A couple of weeks ago, my car broke down and I needed a tow. After being ghosted by the first company I called, I was recommended Millers. It was such a relief to have professional help. Miller was on time and efficient. They went above and beyond to get my car towed that day.

I can say that I never had a towing company show up early after I have booked them. This one did. They were prompt, very happy for the time of day and very helpful with helping me to find a rental to help out. They really went above and beyond. Damaged my car during the tow. The car was unattended at a corporate building and driver punctured hole in the cars gas tank. There was 20 plus gallons in my tank and was delivered with gas on tow vehicle and no gas during the 45 minute tow.Owner refused to fix. Cost $850 for repair and local repair shop confirms it was damaged.

Don’t get me wrong this company went out their way to help me Friday April 23rd into Saturday morning 24th since nobody else would help me that was a couple blocks away from me so yes I appreciate their help only problem I have is getting a receipt that I need for my records email to me that I been waiting for since Tuesday

So first off, I couldnt believe how quickly they arrived! I went to where my truck broke down on the highway to have the key available to get into the truck, I pulled up figuring Id be sitting for a while. No sooner did I think that, that the tow truck was already pulling up. Jason was the driver, SO friendly and professional, and he went the extra mile to help us unload the truck from the tow bed since the rear end locking up was the reason for the tow. They have a really good driver on their staff with him! Finally, very fair price on the tow, clean presentable tow trucks, all around Millers Towing made a bad day so much better. Thanks so much, I will use them any time my day ends up with a broke down vehicle!

They came to another county and towed my vehicle outbkf my yard by order of a deputy sherrif with no warrant. I wasnt told why or where my vehicke was.On top of it I look at my security camer and I see my all wheel drive SUV being dragged half in and half off a flat bed tow truck.A week later I pay to get my vehjcke returned. Im not charged with anything and still very little detail why my vehjcke was seized out of my yard by a totally different county, why I have to pay to release it and why I have to pay for the damages done to it when it was Illegally confisacted. I only blame the tow company for not being more responsible and careful in towing my vehicle and causing so much damage to it. They havent even offered at all to repair any of the damage they caused.

They were great....the lady on the phone was very helpful, the man that towed the car was very nice and I talked to another lady on the phone a couple days later because I forgot to get a recipt and she emailed it right over to me

They recovered a stolen vehicle that was mine and instead of holding it for 60 days like ohio law states is required, after 40 days they either scrapped or sold my vehicle, according to them. It also seems like they gave akron police the wrong VIN number so when akron police searched the VIN, nothing came back. very shady people over there.. theyll leave you on hold for 10 minutes so they can probably discuss how to scam me out of my vehicle. I would NEVER recommend this business and I hope they lose their lisence. I will be contacting the BBB next.

After an accident, the policeman told my wife the car HAD to be towed from the scene, and Millers showed up.Neither the officer nor the tow truck driver told my wife (who was rattled by the events) that if she did not have the car towed to a mechanic or our house or literally ANYWHERE specific, it would be IMPOUNDED.So, Millers impounded the car, charged me $196.14 for towing it 6.3 miles and storing it for 3 hours.Yeah, they showed up fast. Big deal.They could have said lady, if I dont take this to your house or mechanic, its going to the impound lot. Youre paying for a tow either way, what do you want to do?What a lousy way to treat someone who was run off the road minutes ago.Their choice to not inform my wife of the consequences of the car going to their impound lot cost me 5 hours of running around and their $50 administrative fee, and if I couldnt have taken care of everything before 3p, there would have been storage fees on top of that.WHAT A SCAM.

Had my car completely die on the highway while driving home from work tonight. Called Millers Towing for a tow home. Their response time was the best Ive ever received from a towing company. They sent someone out immediately after I called & were there within a half hour if that. Unfortunately I dont know the gentlemans name that did the towing but he was very polite. Overall great customer service & will use them again if need be in the future.

I had them move a shed for me. From Deerfield, OH to Akron. The driver met me on time and in about 30 to 40 minutes the shed was loaded on the flatbed and headed towards home.The price was reasonable and the service was first rate. Great communication with their dispatch department made it proceed without a hitch. Thank you for a job well done.

