Best pedicure I’ve had in the Triangle since I moved here 18 years ago. The facility is clean, everyone wore a mask, and we were directed to wash our hands upon entering the building. All of the employees were friendly and provided excellent customer service. My pedicure included a hot stone massage, a paraffin treatment and a separate massage with lotion. The technician didn’t rush and was incredibly thorough. The salon was calming and serene with nice lighting and relaxing music. After today’s visit, I won’t go anywhere else for a pedicure.

I took my daughters 14 & 2 for the 1st time and they did an amazing job!!! We found our nail spot!!! Both girls got manis(teen got a pedi too), so my teens nails are hers no tips or acrylic.Update: My teens nails and toes still look amazing. Since they did such a great job and I needed my nails done I went back to them. In my other photos I had a mermaid type of color scheme with stiletto tips, so I showed them the photo and Yen did an awesome job on my manicure!!! This is definitely our nail spot!!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I went in yesterday for a simple Dip powder nail removal and possible dip powder re-application. I made an appointment at 6:00 and arrived at 5:49. They took me back at 6:30. I let the nail tech know I had on dip powder and that it requires an acetone soak. They refused to soak my nails after asking them three times. She went in with nail clippers to remove them and ended up ripping my nail up through my nail bed. It will be weeks before it fully heals. Save yourself the pain, time and money. Go elsewhere.

I book my appointments with Kaylee who does a phenomenal job she’s sweet, takes her time, and I never ever leave here disappointed. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean professional and efficient nail salon! To add one more thing..I have had my nails done by other members of this spa and they ALL do an amazing job! Jenny did my nails and I have found my nail artist for life! I used gel and a light at home to do my own nails for the last 5 years. I realized that I didnt have the time and energy to commit to my nails so I decided to give it a shot. I reveirec a pedicure at Glow a few weeks prior and really enjoyed it so I made an appointment to get my nails done too. Jenny was so nice and wanted to get to know me asked how I like my nails: length, shape, etc. I knew right away Jenny and I would be fast friends. I cant wait to see her in a few weeks for my next Mani. ♥️

I got a gel mani and a pedicure on 11/7/2020. I made an appointment and was seen right away. They were following covid procedures: took my temp as well as made me wash my hands and they had a protective shield in between me and the employee. I felt safe and it was very clean.Everyone was friendly and they did a great job with my nails. Very pleased! I will be going back.

Wonderful place! Atmosphere peaceful and great music in the background. Service was done fast and efficient(I needed to be somewhere right after). The service I received was soak off previous set and fresh full set ombré glow n dark powder with Coffin shape.

This is one of the best nail places that I have ever been to! I have been getting my nails done for years and its hard to find somewhere where they listen to your needs and actually pay attention to detail. I decided to try out this new place, which is literally 1min from my house: I was greeted with a smile and nothing but friendliness as soon as I walked through the door. Their interior decoration is beautiful, their nail stations are so elegant, the staff is so nice and very easy to have conversations with- it really blew me away. Its very spacious and doesnt feel like a work shop in there! Sean was my nail technician and he was absolutely amazing! He offered me a beverage, he was very happy to listen to what I wanted done for my nails, he kept the conversation going and he was polite! When I asked him to file them a little more square (because thats how I like them) he did not even hesitate!! He made sure that I was happy before I left out of there. At a lot of nail places, the technicians get upset when you ask them to file more or cut them down, OR whatever the reason is-- so it was really nice to know that they do not do that here. I am NOT the one to write reviews, but WOW!! This place definitely deserves it! I would recommend EVERYONE to come try this place out! You will not be disappointed :) I would also recommend to make appointments because with all of the fabulous work that they do, that word will get around and they will become busy!Thank you sooo much Glow Nail Spa for being so conveniently located and for doing amazing work :) I look forward to being a regular customer!!

