I love this place! The gel manicures always last me the full 2 weeks (and sometimes longer before I start picking at it). I only choose OPI colors and their selection is pretty large. They used to do a punch card but I think it went away during Covid- hope they bring it back!

They don’t paint the nail all the way. I got them done less than 12 hours ago and they aren’t even fully painted, I didn’t have time to argue so I just let it go but I won’t go back.

Photos are from less than 48 hours later!!I realize the fragility of manicures-- Ive never actually wanted my money back for a manicure as the damage is usually my own doing, but this is the sloppiest, rushed, poorest quality manicure Ive ever gotten. And I dont think its for lack of ability, but sheer laziness. Id like to give the salon the benefit of the doubt and say it was an off day for my technician as this was my first time here and my friends nails, while still subpar, were not nearly as bad.I could *SEE* as she was putting on my base coat in single, rushed strokes that she wasnt covering the whole of my nail. The sheer neon color I chose required a white coat underneath-- she applied this and it was streaky and uneven-- this usually doesnt worry me because there is usually a second coat that makes all well, but she skipped it entirely and applied the bright sheer color which showed every imperfection of the white underneath. She asked me If Id like another coat of the bright color and I thought from the looks of my nails the answer was obvious and didnt understand howd shed be satisfied with the quality so far. She gave the same lazy strokes with my top coat and it was obvious my whole nail wasnt being covered.the result was chipped tips within 24 hours! obvious lines of demarcation where the top and base coats hadnt reached, and an overall streaky and homemade look. I will more than likely have to get my polish redone for my Saturday event less than a full two days later. Unacceptable really.

Limited color selection for no chip manicures. This picture is my chipped polish and chipped nail after 1 week of getting them done. On top of that, the prices are little more than other salons. Don’t recommend going here!

Clean place with nice variety of colors. However not the beat service and pricy. Probably won’t go here again. My nails are smudging after 2 hours of sitting and not doing anything. Pretty disappointed.

Terrible customer service - the tech rushed through my pedicure as fast as she could and was unhappy I decided not to get my manicure.

I use to be a loyal customer of Pinky Nail for their convenience, quality, cleanliness and attention to detail for almost 2 years. However, they recently refused to remove my SNS gel manicure by claiming not to have the proper tools (all you do is soak the nail in acetone). What kind of nail salon cannot perform that simple task, especially with the growing popularity of powder/gel nails? It was honestly disappointing and off-putting being denied a simple service from a nail salon. Will no longer be a patron of this business.

There was little to no wait with an appointment. My nail technician was very nice and helped pick out a color. However, their prices do NOT match what is posted on the website. A no chip manicure is $40 in the salon, not $30 and I was quoted $75 for a no chip + regular pedi, instead of the $60 which was posted on the website. So, be prepared to spend $10-$15 more on services.

They do a great job and are very quick. Getting in right away is rarely a problem. The staff could be a bit friendlier however it doesnt affect the quality or services otherwise.

First time in a long time and it was well worth it.

Best place to get a no chip mani. Lasts! They do a great job. Call and make an appointment on Saturdays - they are busy for a reason ! Love them

The best! Im so glad I found Pinky Nail. The customer service is awesome and they did a fantastic job on my mani pedi. I will go back again and highly recommend them.

The no-chip color selection is subpar and my technician made me bleed on both feet. Worst of all, I saw them cycle multiple people through the pedicure chairs without ever disinfecting them! Gross 😷 On the positive side, they got me in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time, but unless youre willing to risk multiple abrasions and a fungal infection, I dont recommend this nail salon.

I love this nail salon. The customer service is great. Giya always does my nails. My no-chip manicure lasts a minimum 2 weeks, I usually return in 3 weeks. I work in healthcare, so I wash my hands with water 30+ times a day & use hand sanitizer just as much. So my manicure endures alot...and lasts. The one time that I had an issue, I called stopped by & that nail was redone quickly & to my satisfaction.

Less than 24 hours and my no chip and peeling off... Waste of money.

Pinky Nail offers everything you want in a nail salon: clean, conveniently located, great selection of nail polish, and reasonably priced. Ive been getting my mani-pedis done here since they opened and have never had an issue with a nail technician. Plus they have a punch card for frequent customers and always offer to saran-wrap your toes if youre wearing shoes (and who isnt in the winter?).

I got a $40 no chip manicure and it chipped after 5 days. You can get a cheaper and better no chip manicure elsewhere in the city.

I like the walkin service and mani and pedi combo price was a deal.

Prices are outrages and the website is incorrect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont get pedicures often and live near by so I looked at the reviews and I was a little worried because it seemed hit or miss but I had a great experience and am so happy with my pedi. They have a punch card (come in 9 times, 10th mani is free). All patrons seemed happy and everything looks very clean. Great experience and I will be returning.

Over priced, and terrible service. Every time I come to this nail place the lady at the front is rude. She acts like I am doing her a favor by getting my nails done with them. Based on the service you are getting she treats you differently as well. I will not be going back, and dont think this is how you should treat customers.

Disappointed to say the least. Came in for a pedicure, and said I *might* have time for a manicure. After she rushed through my toes and took me to the manicure station I received a call from work that I needed to be back. She made it as far as removing my current polish and clipping the ends of my finger nails before I cut the manicure short, and when I got to the front they charged me $5 for it. Seriously? $40 for a half ass pedicure and a drop of acetone? Needless to say I wont be returning.
