I just got a gel manicure here and I love my nails! The color and design was just what I wanted. It was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will come back! Cindy did a great job!

I used to come here and was always satisfied. But my previous visit was horrible. I had a gel full set completed but the guy who did my nails did a terrible job. There were air bubbles all over the polish and it looked like something my three year old would have done. Not to mention I was rushed out without the polish ever truly setting. So I had clothing fibers sticking to it.

Definitely not a relaxing experience! Noisy, club-style music, and people talking loudly. The only people not talking was the staff. Other than being asked to pick a color, no one even made eye contact. The person doing my pedicure did a satisfactory job, but the leg massage was minimal at best. Several interruptions because the person working the front desk kept needing help. I only went because I didn’t have time to go to my normal place. Won’t make that mistake again.

It was awesome, I usually go here but this time I didnt get the exact shape I asked for. More of a mountain than a long stiletto. But overall Ive had great service here, quick but very good.

When you find your favorite person do your self a favor only go to them.

I used to come here all the time and it was great but now it seems like there is new management and the service is really lacking. I waited 30 minutes for a pedicure after they told me to have a seat and soaked my feet. No one came back to tell me how much longer or even acknowledge I was there. I was a walk in but they could have told me the wait would be longer than a few minutes. I walked out with my feet wet, I will not return here.

I made an appointment for 3 and the person I talked to encouraged another time, because it would be less busier . We came at the suggested time and we were rushed to soak our feet, but I sat there for at least 45 minutes before I got my pedicure . The manager worked on both my pedicure and manicure and spent more time on her phone than my nails. They charged extra to cut down cuticles, which is a first . I was there for 4 hours and they charged for every little things that should come with getting acrylic . Their services don’t match their prices. It’s also been less than 2 weeks and nails are coming off with gel at that . I’m never coming back here.

Yikes, cut my nails so short, awful filing of the nails as well. Came in for a fill which was listed at 25 and they charged me 40. Not sure why, but was too afraid to ask because the receptionist was so unfriendly and dry. The fill looks like Ive already had it for 1 week, its just poor quality which is sad. I was planning on switching from my older place, but I now know they have been better quality services than here. I was really looking forward to this salon.

Came in for a regular manicure. The man who did my nails did a fine job filing and shaping my nails but butchered the painting. He caked two layers on unevenly and topped it with a top coat to simply dry to top layer. You can see the uneven layers on my left middle finger and right index and ring fingers. I would not recommend coming here.

They always do such a great job on my nails and the whole atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They are my go-to nail salon.

Charley is the best!!! I’m very picky about my nails especially when it comes to the shape, my cousin introduced me to Charley last year when I visited Cary. I moved to Cary 4 months ago and I decided to go back to Signature Nails nails as I haven’t got my nails done since the pandemic🤦🏽‍♀️. I called and asked for Charley but he was busy, i explained to the receptionist that I like his work and I only want him to do my nails, I asked who else is good as Charley (shape and polish) She stuttered for awhile,😫 that’s when I decided that no one else can touch my nails. I waited 2 hrs to get my nails done by the great Charley. He’s a perfectionist, respectful and kind. I will always go back to him!

I am extremely picky about my manicures as I used to do nails. Charley did a great job with my gel manicure. His attention to detail was amazing and my nails look great! Everybody else was very friendly and it was a great experience!

Came for a walk-in mani pedi while in town on business. They were so kind! And it was hands down best pedicure!!! The salon is beautiful, so clean, well kept, and great service!! Sydney was amazing

I made an appointment and wait 45 mins upon arrival. I decide to go with the Peppermint pedicure to get the extra massage and amazing hot stones. Well I waited longer than the actual pedicure which was a huge disappointment. Little to no massage and the hot stones were cold. Last time I will be visiting.

