I loved this Nail spa! They definitely live up to their name it was HEAVEN! I came in for a fill in and I was greeted with open arms as if I were a regular. I felt the love and positive vibes. Helen is really sweet she convinced me that I deserved a pedicure which I did! I got the Collagen pedi! I absolutely loved it! The hot stones gave me life!John really took his time on my pedicure his hands are paradise! Andy did my nails I love his personality genuine funny guy. He gave me exactly what I wanted! Heaven Foot Spa is definitely my New Fam when I come through Raleigh

My first time here and it was amazing. Tina did a great job with my dip mani. The collagen pedi was awesome. Compared to other places in the area, they are priced fairly and even have a rewards system. Excellent work, awesome quality chairs, and overall an incredible experience.Edit: I’ve been coming here for months now, and it’s always incredible service. They are usually pretty busy, so expect a bit of a wait… but the results are worth it, and everyone is so friendly!

Today was my first time trying this salon. I got the collagen pedicure and manicure. Omg best couple hours I have had in years. I work 12 hour days 5 days a week and today was such a treat for me. Tina did such an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

Andy is amazing!! Ive never had a bad experience with him and he is always so sweet. I always get a ton of compliments on my nails and even when I need a fill-in they do not lift or break! Also, John is awesome with my pedicures!!! Highly recommended!

This is a really beautiful nail salon and the people are very nice. I’m disappointed I didn’t have a better experience because I was looking for a new nail place and I thought this place was it. It took over an hour and a half for a basic manicure. Clients receiving pedicures arrived after me and left before me. I will say that I had to have my shellac nails soaked off, but the service should not have taken an hour and a half. I’ve done it many times. I sat with my nails soaking to remove the polish for at least 30 minutes. I understand they may have had a lot of appointments, but when I arrived there were only a few of us. I would have understood had they said I should make an appointment or have to wait 30 minutes. I would have come back later. I asked for square nails, which I got. But I also got razor sharp nails that I had to file down when I got home. When I realized how sharp they were I had already been sitting by myself for 15 minutes so I wasn’t about to ask for them to fix it. Maybe my very limited service got me slow service, but I normally get pedicures monthly and get my nails done often. I could have been a repeat customer, but sadly they won’t ever know.

BEST experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had… EVER! The staff was friendly, asked my name, engaged me in fun conversation. I brought my mom and sister with me and everyone had a blast. Not just great service but excellent quality work. I have been to 10+ highly rated salons but this one was far superior. They don’t over book and their quality shows.

AMAZING! Not only is the nail salon beautiful and clean they did a great job with my mani/pedi. They took their time, the pedicure chairs are so comfy and give a great massage. The best part is they offer you an adult beverage while you are there!! Doesn’t get better than that ladies!Run, don’t walk. Ive been coming here since they first opened their doors. This was my favorite place to receive pedicures when Steven was working with them. I raved about this place and recommended it to all my girlfriends. I started bringing my father with me bc I liked the service and atmosphere so much. I always get us either the Volcano, 9-n-1 or the Heaven pedicures and since hes left, my pedicures have not been good or enjoyable. Im actually sitting in a pedicures chair now as I type and its going so bad, I felt I had to leave a review. Im so disappointed. Ill continue to bring my Father if he still wants to come but this will be my last visit. Im so disappointed.

I came here for a fill in and ended up getting that, plus nail art with Andy. Everyone at the salon was sooooo nice! The atmosphere was relaxing and their work was amazing. Andy was excited about replicating my nail art idea and made the entire experience so lovely! I’ll definitely be returning!

Like this place better than most Ive visited. Under new management now although I dont know about the old management. The massage chairs are the best. Very clean and very friendly staff. New manager makes you feel right at home too. Think Ive found my new nail spot.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I have had 3 different nail techs within the past 3 weeks for acrylic nails. I had gotten them done right before my vacation, 6 days after getting them done, they were peeling/popping off. I went back after my vacation for them to get fixed. They were nice enough to fix them for me, but I still ended up paying, even though it was less than 2 weeks. I explained to them that I usually can go 4 weeks, with them still ALL on and looking pretty fresh.I ended up having to go back about 7 days after the “fix” because five of them had fallen/broken off within that 7 days. I explained to them the same thing, trying to give them a chance. I explained this never had happened in my life LOL. Again, I was charged, full set, no discount.I could go on, but needless to say I was not satisfied. I could’ve payed money elsewhere with multiple designs at this point lol!

Clean establishment,Over priced for the services rendered . Was able to walk in and be seated right away. I got a pedicure and my wife got manicure/pedicure. Friendly staff overall, clean but just a bit pricey.The massages were just soft leg rubs at best.Didn’t offer or sell refreshments like most places, unable to recommend or go back.

I love the girls here, i just recently started getting my nails done. They are so nice, and they try to have conversations with you making you feel comfortable. They also have little deals here and there which i’ve never seen at other places. My girls names katie super awesome! Today i got my a pedicure and was delighted on how comfy they made me feel! definitely recommend this nail salon

I came as a member of a bridal party for a mani/pedi two days ago. The night of services, the polish was already chipping and peeling off. Gel is $20 extra and services cost the same as where I live in California. I paid for myself and my mom + 20+% tip. This is well over $200. My birthday is soon so I splurged on gel ans this is really disappointing. They also completely removed my mom’s polish without communicating her, so we were the last people there. All in all, we spent 3.5 hours there, eating the only free time we had before wedding events. So—while the facility is beautiful, I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to return for corrections.