Glow is a very clean and relaxing nail salon. I have SNS nails, and Twee does an amazing job every time I get them done. And, when I get a pedicure, I feel very confident that this salon uses every safety precaution. They always line their tubs and every client gets their own sterilized nail utensils, as well as, the products used for a pedicure. You never have to worry that someone before you just used the same tools. I am very fond of Twee, my nail girl. I take my mom and my granddaughters to Glow and they always leave happy and satisfied. Everyone is nice and they want to make sure that your nail experience is a good one. Give GLOW a call and make an appointment. You will be glad you did! Ive had a few really great pedicures from this nail salon. Theyve always had friendly customer service, Ive gotten beautiful pedicures that last, and they always have many glitter nail polishes for me to chose from, which I love! (Disco ball toes!)Some of the pedicure choices are pricey, but you get a lot for what you pay for.However, recently they have had so many appointments that you cant walk in and get your nails done. Two or three times in the last 3 months I have gone in 1.5 to 2 hours before closing and asked for a pedicure -willing to wait - and they have said they couldnt get to me that day at all.From a business perspective, they are doing great... So great that they are booked up!But Ive stopped going here at least until my job gets back to normal because right now it is unpredictable and they dont have walk in availability when I do get a minute.All that to say, they have great pedicures, if a little pricey... But make an appointment or you are likely to get turned away.

First time there and I love it. I got a rose champagne pedi and a full set for my bday. That pedi was AMAZING!! Worth the price!! I LOVED the environment... clean, high class, and welcoming. Honestly my best salon experience since moving down to NC. They took their time to make sure i left happy. Both ladies that worked on me were very sweet and gentle.

I always have a great experience here. Everytime I go the customer service is on point. It is a nice, clean establishment and due to covid they check your temp and make you wash your hands. My only complaint is that I wish they had more polish colors to choose from. The polishes they have are mostly dark and gloomy looking. I prefer livelier colors especially since its summer time

This place is fantastic! They do SNS that lasts for three weeks or even longer, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes past my appointment time.I’m SUPER fussy about my nails, but several people there have done them and it’s always been a perfect job. Beautifully shaped, lots of color choices, and the technicians aren’t super chatty if you don’t initiate a conversation, which I appreciate.They don’t have tons of sparkly colors for the SNS yet, but there are several really pretty sparkly choices and a ton of shiny mattes.This is a picture of my nails, I last got them done three weeks ago. I would definitely recommend this place. They even do free tips with the SNS if your nails are super short or if you break one.

Don’t be fooled by this salons aesthetic. I asked for a French Polish with a design. The first nail tech said she couldn’t do it, then asked another nail tech. The second nail tech said she could do the design only with gel and not regular polish. That didn’t make sense. Why gel but not regular polish? Plus I’ve experienced long waits at this nail spa, even if I’ve made an appointment. The girl who did my nails also shaped me nails unevenly and weird, they had a slant. Won’t be back.

I love this nail salon!!!! Everyone is sweet, professional, and skilled. The atmosphere is calming and CLEAN! You can tell the staff really care about their work. I usually get an SNS manicure every 3 weeks, and every other time I get a pedicure. The prices are fair and the more luxurious services are SO WORTH IT!

I love this place! My first time, and I was blown away. Its a little out of my way, but its my new go to place. Its that good! I appreciate the disposable tub liners and pumice stones. The entire spa is very clean. Kelly is a great nail tech. They didnt rush me-I had plenty of time to sit in the massage chair and sip my wine before and during my pedicure. The citrus pedicure is great, and Im looking forward to trying the milk and honey pedicure next time. Kelly was full of suggestions on what to try and how to use the colors I chose. She took the time to get to know me and then gave me the listed 10% off in addition to a deeper teachers discount-which I didnt even request. My nails look beautiful. Service, quality, atmosphere, prices all 10/10. Go here. You wont be disappointed.

This was my first visit. I made an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in the door. The Jelly Pedicure was amazing! Included the jelly soak, hot stones, paraffin was, massaging galore. Paint job was very neat. The shop is clean and organized. Customer service is awesome! Thank you Glow Nail Spa!

I had an outstanding experience here today having dip nails done. At the previous salon that I visited, they piled on 4 coats plus the primer and it was really thick. David just used two coats of color and sanded them down so that it looks natural.

It has taken me the better part of a decade to find a nail place thats just worth it. Sean is hands down my favorite person and does an immaculate job, so much so that my husband always compliments the attention to detail and the level of perfection. The salon is clean with soothing music and even better with a glass of wine. Make sure to book your appointment, in advance!