I love Signature Spa! I’ve been many times and have had a great experience every time. They’re always transparent about the price... Always on time when I book an appointment. I recommend Tammy, Mayra and Tracey who are very talented and perfectionist at what they do. They’re hilarious and it’s always a good time. Signature is great for events also and can accommodate large parties. I just had a ladies day with five girls and everyone loved it. ❤️

I followed Tracy to this salon because she is the best. She cares about her clients and makes sure you leave happy every time. The salon staff is friendly and always accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing, fresh and clean. Tracy got me to try the dip nails and I will never go back! Tammy is amazing too, when Tracy is on vacation I go to her. Love my healthy nails! The time I spent at Signature Nail Spa is one of my favorite “me time” moments. This nail spa is polished, well equipped and most importantly clean and fully stocked with the trendiest nail polish colors. The staff is friendly and kind. Management is also very attentive and considerate. I can always count on finding an appointment and being completely satisfied with their services. My fave nail technician Blanca is talented and fast, without sacrificing quality. FYI she gives the most amazing foot, hands, and neck massages.

Signature nail salon took every step to ensure a safe clean environment. From the pedicure I received, to their attention to detail, to their level of professionalism- all services were top notch! I highly recommend!

They only have one nail technician, i came around 6:30 pm they closed at 8:00pm they said i couldn’t get them done because it was a person that was halfway done getting them done. then the lady says i could come tomorrow i come early in the morning and it’s the SAME exact answer. very unprofessional.

The service is great and everyone is friendly! Charlie does a fantastic job at doing my nails and pays attention to every details. He is the first nail tech that has done a full set of acrylic with gel polish that has last 3 or more weeks on me, other places my nails would break or would lift within a week. Blanca is also great and does amazing art work on your nails. She is the only one I trust to do my eyebrows. There is a bit of a wait if you go during there busy hours.

After moving to Cary from Miami FL it was extremely difficult to find a nail salon up to my standards UNTIL I found signature nail spa . I have been going here for over a year now I always request Mayra to do my nails, she is amazing, the best manicurist I have ever had I trust in her recommendations for colors and I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails since coming here . Mayra is very detailed and patient and takes real pride in her work. I recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family !

I am very picky with my nails and always take close consideration before stepping into any nail spa. I am always going around place to place getting my nails done looking for a satisfactory location where I can settle. I can finally say I’ve found my favorite place at Signature Nail Spa! The welcoming environment here really gives me the full spa experience. One nail tech in particular, Yadi, is super friendly and very neat with her work. My favorite nail place for sure.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I am VERY picky about who does my nails. Let me tell you, this place does not disappoint! Cindy and John are phenomenal and incredibly accommodating. My nails always look fantastic and their pedicure menu and color choices are extensive... I’ve never seen so many gel colors in my life. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, and they are so kind to boot. If you’re remotely close to Morrisville, and you want to enjoy a clean and relaxing atmosphere- you need to come here. You won’t regret it. 🙂

This place doesn’t honor their faithful customers. After spending over 60 dollars on gel and nail design the design came off in 2-3 days and a couple of my nails chipped. I called the salon twice ask for a supervisor to call me back which never happened. When I explained I was was out of town and couldn’t come right back they would not honor to fix their mistake even though I am a faithful customer and had no reason to lie. When I got back into town I stopped by and the nail tech I spoke to had a bad attitude and was unwilling to help me or fix my problem . It’s hard trying to find the right salon to patronage but I just can’t go back here if they don’t honor their customers. I was even told they would not repair my nails for free because I couldn’t come right back. Great decision to keep a customer... please save yourself the time and money and find someplace that care. These people don’t

I followed Tracy Roy here from another salon. She is wonderful! She is always prompt.and Professional, and does a tremendous job with my nails and pedicures! I highly recommend her!!

My mom loves this place but has a specific person who works on her feet. She paid for me to go with her one day and the person I had was very painful with me. Its been 6-8 weeks now and the toe still hurts where she was digging in. I have had bad pedicures before that have resulted in my losing the nail completely and this is feeling the same. I wish I could give a name to avoid but I cant recall. She was Hispanic, pretty and in her late 20s to early 30s. Thats all I can recall.

Twice I tried to get my nails done at Signature Nail Spa. Both times I went around noon on my lunch break.First time I was told to wait and someone would be with me. I waited about 10 minutes and finally asked how long it would be. Lady said she had called to have someone come in and she would be there in about 15 minutes. There was only one other customer and at least 5 other employees just walking around so strange that another employee was needed to be called in. Only have an hour for lunch so I had to leave.It looks like a nice place so thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. So tried it again and this time I asked if a nail tech was available. Was told yes and directed to a nail station. I needed some remains of a previous set of gel nails removed before the new ones could be put on. So a guy put my fingers in acetone and left me there. He would come back about every 10 minutes and used the little drill to take a bit off. 40 minutes later I asked how long it would take as I had to get back to work. He went back to rejoin the other 7 or 8 employees smoking at the back door and sent out a girl with a phone up to her ear. She came over and said they she had called someone in and they would be there soon. Same as last time. Got up and left with still pieces of old nail material hanging off.Will not try this place a third time..

