I live all the way out in Clayton but I will travel 45 minutes just to get my nails done at Polished ... They are sooooo thorough and leave me with beautiful nails and toes every time! Plus they are all so sweet!

They were able to get us in right away for two pedicures and the technicians were very pleasant and accommodating. Sue worked diligently on my Mom and nothing was rushed even though it was a busy weekend. We had a great experience. Thank you!

Dee is the best at pedicures. She takes her time, does amazing massages and always goes the extra mile! She is the only person even if I had to wait a month to get in that I will ever go to! Ask for Dee next time you stop in - you will not be disappointed.

Stay away from this place! Come here only if you are comfortable with the nail techs talking about you in Vietnamese every time you make a specific request for pedicure or manicure or request they do not cut your toe nail cuticles, or address some imaginary ingrown toes you actually do not have. Every time I had a pedicure here, I hurt for almost a week. They are very unskilled and rude.If you actually ask one of the people working here how long they have have been doing nails you always get the same answer....Long time. It makes you wonder about child labor issues in Vietnam .

I tried a lot of nail salon and this is my favorite. I do gel mani and find that their work stays longer than other nail salons.Today Cookie served me, her attention to details is beyond impressive.

Horrible.Got them done Saturday June 30 it is now Thursday July 5.My nails were cut ridiculously short to the point it hurt. I had to tell them 3 times I wanted a new gel set and stop her from painting my nails before she listened. The lady that actually did the set was rushing the whole time, glued the false tips to my skin after cutting the nail down to nothing. Applied the gel so that it looked like there was already a week of growth. She listened well to the way I wanting the polish, but it is uneven and warped. The nails are crooked and shorter than what I asked for. I noticed visible chipping the following day when I had only gone out to eat, see a movie, and sleep after getting them done; nothing that would cause that damage. Tuesday morning one nail popped off without any pain or even noticeable feeling which tells me it wasnt done properly, this morning another popped off and I wasnt even aware until I saw that it was gone. I am absolutely livid with the horrible quality of work done as well as the way they spoke to me and my boyfriend. First and last time I will ever go to this business, they tried to pry into my relationship and attempted to boss us around and force us into talking about things that were none of their business.I wish I could post pictures to show the horrid state of my nails.So adding this in here, by the end of the day Thursday, by about 6pm actually all of the nails had come off.

Its been better. I asked for a ultimate pedi and I feel like I got a regular one. Hardly got my feet soaked and the girl didnt take all the calluses off like I asked, she cut one of my toe nails to short and now it hurts.For the price I paid I think I might look for another place for the future.

I have been going to this establishment for over 2 years and they have always been amazing. Very respectful and polite and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been to many shops in the area and they are the only shop that does not have issues with their products, do not ruin my nails and give advice on issues I have. My nails never pop off due to their workmanship it is a result of the industry I am in and when that occurs they always repair it for free. They always greet me by name when I come in which is amazing considering all the customers that come and go.... people always love to post negative comments but please believe me they are amazing and you will not be disappointed. Although you may have to wait if you do not call ahead as they are one of the best in the area hands down!!

I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, maybe they are reviewing the wrong location. I was pleased with the service I received and will be returning.I received the Ultimate Pedicure and upper lip wax. The first thing I noticed is they place disposable bags in the foot tub and bring a het plugin for each new customer. They used disposable pumice, but did attempt to use the callus cutter but dis not argue when I refused. Overall I was pleased with the service and was not pressured to up my level of service at any point. We had appointments and did not have to wait to be seen even on a busy Saturday.

Love this place, I dont go anywhere else. I would say who I like best but then I wont be able to get an appt :)

I stopped in at polish about a month ago and it is under new management which is awesome . The staff is so accommodating and professional ! They take their time doing their craft but they can always help you out if you are in a rush,. (With the same craftsmanship and perfection that you always receive !). Their prices remain competitive in the Cary area and I will continue to use their salon as long as they are maintaining ownership !! Do make an appointment as Helen & Malina stay busy.

I have come to this salon exclusively since it opened and I love it. They are very clean and professional and always give you the full service you pay for.

Extremely painful and unpleasant exsperiance. Went in for a gel manicure ended up with over filed nails which burnt horribly then she began cleaning under my nails and dug the drill so far under my nail began to bleed and it brought tears to my eyes I talked to the manager to talk about their sanitation bc I didnt want an infection and I looked over and they had no alcohol in the cups to clean the tools!!!! They made me bleed with preused tools! They showed no remorse and basically blamed me !! One day you will have a law suit from giving someone an uncurable disease. I have never been treated so poorly and hurt so bad by a business before. Health inspection needs to come in and desperately watch this place before someone is seriously hurt. Enter qt your own risk. PS- they use nails that are already split in half and try to distract you. nothing but a rip off.
