I had a great time at Nail Story. Mani-peti was great as usual. Their all great there. I have Amy do my nails, she is wonderful.

I called and made an appointment confirming they do gel fill ins with artificial nails and tips and they said yes. I went in and half way through I asked where the drills were and they said they don’t use because it’s bad for nails, okay fine. I had an old set of white tips on my nails and I wanted French again (thinking she would polish white tips by hand). WELL. Flash forward and she just reshaped my nails and filled in the part that needed the fill but didn’t retouch my tips. And you can clearly see my old set because she didn’t file them (by hand) well enough. I go to pay and she said it’s $35 for A FILL!? She explained it’s done by hand and such and I just said okay because I needed to get home but I will NEVER go back. Or recommend. As a mom of two under two I savor these moments alone and this was very upsetting.

I have been going to Nail Story since they opened, and the staff are the best! They do a fantastic job for a reasonable price, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. My no chip mani always lasts about 3 weeks! I have gone to other salons and been overcharged and been disappointed in the quality. My ladies at Nail Story never disappoint.

I went in to get a simple polish change on my toes When I was finished and I went to pay they told me it would be $20 most places only charged $10 I was very upset and appalled by how much they charge I will never go to this place again I felt like they were stealing from me

Came in for a full set, dip manicure. They looked at me like I was crazy. They said they dont do dip powder manicure with full set. I showed them a picture of what i wanted for my birthday and it included some ombre on a nail or two. Nail tech said they dont do ombre. When she started she didnt glue tips on she basically just added acrylic onto my nail to build length. I asked about it they told me they didnt do tips either. Ive been getting nails done since Ive been 10 (now 33) and while she was very sweet and they treated me well it was disappointing that I ended up with nails that not only look nothing like what I asked for but also cost way more than Ive paid in the past at other salons.

I have been going here for years and have always had good experiences. But today that was not the case. We arrived on time for our appt, we scheduled mani/pedi for 3 people. They only had 2 people working. So one of us had to wait almost an hour to start. My pedicure was rushed, no soak time, no leg massage. Same with my manicure. I decided to do a no chip manicure, and she did a terrible job, lots of polish on the side of my nails and streaks and bumps on the polish. They also raised their pricing but didnt put up a new price list or notify when we arrived. Unfortunately we wont be going back.

Bright, clean and lovely caring women are ready to do your nails perfectly! They do manicures, gel nails, and give the best pedicures and they even throw in a great shoulder massage. Who wouldnt go to NAIL STORY

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to! This was my first time going to this salon and I did call for an appointment but was told to just come in so I did. When I walked in I showed the front desk lady a picture of what I wanted which was a white pedicure and a white gel full set. I took a look at the prices and it was 25 for pedicure and around 40 for a gel full set which I thought was okay. When I sat down for my pedicure I felt so uncomfortable. The vibe in there is so awkward, everyone was so quiet and the employees are watching your every move. When I was done with my pedicure I was moved to the another chair to get my nails done. I showed the girl the same picture on the white gel set I wanted and she said it was “impossible!” It was the most simple request ever and all the ladies went into a panic! I was so embarrassed and confused. I had walked in and showed them exactly what I wanted so I didn’t understand why they said they could do it. Finally they sat me down with the first girl that I talked to and she was going to do my nails. So first of all they have no electric tools so every step took so long, especially the shaping. She used a nail clipper and a nail filer to do everything. She never looked at me once but all the other employees kept turning to look at me. I could tell that they were talking about me. Again, the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. I was not happy with the shape and I did let her know a couple times but she wouldn’t really do anything about it. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings so I just let it go. When it was time to pay she gave me my total and it was $30 more than what the chart says! My total was almost $100! I was obviously upset and I pointed to the chart and she kept saying that it was more because it’s a new set but there was a fill price and a full gel set price which were A LOT less! I kept arguing my side and more employees came up to try to back the girl up but none of it made sense. They literally just made up a number and ignored the price chart. I was so upset and all I could do was pay and leave. This place has the WORST customer service and worst nail techs. I will never go back there again. I read other reviews and this has happened to other people where they change the price. They are scammers and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Hands down the best nail place in the area! They are warm and friendly, the place is very clean, the work is meticulous and gentle. They do a little shoulder and neck massage while your nails dry and a number of other niceties. Be sure to tip generously for their great service. Friday morning is a great, not busy time to go.

I got my nails done here a little over a week ago. I got simple acrylics. Within the 1st day the nail Polish already started coming off and the next day one of my nails had already broken off and today 2 of my nails actually ended up falling off. I paid $38 for cheap nails when I could go elsewhere and pay $25 for something much better. I will never come here again!

I called on the phone to ask how much the no chip was and they gave me a price, but when i got there they gave me another price a lot higher and told me that i had called the wrong number earlier because they wouldnt charge that low. Why not respect the price they give over the phone?

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! It looks like a child did my nails! Two people did my nails one per a hand, i pulled my hands up to match them and each hand was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! I can not believe i payed 50 for this! Also i asked for gell nails (always comes ass gell and never a powder) and they still gave me powder which is meant for acrylic nails. EVEN AFTER I SAID SOMETHING THEY CONTINUED TO LIE AND SAY IT WAS GELL AS IF I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!! THIS IS HOW NAIL SALONS SCAM PEOPLE!! Will recommend ppl NOT to go here. I am so ashamed of my nails! Ive never in my life had a set of gell (acrylic) nails this bad!!!!
