It’s upsetting because the gym itself is nice. The people that work there are nice. However there was little to no communication regarding the billing company. Trying to cancel my membership has resulted in hundreds of dollars lost and too much time wasted. This company should be absolutely ashamed of itself.If you sign up for a 1 year contract, they will continue to charge you monthly even after the year. You have to write a letter stating that you want to cancel your membership and hope the billing company receives it and acknowledges it.I never received an email or call or text or anything to let me know they were going to start charging my bank DURING the global pandemic.The manager was supposedly in a meeting so I left my name and number approximately 5 days ago and I still have yet to hear from them.There are better gyms, run by less shady companies. Go elsewhere.

I have had great experiences at Bodifi since I started about 3 months ago. My current rating for bodifi reflects the experience I had today with a front desk worker who wasn’t aware of the conversation I had with the manager while trying to set up my daughter for child watch. The manager and everyone have been great and gave me a membership without extra fees where I took someone else account. Also, they have worked with me with extras fees. I really appreciate the managers and some of the front desk workers’ courtesy. However the worker I dealt with today wasn’t aware that I spoke to the manager about setting up my second child and that she wouldn’t charge me until we had it set up. I didn’t come back until today because my daughter has been sick. I go in today I still can’t add my child because the manager is on vacation and no one can help me at the front desk. Instead the worker stood by their policy of paying a drop in fee even though I have been trying to set up a monthly account to avoid the drop in fee. This is the second time I’m having to pay for my daughter because no one can help me unless the manager is there, whereas previously a worker signed my first daughter without a manager being present. I have to pay extra money each time I bring my second daughter due to lack of communication and courtesy on the front desk worker’s part. I hope in writing this the communication will improve and that someone is trained and available to sign up new membership even when the higher manager is not available. This is not written out of spite but as constructive criticism to treat all customers with respect, courtesy and dignity, communicate better among employees, and receive the proper training to provide services as long as doors are open no matter the time. This is a nice gym. However, if you plan on working out without the whole town breathing down your back, or if you plan on canceling your membership, I would advise against a membership here. It is a very, very crowded gym and they run promotions frequently to get more people in the gym temporarily. They are also a gym that will make it extremely tedious to cancel your membership. You will be required to write a letter and mail it down to Utah for processing which will likely take you into your next billing cycle (so plan ahead or pay extra). Apparently, they didn’t get the memo that email, walk-ins, and phone calls exist. They also enjoy crowding the gym and then raising your price because you know… why not? It’s not like you can easily cancel your membership. Goodbye Bodify!

Charged an extra $10 a month to use the equipment even less because it’s so crowded. I also don’t understand why they are creating an expensive incentive instead of putting it towards new/more equipment. Let me know if anyone opens up a gym anything is better 😂

Going to the gym when you’re not an avid goer is intimidating enough, and unwelcoming staff doesn’t make it any easier. The majority of the staff here are great!! But some of them could work on their customer service skills. I like to use their tanning services and the person who helped me get my session set up today was very rude. Didn’t look me in the eye, didn’t smile, very short with me, etc. The actual gym is fantastic, but some of the employees could really use some work. My membership helps pay their paycheck, and that should be reflected in how I’m treated.

**EDIT: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM A COMPANY. Stay away. Absolute fraud of a business. Will never send anyone their way and will always speak nothing but negative things about them. Stay as far away as you can. They will continue charging you even after you follow their cancellation policy. They’re extremely quick to say “oh but look at the smallest portion of the contract you signed, yes in the corner here in small print is where it states the policy.” Their workers don’t explain anything to you upon signing up either. Just stay clear. Terrible business.———————————————————-Great place to workout. Loved it as we have been members there.BUT LORD HELP YOU IF YOU EVER TRY TO CANCEL EVEN IF ITS AFTER THE YEAR. Overly complicated cancellation process. They need to update their process and change it. Seriously the biggest headache ever. Really left me with bitter feelings toward the company and will never refer anyone else their way. I almost never give negative reviews as well and yet here we are. This gym is a great gym with great staff, it’s a shame that such a good quality gym can be so inconvenient for its members. My experiences with the billing and cancellation process have been the worst out of any gym I’ve been with. First things first, I was misinformed about being in a contract. The cancellation process is very inconvenient, you have to write a letter to some out of house billing company. If you’re a student, just know this gym isn’t very student friendly. They will nickel and dime you on everything. I use to work out at Vasa and even Vasa was more member friendly than this gym. Look into Anytime Fitness or just work out at the Hart. I would’ve given this place 4 stars up until this fiasco to cancel. If they can fix this, I’d recommend this gym to everyone. I really do enjoy the staff and equipment.