I was a bit leery after reading the other reviews, however I decided to give them a try. John was my technician for the paradise pedicure and he was EXCELLENT. I thought that the prices were competitive with other salons in the area and the facilities are new, nice and clean. I will be coming back again and may have found my new go- to place!Update! I went back today and walked in to a silent spa. There were lots of workers but no on greeted me. I signed in picked a color and sat down. About 2 minutes later I made eye contact and was told that someone would be right with me. Then I sat for 25 minutes unacknowledged and left. There was one other person waiting who must have been more patient than I was. Also there was a woman in one of the front pedicure chairs who was complaining about her service and the owner who was helping her kept shushing her. I will not be back. I should have trusted the reviews the first time.

Ive been going here for several years now and really recommend it. I go to Tonya, but most of the technicians in there are very good. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs. They have hundreds of gel polish colors from which to choose. The only downside is they are a little pricier than some of the other nail salons.

We come here about once every 2 weeks. Always friendly and very professional. This has been our go to spot for pedicures even though we have at least 4 closer.Keep up the great work!!

Normally good service but today the service was horrible which is why I left in the early phase of the pedicure and will not be coming back. I will also ensure my wife and daughter find another nail salon. I was first in line but they serviced people that were behind me and placed me in a pedicure chair without any jet or inquiry into the specific service I wanted.

I normally do not like to complain, but had the worst Pedi ever! The only reason I am giving two stars is that the lady with narrow black glasses was very nice. The massage may have only last 2min if that. Barely even rubbed my feet. The paint job was horrible too. I asked for it to be cleaned up a bit and she did, but still looked bad. Maybe did not do a good job with my cuticles or buffing the nails as it looked like that was painted over. Waste of $29. I will not be coming back. It hurt to even tip, but felt bad.

I come here often, and have been for about a year and a half. Ive had extremely positive experiences every visit, except for one time when my nail technician was rude and really rushed, and when she realized that I was under charged for something (by less than $10) she made a scene, so that was awkward. Management was very kind, however, and whenever I return, they always cater to my requests of not having her as a technician. Ive seen most, if not all, of the technicians here and they all do an amazing job! They want you to be comfortable and can recognize if you want to hold a conversation, or if you are just looking for some peaceful relaxation and quiet! This is my favorite nail salon to go to!

I had the best experience here compared to some of the other nail salons in the area. I walked in and didnt feel rushed to pick a color. I chose two to do a nail design and they were on board to give it a try. They were so attentive to detail and did the design on my nails perfect.Ill definitely be back!

The best owners and such a great salon!! They pretty much took me in on Christmas eve....I didnt realize how late it was and they didnt even blink. They were so nice and my pedicure looks amazing as well as my brows. Thank you to the whole family for that (especially Amy...😊)

I just walked in to get my acrylic nails soaked off. I waited 10 minutes in a chair for them to tell me to come back in 30 minutes because there is only one guy that knows how to do a soak off in acetone and he had an appointment. What a normal shop would do is have you soak in between the appointment if you’re waiting on a particular person. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and the same acetone you use to take gel off your nails is the same acetone you use to take off acrylic to melt it down. I’m sure someone could have helped but some of the nail techs were too busy sitting in the pedicure chairs talking and not trying to figure it out, which as a nail tech you should know how to soak nails off. It’s not rocket science. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years now. It has been owned by two different owners during this time. The level of service has gone down considerably within the last 12 months. Most recently, I had a pedicure appointment scheduled a month ahead of time knowing that my mom was visiting in town and we wanted to come together to get our nails done. We showed up to the appointment and they didnt have nail techs for both of us. I requested a specific tech and apparently she took the day off and yet no one reached out to tell me prior to the appointment. We had to wait and do the experience separately! Then today I was called an hour before my appointment to be told that my usual tech had an emergency and wouldnt be able to do my nails. I asked to reschedule and was told that based on her availability it wouldnt be until the end of May! On top of all of this I was told that my appointment that I made 3 weeks ago for May 20th was now going to have to be cancelled as well. Tip for the owner: treat your customers well and they will keep coming back. Its not about just making money and its obvious that you are going to continue losing customers until you change your habits.

