, take this as a warning for their waxing services.

Best manicure experience Ive had in a long time. The owner approaches every client with great care and makes you feel at home. The technician was efficient, thorough and fast- the best combo for a salon visit.The salon is entirely remodeled and does not look like the photos found here- I believe there is new management.Best part- they are offering 20% off. I went back again for the second time and it was even better than the last. I didnt have to go back for over 2 weeks with regular mani. Rose gold color I chose is perfection and different than any Ive gotten all summer. I dont have a single negative comment about either visit. HIGHLY recommend- will be taking friends, sister, and mom!

I got a no chip manicure at this salon for the first time, and would not recommend. The coats of polish were done very thin, and the color is not vibrant or what it should have been - you can see my actual nail below the color coats. Additionally, this salon charged me an extra $5 for removal of the previous no chip color in addition to the $35 I was paying for the no chip mani, for a total of $40. This extra $5 charge was not listed on their menu of services and it was for “removal of no chip from a different salon”. I’ve never experienced this surcharge as you expect the price of a no chip mani to include removal of previous polish. Manicure quality was sub par, prices higher than salons in the area with hidden surcharges and service okay (technician appeared disgruntled throughout the duration of the service).

Worst waxing experience Ive ever had. Wax wasnt hot enough but esthetician insisted on using and continuously pulling on my hairs when she put it on my skin and attempted to smooth it over my skin. The waxing itself was the slowest and most painful experience, rather that ripping the wax off in one swift move each area took around four pulls. The gloves she wore held on to the wax so when she was trying to apply pressure to soothe the skin it ended up pulling on the skin more as her gloves were covered in wax. I nearly left mid wax as it was so god awful. I was in ten times worse pain than I was in during my first waxing experience. My skin looks like I have razor burn everywhere and it keeps getting worse as the night progresses. My skin is the brightest red and even purple in some areas. It nearly looks bruised. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I couldnt be paid to go through this again. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worse enemy, stay away.