Hands down best gym in southeast ID! This gym has all the equipment I need and more. It is so spacious and not over-crowded at all. The employees care and they are always fun to talk to! If you are looking for a gym to call home, Rexburg Bodifi is your answer.

Great place to workout, but if you ever want to cancel your membership....have fun. They try every which way to make it as hard as possible to cancel. Why do I have to mail something in to cancel my membership...its 2021, I didnt have to mail something in to sign up so thats were it is frustrating. Also I received a call minutes ago saying I still owed them because I had to give them a thirty day notice. Biggest headache to cancel and they should update procedures.

Came in for a day pass. Usually go to the one in IF which I love and the employees are incredible. Here in rexburg, the redhead guy at the front desk couldn’t have been more curt if he tried. Both when I was signing up and later when I asked him for the wifi password since the connection is super spotty he acted like I was bothering him to death.Update: Went in today again. The guy who helped me, Maddox was awesome.

I purchased a year membership (paid in full) back in September of 2020. They waived all the fees, so it equaled to about $25 per month for the year. So far, I’ve had a really good experience at this gym! I’ve been going 6 days a week, and even though it can be really busy in the mornings, there is still plenty to do. Their new cable machines upstairs are awesome, although it gets a little hot up there.Overall, it’s a good gym, a good community, and everyone has been friendly. You can definitely get your money’s worth if you go often.

The gym is fine but it’s impossible to cancel. I moved away 6 months ago and the still charge me. I went through all there steps to cancel and wrote a letter, and they still charge me. I had to have my bank block them because I can’t get them to stop charging me. Don’t sign up for this gym if you should I’ll ever leave Rexburg.

I liked the gym experience working out there. But its a complete nightmare when it comes to their billing and cancellation. I moved back home and was ok with paying the monthly till I go back. Now Im getting married and trying to sell my contract. After the huge sign up fee they just charged me a ln annual fee of 72 dollars. I called them and they told me that I should have read the contract. I spent an hour reviewing it with the manager there and she told me I would only ever be paying the sign up and then the 20/monthly. Im not happy with their fine print deals they have going on. Go somewhere else

I gave a bad review before because the treadmills were not working but it seems the issues have been addressed for the most part. I have not had the treadmill shutting off on me for a while now, so I changed my review to 5 stars. No major complains about this gym.

I knew it was a below average gym going in but a friend convinced me to join with her. They continued billing me after my contract ended. When I called to inquire, they would not refund me and said the only way I could stop them from billing me was to send a registered letter to their billing company (apparently they can take my money online but not my cancellation of an already expired contract). I called their customer service to get details on what info I needed to include in the cancellation letter and waited on hold for an hour. They make it as difficult as possible to stop them from taking your money. Very unhappy.

1)This gym has the worst cancellation policy of which I’ve ever heard. You have to send a letter through the mail to a company in Utah to cancel. It takes at least three weeks, and if you call the company, they will not answer. So, you have to just hope and pray that you can trust they’ll do their job right.2) Th gym doesn’t keep accurate records of their members. When we signed up, the worker told us there was no contract for the Platinum membership. Recently, we saw online it, in fact, has a 12-month contract. We called in today for information on cancelling our memberships because we did NOT want a 12-month contract. Today, the worker helping us tried to base our membership status and contract length on memory. We ONLY got a membership because they were offering us a no-contract membership, but they won’t stand by their word. This is terribly dishonest and horrible customer service.My wife and I do NOT recommend Bodifi.