I have been here 4 times now to get my nails done. The first time I got my nails done, they lasted for less than 2 weeks and it was for my wedding. I had gotten the sns dip powder and they should have lasted at least 2 weeks, but they didn’t and were coming off on my honeymoon. They also changed colors and looked stained after being in water. The second time I went, I did have a better experience and I thought they looked great. The third and fourth time I went, my nails looked awful. They were uneven in shape and my nail cracked across the middle of the nail bed in the first week and it hurt. They also did not wait for the top layer to dry and started finishing the job without the nails drying completely. I don’t have time to go back and wait 2 hours for them to fix my nails when they should have done a good job in the first place. They do have a very clean salon but some of the nail techs do a mediocre job for the prices they charge. I always tip no matter what but after spending $50 on nails that I am unhappy with 3 times now, I will not be going back.

I get the SNS done. They do a great job. Have been going for about a yr. Very happy.

The good: Location is very convenient for me, color selection is great, and I never have to wait long, even without an appointment.The bad: I have had THREE of my nails crack across the nail bed after getting a full set here. I had the first one fix, and that was simple enough, but now two additional nails have cracked, and they hurt! In my 20 years of getting my nails done, this has never happened, even when I went too long in between fills. Im not sure if its the powder, the actual nails they use or what, but Im pretty unhappy. There are two many nail salons at comparable price points for me to ever go her again.

First time visiting. Received full set and eyebrow waxing. Facility was clean. Service was fast, not busy when i went. Beverage offered was refreshing. Unfortunately, nails did not last long. I usually get fill-ins every 2 weeks after a full set, but this full set only lasted about 1 week. Eyebrow waxing was good.

My Mom and I have been coming to Glow for several months and we love it! We are both very picky about our pedicures (we get ingrown nails on our big toes) and the staff always does a phenomenal job! We leave with our feet feeling so much better. The space is relaxing and clean and we couldnt love it more!

I’m very disappointed, I am not one of the people who likes to put bad reviews, but this has me very upset, three weeks ago I went with my mom to get a pedicure and yesterday my mother took off the polish and we realized that SHE HAD FUNGUS, I do not recommend this place, It will be very nice salon but they are not clean... BE CAREFUL! !!

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. A lady in the back told me to have a seat, that it would be a “few minutes” until they could accommodate me. Three customers finished while I was waiting so I know they had available staff. After ** 30 ** minutes of waiting and no word on when they will assist me I left. Total waste of time.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive been a lot of places and this is by far my favorite. The main reason is because Sean was patient and honest about what would be best for my nails. He didnt just try and sell me more services. Thank you! I have also had Zoe and Kelly who were a pleasure to talk to.

Had a pedicure today and it was one of the best I have ever had.I live right behind the salon so I tried it out of closeness to my apt.It was not my first one there but one of the best!I love how clean the place is and decorated very nicely.I do not remember the nail techs name but he was awesome!

I love this salon! I live within walking distance and was so glad when they opened. So far Ive only had pedis there, but the people are so friendly and kind, and they do a great job. Plus they offer me a glass of wine every time Im there:)

This is a gem of a nail studio in someRandom building off Chapel Hill road between Morrisville Parkway and Aviation Parkway. There’s a wine bar andDelicious cupcake place there too. With so much competition for nails how does one decide; Look noFurther! I went in on a Sunday desperate to get my nails to look normal after the awful experience I had in NY. Jenny was patient, kind and most of all took her time with me and did exactly what I asked! Most places will argue with you and you end up walking out with something you didn’t want in the first place. Not here, all the technicians are top notch and will give you the time you deserve. Everyone is very friendly and they have a large returnClient base. Please do yourself a favor and go see them. Best times are during the middle of the day M-Th and Sunday early afternoon.

My wife & I have been going here since it opened, this Salon is by far the best place (Best Pedicure)...we have gone to since we relocated to the Triangle in January, 2013 . We have gone to many salons in the area & some were ok & some were terrible...... The staff here is great..... friendly, they make you feel right at home & Kelly is great ....We wont go any place else ☺

Tweety is the best! Shes super friendly and takes her time every time I see her. I have a full set and get fill ins every two weeks. Shes always in a good mood and greets me by name :) I never have an issue with my nails when she does them and the shape is always great.

I am really confused because like you, I read great reviews about Glow Nails Spa. Sadly, my experience was AWFUL! I will try to post photos butte dry skin on my feet was still present in many spots when leaving the spa!!! I paid for a Signature pedicure plus 10 extra minutes of massaging.I showed the employee my feet stating that dry skin should not be present after paying 36.00 (discounted Mon-Wed) for a pedi. The employee flat out told me that I would need something other than their Signature Pedicure for better service. I was appalled!!! I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service like this!!! Please stay away if you have dry skin!!! Poor customer service here!

