Once they finally got to my tires they did an alright job, but they said it would be 20-40 minutes(I was one of the only people in there at the time) and I sat there for 2 hours without any updates or explanation. They also placed my spare tire in the back of my vehicle once they removed it from the tire instead of placing it back where the spare tire belongs. I ended up having to ask someone else to replace it for me which was fine but I felt shouldnt have been necessary.

Unbelievably rude staff behind the counter - I didn’t even finish answering the short question of what I was there for before being cut off and chased out. Would not recommend to anyone for any work. I’d rather sit at Walmart’s tire center half the day than see them for the smallest of auto needs. I had heard that from others, but the gentleman who answered the phone when I called was friendly, helpful and made me feel I wouldn’t be talked down to as some places do. I absolutely learned my lesson.

We know a couple of people here. They ALWAYS do great work and very informative.

Waste of time. Went in one afternoon, said couldnt change rims because said rim cap was cross threaded. Took it home, bolt backed out fine, just had a bur. Called back and said too late. Says they open at 7. Went up,in morning, 5 after. Everyone was waiting including techs. Left at 7:25, still not open.

Surprisingly reasonable prices for tire services. The mechanic Tim is the best.. Explains everything, very personable and talented at what he does. Also the wait for service is never long.

Had my tire changed fairly quickly once they took it back.

Busy i just needed air in my tries. No one came to help so I left and want be coming b.

Genes Tire is where I take my cars. They are extremely honest, and work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. William took the time to discuss my driving locations, and find out my needs prior to recommending a particular tire. Most places are not like this. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly people and fast service

Great shop! I was in a pinch with a flat tire, trying to make it to my next destination. They got me fixed up quick, easy, and for a good price.

First off I just got my entire front end done ... except a wheel alignment...in Tennessee where I live and decided to get one here... and they said I needed new shocks..then one of the workers very rude to the Black customers....if you live here dont go there....if you passing through keep driving ...

This place dosnt deserve a star at all. I just put one so i could leave this bad review. I had to wait for hours just to get a simple tire change. Rude people. And they over price for every thing. Do not go here at all

Didn’t torque my rear wheels and my wheel almost came off going down the interstate. When I asked them about paying for damages they only wanted to pay a quarter of it. I don’t recommend anyone to use them. They are not professional.

Worse mistake a ever made! Went for an alignment and was told I needed two tires so I decided to go somewhere else an purchase two tires (the prices of tires there were ridiculously high) before I leave they say I owe a 40 buck rack fee, the lady goes on to say it would be deducted from the cost when I come back for an alignment. I come back for the alignment and show the same lady the receipt from the rack fee an now she acts like she has amnesia an doesnt remember what is going on. She goes on to say she meant the 40 bucks would be deducted if I needed alignment parts, it just didnt make sense! What parts do you need for a simple alignment, I had all of the suspension parts replaced thus the need for an alignment. Just not a good place to do business. Ill stick with firestone!

I went there and they were extremely rude. They were fighting with me in the middle of public as well, and even went to the extent of cursing at me to my face. And even after that, they had the nerve to scratch my car. Never go here, the people who work there arent worth it

It took to long arrived at 12:44pm and at 2:10pm still waiting.only one customer in a head for alignment. I had to leave.