I’d been a Twilight member for a year. Then, when my husband and I got married, he joined with me but could only join if he became a Platinum member. The worker told us there was no contract with the Platinum account, so we decided to go that route because we move away for a few months out of the year for work. Now, we are attempting to cancel our memberships, but they’re telling us that they don’t have proof that we don’t have a contract. Also, to cancel your membership you have to send the billing company a hand-written letter with your information and reason for cancelling. If you try to call the billing company, they will not answer. It takes a month for your membership to get cancelled if you are even successful. I would not recommend joining this gym. Other gyms may be more expensive, but at least they don’t tell you your membership doesn’t have a contract when it actually does and have a cancellation process from the 1900s. They’re attempting to charge us $60 each to cancel our memberships even though we were told we had no contract, and their cancellation process is just a ploy to keep people from cancelling. Terrible service.

I have mixed feelings about Bodifi. It is probably the nicest gym that Rexburg has to offer other than the Hart gym on campus, but now that my husband and I are not students we cannot go there. (If you ARE a student, GO TO THE HART GYM! It is FREE and the best gym I have ever been to. I have lived in 5 states with big and luxurious gyms and I would take the Hart gym over any of them. Yes, you have to wear a uniform, but you get used to it and it is so worth it to go to the Hart Gym)All things considered, it is a big gym and has a decent amount of equipment. It could definitely be updated and it isnt really what I would consider a nice gym. They tried to rebrand when it changed from World Gym to Bodifi, but they kept the old equipment so the color scheme is kinda wacky and it does look pretty tacky in there to me.It is SO busy. I realize I can usually go after work when I get off at 5:00pm and that is a busy time. But my husband goes at 5:30am, sometimes 7:00am and I have gone during the middle of the day a few times and it doesnt seem like there is ANY slow time. The gym is ALWAYS packed and every time I am in there they are signing up 2-6 more people while I am working out. It has become so over crowded and it has become increasingly harder to get in a good workout without waiting for a machine for an hour, or even to get the dumbbells you want.I am also weary of the sign up and cancellation procedures. Their staff is comprised of many young staff who dont always seem to know what they are doing/ or trained well. The turnover is extremely high due to very low pay, and so I dont think they often have the time to train employees well. To cancel you need to write a letter to their office in Utah and while I have not experienced this yet I can foresee it becoming a big issue.All in all it is pretty mediocre. I am typically a pretty loyal customer once I go somewhere for a while, but if a new gym in town was opened I would definitely switch over.

Extremely dissatisfied with their member cancelation process. Was a loyal member here for years. Tried to cancel in person and they require you to send a letter to the billing company they use and will not handle the cancelation with the billing company themselves.Sent a letter to the billing company at the PO box address they have online in September of 2020. It is now February of 2021 and they have continued to bill me this entire time. And the bill we received this month was $20 higher than our per contract price. Not a fan and rubs me the wrong way. I believe we should be reimbursed for this and for the billing we have received since september.We hired this company to handle our fitness needs. They should handle relations with all suppliers, vendors, and services they use to provide their service. Not the loyal paying customer. This is why we hire a fitness company. This is a huge business flaw and is outdated with current industry standards.Since I have tried to cancel this account I have signed up with another golds gym and have been able to cancel with this gym. Cant believe Ive been paying on this the entire time.I know I will not be reimbursed for this and the blame will fall on us as the customer not sending it to the right address or whatever the case was. But I hope this feedback motivates this company to change their processes.

We wanted to get a free day trail which we thought we could but upon arriving we were informed we had to pay $10 for a 24 hour pass. Redhead dude we talked to was very unfriendly and short with us, would not give us details about the services they offered. I don’t think it was worth it. Bad vibes from the employees and people at the gym. It was very crowded as well when we went and not just with people, it was stuffed with gym equipment. It’s also more of a bodybuilding vibe as there were limited options for powerlifting. We wanted to get a month by month subscription here without cancellation fees but it seems like that is false info according to other reviews. All in all seems like a sketchy place so we won’t be coming back.

