The staff is very courteous. I had an amazing massage, facial was very nice, and great pedicure. The manicure on the other hand was atrocious! She clipped and filled my nails unevenly, the shape was awful, and the application of the nail polish scary. She did not clean the side to remove the cuticle.I will maybe return for the massage. I will never do a manicure there.

My first massage there was very good, so I rescheduled for another, about a month later. 2 days prior to my appointment, they canceled. Maybe for some people, this isnt a big deal, But for me it is. Im extremely busy as it is, and this makes for a huge inconvenience.

I accidentally got pine sap in my hair and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule and got it out finally. I celebrated with a haircut while there.

From your initial phone call to make an appointment to the beauty expert that takes care of you, the service is second to none! Post Covid Nancy, the owner, has made sure that all of the regulations are in place but has still been able to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. They are the best!

This was my first time visiting Silvana Day Spa. I’m new to the area from NYC, so was looking to find my “go to” place. I’m happy to say, my search is over. This spa was very warm, clean, staff was friendly and very competent with what they were doing. Not to mention, their prices were very reasonable. I had a facial, haircut/blowout and eyebrow was. Two hours later, I felt and looked very relaxed. Highly recommended!

Myself and 2 girlfriends all got pedicures at Silvana today. When I made the reservation in advance, the receptionist told me that normally only one nail tech works on Mondays but they would see what could be done about 3 pedicures on a Monday and get back to me. Silvana Spa called me back the next day and told me that 2 other techs will come in to be able to give us the pedicures. Excellent customer service! The pedicures themselves were great. The salon was very clean and the products used during the pedicures were quality! Will definitely be back!

Great service! Very calming and relaxing environment, clean and well kept. I had the 75 minute Healing Hydration pedicure with Mary - so gentle with such attention to detail. My toes look great and my feet feel luxuriously soft. Would definitely come back and am considering getting over services here as well!

Got a massage here this morning and let me just say, the whole experience was amazing! The owner, Nancy, was my massage therapist and she was incredible. As a health care provider I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for ANY type of spa services.

Ive been going to Silvanas for a few years and have had massages, pedicures/manicures. The services are always top-notch, the atmosphere and staff are welcoming and the spa is always clean, neat and organized. After moving back to CT from MI, I was searching for a new spa and Silvanas is definitely the best in the area.

I have been coming here a while now and its just a great place. Ive seen a few of the hairstylists and they are all amazing and talented with my thick hair. I had a massage today with Sarah and she was fantastic, actually focusing on the area I requested. Everyone is just professional and kind and so good at what they do. Its worth every penny, you wont be disappointed. So glad to have this place close by. Edited to add how easy they are to schedule with! I always get the day I ask for, sometimes with short notice. They really do their best.

About 5 months ago I walked into Salvanas very depressed and tearful because I needed a change. I needed a makeover. I felt like a hag!I left feeling uplifted due to my upcoming appt. Unfortunately due to covid19, my appt was delayed indefinitely. Well, let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Andrea was so professional and patient. My experience was FANTASTIC! She made me feel like a VIP! I have a new look and better self esteem!

I love the gift certificates. I think most men like myself sometimes struggle with giving a great gift. Silvanas is a homerun ! They offer a wide price range of services from a simple manicure to a full Day Of Beauty. They are also very flexible on how you choose to spend the gift certificate. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain services. I suggested to my brother in law to buy a gift certificate for his wife, my wifes sister, and they decided to go together. I have been going to Silvanas Day Spa for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience with the customer service or services provided. I feel terrible that some individuals have had a less than stellar customer service experience. As you can see from other reviews, once the problem is brought to the owners attention she takes care of it immediately. Silvias prompt and personal response to the one reviewers negative experience proves that she cares and takes responsibility for the behavior of her staff. I have never heard her speak disrespectfully towards employees. I always feel welcomed and thoroughly pampered, regardless of what service Im getting, from the moment I walk into the Spa until the moment I leave. Michelle and Mary are fantastic! Michelle recently recommended the Clarisonic Opal to me (helps to lessen / remove those pesky wrinkles around the eyes and the laugh lines). After 1 week, I saw the calcium deposits around my eyes almost vanish! I highly recommend this product.

I decided to try this place since it was so close to home. The staff was super friendly, with a very attentive owner.I had my hair cut and got some highlights on, but while I explained the dresser that I needed layers, she proceeded to do something else on my hair that now causes it to tangle non stop. No layers to be found whatsoever.I went for a mani then, but the lady doing it was in a rush and didnt do it right the first time, she even cut my finger that she kept dipping in a solution even when I told her several times it stung. Nail color was atrociously applied, but when telling this to the owner she offered to re-apply it later. I had to come back later that day (when I had already spent about 4 hours in that day) to get the mani redone.While I do think the personnel was very friendly and nice, the cost of the services is very high for not having done exactly what you request. I explained the lady that cut my hair how another dresser had done the same with the same consequences (super tangly hair) and she seemed to disregard my opinion completely.I am not entirely worried since hair and nails grow. I will eventually be able to brush my hair normally, but I can say I dont think I will come back. (Update I was in a hurry and did come back, same results, at least for the hair. Took time to explain what I wanted done, even showed pictures, stylist plainly refused to do what asked, and did what she thought was better. I ended up with probably the worst haircut. My fault entirely.)

I heard so much positive about this place so I decided to try it. My experience was not what I expected. The location is not the greatest and quite claustrophobic inside. Anyway I came here asking if she could give me a different look for my hair. She said oh certainly. My hair was exactly the same when I left Silvanias and when I tell you EXACTLY I mean it. If she cut any hair off at all that would be an understatement. Very dissatisfied. The stylist whom said she was a model in Miami for years did nothing but talk about herself and how beautiful and young looking she is. She then proceeded to talk disrespectful about the owner of Silvanias which I thought was rather unprofessional especially this being my first visit here and the owner 2 stations away. This hair stylist did not belong here. I was quite dissappointed on my first visit not to mention for $125.00 I could have gone to Family Hair Cut in Bristol and gotten a better hair cut from their staff or Cost Cutters. Seriously.... I will not return to such unprofessional ism and if this is how you run your business I dont foresee you staying in business much longer.
