I joined about a week ago. The woman at the desk was very professional and gave me a great tour around the facility. I think her name is Anna. At the end of the tour, the owner, I think his name is Joe already knew my name and thanked me for joining. And they dont forget names either, they address me everytime I come in and its very sincere.Great gym- Big Mike

Joe and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They know everyone by their first name and are always willing to help. The facility is the perfect place to get in shape no matter what your fitness goal is and the place is very clean. I have worked out at many different gyms over the years and can’t say enough about how much I love this facility and staff!! I recently moved out of town and sadly had to go back to LA Fit... How I miss Workout Anytime on North Bend Rd.!!

Didnt know a gym could have the level of customer service like this place does. They made me feel like family since day one. Even the other members make you feel at home. Highly recommend. I feel like this place is a hidden gem. Kinda didnt want to leave this review because I feel like its the best kept secret in Cincinnati. Lol but they deserve it! Joe will make sure youre taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was a member here for years. I always enjoyed the staff and the having flexibility for the times I could come. My experience was great apart from one person: Joe. Joe is very condescending in any situation I’ve witnessed to members when he sees something he doesn’t like. Rather than handle situations with grace - Joe is very direct, condescending and doesn’t exactly fit the exemplary customer service gig. If you read the online reviews, Joe will openly defend himself on every situation that isn’t a 4+ star like everybody is wrong, and nothing Joe does is wrong in the slightest bit. I moved away, so I had to cancel my membership. I came on here to read reviews to see if Joe was still the GM. Assuming that he is, I won’t be rejoining as a member no matter how good the facility is. Joe the jerk is that reason.

The staff is really nice abs even though there isnt someone in at all hours there is someone manning the security cameras. Its wonderful to have the option to work out at 8 PM or 4 am.

I have been a member at this gym for two years and it is definitely the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The equipment is well maintained, the floor is always vacuumed, the mirrors are spotless and the bathrooms are super clean. Especially living in a COVID-19 world, it is comforting to know how seriously they take the cleanliness of their facility. The managers and staff really do go the extra mile to create a high quality experience for their clients. They have all the equipment you could need (free weights, machines, cables, treadmills) to reach your goals and for the price, you cant beat Workout Anytime Monfort Heights.

Great gym for those getting into fitness and for those who are already gym goers. This facility is always clean and management goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I LOVE this gym! I cannot say enough goods things about the facility and the staff! It is the best gym I have ever been to! It is super clean and with today’s concern over Covid-19, you can feel comfortable here. The management has always been obsessed with cleanliness and your safety. Manager Joe and Tracy are incredible...they know everyone’s name and make a point of saying hi! I train with Joe and he is the best! His focus is on my overall health and the progress that is right for me. Joe’s knowledge of health and fitness is impressive. I trust him. The equipment is new, high quality and well maintained. And the members are all very friendly! Workout Anytime is a positive experience in every way!

Notified of policy of no trial period for out of town IDs or previous customers upon arrival. 1 person new to gym and area, waiting on state ID. 1 previous customer, it has been 3.5 years since moving away. Coming back to area, would like to see if any changes. Was informed we must both purchase membership. No trial (not even 1 day, aka an hour). No offer to walk through. Ultimately we decided to go to another gym due to the policies. Gym otherwise clean and equipment appears nice. The Manager did respond to a previous review with policy info; re-written for better explanation.

Would give it 5 stars if it was staffed 24hrs so I can tan anytime. But overall a great gym. Small but has everything you need. Would like to see a squat rack with a lower safety bar, though. I cant deadlift on the one they have. The manager is super nice and knows everyone by first name which makes it so much more personable! I love that. Would recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough about this gym! Ive been a member for nearly 5 years now and the quality of care and cleanliness never fail to amaze me. The entire staff makes sure everything is vacuumed, equipment is wiped down, and mirrors are spotless. Plus they have all the equipment you could need - cardio, free weights, weight machines, and cable machines. And that alone is nice enough, but what really warrants the 5 star rating is the staff. Joe Fey, Tracy Shook, and the rest of the team go above and beyond to support and encourage members as well as the community. This is the perfect place to go if you want to achieve your goals. Whether its losing weight or becoming a professional body builder, this team has your back.

Nice little gym at an affordable price. Everything you need, nothing you dont. Ive been a member of several gyms in the region over the years, and this gym has by far held their cleanliness and customer service standards the highest, without question. And none of those other gyms took the time to remember my name and greet me as such. It might not sound like much but it really does go a long way. It makes you feel like more than just a recurring monthly payment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership recently because I moved, as the commute became too far. But if a workout anytime opens up near me, I will most certainly be renewing my membership.

I cant say enough good things about this gym. Ive been a member of Workout Anytime for almost a year now, and Im there at least 3-4 times a week. The staff took the time to learn by first name, starting with the GM, Joe. A few weeks in, Joe asked if I was getting the most out of my membership and was genuinely interested in addressing any questions or concerns I had (I didnt have any). The members are friendly, and its never been a problem to ask to work in between others sets. Ive been to a lot of other gyms, including recently in Europe, and nothing beats the location, price, service and cleanliness that Joe and his team deliver. When my partner and I were recently on vacation and hadnt been into the gym in a while, Joe emailed me to make sure we were both okay. Thats the kind of service that I seldom get anywhere else and makes Workout Anytime stand out above the rest.

The manager knows everyone by name and is very personable. He cares about each and every one of his members and strives to make sure that everyone is happy! This location is extremely clean and has an overall amazing atmosphere.

Came from out of town, the place was empty cause I had to get a workout super early. Was easily able to badge in w/ my key card, and def. enjoyed the clean facility with no issues! Thanks

Member for two years. Brought a friend in that was thinking about joining to workout with me. We arrived at 10pm and left at 11:20 pm. I was contacted the following day and was threatened with having the police called for trespassing and had my membership terminated. This is the only time I brought a guest and, unbeknownst to me, that is not allowed. Instead of the owner telling me that is not allowed he immediately went to threats and membership cancellation. He literally sent me a screen shot from his cameras of my friend and I walking into the gym, as if we were part of a robbery investigation. Very intrusive, very aggressive, very uncalled for, and in no way makes any business sense. I talked to a few other locals and apparently this is how the owner handles any problems he encounters. FIND ANOTHER GYM!

Wanted to do a day pass, and the lady up front said they dont do those. I asked if I could purchase a week guest pass and she wouldnt let me without a local ID. I said Ill probably just take my business to another gym and she didnt seem to give a hoot. Awesome.A note to the owner: We were considering this gym due to the fact that we would be moving to this area from out of state. We do not have a local ID because our address is yet to be determined. Your employee refused to accommodate. Best of luck