Wife was in a car wreck on a Saturday at 3:45 PM. Dont know how much cleaning they had to do, glass, oil etc. The car was towed/flatbedded? less than ten miles. We called Saturday evening to see about retrieving her medical stuff, insulin, blood glucose meter etc. She is a VERY brittle diabetic and probably tests her blood MORE THAN 5 times a day. The Millers Towing ad on FB says OPEN 24 HOURS. However we were told, sorry, cant get in until Monday morning. Luckily a friend who is a paramedic and a diabetic loaned us a meter. So the wife goes in Monday afternoon and the bill is $390 for towing less than 10 miles and storage for less than two days, one of which they were closed and we had no control over. Am I just an old fart (65) that thinks EVERYTHING is too expensive, is $390 a reasonable charge? Also, what does open 24 hours mean? I ass-u-me NOW it means they will tow 24 hours but the yard is NOT.

So the guy with the tow truck parked behind me to protect me from traffic (I was on the side of a busy highway) until my brother got there. Then the guy walked me and my kids over to my brothers car to make sure we were safe. Thank you for not only getting there so fast but being concerned about our safety!!!!! Best Towing Company Ever!

Had a car emergency today (Sunday) and called to see if they would be able to tow my car from Akron to my mechanic in Fairlawn. They came in a timely manner and the tow was very reasonably priced. My husband busted what we thought was a tire rod and so we just scheduled to be towed home.....Miller got there (Almost immediately) and refused to tow!....But help not only put our tire on but assist in tightening a pitman arm?? Although the whole transaction was paid for via my Father......they refunded money back for a not so hard job!! Service is incredible and for that I cant tow anywhere else!! Thank you miller for being our blessing in what we took as a storm! I cant repay you for this......Just glad youre there!!

The CV joint in my car went bad.My husband bought the new part, and it rode around in my car with me for two months . Today it gave up the ghost, and left me stranded in Akron.I was understandably upset, so I called Miller Towing. The receptionist took the time to listen to me vent, and had a tow truck to me in about 45 minutesBob was my drivers name, and he had my car hooked up and ready to go in about 10 minutes. Bob then drove me 40 minutes to my house.The entire time Bob entertained me with stories of the tow truck driver life. We laughed and laughed the whole ride. Miller Towing took an awful afternoon and made it so much better. Probably saved my husband from a throat punch too. If you ever find yourself stuck and needing help, DEFINITELY call Miller Towing. The first time I use them. They hauled a full size van 24 miles and only charged me $90. The second time I use them. They quoted me $60 to haul a mini Cooper 7 Mile. And showed up with the wrong equipment ended up waiting 2 and 1/2 hours p was charged $80 to haul the mini Cooper

Waited 3.5 hours for a tow when they said it would be 45 minutes. Excuse after excuse. Still have not emailed me my bill I requested 3x.

Horrible tow company. Lady wanted to call me back to tell me how much my tow bill was.. they could of used tow truck to tow my suburban. But wanted more money so they flat bedded it. 140.00 then 12.00 when it got to tow yard. Then holiday was 12.00 for 3 days. Plus tax. 200.69 for 2 vehicles. One being a tow truck n they got a rock stuck in between my duel tires n said it was from us. Um no it was flat bedded from the street. Dal was an ass**** like always. Told him Id call the police they were out there,when it was towed n so was I. They could of caused my son to get into a wreck or fly out of tire n hit another innocent persons car..

This place is a total rip-off. By partening with local sheriffs office, they charge you unreasonably high price for towing and keeping the car there. I had an accident near Akron, the police had my car towed there. I spent almost five hundred to get the car tow back. And they accept cash only!

The worst ever!!! The guy comes to get our bus, which we told them from the get go we have a short bus, they send out a regular truck and tell us they have to pull the drive shaft but they dont have the tools so he had to call the shop and have tools brought to him they apparently bring the wrong tools so he pulls the rear axel when they finally bring the bus to where it was going,3 hours later, they drop the axel on the ground tell us the bolts are on the seat. And leave. So now on top of other issues wer have to have axel put back together!!! Plus fluid refilled that leaked out of axel!!

Was broke down on side of road 2day. Had no help. Ron was only one that stopped asked if i was ok. An helped me wit getting gas. Wat say thank you..

The right hand dont kno what left hand is doing....someone had 2 vehicles towed a day apart for the car they said just id n registration..no release due to it being towed from a parking lot broke down...the next day they say car is not in the owners name n need release....plus fee totally differant from one employee to another....thats their way of getting more making you need more things to release than what they said the day before

I just received service and my car was towed to east ave tire shop for a tire which they did not have the size I then said let’s go on Kenmore blvd not far away he then charged me $25 more dollars to go around the corner didn’t have change so he left with $98 dollars he did something now my battery is dead he was rude I will not ever use them again make sure you get AAA everyone or roadside assistance