Nice gym, plenty of equipment. Unprofessional where some simpal courtesies should exist. Went to buy a day pass and was quoted incorrect information about. As soon as I had paid, correct info was given to me. I promptly asked for a refund and was told no, that a refund was something they dont do at all. Ask to speak to a manager, employee just said they had and the manager said no as well. Again nice gym, but super unprofessional.

Cancelling is a nightmare! You cant just go in to cancel, you have to send a handwritten letter to Paramount Acceptance in Salt Lake which is who Bodifi uses for billing. I paid for tracking on my letter in the middle of September to make sure it was received and the tracking says it got there at the end of September. Paramount claimed to never have received it, so I sent another letter. It took them a month to even look at the second letter, all the while I was still getting billed and they still didnt cancel the memberships. Im still being billed for my wife and Is accounts up until now December 3rd. I emailed them and they are now claiming that I owe $60 on my membership to cancel for the month of December and my wife owes $75 to cancel hers up to December. If you call to get anything figured out, no one is in the office to answer, or at least I assume no one is there because Ive now been on hold for 2.5 hours. Never sign up with Bodifi unless you plan on never cancelling...

Incredibly dishonest. I initially went there to sign up for the twilight membership. The worker conveniently forgot about that level of membership until I showed him on my phone. I get, he was trying to upsell, I dont have as much of a problem with that. What really upset me was they way he treated my wife.We just had a baby. I asked him if it were okay for us to take our infant around while we exercised, seeing as their child care room is closed in the evening and my son was too young to go there anyway. I didnt see a problem with it because he was too young to be mobile and he just slept the whole time. Ive been to a couple of different gyms in the past that allowed it, a couple of campus gyms and an anytime fitness. The worker at bodifi Rexburg said that it was okay with him as long as he was working, my wife stayed on the machines, and she avoided the free weights. We did it several times, and everything was fine, until some self-righteous Karen complained about it. He kicked my wife and son out of the gym. I would like to point out that the pathetic little coward waited until her and I were seperated so he could get her on her own to do it. He must not like confrontation. I saw her crying from the other side of the gym as she walked towards the door. We tried talking to the worker, but he immediately punked out and lied about us having permission in order to save face. I cancelled my membership the next day.Look, I get that there are potential liability issues if anything were to happen with a baby in the gym, I was an internationally certified personal trainer for a few years, I understand. What bothers me is the dishonesty. I wouldnt have had a problem if he would have just said no in the first place. But he didnt. He lied to my face and lost my business. Im not saying that he should be fired, spineless punks need jobs too, Im just saying that there are much better fitness options than bodifi out there. Avoid the dishonesty and unprofessionalism and go somewhere else.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. I cancelled my membership while at the gym, spoke to the receptionist and she told me everything I needed to do to cancel. I had heard from previous people that it was very frustrating/difficult cancelling your membership here so before I left I double checked with the receptionist that I did everything I needed to do to be squared away. I paid the cancellation fee, signed paperwork saying I was cancelling my membership, she said she removed my card info and said I was good to go. Come to find out, For the next 12 months I was being charged random amounts from them EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED. I called and talked to a manager about it and she was very unwilling to accept responsibility for the employees mistakes. She said that what I was told by the employee was incorrect, but that there was nothing she could do.I own a business myself and would never treat my customers this way when it was my own employees mixup. will not be coming back here.

Worst Gym cancellation experience ever. The Gym itself is great. I had no problems working out here. The problem is canceling. Let me explain the process to cancel your membership. You have to send a letter to a company in Utah requesting a cancellation of your membership. The company will then send you an email that is so sketchy looking that it will go straight into your Spam box. The email asks. Are you sure you want to cancel your membership? If you do not reply to this email they will not cancel your membership. On top of this if you want to cancel your membership you have to pay a fee of about 60 dollars. This is incorrect. You will also have to make the next month of your membership even though it is canceled. What do I mean by this? There is a policy in place that states that 30 days from when your letter of cancellation is received that your membership will be canceled. During this extra 30 day wait period you are required to pay all fees for the Gym. I have been drained over $200.00 from this shady company. I encourage all to not go here at all cost.

