I have the best nails, done exactly the way I asked for them. Kim was so attentive, friendly and an amazing artist. I found myself a new place to get my nails done exactly as I like then.

After choosing this nail salon based on the positive reviews, I was not disappointed!! Kim did a fantastic job. She is kind and gifted with amazing attention to detail!! She suggested I add a touch of sparkle. It was like she was reading my mind.The salon is warm, welcoming and clean. I highly recommend it!!

I though this place was nice until the lady gave me an attitude talked bad about me to the other lady I was asking her if she can do this design. Each design or a brown color I showed her she said she couldnt do it ok it took me a minute to find a design I just did it simple this never happen to me before she cut me twice was rude when she was done I told her have a nice day but she just snatched the money and that was it.

Service is AMAZING! They’re so nice there, very clean and professional. Not over priced like some near by places. Love the quality of work they put out. Kim and Cindy both do amazing work and the rest of the crew is very nice. 10/10 would recommend.

1st time here and amazing experience Kim and Lita were very nice felt like if I was a regular and very happy with my nails and pedicure I will visit again.

I just moved to Bristol and was told this is the go to place for nails. And boy I did NOT get that vibe! I waited for over a half an hour. Someone came in 15 minutes before their appointment time and they took her right away after I’ve already been waiting for 30 minutes. Someone was done so I was instructed to sit down and the lady grabbed the polish i wanted. Then proceeded to tell me to wait longer for someone else. Then she just went to the back. I waited 5 more minutes and left. Won’t ever go here again.

It was incredible ! I had a lot of swelling in my legs and feet.ifelt so much better and feet looked better too!! This girl was very good!! Luv this salon!!

Could not recommend more!! Staff are lovely and very welcoming. My entire party of 4 received the greatest treatment. Nails came out better than we could have imagined!! My nail tech Mark did an incredible job and was very creative! My family members enjoyed their nails as well. Place was very clean and had a great vibe. Will definitely come again!

Decided to try this place out and regretted it. Im not sure if the woman who did my nails is new but the quality was bad and she seemed annoyed for some reason, just bad vibes and just wasn’t nice at all. She rushed through doing my nails and they weren’t even busy. They just look sloppy and lumpy. My cuticles got cut on multiple fingers while she was doing them. I’d rather pay more money for a place with better quality and customer service than going here again.

Kim is amazing . She is a talentednailartist. Manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing. The works, she does it all and shes awesome.Highly recommend this business for fabulous nails. My nails came out great for a wedding I went to and lasted for weeks after. they are so clean and make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. will always come back

They were so nice, they asked me what I wanted to watch and I was dying to see the new season of a show on Netflix, they also left my nails so pretty and they were very attentive to what I wanted, shape, coats etc and always kept asking to check if they were good. Will definitely be back!

Was in the area so I stopped in. Needed a gel fill. When I got home my nails look like a beginner paired them. The color is steamy and the top coat is bumpy( for lack of a better description). Will not be going back!!

I have an amazing time every time I come here. My girlfriends and I drink wine and relax. The spa pedicure and hot rocks are a must.

Love this salon! They spoke English the entire time so I never felt uncomfortable. They listen to exactly what I ask for and execute better than I expected.Also, they have Netflix and HBO so I got to catch up on my shows while getting a mani/pedi!

Went there for the first time today Cindy was amazing I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it even better. The price is reasonable her Talent is amazing I recommend this place to anybody.

Not only did my nails come out AMAZING but I also felt very welcomed and overall had a great time!

I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. Nails were still wet, we’re not completely painted, and did not have an appearance like other places i’ve been too. Location and employees did not seem professional or focused on the the client. Will not be going back.
