Sammi is amazing. I was desperate for a hair cut after the pandemic when things started to open up. My previous hair dresser unfortunately was effected. I found Sammi who has given me amazing haircuts ever since. Absolutely amazing at her art and she is very human, cant say enough good about her.

Stephanie was great. Super fast and carried conversation very well. And my cut came out exactly like I envisioned it. Will recommend her to my friends and family.

My son loves getting his haircut here. As a kid with special needs this is the only place hes been comfortable getting his haircut. All three of us go back consistently due to how well the treat the whole family and obviously we wouldnt be going back if their cuts werent on point as well.

I originally made an appointment earlier in the week and left my sons name and made sure it was on a Sunday . Sunday comes ...I enter this location ... the greeter looked like she didn’t want to be there and told me I never made an appointment. She also kept telling me that my toddler couldn’t sit on my lap for his haircut which o understood but somehow she kept repeating herself ... overall I felt uncomfortable and felt like they didn’t want us there !!!! So my husband and I decided to go to sports cuts instead which was the beat choice because they were super nice and professional!!!! I would definitely not recommend this location they all look miserable

The guy shaved half my head in the back,telling me this is the latest fashionI wanted to explode!!!I had long hair and almost always put it up or let it go natural.Very upsetting!!!

Mary is great! She listens to exactly what I want but I trust her enough to let her do what she thinks would look good. You really cant beat the prices either.

I didn’t like a layer of hair that was left the first time it was cut. I went back the next day, and without a problem, they fixed it free of charge. The cut wasn’t bad the first time, it just honestly wasn’t comfortable for me so I’m glad that they fixed it without a problem.

They messed up my boy Jackson’s hair so bad to the point that he had to shave it all off. They didn’t destroy my hair, but for some reason when I asked the barber to fade the back and sides of my head she said no. I feel the 20$ charge for a haircut is to much. They didn’t even give my boy Jackson a refund. SMH

The lady at the Supercuts messed my hair up so bad. I asked for a little trim and a fade on the sides. She cut 90% of my hair off and it is completely uneven, at the end of my hair cut she asked me if it was ok and I asked her if she could com my hair forwards and it was so terrible. My hair was 15 different lengths resting on my forehead. By far the worst haircut I ever had and please please please don’t go here.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life, the lady finished in under 5 minutes and gave me nothing compared to what I asked for (a simple fade with layered scissors up top, not too much)... shaved my whole head. If you take pride and are looking for a quality haircut this is definitely NOT the place to go to.

Just got a haircut here, asked for a high face, whats hard about 0 on the sides, fade to a 1 on the top, well apparently she was going cause she couldnt see the patches she left in my head even after me pointing thet out to her, she tells me I have different shades of hair, hello I know my hair color and its not patchy, but then gets visually upset for not getting a top, I will never come back here, I shouldve stuck with Sports Clips.

If I could give it a zero I would. They left a huge chunk of my hair in the back. How do you miss that? I had even offered to take my hoodie off but she said it wasnt necessary. I was so Embaressed. Then I called and said something and they said come back. I shouldnt have to I pd 30 dollars (shampoo cut and tip ). I am so disappointed. Then I tried to call today. I was surprised I got right through to the manager Lisa. But it was my fault I didnt have very good service at work. So I literally told her to hold on Id call her back on my work phone. Maybe 30 seconds later I got through and somebody else answered. She asked who is this? I said I dont have much time Im at work. I was just on the phone with Lisa and she is expecting me to call back. I was polite but at the same time because I wouldnt say my name she refused to put me through. Is this how you run a company?? I will be contacting corporate. 30 dollars for a horrible hair cut!! I do not recommend them not only because of the bad hair cut but also becaise of how they treat their customers!

This rude lady with the personality of a wet mop cut my bangs and did my eyebrows. Both came out like crap. I had to go fix my eyebrows with tweezers in the car. She also did my boyfriends hair and it was uneven looking. I am by no means picky or a complainer, so for me to write a review is saying a lot. She never smiles, barely talks and it feels like youre bothering her. Never again! Ill go to place in the Price Chopper plaza which is only a couple of dollars more. I always feel welcomed and am always happy with my results.