We have been going to Bodifi since we moved to Rexburg 4 years ago. We have been very happy with it. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful and always available. The equipment is clean and well maintained. It is popular for a reason yet their is plenty of equipment so you do not have to wait. Highly recommend Bodifi!

Bodifi will will try to charge you on everything that they can. Their cancelation policy is very difficult and takes 30 days to process and while processing they charge you for the next month in that 30 days of processing. They are very cheap and take your money where they can.

Great place to workout! Found my lost motivation 😀 Great classes; they are fun and challenging but you can set your own pace without feeling judged. If an instructor is not able to make it, they always have a sub which means no cancelled classes= motivational momentum maintained! The staff is friendly and doesnt have an attitude like they are better than you like most gyms. Great price for the membership- I spend more each month on RedBox than my monthly fees. When I moved away I cancelled my membership in person. They left my membership active and kept charging me even when the gym was closed due to covid-19. They didnt tell me I had to write a letter to their parent company to cancel and when I disputed the charge on my card they continued to charge me for another two months and sent my dispute to collections. When I called to resolve the issues the manager couldnt take my call because she was bjsy working out, and didnt get back to me until the next day. She would not refund any of the recent months and even insisted that I pay them back for my charge backs or they would send it to collections. Basically holding my credit score hostage. I moved away 6 months ago but they just kept charging me even though I had cancelled. Dont get wrapped up in their memberships. Hidden $65 dollar fee every six months they dont tell you about, cancelation fee if you leave end your membership in the first year they dont tell you about, and a letter you have to mail in to cancel.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The gym is great until your 1 year membership is supposed to end and it doesn’t. They require a written letter sent 30 days prior to your 1 year but they NEVER tell you, so they just keep taking your money after your 1 year is supposedly up. Their billing system has terrible customer service and it is in no way worth the money and effort. The dumbbells here are torn to bits and when the equipment is broke its broke for weeks! I wish there was a better gym in town. The location in Idaho Falls got ALL new equipment. The Rexburg location has had the same equipment for over 25 years. Its really time to upgrade.

The gym staff is friendly enough and I love the space and equipment, but the contracts and payment methods are done by snakes.I cancelled my credit card after misplacing it, and instead of the gym notifying me that my payment did not go through, they waited until after attempting to charge me multiple times over the course of two days and charging me fines of up to $20 for every attempt. They have my phone number, they could have called me the first time the payment didn’t go through.Instead of paying $30 this month I paid over $100 for the inconvenience.ALSO it must be said that if you sign a contract you will be held to it for 2 years so good luck if you aren’t here for those two years. ANYONE considering a membership should take this into consideration BEFORE signing a contract.

Terrible management and customer service. They use the worst 3rd party billing company in the world. Good luck cancelling a membership. I cancelled over 6 months ago and they still continue to bill me. I blocked them from billing my account so I now have a “delinquent” balance of over $200. Management continues to be useless in helping me resolve this.

BEWARE: To cancel your contract it usually takes 30 days which involves mailing a letter to salt lake. They of course will charge you for that extra month (or 2), waiting for them to cancel your contract. Standard cancellation process. The service is clearly to draw out your contract as long as possible. Many employees may tell you that you get free cancellation but the billing office will always tell you different. This is the truth, it happens with every account.The account managing employees are told to wait a certain amount of time before processing the cancellation. Same owners for all the bodifi in east Idaho.I am not saying the gym is bad quality, I just wanted to let people, who are considering signing a contract, know what their process is like.Do not expect to have an easy exit process, or straight forward, or honest. They will naturally try to charge you for another 1 year contract without you agreeing and then try to make you pay that during your cancellation process.Hopefully this helps someone make a more informed decision.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They steal your money. They require you to mail a letter in order to cancel but “never receive the letter” and continue to charge you. I sent a second letter in and they got it no problem but refuse to refund me for all the months they have charged. I know of THREE other people this has happened to. Do not trust this gym. I have a membership here and I like it. It is small and starting to be full because of the contracts they have with some student housing. So, that is not fun because if you live here and want to avoid the school traffic you wont necessarily get that. They have decent amenities. I love, love, love the staff they are so awesome. Overall, its a great place to work out and you can buy supplements and enjoy it there, its just getting too small for the community that is growing and it could include more in the membership but other than that its pretty good

