I visited SPA O two weeks ago for the first time. The nail technician was really nice and kind. I still have the colors on my nail and i will be visiting again in the near future. ☺

Went in for a simple dot manicure with a picture to reference and unfortunately this place missed the mark. They were not able to colour match and could not do simple nail art so the result was disappointing. I was charged full price even though they were aware I wasn’t happy with the result.They did squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, the place was clean and the nail technician was nice but unfortunately I will not be retuning to this nail salon.

Really really bad quality of manicures. First time I decided to switch from no chip to dip manicure, as the lady said it will stay longer. Within 3 days everything chipped :(60$ all waste :(

I used to go to this nail salon all the time and I loved it but they have really gone down hill. They are pretty reasonably priced for a no chip manicure and a pedicure but the last several times that I went there, they did a horrible job and my nails not only chipped within 3 days after but actually broke badly too. It seems like there has been a lot of turnover in employees because the last times I went the girls that did my nails seemed new and even cut my nailbed and it was bleeding and then they acted like they didn’t even know what to do to stop the bleed. It also used to just be a more pleasant, relaxing experience - they always used to put Friends on the TVs. It’s very different now (has been for the last year). I can’t say I recommend it anymore.

I have been going to this place for years and I will never go anywhere else for a no chip manicure, mine always lasts at least two weeks without any chipping. The staff does a great job and really takes their time when they do your nails. This place is clean and has a great selection of regular and no chip polish colors. I also love that they usually have Friends on the tv.

Came in, and the woman who gave me my manicure cut my nails completely different than how I asked. My manicure ended up collecting dents and wrinkles hours after my manicure. Decent price, but I don’t recommend Spa O.

Ada is so friendly when checking me in, greets me by name every time (its so nice that she actually remembers my name! Even when I walk in and have no appointment she always remembers me!) and makes sure that everything goes well. Spa O is consistently fantastic. Highly recommend!

I just got a dip manicure here Saturday afternoon when doing a girls weekend with a friend and 2 of my nails have already chipped. I’ve been getting dips for over a year and I have never once had this happen. I also was not at all impressed with the service. The woman doing my nails was super rude and rushed and didn’t even offer a massage. Will never go back here again.

I was in town for the weekend and had to find a last minute place to fix up my nails. Spa O Club gave a professional, efficient, and perfectionist-perfect manicure. The whole place feels whistle clean, too. Definitely would go back here!

I went and got no chip there last Friday, and on Monday one of my nails already chipped off. The woman was not leaving my hands under the light long enough and it looks like the rest of it is about to chip off any day now. That’s less than a week of something that’s supposed to last 2-3 weeks, and I paid $40 + $8 for the tip I now regret leaving. Needless to say I will not be returning here, and will be taking my business back to my usual place, 4K Nails, and I suggest you save yourself the time and money as well.

I was there last Sunday around 11 am. The Lady did my nails was upset as my former polish were a bit hard to remove and she had to work longer... Her attitude is unacceptable for any customer. I told her ; I hope you’re ok. She answered, maybe! I thought well it’s not my problem that you’re tired,exhausted and not in the mood to work longer(!) on my nails.I refused the “politely” offered massage. I never experienced such a service, well there is always a first time. The receptionist Girl did her best but it can’t help.

I love Monica she always has my eyebrows and eyelashes on point. Also, her customer service is amazing. I love her.

I really love this place. Great Mani and Pedi every time Ive gone, which is a lot. Theyre a little pricier than I want, but thats probably because of the location.

I love Spa O! They have great nail polish quality, they are very clean and professional. I like that the nail technicians dont talk amongst each other in a different language. Ive always felt uncomfortable when I go to nail salons that do that because first, I dont understand and second, its common courtesy to not do that, so thats a big plus! Overall they have great girls with great demeanors! They also have a great special! Mon-Wed if you go before 2pm its $60 for a no-chip and regular pedi! SO WORTH IT!

GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND GREAT SERVICE!

Charged me $10 extra for a color that was supposed to last longer and it chipped in one day. They do not put enough of the top coat on.

The place was nice but the no-chip manicure was not worth the price it only lasted a week. When I go to cheaper places my no chip lasts a month.

I went today to get a pedicure and Meni at the Spa, they wasnt professional at all, the lady that did my nails finished within 10 minutes, I asked for a bag to put my socks in, later on when I took them out I found a sticky coughing drop sticking to my socks so gross!! I wish I can post a picture how my feet looks like after the pedi!! I regret going there!!
