We don’t use them for garbage pick up, but they’re not fun to live by. It is currently 7:40 in the morning on a Sunday and someone is over there pounding on something metal. It’s been going on since before 7. They don’t answer the phones and a phone number is the only way they give anyone to get a hold of them. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They don’t consider the fact that they are in a residential area at all.

Every month i have to call them because they miss picking our garbage... How ? Is beyond me considering they pick up everyone elses .. Apparently i am not the only one this happens to on our street.

Atleast one to twice a month a have to call them to come back and pick up trash. they tell me they must have missed me . I am like how can they miss when they pick up the can but not the 2 bags right along side. with stickers on them. the drivers and lazy is what it is

4 years ago this was a one star review. I have seen some great changes in how they do business and have turned me from a disappointed customer into a big fan. The automatic payments have been a nice addition and their pickup has been very consistent. Great work!

Been using Pozorski for over 30 years with very good service. If you want trash piced up and picked up on time, pay your bill and pay it on time.

Their pickup is always good as they are always on time. However, they dont care about your trash bin and just throw it back on your grass or in your driveway so you cant pull into your own driveway when you get home. Today when I got home, our trash bin was on the grass and the cover was completely broken off and cracked. I wish they took better care of others property.

These guys bust their ass. Between being a kid and having my own home, I have been using them for over 30 years. Never had a problem, they will take anything. Have a couch or mattress that needs to go? Just give them a courtesy call and they will make it disappear for free, try and beat that, I dare you! Oh, and all of this for $11 a month

All the sudden our trash isnt getting picked up. This is the 2nd time! First time I called the office the lady acted like she didnt have the time to check into the situation. Seriously this is the only trash pick up and this side of town! Otherwise Id be looking into other options! Not happy!!!! Our bill is paid!

We signed up with Pozorski because our last pickup service sold out to another company. Soon after, we got a nice card welcoming us - signed by the owner and we thought nice touch - someone who really gets customer service. Obviously, the marketing staff has it together. I just wish that company culture transferred to the field.This morning, our first pickup with them - they drove off without picking up our trash. On the can was an orange sticker saying our plastic trash can was too big, although its the same one weve had for 7 years. (There was a single 13 gallon kitchen bag inside the OPEN can).The office, after some discussion, offered to send them back out to pick up our single bag of trash. It seems a shame that the guy, realizing this was a new customer, couldnt just pick up the bag and THEN leave a sticker explaining the rules.Ill see what kind of service I get over the next few weeks and revise my assessment if warranted. In the meantime, if youre a potential customer - Ill give the office a GOOD rating and the field a POOR rating. Hopefully the office will train them better.UPDATE - They did come back and collect the single trash bag, BUT LEFT THE RECYCLING BIN (that had only 2 2-liter bottles and 2 beer cans). Really? I hope they eventually hire someone who actually cares, because this guy is a joke.

I try calling every day no answer no answering machines. They are charging me for garbage pick up I didn’t use. When I got though to someone they said they will talk with the guys and see if they are picking up my garbage that I don’t put out. And now I’m getting charged for 3 months of service because there guys said they might have stopped to get garbage once.

The office staff has the personality of a wet sock. When I call in, its almost like Im disturbing them or something. Sometimes theyll pick up our garbage and recycling, other times just our garbage. Weve had times where they dont even take all the garbage we have out there. Then add the fact that they dont have a website or a way to pay your bill electronically is just as annoying. Its 2019, probably time to update your capabilities.

Ive had them for the last 8 months ive called maybe 5 times out of the 8 months because they didnt take my trash. That i pay for, for them to take. Lile how hard is it to follow a route. And dont get me started with the customer service.

Most of the time we have good service but when they drive by your house and dont pick up your garbage as the guys are looking at it, it kind of possession a person off! Then when I called the business number the woman who answered told me that they could send a truck out but it would cost us another $15. What are we paying for in the first place??? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Time to change to a new service that is with the times and be able to pay electronically. May have to pay a few dollars more for service but it it is worth it. Come on you guys everyone else is automated why not you !!

Would PLEASE PLEASE get electronic payment. & staff that is pleasant to work with. After all, the customers are paying their wages & keeping you in business. Thanks

I have used this service since moving back to the area in 1989 after 20 years in the military. Ive never had a problem with them and have put things out like toilets, couches etc with no problems. Just had to call ahead to let them know.

Came home to see that they broke the lid on my garbage can. When my wife told them about it, they said there was nothing they could do except to rent their garbage can. Make sure to get a garbage can with a detachable lid!!!!! No help at all!!

I do this out of convenience for my wife but hate talking to that lady in the office. Got the personality of a cynder block. So much for customer service in a small town.

My son was told that they wouldnt pick his garbage up because it didnt have lid. As Im driving around town I notice 75% of people dont have lids.

They have wrecked 3 garbage cans and will not replace them

Repeatedly leaves my garbage and recycling for not paying bills. This would be understandable if they gave out a notice that they werent gonna do it, but I get no warning whatsoever! And their constant hanging up on me is just plain unprofessional. They have also threatened to call the police on me because I wanted to issue a complaint. If you can, for the love of god, do not use their service.

Prices for extra services are reasonable. Always quick and efficient service.

This morning their truck, driven by a long haired idiot in a green hoodie and some toothless jackass with glasses, almost hit my Jeep at Kwik Trip this morning. Then laughed about it. Hopefully they at least provide dental for these morons, they’ll need it.

Poor service going on 3 weeks having to call them or go down there to deal with not having my trash picked up . My account is completely payed for . This will be my last month with pozorski.

Service by garbagemen is very lacking. Extremely lazy for pick up. Ive lived on both sides of town and they arent any better on either side. Save your $ and go with alternative ways of getting rid of your garbage.

Very very unhappy with their service as of late. During the past year, they have failed to collect my garbage six times! Twice being this month alone! I overlooked the first four times, but now this is getting to be a bit ridiculous! I pay my bill and I always have my trash on the curb the night before collection, so there really is no reason for my trash not to be picked up. The entire neighborhood gets their garbage picked up, but I do not? Might be looking for a new company soon!

Lowest price in the area, pretty good on pickup, cant complain. It would be perfect if I could pay the bill on-line.

There has been multiple times that they have left bags in our can and left recycling in the bin as well. I am very tidy and keep everything organized to make it easier for the men picking it up but they obviously dont appreciate the help and cant return the respect. When they do pick up, there is always garbage in the road and yard. Is it really that hard to bend over and pick up a bottle that you dropped?Another thing that really upsets me is that our landlord bought a brand new, heavy duty garbage can but the men are so inconsiderate that they just throw it around. The can didnt even make it a month before it was cracked and missing BOTH wheels because of the huge amount of disrespect they have for their customers.If it werent for the landlord going through Pozorski, after the experience weve had, I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Second week in a row a full bag of garbage was not emptied out of the garbage can.

Excellent service. They will even pick up large items (an old toilet from a remodelling project, a broken table) at no extra charge.

Pickup is very inconsistant, I dont think all of the employees are on the same page. One week they will take something and the next they will not. Its not rocket science... as long as the customer is paying their bills put there junk in your truck.

Been using Pozorski for years.... no matter where I lived in town, their service was always reliable. Rain, sleet, snow, and in sweltering heat they get er done. The office staff has always been friendly... even though Im not always prompt on paying my bill.

Excellent service and a great, local, community-focused business.

Service sucks. 4 weeks in a row recycling wasnt picked up. But yet my garbage is picked up.

Unbelievable how a staff member can say **** that with me clearly present because of us moving and having extra garbage with there additional fee used stickers on each bag and they just skip all of it!