The willingness to work on my unique circumstances and get me into a membership that works for me was appreciated. The facility is well equipped, and is perfect for anyone willing to hit their fitness goals. This a great club and if you need a great gym you need to get a membership here. 5 stars all the way.

Cancellation process has been an absolute nightmare. They say it is easy to cancel when you first sign up but it has been nothing short of difficult to cancel. I had one card on file and after moving away got a different card, months and months had gone by and in the process of moving, Bodifi Joke was the least of my concerns and had not heard from them for months on end. One day I get a call saying they have been trying to reach me multiple times which is false and I ended up having to pay over $200 in late fees. I have been charged multiple times even after sending in my letter to cancel, you would be better off anywhere else! This gym takes advantages of its customers!

This gym is actually really nice!! There are literally no other good options in Rexburg that are as cheap and as nice. The membership options are pretty reasonable and the people that work there are awesome. The owner is amazing and is involved, which you don’t see too often. 10/10 would recommend!

The gym is really good overall. I like their weight selection and they have a really good set up. I do wish there was at least one more versatile cable machine since they are often taken when the gym gets busy and they are not the best about fixing and repairing their equipment properly. But the gym is good and my wife loves the high fitness class workout and instructor.

Signed up in March because byui gym closed. Signed up for twilight $10 a month membership because they said I could cancel any time and not pay fee (and I was going to be moving in a month). The worker signed me up for wrong contract (1 year contract). Gym close about two weeks later for covid. I try canceling when I moved and they forced me to pay $60+ buy out fee on top of membership fee for month it shut down. Tried talking to manager but it took over a month for her to get back to me (through an email). I give some slack because of covid but am obviously annoyed they are making me pay about $100 for 2 weeks of the gym where I was only aloud to enter from 2 pm- 2 am. I thought gym staff was nice and gym was fine, business wise though are not understanding at all. Cancelling the membership is also the biggest hassle ever, its pretty shady, I wouldnt recommend definitely not worth the hassle

Great gym! Most people working there are really good. I had a few problem with my wifes and my account but they fixed it really fast and with no hassle. The manager there Shane is a down to earth person and also very ethical. He is good at working with customers and finding a solution for problems. Definitely recommend this gym!!!

Terrible staff and managementI think Shane is the managers nameWe called to make sure we could get a free day trial pass to test out the gym. They said yes on the phone. When we showed up they said we each had to pay 10$ for a day pass. We walked out. Not getting a membership for sure. We heard Becky is cool but dealing with Shane is a joke

I have tried every gym here in Rexburg and this one is my favorite. Very relaxed atmosphere. The equipment is pretty old and they don’t have everything but compared to the other gyms in town it’s the best. VERY busy in the morning and after work at night. If you go during the day though you will have access to everything.

Whatever you do, dont sign a membership with this place. They require you to give written notice for closing of a membership. Normal right? Wrong, because you cant give written notice at the location. You have to mail it to a company in Utah. You have to call that company to get the address to mail it for. Theres no way to email, to tell on phone, or to tell in person. You have to mail it. What century does this company operate in?