The lady who did my pedicure was awesome, aswell as the lady to my right who helped me with the remote control for chair super awesome.

I moved to NC from TX a little over a year ago and struggled to find a nail salon in the area that could do a decent job with SNS nails. Glo Nails does an amazing job, has a huge selection of colors to choose from, and the staff is always friendly. Its worth the 30 minute drive for me. Try the jelly pedicure! It will change your life!

Glow was probably the best salons I’ve ever been to and it’s a very relaxing environment!

I started coming to this salon only because they were close to my job. The first 4-5 times coming here I had good to great experiences. Unfortunately, that has recently changed. I came this particular time because it was my birthday. I got to the salon around 5:05pm and waited around 25 mins even with having an appointment set for 5:10pm. I was not really upset at that because I knew the Hurricane was set to hit N.C. the next day and everyone wanted to make last min appts. What I wasn’t pleased with was my nails. A new tech did my nails and she did not make the tip of my nails thick/long enough and this caused my nails to show underneath the SNS. I wasn’t very pleased with the outcome. By the time she was done it was 7pm and I know she wouldn’t have time to fix it. Even with me not being pleased with my nails I still tipped her because I thought to myself I could just come back after the hurricane and my birthday to have them fixed. Boy was I wrong! I called and spoke to Jenna (who has done my nails previously) and she told me to come in so they could be fixed. Once I arrived Jenna explained to me that she doesn’t think I need my nails fixed because to her they were thick enough and that they looked good. That confused me because I was the paying customer whos a walking representation of their company. I explained to her that I was unhappy because it was so noticeable. This really upset me because I hardly complain and I was really not pleased with the outcome. She made it very clear that she did not want to fix my nails. So I thanked her and told her I’d just leave. She replied “you’re welcome, I just try to help you”. I was baffled because she wasn’t trying to help. I just continued to walk out and I will never come back. I realized that they don’t like being wrong and doing free work. Just an FYI to the company: I am a receptionist and I’ve previously have gotten compliments on my nails that you have done and I recommended your location. I will be sure to correct that recommendation due to the lack of customer service I received.

I have been here 3 times now. First experience: poor. The man that was doing my nails was twisting my fingers the whole time. finally someone else came and finished my nails for me. 2nd experience I got gel and the lady didn’t do a very great job. Didn’t color the ends of the nails well look bad and chipped quickly. 3rd experience (just now): I removed that same gel from my nails. Walked in said just here to remove Gel. That’s it. Two people worked on me. At the end the lady said what color? I said no color just here for gel removal. They immediately all started talking in another language and I hear the words gel manicure. I just keep looking at the woman - like am i done? Can i get up? So i got up awkwardly and walked to the front to pay. Woman who did my nails stayed at her station. Didn’t say bye thanks nothing! I walk up to the front and two women are talking and they clearly have attitudes. They said $15. I said to remove gel? They said yeah she did your cuticles too. I said I didn’t ask for that. I just asked for removing the gel she said ok $10. I was filling out the receipt and said, “is there an issue?” She said no she just thought you were getting a gel manicure. I said I never asked for one. Just needed a removal. And they just said ok. Thanks (with zero emotion) didn’t say anything else. Walked out. I have been charged for removal every time I have been here also when I was getting additional services (sns and gel) thought it was really poor customer service on top of already high prices. Not coming back here after the last experience. Sour taste in my mouth. Like it was my fault they heard me wrong or just didn’t want to be the one to do the removal so they told someone else it was a manicure? Didn’t really think the attitude from the three ladies was necessary or justified.

Highly recommend! Clean salon with professional service and spa like atmosphere. They use disposable bowl liners for all pedis and have some creative spa pedi options like the Rosé pedicure. Glow offers SNS powder dip manicures which is my go to mani for over the last year or so. The technicans here are skilled at SNS and the manicures are long lasting. Gel polish and traditional manicures are also available. They also offer threading which is performed in a private room making for a relaxing experience compared to the other threading salons I have been. All the staff members are very professional in demeanor and communicate well. I recommend any of their services and appointments are available if you have a set time frame.

Gave this place 2 stars only because I went there on a Sunday and they fit me in. My very 1st visit for a ped and they did a rush job on myself and my mom. My ususal place was closed and I decided to give them a try. Wont be going back. They charge too much for such mediocre work.