The place is nice inside. The music was nice and the place was clean. The woman that did my daughters nails was horrid. She was not nice and would not listen. IT was 32 dollars for full set plus 15 for Gel which is nuts...but she missed 1/2 of the nail and the edges were all rough. I would not recommend this place at all. Too bad too the place inside is nice.

I am giving 3 stars as the technician did a wonderful job today. Except that my experience is not good. The front desk person clearly isnt inviting. Its my first time to this place and I didnt know what to do. She was talking to herself and I had to figure out what to do based on where she is looking :) . After the pedicure was done no one told me that I am done and i was just waiting at the chair. I took it in a positive way as may be they have repeating customers and it was my first time. Anyways the technician was awesome and I will go back.

Hands down the worst customer experience. We had a gift certificate from them and they tried telling us that it was expired when the date on it said 8/20/2018. They said that is was old and they don’t hand that type of gift certificate out and they switched to cards which would make ours invalid. They wouldn’t honor our gift card and said it wasn’t theirs even though it had their name on it. We paid them 50$ for this gift certificate for our mom and when she tried using it a year later they said it wasn’t theirs. Will never go here again or support them in any way.

I would like to said that im never been disappointed by this place every one is so nice and polite love the atmosphere and how relaxing can be. My sister and I had a wonderful experience with are Mani and Pedi Blanca and Jadi did a wonderful job they were Always making sure we were please and happy will be definitely come back.

Today was my 2nd visit. So far Ive had 4 different people service me. One person done my pedi and another did my fill-in each visit. They all were very very professional and friendly. And I love the fact thats its not youre typical nail salon where it seems like they were talking about you in their language and then laugh lol. Very good relaxing atmosphere. I just love it love it.

Im not really a fan of getting pedicures but I like the end result so I get one every few months. Ive been going to Signature nail so since they opened. The quality of the techs varies by days. I prefer to go at slow times but end up with the C team. My most recent visit, I went on a Friday afternoon, the tech was much better. Everything is autoclaved and the water doesnt circulate through pipes to bubble which makes it much more sanitary. Staff is always friendly and the most Ive had to wait as a walk in is 5 minutes.

My fav nail tech is long gone from the regular spot I used to go to 😭 so I am looking for another that I am happy & comfortable with.I am a person that likes to read reviews but not necessarily write one. But this time I feel I want to share my experience since I was unsatisfied with the service I received. And obviously the salon as a whole isnt a bad one because of all the good reviews, and that is why I decided to try out this particular nail salon in the 1st place. Maybe I was just paired with technicians that werent a good fit for me.1) About two days after my pedicure, I began to notice rough, dry spots still on the heels of my feet so obviously the exfoliating portion of the pedicure wasnt done very well. 2) Also when the 2nd technician was putting on my full set of nails, I had to keep reminding her and explaining to her how I wanted my nails to be shaped round. She kept trying to make them more to a point similar to hers instead of rounded edges as I had requested. They were left too long and eventually at home (on the same day that I redid my foot scrub) I cut down and shaped my nails on my own. It wasnt a horrible-horrible experience I had. I was just not completely happy. And Im not the type of person to complain or be nasty. I still left a tip for both technicians that day.Everyone can have a bad day so maybe thats what happened... I kept telling myself, which made me hesitant in writing this. Im not quite sure what it was but i most likely will not return. My search will continue for another fav salon/tech. 🙄😒

HORRIBLE customer service. The QUALITY of the gel nail polish is terrible. Do not be fooled by the nice building and convenient location. The prices and the specials they often send through email are not that great. The jack up the prices to only offer 20% off which basically brings their prices down to other neighboring salons.After receiving the worlds worst fill in by an impatient technician who rushed through my service I will not be returning to this salon. To make matters worse after leaving I noticed that my polish lacked the so called gel finish, my nails were streaky and I had bubbles in nails.... it hadnt even been 24 hours ?? Complete waste of $34.00and of course the owner was very short and rude on the telephone after informing him of these issues..Where is the customer service? Clearly not there!buyer beware....