Do NOT sign up at this gym. World Gym raised my rates after only a few months of being a member despite being still in the original one-year contract that I had signed up for. In my opinion, when you sign a one-year contract, your monthly rate should be the same for at least that year. So, I decided to cancel my membership. You should know up front what I did not - to cancel your World Gym membership, you have to send a CERTIFIED letter to a third-party company in Utah. Despite how annoying that was, I did it. I wrote them and told them I was still under contract, but I wanted to cancel anyway because of the rate hike and told them to contact me by phone or email if that would be a problem. I never heard back from them, so I assumed it was taken care of. Then, I noticed on my credit card statement that they had continued to charge me my monthly fee!. When I called them back, they admitted they were in the wrong by not contacting me, but did not refund any of the money they had charged during the time after the letter AND still charged me a fee to get out of the contract even though they were the ones who violated the terms. Overall a terrible terrible experience. Unfortunate, since the gym itself is a decent place. Unless you intend to never ever cancel your membership, I would look elsewhere for a gym that cares a little more about its clients and makes it more straightforward and honest. No gym is worth the amount of hassle these guys put you through for membership issues like this.

I saw a lady doing a certain exercise not exactly wrong, but her form could definitely be improved, so I showed her how to improve. I’m not the kind of guy that likes to be a know it all, but it drives me a little crazy when I see people with bad form. As I was leaving I notice she works at bodifi and was mocking me as I walked out the door. This is why I try not to correct people, they’re stuck up and prideful. I don’t care if you freaking work at the gym, you’re not a god

I’ve been working out here for about 6 months and have LOVED it until recently when they hired a new girl for the front desk. She is SO rude. I was doing circuits between 3 machines and every time I got off one, she would jumpON ME to de-rack the machine which I understand but I am using them and she just didn’t care. She also SPRINTS everywhere across the whole gym pushing through people without a care. She’s just so disruptive, it’s so difficult to focus on my workout.

I have been happy with this gym and its atmosphere since I started going. With there being a gym on the BYU-Idaho campus, the only people that really attend here are people that really care about their workout. You can create a gym family here very easily. The facility itself is kept very clean, and the employees are very friendly and positive. I would recommend anyone to become a member here.

I just signed up here and can already tell its better than any other gym Ive been to, especially when it comes to customer service! The guy at the front knew everyones name right as they walked through the door and greeted/talked to them like he had known them for years. The manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. There are just good people here. On top of all that they have lots of great equipment and even free tanning, which Lord knows I need! This is the gym to go to, hands down!

DO NOT USE THIS GYM!! They might have friendly people but their payment company is HORRIBLE!! The WORST experience of my life. The Customer Service Reps dont know anything. They read everything off a script. I had one of them hang up on me. I sent my tag with a notice of cancellation to them OVER A YEAR AGO and they are STILL charging my account. Their only excuse was we have no record of that. I asked to speak to someone else, even just a different rep, that would have more respect for a customer, and they told me that there was no one else to speak to. Not only have they been charging my account for the past year but starting January 5 they deemed it OK to STEAL $85 from me. They have no respect for people, they are just out to steal your bank information and rape you for money month after month after month. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people. And World Gym employees are no better! They dont even know what the contract states to tell you how to cancel your account. I had them tell me that all I needed to do was call over to Paramount Acceptance and tell them that my contract was up and to stop taking payments. Well THAT didnt work. Its all a huge runaround. No one knows ANYTHING about customer service. Hundreds of dollars later and it STILL isnt taken care of. Called over to my bank and told them that it is an unauthorized withdrawal and they are standing behind me on this one. THANK GOD! If its not resolved soon, I will be taking them to small claims court and the Better Business Bureau will be receiving a scathing review of BOTH companies.

This gym is Perfect for ALL types of training. I am preparing for a physique body building show and the environment here is just amazing. This includes the staff, they seem to know everyones name and they couldnt be more nicer! I love this gym.

I got a gym membership here and tried to cancel it yet they kept billing me! I called the company that handles the accounts and they said they never even got the money and pretty muc said nothing they can do. I find these people to be extremely dishonest in this aspect because this has happened to more than just myself.I would never recomend going here. The equipment there is great and it has a good atmosphere however they do no care about anything other than money and it shows.
