They are expensive and poor quality went there and these are my nails no even a week after . You can see that they starting to peel off from the corners around my nails. So they use very cheap material this is my second time and same thing happened. The pedicure is worst they do it in just 20Minutes or maybe less. For 45 dollars I rather do it at home.

The most i look forward when getting mani or pedi, is the massage. My nails were very short to begin with. She tried to file, which it was my skin. I even said it hurts.Gel nails were fine painted good.I asked for a little dab of sparkle on each nail. She charged 10$ for both handsI couldve done it myselfShe put a glob of lotion on back of my hand an told me to rub it in all around.She got up. Walked awaySo much for my massage handsPrices are a bit high$

They did a horrible job on my nails and cut three of my fingers with the motorized tool. The dip cracked three days later on several nails which has never happened to me. Dip lasts for 3-4 weeks for me normally without any cracks or ships! I do not recommend this place

My pedicure was 55$ alone then to do my cuticles which I didnt want I stopped her before start the process was 18$ I paid 60$ total because I wanted a full set mani and pedi French manicure gel . This too pricey for small labor she didnt even scrub my feet or do my cuticles correctly what a robbery going on after covid19 the service isnt what I wanted and the price is ridiculously high now and no price board on the wall on purpose because they used to have one

Spent $85 dollars for gel mani and regular pedi. My daughter just got polish on both her nails and toes! Her nails peeled off in about 1 hr and then I noticed my gel mani was so messy! I couldn’t even believe how bad the painting was! Huge waste!

Been coming here for almost a year for pedicures and they’re great! Always a great experience and if I had any nail chip they were more than willing to fix it. Ellen does an amazing job every time and that’s why I always come back! The owners so nice too!

The lady did a awful job on my nails. They are over priced. They told me one price when I got there and charged a higher amount when I paid. Cut me several times. I do not recommend. Waste of money.

I had old acrylic nails to take off the woman made me bleed with how aggressive she was with my nails the cuticle cutter went right thru my nail! Her co worker had to tell her use foil wrap to take it off it was painful! Then she cut my nails short being spiteful because I didn’t want a marble design any more she didn’t even give me a chance to come up with another design! Honestly I’ll NEVER be back! I get my nails done constantly and this is hands down the absolute worst experience I have had in 10 years!!!!! My advice stick to the younger girls that work at the front of the store that older woman with glasses is aggressive and not a good nail tech

My gel pedicure came out fine but my acrylic nail removal was a DISASTER. it took my real nail with it. my nails are now very weak and brittle. also i was charged an extra 20$ for a design they didn’t do. incredibly upset.

I made an appointment because i had never been before. The place was very clean and they sterilyze their instruments which is why i gave it 2 stars. I got a gel mani and pedi (not a full set, my real nails) with french tips and jewels on my accent fingers and they charged me 120 dollars plus tip. Completely outrageous. The stones have already started falling off and its been 3 days.

Very unprofessional, I called to make an appointment around 2:30pm Geneva told me to go in at 4:30 I show up at 4:20 and she said I didn’t call because my name is not on the paper and for me to come back at 5:30, I showed her the call that I made and she still refused to see me at my appointment time wasted 2 hours at the mall for nothing will definitely not be going here again.

From the moment I walked in (because I didn’t have an appointment ) til I left I was treated with such kind, courteous & professional service . 10/10 would go again / recommend to a friend. Tim did my manicure, and I don’t think I’ve ever had that level of detail put into my nails before 🤗 He even came over while my nails were drying to add something to my cuticles and remind me of how much more time I had left to dry my nails before I could go👌 it’s not what you do but how you do it and Geneva nails does it well ✨ my one piece of criticism would be that I didn’t see a price lists for the different services offered but it’s not the big of a deal to me ..

They are incredible! I brought my niece her to get her nails done and she loved it. They did a great job with her gel manicure. They also offer a wax dip that moisturizes your hands and it left her hands flawless! If I didn’t live so far from them this would be my go to nail salon. They are very sanitary and have great customer service. Highly recommend!

Open later than every other nail salon around here. Perfectly located in the mall so you can get your shopping done and then come here for a quick pedicure. Very 2000s modern inside. Feels clean and new. They have the little massage chairs too

Went here for acrylic full set with “white tips” (pictured posted), it cost me $55.00. The girl did a great job. They tell you the price before they even start. She dipped my hands in this wax stuff at the end followed by a hand massage. Deffinitely worth it.

Love this place! I was in town and found them on line as I desperately needed a pedicure. Place is nice, comfortable, and very clean and the people were so nice! T did a fantastic job. I plan to go back next time I am in town!

Me and my best friend went here for a full set and a fill in after waiting 20mins and telling her we were coming back when we came back she took other people and told us to come back a hour later ‼️ we came back and I showed him what i wanted done and he tired to tell me it’s not possible as a retired nail tech i can say what i asked for was possible ! he tried to makeme take of a perfectly fine full set ! and get a new one after telling him no and debating that it was possible another worker came and spoke there language and then tried to say if he does it it’s $70 FOR A FILL IN . i asked for ombré over white which would cost $35-45 at the most ..... i waiting for my friend to get her nailsdone so i could go to the woman who did hers she then said it would be $55 to do my fill like that it was closing time so she rushed on my nails leaving the application HORRIBLE i have cuts from the drill on every single nail !!!! i went to wash my hands and it hurt sooooo bad they were even bleeding ‼️

Great place for a manicure. They do a parafin wax treatment as part of a basic manicure. I havent had that level of service in years. Very clean, friendly, professional. My nails look great!

I had my eyes on this place since it opened but wasnt sure if I should try it. I was greated by friendly staff. The place has a warm welcoming feeling. The reason way I gave them the fifth star is because they use an autoclave to clean their nail instruments! Please ppl find place that has a autoclave but yet come to Geneva. I will be coming back!

First time here. We are traveling and although we are in Rhode Island and Massachusetts a lot, I decided to get a gel manicure/pedicure since I needed them done badly. I usually get acrylic with gel polish but opted to just get a mani and let my nails take a much needed break. After looking at reviews from many places in the area I decided to give Geneva a try. Partly because It was convenient for me since we are staying at the Renaissance and it’s a half a block walk and it’s in a huge fantastic mall, kills two birds with one stone for me lol. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most friendly staff! I was immediately happy I chose Geneva. They have A TON of colors and powders! My nail technician was Katie, she’s SUPER nice! She actually showed me a color and I decided to go with it and I LOVE IT! Katie also did my pedi and I feel bad for her because I wear heels almost every day and get a hard skin build up around my big toe nail and she was constantly asking me as she dug it out if she was hurting me. It was hurting her more then me lol. She takes pride in the work she does and makes sure you are happy throughout the process. Anytime we are traveling up this way or even passing through Providence, RI, I WILL be making a pit stop at Geneva to see my new favorite technician, Katie, for my services!