UPDATE: I have changed my 2 star to a 5 star because of how apologetic and willing to help management was. I was given a refund and was even offered to have my nails fixed free of charge. Though I declined, I was blown away about how fast management reached out and how much they were willing to rectify the situation. Given the opportunity I would be willing to give signature a second chance with a different technician.I dont usually go to signature, however I was gifted a gift card and couldnt pass up an opportunity to have money taken off my final bill. The pedicure was good, which is why I have given to stars. The SNS manicure was the worst SNS manicure I have ever received. The Tech filed so much of my nail that most of my manicure consisted of filing and to the point where the color has 2 different shades on all of my nails. She also place a clear top coat, but it was not gel. At my typical nail salon they put on a gel top coat to make it shiny. She place the top coat on my nails and checked to see if it was dry. I guess she didnt check well enough because see when she took the warm washcloth off it had taken some of the topcoat off. I didnt realize this until I had driven off and looked at my nails at a stop light. At this point it is past 7 oclock and Im so irritated that I spent $50 on a nail service that is worth much less than that. Management should make sure they have technicians that are comfortable doing SNS and do an impeccable job of doing it if they want to charge the money they are charging.

Did a walk in today and got the worse service ever. I guess the technician was not in the mood to do a manicure and pedicure. She actually pushed my foot aggressively because it was not the right foot she felt like working on first. It was the strangest thing, but I stopped the service immediately. I went to another salon for service and wont ever return to Signature Spa.

I normally don’t post but wanted to warn people. I just moved to Cary and was looking a good salon close to home. So I stopped by. The people at the nail salon are courteous, but do NOT know how to properly do nails. I’m from Atlanta, Ga and I’ve had acrylic nails for many years so I know when a nail tech has great technique. But my nails were ruined - the tech had them too thick and she ended up cutting my finger (I was bleeding bad) because of her poor technique. It’s not worth the money. I am having to get them redone after less than a week.Do your research and find another salon.

This is my first and last time going to Carys Signature Nail Spa! Me and a friend went there on last Saturday. I wanted a mani-pedi. I had gel polish nails and wanted it removed. I wanted a basic pedicure but the male nail tech wanted and kept on insisting that I get the Botanical Escape Spa Pedicure for $49.00 that uses oranges! It had organges for that pedicure and I never had that type of pedicure before so, I finally agreed to it after the male nail tech kept nagging me to try it. Before the pedicure started he placed a towel around my neck and placed this hot beaded neck rest around my neck. After a several minutes of having on the heated neck rest on, I begin feeling a hot tingling sensation around neck and it was not feeling so great! It made me feel very uncomfortable so, I took it off my neck! My friend received the same pedicure as I did and said that she felt the same thing as I did! So she took hers off her neck as well saying it didnt feel right! During the pedicure, the nail tech took my hand and peeled of all of the gel polish off my nails using his own fingernails and Im wondering why hes not soaking my nails just like any other nail salon would have done! He finished up my manicure and gave me my bill and he charged me $10.00 for him peeling off my gel polish on my fingernails! I didnt like this! And he waited for me to pay for this service by standing directly over me pointing to the gratuity tip guide! I felt that this service was very poor and awful! After leaving the Signature Nail Spa, I notice that my neck was really red from that heated neck rest the nail tech placed around my neck! Now, my neck is now dark in color resulting in a bad burn! So, basically my neck was burnt during my pedicure! Im so angry and I will never ever go back to this place again! I will not recommend this nail salon to anymore! Poor service, rudeness, and a burnt neck is what they offered me on my 1st and only time ever trying this nail salon!

I went to this shop to get SNS and a pedicure. I ended up leaving with a cut on the inside of my toe that the nail tech tired to hide. This will be the first and last time I go to this nail shop.

I love this nail salon because they are so sweet and gentle when painting my nails or putting on acrylic nails on my fingers without cutting my skin or cuticles and they are so friendly I would definitely recommend them to anyone it just takes time and make sure you know what shape and colors you want before arriving at the salon or what normal color depending on the service you choose yes they are expensive but well worth it and if you want a certain size then show them a photo