Wish there was an option for negative stars! If youre lucky enough to get one of the experienced stylists youll likely get a decent cut. I was not so lucky the last time and went back to get touched up. Big mistake! After calling ahead I was passed over twice for people who walked in after me and clearly did not call ahead. Dont waste your time here. Find a salon with stylists you trust and make actual appointments.

I was so sick and tired of just settling for a stylist, or paying up to $50 for a haircut each month. So I decided to leave the salon that I had made my preferred and tried out SuperCuts at this location. I was so surprised at what I had gotten myself into! Right off the bat I was definitely intrigued, due to their great curb appeal. When I walked in I was greeted by two stylists who happened to be with clients at the moment. I suppose at higher-end salons youre more commonly greeted by a sole receptionist, as I used to be one. However, the fact that the stylists made that point and effort to greet me with genuine smiles and how-are-yas, made me feel welcome. As I was sitting and waiting my extremely short wait (short wait times), I decided to take a look around. I can be overcritical at times, although I was honestly stunned by how clean, professional, and dazzling the decor and atmosphere were. Now Im not too sure if I should mention the stylists name whom had cut my hair; however, I am sure that I can admit that she had done a wondrous job. It was by far the most transcendent haircut I ever received. After paying my feeble total of about $15, I told her (the stylist) that she was now going to be my permanent stylist. All in all, its a great place, great people, and outstanding prices. These reviews I read from almost a year ago are not inviting, although, Im thinking that maybe there was a change in Management or Ownership because you cannot post reviews like that about this place anymore. One thing people dont commonly believe, which I do, is that, Its not WHAT you pay or WHERE you go, its WHO cuts your hair.

How do you cut hair evenly without washing it? i came in with my hair basically straightened, the hairdresser used a spray bottle and continured to spray and cut while my curls started to appear therefore causing a lousy uneven haircut, the second worst Ive had in my life. Ive only had 2 bad haircuts and this was one of them in 52 years.

Im only giving 5 stars cause of tawnie.. if she didnt work there I would probably give them a 3.. i have been going for years to all the supercuts locations and nobody cuts hair like she does.. my haircuts even seem to last an extra week its pretty unreal. I dont often write reviews and fear that this review will cause my wait times to go up but she cuts my hair weekly and also my girls and we have always been 100% happy with the outcome.. i often get asked where I get my haircuts and when I tell people supercuts they think Im full of sh#$t. Many guys that go to my gym also go to her. I guarantee youll have a 5 star experience if you pay her a visit!

Went for a quick hair cut on break and explained exactly what I wanted, took the girl an hour just to trim it then she didnt know how to angle the front, my hair is nothing that I wanted as well that whole time and she still didnt even start doing the long layers I asked for and after seeing what was already done they were not wanted I totally regret letting the girl touch my hair

Went on a Sunday and woman cutting my hair had a huge attitude with everyone in the store. Would not speak to me just around me I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted she managed to cut it in a similar fashon but only after finishing it twice and me having to ask her to do it again. She also put a dirty drape over me and was rude to every customer. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Was not going to go at first, i had called the day before and the woman who answered had an accent that was very hard to understand and she was very rude. Yet i gave them a shot the next morning called and made an appt. (they only make same day appts) i am so glad i went after how bad the day before was. Karen was awesome. I was going with a color i never had and they didnt carry. She made the color by applying different colors and the end result was spot on! Cut of over nine inches and the cranberry color was amazing. Then she suggested products that would keep the color from fading, didnt push them on me either. Price wasnt bad either. I wiil be going back for sure. Im glad i didnt let how i was so poorly and rudely treated the day before stop me from going. If you go ask for Karen. I will be telling people about her for sure. In the future if the other woman ever treats me like that again regardless of how awesome my hair came out i will take my business elsewhere. I didnt deserve that at all. You got five stars for Karen and minus twenty for the other one so i went in the middle
